剔出 白鼠Vas Deferens에서 Acetylcholine 效果에 미치는 Morphine의 影響

Effect of acetylcholine (ACh) on cotractile force of isolate vas deferens in control and chronic morphine-treated rat was investigated in this experiment. Preparations were applied with field stimulation(0.1 Hz. 10 msec of duration and 100 volts). 1. ED_50 and maximal response of control preparation to ACh were 8.3 ± 0.6 μM and 1736.8±112.7mg/10mg wet weight respectively. 2. In chronic morphine-treated preparation, ED_50 of ACh(4.5±0.4μM) was significantly reduced, whereas maximal response (1946.8±132.2mg/10mg wet weight) was slightly increased. 3. In these preparations, dose of ACh in the presence of atropine was highly increased. 4. pA2 value(affinity index of antagonist) of the chronic morphine-treated group was higher than that of control group. From the above results, it is suggested that development of acetylcholine supersensitivity by chronic morphine treatment is due to increase of muscarinic receptor affinity and partly due to increase of responsibility of the preparation to acetylcholine.

1. 1지점인 각시바위 부근의 수질이 상당히 좋은 것으로 보아 전주시 상수원은 좋다고 생각됨 2. 고산천은 주위에 주택이나 공장이 없어 오염을 받지 않아 이 하천의 이용을 장려하는 것이 좋겠다. 3. 제 2지점 그리고 제 4지점인 전주천은 심히 오염되어 있어 채소와 취사 도구를 씻고 의류 세탁을 하는 등 이 하천을 이용하는 주민들의 보건 관리가 문제시된다. 4. 하절에는 많은 어린이들이 수영장으로 이용하고 있어 이 지역 하천을 이용하는 주민들의 보건 관리가 문제시 된다. 5. 한편 전주 공업 단지 부근도 오화가 심하고 중금속량이 많아서 이 하천수를 boiler 용수나 각종 공업 용수로 이용하는 것은 고려해 볼 문제이다.

Effect of intraventricular physostigmine(2mg) on the renal function of the rabbits was investigated. 1.Intraventricular physostigmine induced initial decrease following antidiuresis, and concomitant changes of renal plasma flow, glomerular filration rate and urinary electrolytes excretion in proportion to urine flow approximately. 2.Increasing changes of various parameters of renal function induced by intraventricular physostigmine were inhibited by intravenous atropine, while antidiuretic effect of the drug was inhibited by intravenous regitine. From the above results, it is suggested that the effect of intraventricular pysostigmine on the renal function of rabbit is due to increased sympathetic and parasympathetic influence to the kidney.

In order to clarify the mechanism which the elevation of the blood pressure by vagal afferent electrical stimulation, some pharmacological analysis was made. 1. Stimulation of vagal afferent nerve caused depressor response, initjal depressor effect followed by pressor response or pressor effect according to the applied Hertz and other factors. 2. Pressor effect of the stimulation was inhibited by intraventricular opilon or prazosin which drug was supposed as postsynaptic adrenergic blocking agent. 3.Pressor effect of the stimulation was potentiated by intraventricular yohimbine or poperoxan which drug was supposed as presynaptic adrenergic blocking agent. From the above results, it is suggested that central postsynaptic adrenergic mechanism is involved in the elevation of blood pressure by electrical sticulation of afferent vagal nerve of the rabbit.
