        Somatic Education의 어원적 고찰을 통한 비평적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to a presentation of the alternative proposal on the somatic education by a monism-wholeness, with conquest a dualistic thought of the body. The physical education is, used until now, a conception begining with a dualistic thought classified in the mind. The somatic education has selected term in a monistic all things considered situation against a dualistic logic. This term have a meaning of the physical education, as the wholeness-conception unified the mind and body, with understanding as the existential subject, being experience voluntarily. Though restrictive, in the dictionary meaning, I made an attempt to etymological consideration of the term `somatic` having a monistic meaning. I couldn`t seek for the unified meaning of the mind and body in process look for it definitely, and I could knew what the somatic`s have more sectional meaning than the physical it. For that reason, I had question whether these researcher have extended meaning in relation artificially or not, on condition instituted the term of `somatic`. To solve this problem, I selected Edumund Husserl who estimated being accomplish the phenomenology. He insisted on the physical distinction, thus the subject must be a basis importantly in the physical education was the body or the mind. But I could sought that we must be focus on a performance, namely movement of human and action of sports by creative production made a united effort through the mind and body. Therefore, if our discussion of the physical education were being concentrated centering around `motor activities` , part from the mind and body`s dimensionism, we would acconplish that a use of term for `Movement Education` or `Athletic Education` naturally, and the subject of physical education would become obviously. For that reason, we would expect that the physical education of future could make up a new paradigm of it, different from the recent.

        I did relative comparison by selected Play and Sport among five activities domains of physical education in this study. This study came to a conclusion by a deductive analysis through a purpose of study to thesis the theory of physical education basised on characters of these both. In this study, I did summarized what $quot;the theory of physical education is a necessary theory in alteration of human in the direction of a desirable person through a intentional physical activities$quot;. I did chose Play and Sport among five activities domains of physical education for this purpose of this study. The essence of play was demonstrated that it had a nature of instinct and a nature of freedom based on the purity, and the essence of sport demonstrated that a nature of selection and a nature of regulation base on the competition by a logical reasoning. These both(Play and Sport) created recreation to the leisure domain in both work and rest of human activities. I could validated that these all beginning with play activities. Also the origin of sport beginning with play. Because by these things, I could demonstrated that sport was immanented in a homogeneity too. But Play and Sport have a heterogenetic characters by performance-purpose or method and regulations etc. In spite of these thing, I indicated that these activities must be center a physical activities. Therefore, we must excepted from the theory of physical education, general concept of play, that is to say, non-physical activities. Also recreation have got to draw a line to the object of the theory of physical education by only physical-active recreation with a limited physical-motor activities. Besides, sports must be thesis by a definite limitation from these general-human activities by only pure physical-motor activities of human, in etymological meaning of a broad sense.

        This study has on object to re - thesis conception or definition of health on base of the physical education. For this I grafted the general conception of health on the categorical fundamental relation, and then I can take a conclusion as following. We have known that though a definition of physical education don't refer to health, it seeks after the wholesome human with physical, mental, social soundness in the inside. Until now, we have thought of the physical education as a tool for human education more than the essence of it. This study is for soloing these problems. That is to say, not any more, we must have eyesight the participational value theories get out of the peculiar value theory for the fully fanctioning person. For these things, I intended rearranging the definifion of health on base of logic of the categorical fundamental relation. Considering the existing definition of health, we have expressed it as a state being active easily in everyday life. I have known that we quote from the general definition of health even in the physical education. But, I come to feel that the health of different dimension must be established in physical education. Especially, we emphasize the health not in the level of leisure activities but in tough physical fitness. To perform mental activities in the mechanisal civilization and the information societh, I established these logics that we must have stronger physical fitness and mental will than in the past. We can use "I am healthy" when the physical and mental health consist of one from. I learned that when the monoism health was accomplished like these, it can be grafted physical category. That is to say, the health in the category of physical education must be different from the health mentioned in generally. To approach logically, I substitute the categorical fundamental relation. I learned that although we can divide it in various forms. these category took a boundary according to the understonding subject. We told that the categorical fundamental relation was related with the category of the existance and recognition. I understand that the former possible to divided from physical, Individual and society by the concept of existion, the latter possible divided from the subject condition and physical education's condition. After all, I place the focus on taking possess of superior to rank the physical education category because of including all the former and the latter. Therefore, I come into logic that the health in physical educational category must be set up the conception in more different location than the health level asking in these lower rank. Accordingly, from now, we must express more concrete, raising level that the definition of health is " the status leading physical health mental health and positive activities in society.

        I have attained results that a purpose for thesis of the Korea history of physical education on the wrestling event with tracking base on historical side light to the present phase of the Korean s wrestling, as follow. I made choiced of wrestling and Tsrium for a track the history of Korean s Wrestling event. Because these two events have the similarity by wrestle with each other. The Tsirum 's history in the Korea have written the recording the era of chung Hea King in the Korea dynasty generally. And, the Tsrium' s history have presented to the era of Chu Mong from the presence by the Korean mural, he was the founder of the Korea dynasty, the Korea's history of Tsirum previous to China it, realistically 400 year. But, in this study. I certified that the Korean s history of Tsirum to the era of Chi Woo Chun dynasty. the nation of Bea Dal, from the presence. For that reason, I intend that the Korean's history of Tsirum must be set up to BC 2500 from now. I could knew what Korean's Tsirum have lived in life through a servey the Korean s mother tongue. Like this, these competitional methods by wrestle with each other have existed in total process of the Korea history of physical education. I have known. In now, the introduction of wrestling conveyed through Korean students studying in the Japan. but the Korean's historical background of Tsirum had assimilated it excellently. After the liberation of Korea, the Korea Amateur wrestling federation organized, and then, we have paticipating in the Olympic game, etc events. If understanding centering around Olympic games, I have considered that the poor grade of the 14Th -the 17Th(?.948-1960) Olympic games were caused by the political, social, economical circumstances, and the good grades of the 18th- the 21th(1964-1976) Olympic games were caused by the social stability and the systematic facilities or training. Moreover, in the 25th(1992) Olympic games, we had awarded four gold medals, South and North Korea each tea. We have known what these excellent grade of wrestling event were not unrelated to the perpetual history of Tsirum events. Therefore, we must to be sought the historical basis of Korean s wrestling event in Tsirum. Until now, though we kept on record historical facts to the era of the Korea these historical facts of Tsirum from now, but these must be lengthen to the ancient times, the era of Chi Woo Chun dynasty in the nation of Bea Dal . When we regard as the BC 2500 a history of Tsirum, in the same manner, the history of wrestling must be lengthen to the prehistoric age from now, be over the Korea history of physical education. consequently, we convinced that the Korean wrestling event have gotten the phase of the powers of the world, it is by no means chance.
