중국, 중앙아시아 및 러시아 거주 한인 관련 자료관리를 위한 연구

이 연구는 중국, 중앙아시아의 우즈베키스탄과 카자흐스탄 그리고 러시아에서 거주하는 한인 관련 한글 정보자원관리 현황을 조사하여 분석하였다. 이 결과를 토대로 한글 정보자원 현황과 정보 자원관리시스템을 구축한 것이다. 연구결과에 대한 주 내용은 1)중국, 중앙아시아와 러시아에서 한글 정보자원분포와 매체의 현황 2)한글 정보자원관리기관 현황 3)중국과 러시아의 문헌분류표 4)정보자원시스템 구축 기본계획과 시스템 구현으로 이루어졌다. The goal of this study is to build the system of investigating and analysing the status quo of the HANGEUL publications, and management of the HANGEUL information resources in China, Kazakhstan and Uzebekistan of the Central Asia, and Russia. Documents analysis, direct observation and interviews were used as research methods. The result of this paper consists of as follows: 1)distributing the HANGEUL information resources produced and collected by the Korean in China, Central Asia and Russia 2)presenting status of the organs of information resources management 3)documenting classification of China and Russia 4) constructing system of the information resources management.

공공도서관 지적자본 평가모형에 관한 연구

이 연구는 공공도서관의 지적자본과 평가지표를 통한 도서관의 지적자본 평가모형을 설계하고자 하였다. 공공도서관은 지식정보서비스 기반 지적자본과 사회자본의 창출자이다. 연구에서는 정보생태환경에 기반을 둔 도서관의 핵심역량과 지표, 지적자본 평가지표를 제시하고 이에 대한 평가모형을 도서관에 적용 가능하도록 하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 도서관의 내외적 환경에 대한 가치와 역량을 정량과 정성적으로 평가할 수 있는 지표가 될 것이다. This research works out a design for the assessment model of intellectual capital of the public library based the intellectual capital and assessment index. The public library is created by the intellectual & social capital through knowledge & information service. This study presented core competencies and index and was examined on applicability the assessment model in the public libraries. The result of this research was looked forward to help to index of quantitative and qualitative assessment in values and competencies for libraries' environment.

학교도서관진흥법의 문제점과 개선방안

학교도서관은 교육적 만남과 문화적 소통의 장이다. 2007년에 제정된 "학교도서관진흥법"은 기본법인 "도서관법"과의 통일성 부재, 업무주체, 전문인력 배치, 내용과 범위설정 등의 많은 문제를 야기하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 "학교도서관진흥법"이 제정된 과정과 법안의 제안과 개정의 목적, 주요내용을 살펴본다. 그 결과 제정된 진흥법안의 문제점을 분석하여 바람직한 개정방안을 제시하고자 한다. School library is the place of educational meeting and cultural communication. School Libraries Promotion Act legislated in 2007 bring about library law's unity absence, the subject of works, arrangement standard of professional personnel, establishment of contents and scope, and matter of qualification and so on. This study investigated the process established of School Libraries Promotion Act, a proposal bill, a purpose bill, and the main contents. As a result it is to propose revision of bill after analysis of the question enacted School Libraries Promotion Act.

일제강점기의 광주학생독립운동 독서회 아카이빙에 관한 연구

이 연구는 광주학생독립운동과 독서회의 활동에서 생산된 자료수집과 자료해제를 통한 내용과 서지를 조사하여 독서회의 아카이브 형성과 효율적인 관리 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이 연구는 문헌조사와 독립운동 관련 기관과 조직 등을 방문, 자료조사, 면담 등을 활용하여 이루어졌다. 연구의 결과는 광주학생독립운동의 의의, 3차례 발생, 참여학교와 학생 수, 독서회조직과 활동, 독립운동 참여형태, 광주학생독립운동 기록정보, 기록정보자원의 특징, 기록정보자원관리 현황, 기록정보자원의 수집체계와 아카이빙, 기대효과와 활용방안을 제시하였다. This study is to investigate the contents and bibliography through data collection and data release produced in the Gwangju Student Independence Movement and the activities of the Reading Association, and to propose an efficient management plan for the formation of the Reading Association archive. This study was conducted using literature research and visits to institutions and organizations related to the independence movement, data research, and interviews. The results of the study were presented the significance of the Gwangju Student Independence Movement, three occurrences, the number of participating schools and students, the organization and activities of the reading society, the type of participation in the Independence Movement, the record information of the Gwangju Student Independence Movement, the characteristics of the records information resources, the current status of the management of records and information resources, a collection system and archiving of records and information resources, and the expected effect and utilization plan were presented.

대학도서관의 지역사회연대와 서비스에 관한 연구

대학은 그 형성과 발전 속에서 인류문화의 산실로서 지역사회와 유기적 관계를 맺고 있다. 대학도서관은 대학구성원의 교육연구학습을 지원하고 지역사회 주민에게 대학의 지식정보자원을 제공해야 한다. 이 연구는 대학도서관의 지역사회 연대의 필요성과 중요성을 살펴보고 국내외적으로 어떤 서비스가 이루어지고 있는지에 대한 현황을 조사 분석하였다. 여기에서 나타난 문제점에 대한 해결책으로서 그 활용방안을 평생학습과 연구활동 지원, 지식정보서비스, 지역사회공헌의 필요요건 측면에서 제시하였다. An university form alliance with the organic relationships the community as a delivery room of human cultural in it's formation and development. The university library is to service knowledge and information resources of it to residents, and education R&D learning of a university constituent. This study research and analyse to the service status of the university library in home abroad and consider necessity and importance of the community solidarity of it. Also it brings up the plans to revigority the community solidarity and services of university libraries in the side of lifelong study, R&D support, knowledge and information service, the community contribution and so on.

코리안 디아스포라 정보자원관리에 관한 연구

이 연구는 문헌정보와 아카이브적 측면에서 도서관의 코리안 디아스포라의 정보자원관리에 대한 발전방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구는 디아스포라와 정보자원 관련 문헌적 고찰과 재외한인들의 이동루트와 정착 그리고 삶의 현장을 기반으로 한 실제적 조사로 이루어졌다. 그 결과 코리안 디아스포라는 자발적 이동보다는 정치와 경제적 측면에서 타인에 의한 이주가 주를 이루었다. 이들은 이주 현장에서 온갖 어려움을 극복하고 다양한 문헌정보를 생산했으며 이것을 기반으로 도서관, 신문사, 출판사, 기록보존소 등지에서 정보자원관리와 아카이브가 이루어지고 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 코리안 디아스포라의 정보자원에 대한 가치와 역량을 나타내고 진일보한 디아스포라 연구와 발전에 기여하게 될 것이다. This research aims to present a development plan on the Korean diaspora information resource management in a viewpoint document information and archives. This study consists of two aspects : a document investigation based on Korean diaspora and information resource and in a practical examine based on a spot of life, settlement, and movement of overseas. A lot of Korea Diaspora have immigrated to Japan, China and Russia mostly with other people in the political and economic dominant cause. They are produced a various of document information and was formed information resource management and archives in a library, a newspaper office and a publishing company. The result of this research was looked forward to help to R&D of information resource management in values and competencies for Korean diaspora.

학생독립운동 지식정보자원관리에 관한 연구

This research aims to present an archive on the management knowledge information resources of Student Independent Movement under the rule of Japanese Imperialism in a viewpoint document information and archives. This study consists of two aspects : a document investigation based on Student Independent Movement and knowledge information resource and in a practical examine based on the first departure of SIM, distribution of knowledge information resources, and their management. They are produced a various of document knowledge information and was formed knowledge information resource management and archives in a library, a newspaper office, Independence Hall, Nation Archives of Korea, and school media center. The result of this research was looked forward to help to R&D of knowledge information resource management in values and competencies for Student Independent Movement. 이 연구는 문헌정보와 아카이브적 측면에서 학생독립운동의 지식정보자원관리에 대한 효율적인 자료수집, 자료해제, DB구축과 아카이브를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구는 학생독립운동과 지식정보자원 관련 문헌적 고찰과 일제식민지 치하 학생독립운동 시발과 그 운동과정에서 생성된 자료들의 유통과 이들 자료들이 어떻게 관리되고 있는지에 대한 실제적 조사로 이루어졌다. 이들은 운동과 투옥 그리고 재판의 과정에서 다양한 문헌정보를 생산했으며 이것을 기반으로 정보자원관리와 아카이브가 이루어지고 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 학생독립운동의 지식정보자원에 대한 가치와 역량을 나타내고 진일보한 학생독립운동 연구와 발전에 기여하게 될 것이다.

Help-Desk 지식관리시스템 모형구축에 관한 연구

지식사회에서 주요자원은 지식이 되며 이러한 지식을 관리하는 도서관의 역할이 매우 중요하다. 기하급수적으로 증가하는 지식정보들 중 조직구성원들이 필요하고 유용한 지식만을 선택하여 이용자의 취향에 맞는 형태로 제공할 수 있는 지식정보관리가 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 기존의 도서관 정보봉사에서 나타나는 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 도서관이 수행해야 할 역할 및 기능들을 Help-Desk 서비스 측면에서 온라인과 오프라인으로 구성요인들을 조사하고 분석하였다. 이 결과를 토대로 웹기반 Help-Desk 지식관리 시스템 모형을 제시하였다. In the knowledge society the main resource is knowledge, and the role of library to manage knowledge and information is very important. Therefore it is necessary to knowledge and information management that provides on demand service to user. The purpose of this research is to design model for web-based help-desk knowledge management system. This study used Qualitative methods as interviews and surveys through BBS and e-mail on information service in the university libraries. Here the investigated component factors are followings Q/A service user's education service to use the library, user's online reference service, e-mail service, FAQ service electronic service(BBS), lecture and research service for faculty, my library, SDI service, and open data service. This study was financially supported by Chonnam National University in the program, Post-Doc. 2002.

도립도서관 이용 패턴 분석을 통한 발전 방안 연구 - J 도립도서관을 중심으로 -

이 연구는 J도 도립도서관의 대출과 운영현황을 조사 분석하여 향후 발전방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 도서관 이용증 발급자 30,072명과 대출건수(2012~2013년) 705,447건을 분석하였으며, 도서관 발전계획 및 이용자 만족도를 조사하여 이를 비교분석하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 21.0을 사용하였다. 이를 통해 도립도서관 이용자의 도서관 이용 행태 및 자료 이용 패턴 등을 확인하였으며, 분석 결과를 기반으로 도립도서관의 발전방안을 제시하였다. This study is to seek a development plan in the borrowed book and current condition of operation of J-do provincial library. Based on library use card issuer 30,072 people and the number of lending books 705,447(2012 to 2013) of J-do provincial library, it was to analyzed elemental and comparative research for library development plan and user satisfaction. Method of analysis used SPSS statistics 21. This confirmed provincial library user's library user behavior and usage pattern of data. Based on the results of analytics, it indicated a development plan of J-do provincial library.
