        1. The purpose of the study The theoretical ground of the running broad jump exercise has been originated from the law of parabola movement in physics. And the purpose of this study is to clarify the dynamical relations in the running broad jump exercise and to findout some scientific methods in the instruction of the running broad jump. 2. The source materials and methods of the study. The photographs of the various postures of the running broad jump exercise by Strobo have been taken; the intial speed, the jumping angle, and the jumping time dring the exercise have been analyzed ; and finally the numerical values of the theory and those of the measure in the jumping distance, have been compared; in order to get a scientific method of instruction. 3. The conlusion of the study. (1) By the Strobo photographs, merits and demerits of the juming posture, the horizontal speed, the jumping angle, the falling posture, the form, etc. have been clearly understood. (2) The record of the running broad jump requires the agreement of the dynamical relations among the initial speed, the juming angle, and the alighting posture. When there is deficiency in any one of these, the desirable progress in the record can not be expected.

      • 投射運動의 力學的 分析 : 走幅跳 中心으로 Chiefly as Viewed from Running Broad Jump

        1. 硏究의 目的 本硏究의 目的은 走幅跳 運動의 力學的 諸般法則과 關係를 解明하고 그의 理論的 計算値와 實驗的 測定値를 比較分析해 봄으로써 走幅跳운동의 指導方法을 科學化 하고저 하는데 있다. 2. 硏究方法 走幅跳의 力學的 諸般原理와 法則을 文獻의 調査 硏究를 通하여 그의 理論的 計算値를 算出하고 Motor strobo 長置를 使用한 寫眞撮影 方法으로 走幅跳 운동의 跳躍角과 跳躍時間 跳躍距離를 測定하여 그의 實驗的 測定値를 算出하고 그 結果들을 比較分析 考察한다. 3. 硏究結果 1). Strobo 寫眞의 圖面을 보고 跳躍의 姿勢와 水平速度, 跳躍角度 및 着地姿勢(Form)의 矯正, 도움닫기의 速度不足, 着地姿勢의 矯正을 科學化할 수 있다는 確信을 얻게 되었다. 2).走幅跳 의 記錄은 初速과 跳躍角 着地姿勢 등의 力學關係가 一致해야 하는데 그 中에서 어느 하나가 不足해도 記錄의 向上은 企할 수 없다는 事實과 初速과 跳躍角과 着地姿勢는 相補的 關係가 있으며 相互의 重要度는 着地姿勢, 跳躍角度의 順位이었다는 事實을 確認하게 되었다. 1.       • Stride와 Pitch의 相關要因 分析 : 短距離 走法을 中心으로

        The problem how to promote our record in sprint which has been getting dull, to a level reaching up to the international level is every expert's concern in the field of physical training in this country. As a result of this study scientifically analyzed, the determining factors of establishing record in short distance sprint are deemed to be: firstly, scale of accelerated speed of the accelerated motion of a sprinter in concentration of his energy; secondly, the decree of top speed itself; and thirdly, the decree of continuation of the top speed. This study has studied the dynamic correlation between the scale of stride which is a factor determining scale of top speed and the pitch to provide a standard value. Reasonable in promoting record, therby, a training method was selected, applied in practice, and reached to following conclusion: 1. It shortened the record by enlarging the stride, decreasing the frequency of pitch and increasing weight. 2. When a record reached to a limit point above the standard value, it could be promoted by increasing the speed of pitch. 3. The provision and the use of the standard value was efficient method for individual training.
