癩患者에 對한 血淸學的 檢索 : 류마토이드 因子와 C-反應性蛋白에 關하여

As one of the serial studies of the pathophysiological phenomena: in leprosy, rheumatoid factor(R.F) and C-reactive protein(C-RP) were evaluated in the sera of the leprosy patients in the Sorok National Leprosarium. One hundred and forty-seven patients' sera were tested and the results were as follows. 1) R.F was detected in the 34 patients' sera(23. 1%) and C-RP in the 35 pati-ents sera(23.9%). 2) Among the 17 leprosy patients with lepra reaction, 4 patients sera(23.5%) showed R.F reactivity and among the 130 patients with no lepra reaction, 30 patients' sera showed R.F reactivity. In contrast, C-RP reactivity was noticed in the 10 patients sera among the-17 lepra reaction patients(58.8%), and in the 25 patients sera among the 130 leprosy patients with no lepra reaction(19. 2%). 3) In the 34 R.F reactive patients' sera, 9 showed slightly weak reaction, another 9 showed weak reaction and the remained 16 patients' sera showed strong reaction. In the 35 C-RP reactive patients sera, ten showed 1+reaction, five 2+ reaction, three 3+reaction and seventeen showed more than 4+reaction. 4) R.F and C-RP reactivity was noticed somewhat more frequently in the sera of the leproniatcus patients and borderline patients. Age, sex, types of leprosy and bacilli index of the patients gave no significant affection to the reactivity of R.F and C-RP.

교수법 개선을 위한 설문 조사 연구

We said that the field of education is far behind in comparison with the other fields, economy, culture, etc, in Korea. Therefore, we often advocated the fundamental reform in education to keep up with the other fields. But we should not overlook that in modem Korea history the driving force of economic growth is originated in education. Today, the intense aspiration toward education is known all over the world and the quantitative increase in educational institutes are surpassing the advanced country. The problems that we face are converting the quantitative to quality in education. At this point of time, the universities in Korea are fortunately established a e-Learning Center and invested heavily in education. To sum up this treatise, we find that the students have a preference over classes that is progressed by means of beneficial and interesting content based on professor's own experience. More than anything else. this teaching method is effectively transmitted to the students in contrast to the classes utilizing the high-technology multimedia instrument. Consequently, we think that this high-tech multimedia instrument is not compulsory but subsidiary in teaching the students. Finally, this treatise is not shirked one's responsibility by the judgement as partial and shallow survey. But this is at least useful to the development of teaching method as a fundamental material. Also, we expect significantly that this treatise provides momentum for the thorough study in this field.

문자매체와 영상매체의 장르전환

Dans l’adaptation d’un roman pour le cinéma, le plus important, ce serait de garder la continuité entre les originals et les adaptés, et en même temps de créer la nouveauté. Dans cette étude, nous voulons essayer de trouver cette contradiction qu’on peut trouver au cours de l’adaptation, en comparant Les pluies saisonnières de Younhengil au film adapté de ce roman par KBS Media; et aussi le conte La poule qui sort de la cour de Whangseunmi au film d’animation adapté de ce conte. D’abord nous avons constaté que les oeuvres littérales ont l’avantage de la description psychologique des personnages; en réalité le cinéma aurait plus de difficulté pour bien poursuivre le cours psychologique des personnages avec des images. Par contre les oeuvres en image ont l’avantage de montrer plus facilement les événements par des images, et d'intéresser plus directement les spectateurs aux intrigues. En fait, le film d’animation a changé de l’atmosphère philosophique du conte en introduisant de nouveaux caractères et surtout le concours des canards. Enfin nous avons trouvé qu’il faut considérer avant l’adaptation, pour bien réussir au ‘storytelling’, ce genre des avantages et des désavantages.

Louis Corman a fait la morphopsychologie en adoptant la théorie de 4 liquides de Hyppocrate et celle de Jung. Et nous avons comparés ces théories avec celle de Sasang constitution de Lee Jema, en cherchant les exemples dans les personnages balzaciens. Les Dilatés extrêmes, qui se marquent par le développement physique et la tendance psychologique extravertie, sont semblables aux Soyangin et Taeyangin, qui aiment des échanges abondants et une facilité d’adaptation, et ils acceptent le monde tel qu’il est. et leur vie instinctive se déploie sans entrave; ils sont gourmands comme l’abbé Biroteau, et sensuels comme Hulot d’Evry. Ils n’ont guère d’inhibition en présence des autres et disent facilement ce qu’ils ont à dire. Au contraire, les Rétractés extrêmes sont semblables aux Soeumin et Taeeumin. Ils montrent la réctraction physique, recroquevillés sur eux-mêmes comme la cousine Bette et Trouvert. Leur vie instinctive ne s’épanouit pas aisément. Ils ne sont pas des hommes d’intuition, mais des logiciens. Ils ont une tendance psycholgique introvertie. Nous espérons que cette étude morphopsychologique aidera de comprendre mieux des hommes.

血糖値가 網內系 貪食能에 미치는 影響

To investigate the effect of blood glucose on the function of reticuloendothelial system, the phagocytic activity of the reticuloendothelial system and blood glucose level were evaluated in the 5%D/W induced hyperglycemic and insulin induced hypoglycemic rats. The results obtained were as follows : 1. Fasting blood glucose levels were 706.8mg% as seven times of normal value in the hyperglycemic group and 11.8mg% as one tenth of normal value in the hypoglycemic group. 2. In the hyperglycemic group, the phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system was increased. On the contraty, the phagocytic function of the hypoglycemic group was decreased in comparison with normal.

제어시스템 보안인증 도입 방안 연구

SCADA 시스템은 국내 산업분야 전반에서 원격 감시 제어를 위해 이용되고 있는 만큼 제어시스템의 보안인증을 올바르게 확립해야 할 필요가 점차 커지고 있다. ISASecure에서 진행하는 EDSA-CRT 테스트는 장치가 정상적인 환경과 비정상적인 네트워크 프로토콜 트래픽 환경에서 핵심 서비스를 적절하게 제공할 수 있는지에 초점이 맞춰져 있기는 하지만 IP, ARP, TCP등 IP 기반 프로토콜을 대상으로 진행하고 있고, 제어 프로토콜에 적용한 테스트 연구는 전무하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 제어 프로토콜 중 가장 널리 사용되는 DNP3 프로토콜에 대해 EDSA-CRT를 적용하여 테스트 요구사항을 도출하고자 한다. 이에 우리는 DNP3 프로토콜에 대한 33개의 테스트 케이스를 제시한다. SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system is widely used for remote monitoring and control throughout the domestic industry. Due to a recent breach of security on SCADA systems, such as Stuxnet, the need of correctly established secure certification of a control system is growing. Currently, EDSA-CRT (Embedded Device Security Assurance-Communication Robustness Test), which tests the ability to provide core services properly in a normal/abnormal network protocol, is only focused on the testing of IP-based protocols such as IP, ARP, TCP, etc. Thus, in this paper, we propose test requirements for DNP3 protocol based on EDSA-CRT. Our analysis show that the specific test cases provide plentiful evidences that DNP3 should follow based on its functional requirements. As a result, we propose 33 specific test case for DNP3 protocol.

3차원 형상 복원을 위한 다중시점 영상 디블러링

본 논문에서는 객체의 모션 블러(motion blur)를 포함하고 있는 다중시점(multi-view) 영상을 이용하여 객체의 3차원 형상 복원시 영상을 효과적으로 디블러링(deblurring)하여 3차원 형상 복원의 정확도를 높이는 기법을 제안한다. 다중시점 영상의 디블러링 수행시 다중시점 영상 간의 기하학적 상관관계를 고려하여 보다 정확히 PSF (point spread function)를 구함으로써 결과적으로 보다 정확한 3차원 형상 복원을 수행할 있다. 제안하는 기법은 각각의 입력 영상에서 초기 2D PSF를 독립적으로 구한 후, 3차원 PSF의 후보를 각 입력 영상의 카메라 행렬에 의해 투영했을 때 이들에 전역적으로 가장 잘 부합하는 3D PSF를 탐색한다. 3D PSF는 방향과 밀도 성분으로 구성되며 이는 결국 3차원 공간에서의 물체의 움직임 궤적과 동일하다. 추정된 3D PSF는 각 영상으로 다시 투영되어 각 영상의 2D PSF로 추정되고, 이에 의해 각 영상의 디블러링을 수행한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법을 이용하여 다중시점 영상 디블러링과 3차원 형상 복원을 수행한 결과, 단일 영상만을 이용하여 복원할 경우에 비하여 디블러링과 3차원 형상 복원 모두 현저히 개선된 결과를 확인할 수 있다. In this paper, we propose a method to reconstruct accurate 3D shape object by using multi-view images which are disturbed by motion blur. In multi-view deblurring, more precise PSF estimation can be done by using the geometric relationship between multi-view images. The proposed method first estimates initial 2D PSFs from individual input images. Then 3D PSF candidates are projected on the input images one by one to find the best one which are mostly consistent with the initial 2D PSFs. 3D PSF consists with direction and density and it represents the 3D trajectory of object motion. 야to restore 3D shape by using multi-view images computes the similarity map and estimates the position of 3D point. The estimated 3D PSF is again projected to input images and they replaces the intial 2D PSFs which are finally used in image deblurring. Experimental result shows that the quality of image deblurring and 3D reconstruction improves significantly compared with the result when the input images are independently deblurred.

Honore de Balzac had loved the descriptions in comparing them through couple. Therefore, he could contrast the traits with the help of their characters and create different human types. And, we could say that this antithetic method is a sort of law of the balzacienne creation. In this study, we have tried to find the examples of antithetic description in la Comedie humaine, and to find the axises which makes these antitheses evidence; above all, we have tried to prove that these axises could contribute to form the structure of narrative. For example, David and Lucien are good friends, but between them, there is an antithetic axis: masculinity and femineity. And then, Trouvert and Biroteau, in spite of their same profession, they have one extreme physiognomic difference; and the axis of their antithesis is the victory and defeat. But if we could generalize all the axises according to the morphopsychologic theory of Louis Corman, there is only: expansion and contract. David, Beatrix, Troubert, Asie, Corentin, and Delphine are contracted persons, who will always attack and succeed finally to attain the goals which they are to be fixed; inversely, there are expansions, like Lucien, Camille, Birotteau, Eupope, Montauran and Anastasie, who will always be lost in the contract.
