국제화 시대에 따라 해외 파견 유학생이 많아지고 있으며, 각 대학에서도 교환학생 프로그램이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이와 함께 해외 교류에 필요한 문화역량에 대한 관심도 커지고 있다. 해외 한국인 유학생 현황에 따르면 중국지역 유학생 수가 가장 많은 비율을 차지하고 있는 데 반해, 이에 대한 전문적인 조사나 연구가 거의 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국지역 교환 프로그램을 통한 문화역량 변화와 교환 전과 과정 중의 요인에 대한 문화역량의 관계를 조사·분석해 보았다는 데 의의가 있다. 이를 조사하기 위해 A 대학 중국학부 학생 중 2016년부터 2018년까지 중국지역으로 파견 간 교환학생을 대상으로 교환 전과 후 2차례에 걸쳐 설문조사를 시행하였고, 2차례 설문에 모두 참여한 동일 집단 53명을 연구대상 범위로 정하였다. 통계 결과와 주관식 의견을 토대로 교환학생 프로그램에 대한 문제점과 개선해야 할 부분을 파악하여 3가지 교육방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 1)교환학생 선발방법 변경 또는 추가 조건제시, 2)기 경험자가 참여하는 정보망 구축, 3)교환 전 교내에서부터 현지인과의 교류를 적극적으로 지원 하자이다. 본 연구의 제시방안을 활용하여 중국지역 파견뿐만 아니라 해외 교류 프로그램의 양적 성장과 질적 성장이 함께 이루어지길 바란다. With the advent of globalization, each universities actively run a student exchange program. In addition, there is a growing interest in cultural competency for international exchanges. These days, more and more Korean students are going to China to study its language and culture but no research has been conducted to make better programs or systems for students. Therefore, this study is meaningful to identify changes of cultural capacity through the exchange program in China. For research, the survey was conducted in A university’s Chinese studies students who participate in exchange student program in China from 2016 to 2018. A group of 53 students responded survey on two separate occasions. Based on the statistical results and opinions on the subject matter, researcher identified the problems of current exchange student program, the way for further improvements and three options for educational methods. 1) Changing the method of selecting exchange students or suggesting additional conditions, 2) Establishing an information network with prior experience in exchange student, 3) Supporting various interacting programs with natives inside a college before exchanging.

지방정부의 아동친화 도시 조성을 위한 아동권리 강화 방안 : 보편적 복지로서의 아동복지패러다임의 변환

Recently, policies of metropolitan councils and primary local governments are diversely developing for the creation of child friendly cities. This study attempts to deal with implications that discussions on child friendly cities, which are recently becoming issues of local communities, have as a form of universal welfare on dimensions of child welfare along with discussions of the direction to which those implications can be applied. For this, this study was conducted largely in three parts. First, it observes the contents of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child which is the spirit and basic foundation of child friendly cities and through this, it examines child welfare paradigms as a universal form of welfare and second, it observes the historical origin of child friendly cities that have modern significance along with the main characteristics of child friendly cities, and third, it explores methods with which to apply locality based community resource connections that currently exist to policies of child friendly cities. 최근 아동친화 도시 조성을 위한 광역자치단체와 기초자치단체의 정책이 다양하게 전개되고 있다. 본 연구는지역사회의 이슈로 떠오르고 있는 아동친화도시에 대한 논의가 보편적 복지로서의 아동복지 차원에서 어떠한 함의를갖고 있으며, 이를 어떠한 방향으로 적용할 수 있는지에 관해 논의하고자한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 크게 3가지 부분으로 구성된다. 첫째, 아동친화도시의 정신이자 기본토대를 이루고 있는 UN아동권리협약 내용을 살펴보고 이를 통해 보편적 복지로서의 아동복지 패러다임을 고찰한다. 둘째, 현대적 의미의 아동친화도시가 구성된 역사적 기원과 아동친화도시의 주요 특성을 살펴보고 셋째, 이상의 내용을 바탕으로 아동친화 도시 조성을 위한 아동권리 강화 방안을 모색해 보고자 한다.

The importance of the convergence education is getting more and more emphasized. But the university convergence education has not yet met today's needs. So this study is focused on showing effective practice methods and finding development directions of the university convergence criticism education. One of a significant trend of the contemporary academic education of liberal arts is the tendency of the convergent and integrative studies. What is essential in the convergent and integrative studies creativity. The zeitgeist of knowledge-based society is change and innovation. In response to its request, college education is being asked to do convergence education, And general education as the basis of convergence education is strengthened. 급속히 변화하는 오늘날의 지식 정보화 사회는 하나의 분야에서뿐만 아니라 다양한 분야를 통섭적으로 넘나드는 창의적이고 종합적인 문제해결 능력을 갖춘 핵심 역량이 강조되고 있다. 이에 따라 대학 융복합 교육은 시대에 흐름에 맞는 교육 목표라고 할 수 있으나 이에 대한 연구 성과는 미비한 편이다. 오늘날 대학교양교육의 중요한 흐름은 융복합 학문의 지향이라고 할 수 있다. 학문간의 융복합은 창의적인 인재를 양성하는 대학교육에 필수적인 교육방침이라고 할 수 있다. 지식기반사회의 시대정신은 혁신과 변화라고 할 수 있다. 이에 부응하여 대학교육은 시대정신으로 융복합교육을 필요로 하고 있고 이와 관련된 교수법 연구와 실행이 대학에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 지식기반 사회의 시대정신은 변화와 혁신이다. 이와 같은 시대정신에 부응하여 대학교육은 융복합교육이 요청되고 있으며, 융복합교육의 기초로서 교양교육이 강화되면서 이와 관련되는 연구와 실천이 대학사회를 중심으로 활발하게 전개되고 있다. 대학의 교양강좌가 융복합교육과정으로 긍정적으로 운영되기 위해서는 교수설계, 교수방법 등을 다양하게 활용하여야 한다. 이 연구는 이에 발맞추어 학습자요구의 관점에서 역사교육을 응용한 융복합 교양과목 운영에 대한 연구를 하였다.

최근 9.12지진(규모 5.8)과 포항지진(규모 5.4)이 연이어 한반도를 강타하면서 잠재적 위험으로 여겨졌던 지진이 실제적 위협으로 대두되었으며, 지진방재대책 수립 등 정부차원의 노력에도 불구하고 지진 대응과 정에서 긴급재난문자 발송지연, 국민행동요령 홍보 미흡 등 다양한 분야에서 문제점을 드러냈다. 이후, 긴 급재난문자 발송체계를 일원화하면서 발송시간을 단축하는 노력을 하였으나 국민의 입장에서 필요한 정보 또는 알고 싶은 정보는 제공되지 않아 국민적 불안은 여전히 남아있는 상황이다. 본 연구는 지능정보기술 을 활용하여 지진 발생 시 국민이 알고 싶어 하는 정보를 신속히 전달하는 지진 안전서비스 모델을 정의 하고 이를 실현하기 위한 구체적 전략을 소개하고자 한다.

The variables relating to the fatigue behavior have uncertainty and are random. The fatigue crack propagation is, thus, stochastic in nature. In this study, fatigue experiments are performed on the specimen of the magnesium alloy AZ31. The data of the fatigue life are scattered even in the same experimental condition. It is necessary to determine the probability distribution of the fatigue crack propagation life for the reliability analysis as well as the design and maintenance of structural components. Therefore the statistics and the probability distribution for the fatigue crack propagation life are investigated and the best fit probability distribution of that is proposed in this paper.
