        In recent years, while the competitive environment has been increasing quickly, Eating-Out Motivation is not adequate to satisfy customers. What is more, it is not yet proved soundly that any effective factor on Eating-Out Motivation should be explored. Consequently, this study aims to examine the effective factor of food service industry’s Factors of Restaurant Choice Factors of Eating-Out Motivation. The important factors in the industry have to be tested. Finally, it is hoped that findings of this study will be useful to both present and future food service industries.

        A country' s eating habits are closely related to the country’s climate. custom and culture. and the level of the dietary life is greatly influenced by the level of the national income specially. A food service industry is closely connected with the economic condition of the country The purpose of this study is to know the consumer needs of food service industry. So. It gives the consumer of food service to basic national paper of consumer behavior of food service and the food service producer to the plan which is development. Results of this study were First. the income from among population statistics variables were found to influence the type of food consume. Second. the population statistics were found to influence the characteristic of food service choice Third. the type of food consume were found to influence the characteristic of food service choice.

      • 復合 肥料의 穗肥水準이 水稻의 發熟 및 收量에 미치는 影響

        本硏究는 晉州農林傳門大學 學生實習團場에서 1992년 4월부터 同年 10月 까지 東律벼 (Dong Jlin)을 供試品種으로 하여, 18-0-18 複合穗料의 穗肥 水準을 窒素, 0.39㎏, 1.39㎏區 2.39㎏, 3.3㎏, 4.3㎏과 標準區 3㎏區로하여 水準 差異에 따라 收量을 調査하였던 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 稈長 및 穗長은 4.3㎏區에서 가장 길었다. 2. 出穗 및 成熟期는 穗肥水準에 따라 差異가 없었다. 3. 登熟率은 施服水準이 높을수록 낮았으며 粒數는 穗肥水準이 높을수록 많은 傾向이었다. 4. 枇重 및 層米重은 穗肥水準이 높을수록 많았으며 有意性이 認定되었다. 5. 正玄比率은 0.39㎏區에서 가장 높았다. 6. 正租收量은 4.39㎏區에서 가장 많았다. The purpose of this study is to examine the growth process and yield of the new rice variety Dongjin by a fertilizing experimentation. The levels of supplementary nitrogen were 0.391㎏, 1.391㎏, 2.391㎏, 4.391㎏ and in the control plot 3㎏ per 10a respectively. The results of experiment are as follows ; 1. The culm length and the panicle length were longest in the 4.3㎏ subplot respectively. 2. The Heading date and the Ripening period were independent of the fertilizing level. 3. The percentage of ripeness was lower and the number of grains per spikelet was larger in the higher fertilizing level. 4. The Empty grains and the Rice screenings increased respectively as the fertilizing level increased. 5. The percentage of hulled and unhulled rice and the Winnowed were highest in the 0.39㎏ and 439㎏ sub-plot respectively.

      • 누에 品種別 人工飼育의 明暗條件에 관한 硏究

        누에 人工飼育에 필요한 종합적인 기술체계를 수립하기 위하여 原蠶을 全齡을 通하여 品種 및 光線條件을 달리하여 人工飼育한 결과를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 털털이율은 光線의 明暗에는 큰 差異가 없었으나, 品種間에는 顯著한 差異를 보여 中國種의 蠶114, 蠶124는, 42∼56%로 매우 低調하였다. 2. 起蠶率은 暗條件에서 높았으며 日本種인 蠶123에서 83.6%로 가장 낮았고 起蠶重은 明條件에서 무거웠으며 暗條件下에서는 가벼운 傾向이었다. 3. 經過日數는 品種間에는 비슷하였으나 24L에서 1日정도 길었고 化踊比率은 蠶114를 除外한 品種은 全暗區에서 높은 傾向이었다. 4. 全繭層重은 明이 길어질수록 무거운 傾向을 보였고 繭長은 日本種이 中國種에 比하여 0.4∼0.59cm 程度 길었으며, 繭幅은 中國種이 日本種에 比하여 0.46∼0.56cm 넓은 傾向이었다. 5. 繭層比率은 明暗에 따라서는 큰 差異가 없었으며 蠶114區에서 16.08%로 가장 낮았고 正常卵我區는 蠶123, 蠶124, 蠶114, 蠶113順이었으며, 明暗의 差異에 따라 蠶113은 18L6D, 蠶114, 蠶123은 18D6L, 蠶124는 24L에서 높았다. 6. 正常産卵數는 蠶113, 蠶114는 18L6D, 蠶123, 蠶124는 24L에서 많았으며 不受精卵數는 대체로 24L區에서 많은 傾向이었다. The purpose of this study is to establish an automatized artificial rearing system for silkworm. Four varieties, Jam 113, 114, 123 and 124, were reared at different light(L) and darkness(D) conditions. 1. The bristling ratio was nearly the same regardless of the light condition, but it was greatly different between the varieties. The Chinese series of Jam 114 and 124 showed very low percentage of vegetation(42∼56%). 2. The rate of newly exuviated larva was higher in the darkness plots than in the light plots. The Japanese series of Jam 123 showed the lowest percentage of vegetation (83.6%). The newly exuviated weight was heavier in the darkness plots. 3. The larba progress term was not different, but became relatively longer by a day in the 24L plot. The puration rate was high in all the darkness plots except Jam 114. 4. The whole cocoon shell weight tended to be heavy, as a light kept being longer. The Japanese Jam was longer by 0.40∼0.59cm than that of the Chinese in the cocoon length. The Chinese Jam was 0.46∼0.56㎝ wider than that of the Japanese in the cocoon width. 5. The cocoon layer ratio was not affected by the light and darkness condition. The Jam 114 showed the lowest percentage(16.08%). Such Jams as 123, 124, 114 and 113 showed a good oviposition in that order. Jam 113 in 18L6D, Jam 114, 123 in 18D6L, Jam 124 in 24L showed high ratio, as the difference between light and darkness.
