철근콘크리트 구조 공동주택 실물화재 실험 연구 -화재성상 파악 및 취약부위 도출을 중심으로-

In many of the developed countries, there have been continuous offers to observe and understand the fire phenomenon for the establishment of fire safety and the development of fire protection technology. In the past, full scale fire experiments have been conducted for the development of the construction technology and the design methods in order to secure the safety of the buildings and the people as well. This study aims at the statistics concerning the structural vulnerablity parts based on the full scale fire experiment in one of the apartment buildings that represents the average households in Korea, thereby acquring the experimental technology, and the basic data needed for the prediction of enclosure fire phenomenon which is critical for the establishment of evalution methods through simulation, and has also presents secured problems concerning the balcony structure and the window types that requires imediate improvement. 선진 각국에서는 방화안전의 구현과 소방기술의 발전을 위하여 화재실험을 통하여 화재현상을 관측, 공학적으로 파악하려는 노력을 경주하여 왔다. 실물화재 실험은, 건축 공간의 안전을 확보하기 위한 공법개발과, 계획방법의 발전, 소화시스템 성능 기준의 결정을 위하여 시행되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 국내거주상황을 대표하는 공동주택을 대상으로 실물화재 실험을 시도하여, 실험기술 자체를 확보함과 동시에, 공간화재예측에 요구되는 기초데이터를 획득하고, 취약부위를 도출하므로써 소기의 결과를 이끌어 내었다.
한중 국제여객선 항로의 운항 실태에 관한 연구 : 목포-상해 국제여객선 취항에 대비하여 To cope with opening Mokpo-Shanhai route

1990년 한-중 여객선항로가 개설된 이래 여객 및 화물의 양이 지속적으로 증가되어 왔다. 운항 초기에는 주요 승객이 소상인들로 구성되었으나 근래에 들어 일반승객으로 대체되고 있다. 또한 양국간의 컨테이너 화물도 정기 컨테이너선 항로가 개설될 만큼 확대되고 있다. 본 논문은 대 중국 여객선 항로의 실태를 조사 분석하고, 이를 현재 목포-상하이간 여객선항로 개설을 추진하고 있는 목포항에 적용하기 위한 것이다. Since Korea-China passenger shipping routes have opened in 1990, the volume of passengers and cargoes has been increased gradually. At the beginning of the routes, most of passengers are consist of tradespeople, who are replaced by common travellers in these days. Also the volume of containers between two country are enlarged enough to establish full container shipping lines. This paper intends to investigate and to analyse the current passenger shipping marker for China, and to apply to Mokpo which has a project to open passenger shipping route for Shanhai, China.

이 글에서는 극히 일부나마 건물공간의 방화안전에 관한 문제에 공학적으로 접근하기 위하여 제안된 이론의 기초적인 사항과 그 기법에 대하여 알아 보았다. 더우 상세한 내용은 건축학대계(일본,창국사 발행) 21편등의 전문서적을 통하여 접할 수 있겠다. 이번에 정리해 본 내용 이외에도 화재성상은 물론 건물의 소방설비능력,관리체제,화재시의 정보전달 등 다양한 분야에 대한 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있으며 그 결과가 실무에 활용되고 있다.

The coastal zone is particularly complex because it is region where terrestrial and marine ecosystem meet and is almost always under pressure from a wide variety of socio-economic factors. Korean coastal zone is suffering from environmental degradation, habitat loss and growing conflicts among resource users. While coastal growth and development pressures in Korea are probably inevitable, the destructive and hazardous nature of these land use and development patterns need not be. This paper aims to suggest the current and potential strategies and policies for integrated coastal zone management that can be utilized to minimize and reduce the impacts of such pressures. Integrated coastal zone management is built on the essential elements of coordination and integration. Type of integration required in coastal zone management are as follows: ·integration between coastal land-system and marine system; ·integration across time scales; ·integration across the regional economic sectors and government agencies; ·integration across the disciplines of management; and ·political and institutional integration. In conclusion, the responsibilities of central government and local government are as follows: The National government should prepare a national coastal management plan, which could serve as the basis for national coastal management goals and objectives; could serve to coordinate the different programs, policies, and actions of many different agencies; and could identify a comprehensive management strategy and the necessary steps to ensure that our precious coastal resources and environment are preserved. .National coastal management must include a critical modification of current development programs that work at cross-purposes to sustainable coastal development. ·The central government has to serve an important role in facilitating and encourageing local coastal management through financial and technical assistance. ·Coastal localities are required to prepare local comprehensive plans. These plans must satisfy certain minimum standards approved by the nation. ·Coastal management is a process that requires creative partnerships to be established between government, civil society and the private sectors. To manage coastal system and resources for the benefit of current and future generations such partnerships will need to be based on the intergration of a range of considerations, including policy, management, education and applied research.
