J.J.Rousseau의 정치적 저술의 의도와 사명에 대한 해석

J.J. Rousseau insisted clearly that there had been consistence in the system and intention of his political wrintings for his lifetime. But after his death, there has been a lot of varieties or contradictions in interpretating his political thoughts. So E. Cassirer said, "It is the question of Rousseau that most modern philosophers has been understood wrongly." In recent times, some scholars consider J.J. Rousseau as an advocator of totalitarianism, but others find liberal elements in his political thoughts. And Some people think that J.J. Rousseau has to assume the intellectual resposibility of the extremism of France Revolution, but others argue that he has the conservative or romantic reactionary tendencies in his political thoughts. He is considered as not only an extrme individualist but also an extrme collectivist. He is now respected as a pioneer of progressive democracy, but simultaneously criticized as an advocator of cruel totalitarianism. We can consider that such varieties in understanding him resulted from the twofoldness of the key concept 'the general will' in his political thoughts. He presented 'the general will' concept to unite two important political traditions; ancient cohesiveness and modern voluntarism. So if one interpretate J.J. Rousseau's political thouthts along with only one tradition, he cannot help arguing with another who adheres to the other tradition. J.J. Rousseau's political thoughts has been considered as revolutionary, reactionary and conservative. Such varieties are derived not from the inconsistencies of his thoughts but from misunderstnading the intention and mission of his political writings , So this article places emphasis upon finding the true intension and mission of J.J. Rousseau to resters the consistency in his political thoughts . It supposes that he wrote political writings to promote inner revolt and moral reforms in monocratic states, and protect the moral and political liberty of a few republic states in Europe. And it concludes that he was not revolutionary, reactionary, and conservative. but only pessimistic.
중국시장에서 신흥국 후발 유통기업의 성공적인 추격전략에 대한 연구

본 연구는 중국시장에 진출한 대만계 유통기업인 알티마트(RT Mart)의 성공적인 추격전략 사례를 분석하여 선발기업을 상대로 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 신흥국 후발기업들의 효과적인 전략적 선택을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 알티마트는 1990년대 말 유통업에 뒤늦게 진입한 후발기업으로 중국시장에 진출한지 10년 만에 글로벌 선도기업들을 제치고 하이퍼마켓(hypermarket) 분야에서 선두자리를 계속 유지하고 있다. 알티마트의 성공은 유통업에서 상당히 이례적인 사례로 경쟁이 치열하고 경쟁사에 대한 모방이 상대적으로 용이한 유통업에서 좀처럼 찾아보기가 쉽지 않은 사례이다. 이러한 이유로 그 동안 대부분의 후발기업에 관한 기존연구들은 주로 특정산업 분야를 중심으로 이루어져왔다. 또한 많은 국제 유통기업들이 높은 성장 잠재력을 지닌 중국시장을 공략하기 위해 진출하고 있지만 최근 큰 손실을 보고 시장에서 철수하는 기업들이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 국내 대표적인 유통기업인 이마트(Emart)나 최근 중국시장에 진출한지 10년 만에 모든 사업을 매각하고 철수를 결정한 롯데마트(Lotte Mart)도 예외는 아니다. 이에 본 연구는 중국 유통업에서 후발기업의 성공적인 선발기업들에 대한 추격사례를 조명하여 기존의 이론적 틀을 보다 확장하고 중국시장에 대한 불확실성과 위험변수에 대한 이들 기업의 효과적인 전략적 선택과 대응에 대해서도 유용한 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. This study aims to explore successful catch-up strategies of the latecomer firm from emerging economy in the Chinese retail sector. In order to provide effective strategic options for the latecomer retailer to secure competitive advantages over its incumbent, it draws upon a case of RT-Mart achieving unprecedented success in the retail sector. While most previous studies focus on latecomer firms in the certain sector such as knowledge-intensive industries, more efforts should be made to investigate strategic behaviour of latecomers in various sectors. RT-Mart is an exceptional case which deserves special attention because the latecomer success is rarely found in the retail sector where management resources and core competencies of rival firms seem to be easily imitable and the competitive intensity of industrial environment is highly severe as well. Therefore, this study utilizes the resource-based view of the latecomer firm in accounting for how firms with few resources and capacities successfully create competitive advantages over incumbents. The main findings not only extend the strategic framework for latecomer firms in the retail industry but also provide new insights into its effective strategic choices to cope with risk and uncertainty inherent in the Chinese market.
중성어혈약침 치료에 대한 임상논문 고찰 - 국내학술지를 중심으로

Objectives To review the case studies and controlled studies about Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture treatment. Methods We searched 92 studies about Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture from 6 Korean web databases, using words 'Jungsongouhyul', 'Jungsongouhyul and pharmacopuncture', 'ouhyulpharmacopuncture' and 'ouhyul and pharmacopuncture' in Korean alphabet. We removed 63 duplicated studies. And we excluded 12 studies by reviewing abstract and the contents of a study. Results We selected 5 case studies and 12 controlled studies, excluding experimental research and study not on humans, not using the Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture for major treatment. Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture was used mostly in whiplash injury and all studies showed that Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture is effective treatment. But we found some lacking parts with study design in most studies. Conclusions We found out that Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture is effective in various diseases. But we need to do more well-designed study to increasing reliability of Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture treatment.

Assistive devices and exoskeletons have critical importance for people with manipulative and locomotive disabilities. One of the major purposes of such devices when used for lower extremities is to help provide the postural or gait stability of the user. However, current lower extremity exoskeletons available lack the sufficient foot support area to guarantee a safe operation for the rehabilitation of patients, and normal posture/gait for users carrying heavy loads on backpack. As a result, these devices may require an intensive control effort to supply the posture or gait stability and can demand additional therapist help during rehabilitation. In this paper, we proposed a novel adaptive foot system to enhance the required stability of lower extremity exoskeletons as an add-on device. The method es-sentially aims to automatically extend the support area behind the heel during walking. The proposed adaptive foot system can extend passively during stance and retract during the toe rocker phase, which allows increased support areas during stance and prevent collisions to the level ground during swing. It is practical to implement and can be employed without necessitating an actuation power. The proposed wearable system will particularly be valuable in rehabilitation for enhancing the stability where safety of patients is particularly critical. It is also anticipated that the system can be a complementary device for current exoskeletons or humanoid robots to enhance their stability. A detailed description and numerical analysis of the stability in sagittal plane is presented for postural and gait cases in this paper. Experiments have been also conducted to prove the effectiveness of the adaptive wearable device for postural and gait stability.
A Turn-On Fluorescent Rhodamine-acyl Hydrazide for Selective Detection of Cu2+ Ions

We present a rhodamine-based probe that can detect Cu2+ ions via Cu2+-promoted hydrolysis in aqueous solutions. In solution, the probe is non-fluorescent and colorless, but gives a strong fluorescence at 586 nm and shows a color change to pink on the addition of Cu2+ ions. We demonstrate that the rhodamine-based probe undergoes Cu2+-promoted hydrolysis with a moderate reaction time (within 3 min) and provides a fluorescence off–on change, even in the presence of other competitive metal ions. The rhodamine-based probe shows a linear correlation between increasing fluorescence at 586 nm and the Cu2+ concentration, and can detect Cu2+ at nanomolar levels (10 nM) in CH3CN:H2O (v/v, 90:10).
