본 논문에서는 고정 크기의 선형 접속 프로세서 배열 상에서의 행렬-행렬 곱셈과 Kalman Filtering을 위한 입력 자료에 대한 배치 및 분할 기법을 소개한다. 제안된 입력 배치와 분할 기법은 프로세서 수가 증가해도 확장 적용할 수 있으며, 기존에 제안된 일반적인 시스톨릭 어레이의 프로세서 사용율을 극대화하여 처리 효율성을 높일 수 있다.

This study is focused on the evaluation of thermal output of TABS(Thermally Activated Building System) according to the ISO 11866. The aim of this study is to evaluate TABS in terms of the temperature difference between heating medium supply temperature(Ts) and return temperature(Tr), thermal output and the surface temperature distribution according to the design flow rate and the design flow temperature. For this purpose, the RC network model and FDM method in ISO 11866 were firstly reviewed. Through the transient heat transfer simulation using temperature calculation using Cranck-Nicolson FDM using Physibel Voltra 6.0W, the temperature difference between Ts and Tr, thermal output and the surface temperature distribution of specific TABS was calculated and evaluated. The results show that specific thermal output and temperature difference at 60℃ of supply water temperature were about 162 W/m², 13.6℃ respectively.

In order to achieve the national target for reducing the green house gas emission, energy consumption in buildings should be reduced because such consumption accounts for more than 21% of the national energy consumption in South Korea. To save energy in buildings, the most important task is to improve the energy performance of a building envelope. Therefore, the Korean government has tightened insulation design code for buildings. In the case of a metal-exterior curtain wall panel system built using steel trusses, actual insulation performance may not be satisfied the code because of additional heat loss through local thermal bridges such as fixing units, steel trusses and joints between panels. The aim of this study was to develope highly insulated metal-exterior curtain wall panel systems in order to obtain the better energy performance. After examining the locations and configurations of thermal bridges, three alternatives for removing thermal bridges were proposed and compared with two existing curtain wall panel systems in terms of their energy performance, condensation risk, construction cost, and constructability. As results, the second alternative reduces heat loss by maximum 85.7% compared with existing cases and has optimal construction cost and constructability.

A building envelope has various thermal bridges such as construction junctions, joints for connecting building elements, and fixing units. These thermal bridges cause additional heat loss, so the overall insulation performance of the building envelope may decrease. Especially, thermal bridges in the metal-exterior curtain wall panel system significantly influence on the insulation performance according to existing researches. Therefore, thermal bridges should be reduced in order to ensure a high insulation performance. The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the overall insulation performance of the existing metal-exterior curtain wall panel system and its alternative for reducing thermal bridges by the mock-up test in winter. Infrared thermal images were taken, and internal and external surface temperatures, temperature differences between center and thermal bridge parts, and air temperatures of cavities were measured and analyzed. As results, the heat loss through thermal bridges was significantly reduced in the alternative.

A louver type BIPV system can be usually installed on the exterior building facade, which can generate the electric power and block the incident direct solar radiation at the same time. In this study, the electric power generation performance data of the louver type BIPV system installed on the south facade of the building in Seoul were analyzed. In order to evaluate the electric power generation efficiency, the electric power generation rate and global irradiation were measured from June 1, 2013 to May 31, 2014. The efficiency of electric power generation was evaluated by comparing the daily total electric power generation of the BIPV system and the daily total incident radiation on the surfaces. In results, we can find that the average electric power generation efficiency for one year was 6.8%, which is lower than common efficiency of the mono-crystalline solar cell. It is because of various factors in terms of the partial shading of the louver itself and adjacent buildings, the surrounding temperature, and the incident solar radiation.

To reduce building energy consumption, it is important to ensure that building envelopes have excellent thermal insulation performance. However, the actual insulation performance of building envelopes varies depending on components and construction methods. In particular, in metal-exterior curtain wall panel systems, various thermal bridges exist at the vertical and horizontal joints between metal panels and in fixing units such as brackets and screws. These thermal bridges can degrade the actual thermal insulation performance even if the insulation thickness is sufficient to meet the insulation standards. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the energy consumption and construction cost of highly insulated metal-exterior curtain wall panel systems without thermal bridges. In this study, the annual heat loss and gain of the existing metal-exterior curtain wall panel system and those of two alternatives for reducing thermal bridges were evaluated through a three-dimensional transient heat transfer analysis. The annual energy cost and the construction cost per unit area of a wall were determined, and the life cycle cost of the example building was analyzed. The annual energy cost and construction cost of the second alternative were less than those of the conventional system by 68.2 % and 2.5 %, respectively; the life cycle cost for 20–40 years was also less than that of the conventional system by 7.5–9.4 %.
VLIW 시뮬레이터 상에서의 디지털 신호처리 행렬 연산에 대한 병렬화 알고리즘

A parallelising algorithm for partitioning and mapping methods of matrix/vector multiplication into linear processor array/VLIW simulator is presented in this paper. First, we discuss the mapping methods for input matrix or vector into the arbitrarily size of processor arrays. Then, we show partitioning the algorithms of the large size of computational problem into the size of the processor array. We execute the algorithm on VLIW simulator and show to effectiviness of algorithm. The result which we achived better parallelising performance on our VLIW simulator design than on linear processor array.
