Human feet are having many troubles because of shoes and hard condition of sports and work. Therefore it is needed to measure many characteristics of foot to provide the individualized foot pad. This paper was performed with a company as a co-work. Some algorithm and technology are introduced which were adopted in this product (Sole-3D). Several mentions were concerned to extend its applications. Scanning large-scale objects technology is remained to be studied.

In order to evaluate the relationship between the bibliographical and clinical effectiveness of Socheongryoungtang, this study was carried out to investigate the effects of Socheongryoungtang on the respiratory system, cardiovascular system and isolated organ in the experimental animals. The following results of Socheongryoungtang were obtained: 1. The inhibitory effect on gastric ulcer induced by histamine. 2HCl was noted in rat. 2. The inhibitory effect on vascular permeability was revealed in mice. 3. The effect of expectorant was recognized in rabbit. 4. The relaxing effect on the muscular contraction of isolated ileum induced by acetylcholine chloride, barium chloride and histamine. 2HCl was recognized in mice, rat and guinea-pig. 5. The effect of direct vasodilatation was noted in rabbit. 6. The effect of hypotensor was recognized in rabbit. 7. The antihistamine effect was noted on both isolated ileum arid tracheal strip-chain in guinea pig. 8 The antitussive effect was recognized in both dog and cat. According to the above results, we has recognized that Socheongryoungtang has good efficacy for bibliographical and clinical diseases caused from respiratory system (especially allergic rhinitis etc.), cardiovascular system and digestive system.

Sparganosis of the brain is very rare and surgical disease. Clinical experience with a case of parasitic cyst from sparganosis in cerebellopontine angle was reported with review of the literatures. A 55-year-old male had suffered from vertigo and left hearing disturbance. C-T scan revealed well demarcated cystic lesion with rim enhancement in cerebellopontine angle. Retromastoid craniectomy was performed. The parasitic cyst and adhered granuation tissues on the surrounding area were removed using surgical microscope.

Bollinger cited the following criteria for diagnosis of delayed traumatic intracerebral hematoma(DTICH) : ⑴ abscence of pre-existing vascular disease ; ⑵ a definite history of trauma : and ⑶ an asymptomatic interval and a subsequent apopleciform episode. Deranged cerebrovascular autoregulation permitting increased flow to a damaged vascular bed, as well as post-traumatic coagulopathies, are proposed explanation for these lesion. 34 cases of delayed traumatic intracerebral hematoma were found retrospectively among 2,195 patients with head injury admitted to the Busan Paik hospital. Inje university in a 6-years peiod. The interval from cranial injury to diagnosis of DTICH by computerized tomography scan varied from 4 hours to 7 days. Of these, 8 cases were conservative therapy and 26 cases were performed operation for removal of hematoma. 12 cases (35%) were obtained favorable outcome, 16 cases (47%) unfavorable outcome and 6 cases (18%) death. The development of DTICH is highly unpredictable and the possibility of this complication after head injury should be kept in mind.

Tape Automated Bonding with Laser Beam Application

We discuss the technique of tape automated bonding with the application of laser beam. Tape automated bonding technique is a powerful method in increasing chip packing density and device reliability. Nd:YAG laser beam was applied to the bonding area to interconnect bonding tapes to microelectronic chips. Tape manufacturing process and wafer bumping procedure is considered in this paper. Thermocompression gang bonding and laser bonding techniques for very large scale integrated chips are studied. Several issues in tape automated bonding technique and the advantages of laser application over the conventional thermocompression gang method will be discussed. The bonding process was analyzed to understand the bonding mechanism and to increase bond yield. This paper will present a brief review of the laser and thermocompression gang bonding system developed.
