본 논문에서는 FT-IR 분광분석법을 이용하여 여러 가지 반응조건에서 기체상 silylation 반응에 의해 생성된 silylated layer의 depth를 비파괴적으로 정량하는 방법을 제안하였다. Silylated layer의 depth는 FT-IR 스펙트럼의 특성 봉우리들(Si-O-ph, Si-C, Si-H)의 흡광도를 바탕 스펙트럼 공제법으로 측정하여 SEM의 두께 측정치와 비교하여 정량하였다. FT-IR 분광분석법을 이용한 Silylated layer의 depth 분석은 비파괴적이고 정량적인 방법으로, 이 방법은 silylation process window를 설정하는 데 적합하다는 것을 알았다. Using FT-IR, we determined the depth of silylated layers produced from various gas-phase-silylation conditions was proposed by using Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopic analysis. The depth of silylated layer was determined from absorbance measurments of the significant peaks (Si-O-ph, Si-C, Si-H) of FT-IR spectra with background spectrum subtraction method. And the results were compared with thickness measurments of SEM. The results were well agree with SEM. It found to be well suited for determining silylation process window.
사각보행기의 고속 보행제어를 위한 동적 모델링 및 해석

In order to control a dynamic gait of quadrupedal walking robot, the equations of motion of the whole mechanism are required. In this research, the equations of motion are formulated analytically using Kane's dynamic approach. As a dynamic gait model, a trot gait has been adopted. The degree of freedom of whole mechanism could be reduced to 7 by idealizing the kinematic feature of the trot gait. Using the equations of motion formulated, the results of the redundant-joint torque analysis and the simulation of dynamic walking motion are presented.
주의초점 전략이 태권도 기본동작의 속도 및 분절 협응패턴에 미치는 효과

This study comparatively analyzed the speed and segment coordination characteristics of Taekwondo hand techniques, while different attention focusing strategies were utilized. Ten elite Taekwondo poomsae athletes participated, and three different strategies (no focus, target focus, body focus) were utilized in random order. The hand velocity and upper body segment coordination characteristics were analyzed, with the following results. First, the maximum magnitudes of the hand velocity differed between the focus conditions for the Araenaereomakgi and Momtongjireugi techniques. Second, the angular velocity and kinetic energy transfer patterns of the segments differed between the focus conditions, and in the case of the body focus condition, the movement was more correct according to the theory. Third, the shoulder and elbow joint coordination patterns differed between the focus conditions, with more efficient movement shown with the body focus condition. In conclusion, we confirmed the potential of effectively using an attention focusing strategy in a taekwondo teaching situation. However, the effect on the movement coordination and results of the movement could be changed by a difference in the cue provided or the type of the task. In addition, depending on the task, the attention focusing strategy could affect the efficiency of the movement. Therefore, coaches and masters of Taekwondo will have to constitute determine the appropriate attention focusing cues based on the task.
핵 위기 모델 사례 분석을 통한 미·중 갈등 해소방안에 관한 연구

쿠바 미사일 위기와 3차 대만해협 위기 모두 핵무기를 보유한 세계 초강대국간의 위기라는 공통점이 있었다. 본 연구는 Bell과 Macdonald 의 핵 위기 모델을 적용하여 두 사례를 비교 분석하고, 특히 3차 대만해협 위기를 오늘날 미·중 갈등과 연관지어 위기 격상 가능성과 해소방안에 대해 알아보았다. Bell과 Macdonald의 핵 위기 모델 설명변수를 각각 적용해 보고, 공통분모의 분석을 통해 향후 대만해협을 둘러싼 미·중 갈등 국면에 있어 핵 위기 상황을 어떻게 다룰지에 대한 방향을 모색해 보았다. 또한 이를 통해 미·중간 인도-태평양전략과 일대일로 정책의 전략적 충돌시 어떻게 양국간 갈등을 해소할지에 대해 논의해 보았다. 우리가 나아가야 할 해법은, 주도적으로 동아시아 평화와 안정을 지지하는 선언을 이끌어 나가면서 장기적으로는 한·중 수교 시 언급한 ‘하나의 중국’ 정책은 국가 간의 약속인 만큼 계속 견지하면서, 대만 문제와 관련된 대만·미국과의 정치 외적인 협력은 지속해 나가는 것이다. Both the Cuban Missile Crisis and the Third Taiwan Strait Crisis had one thing in common: crises between the world's superpowers possessing nuclear weapons. This study compared and analyzed the two cases by applying the ‘nuclear crisis model of Bell and Macdonald’, and in particular, related the 3rd Taiwan Strait crisis to today's US-China conflict to examine the possibility of escalating the crisis and ways to resolve it. Bell's and Macdonald's nuclear crisis model explanatory variables were applied respectively, and a common denominator was analyzed to seek a direction on how to deal with the nuclear crisis situation in the future phase of US-China conflict over the Taiwan Strait. Also, through this, we discussed how to resolve the conflict between the two countries in the event of a strategic conflict between the ‘Indo-Pacific strategy’ and ‘One Belt One Road strategy’ between the US and China. The solution we need to move forward is to lead the declaration supporting peace and stability in East Asia, and in the long run, to continue to uphold the 'one China' policy mentioned in the establishment of diplomatic ties between Korea and China as it is a promise between the countries, and the Taiwan issue. Non-political cooperation with Taiwan and the United States related to this will continue.
산불감시카메라의 효율성 분석에 관한 연구 - 삼척시를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 삼척시를 중심으로 행정구역별(읍 면 동) 산불발생 현황과 삼척시 지역에 필요한 산불감시카메라의 적정대수 산정에 관하여 연구를 수행하였으며 결과는, 이미 설치되어 있는 개별 카메라는 중첩되는 곳이 있어 가시권이 확보된 곳으로 이동해야 할 것으로 판단하였다. 또한, 감시가 취약한 지역에 신규로 설치할 경우에는 인접한 기관(지자체 및 지방산림청)간의 감시시설과 감시지역 중복여부, 감시시설 위치의 타당성 등은 물론 어디에 우선하여 설치할 것인지를 광역적이고 과학적으로 판단하며 설치해야하며, 삼척시의 경우 설치 적정대수를 산정한 바, 최소한 32대 이상은 되어야 가장 효율적인 산불감시체계가 가능할 것으로 분석되었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance level of local self-autonomy focused on performance level of inherent affairs in local government. So this paper discussed the performance level of inherent affairs by the view of residents not by the sight of bureaucrats or local government. Also this paper defines the evaluations from peoples to local body under self-autonomy system. The last aim of this article is to find out the priority of management in performing local inherent affairs for inhabitants. The findings of this dissertation are as follows; 1. The average satisfaction degree of peoples to the performance level of inherent affairs is generally low, especially in welfare, living-environment, culture/art affairs. 2. Local residents think that local government and its bureaucrats are very poor in deciding policy priority. This paper concludes that local government should be careful to perform welfare, living-environment, culture/art affairs in order to develop local self-autonomy system.
