        Blake 와 낭만주의의 자아탐구

        The problem of 'Self' was one of the main concerns of Romanticism. Romantic quest of self was evolved through various areas;social, historical, aesthetic and metaphysical. Among them, Romantic poets' activities were mainly concentrated on regaining the substantiality of self through their artistic creations. At the end of 18th century, with the dawning of individalization and secularization, the belief of the transcendental reality was doubted, and the poets and thinkers began to doubt the substantility of self. Such a scepticism brought about the sense of insecurity in general. Romantic poets tried to solve the problem through artistic creation. It is because the process of artistic creation provided them with the sense of autonomic subjectivity, considering themselves as a creator similar to God. It gave them the self-confidence which cannot be gained in any other experiences. Nevertheless, their experiences were confined to the aesthetic realm only: they lacked the necessary interaction with the concrete historical and social reality of their society. Blake is unique in enabling to gain the interaction through his visionary art. He considered his art as a means of transmitting the prophtic vision to his society. For him, artistic creation is not simply an aesthtic experience but a visioary action to open oneself toward the others. It is an action to break the division of the self and the object. He believes that the conception of self itself existing independently of the object is an illusion caused by the false belief of Empiricism. When such a false belief is cleansed off, the eyes of men are opened and men can see the eternal reality of self, which is not different from the unified humanity. Then the original unity of self and the substantiality of self can be restored.

        교정치료와 관련된 치조골 높이 변화에 대한 연구

        교정치료에 의해 빚어지는 치조골 소실의 정도를 좌,우측 제1대구치의 근,원심면에서 치료 전,후의 파노라마 필름을 이용하여 비교평가하고 치조골 소실에 미치는 영향 요소들을 알아보고자 하였다. 고정식 교정장치 치료를 받은 216명의 환자들은 104명의 성장군과 112명의 성인군으로 나뉘어 졌으며 4개 소구치의 발거가 이루어진 경우는 각각 50명씩이었다. 치료 전,후 파노라마 사진에서 상하 좌우 제1대구치의 근심 및 원심 부위의 치조골 높이를 백악법랑질경계에서 치조골의 최첨점까지 치아 장축에 평행하게 계측하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1.치료 시작시, 성인군은 성장군보다 유의하게 치조골 수준이 낮았다. 2.치료 후 치조골 수준은 치료 전 수준보다 유의하게 낮았다. 3.성장군과 성인군 간에 치조골 변화량의 유의한 차가 없었다. 4.성인발치군은 비발치군보다 유의하게 더 많은 치조골 소실을 모든 원심면에서 보였다. 5.상악은 하악보다 통계적으로 유의하게 더 많은 치조골 소실을 근심면에서 보였다. 6.성인군은 원심면에서 근심면보다 유의하게 더 많은 치조골 소실을 보였다. Alveolar crest is the section of interproximal alveolar bone which includes the free edge of the alveolar process. An increase of the normal forces within limits of tolerance leads to deposition of new bone. If forces are beyond the limits of tolerance, resorption of bone will result whether the force produces pressure or tension. This study was designed to evaluate changes of alveolar bone levels in mesial and distal surface of the left, right first molar, by using pre-treatment, post-treatment panorama films. Two hundreds sixteen subjects were divided into adolescent group of 104 subjects and adult group of 112 subjects, to which orthodontic treatment with a bicuspid extraction (adolescent group-50 subjects, adult group-50 subjects) or without a nonextraction (adolescent group-54 subjects, adult group-62 subjects) was applied by fried appliances. Pre- and post-treatment panorama films were traced, and alveolar crest height was measured. Amounts of changes in alveolar crest height by treatment were calculated and compared in terms of side of tooth, extraction, age. The results were as follows ; 1.When pre-treatment alveolar crest bone levels were compared, levels of adult group were significantlv lower than those of adolescent group. 2.Post-treatment alveolar crest bone levels were significantly lower than pre-treatment levels. 3.When changes of alveolar crest height were compared, between adolescent and adult group were not significantly. 4.When changes of alveolar crest height were compared, significantly larger changes were noticed in extraction than nonextraction cases. 5.When changes of alveolar crest height were compared, significantly larger changes were noticed in maxilla than mandible. 6.When mesio-distally compared, significantly larger changes were observed in the dictal than mesial sides of adult group.

        Fine Performing & Visual Arts 에서 필요로 하는 성격분장에 관한 연구

        The character design make-up, which is necessary in the field of fine performing & visual arts, namely, performances and creative arts, should appeal to composite functions of all the human senses, expecially to functions of the visual and auditory senses. Various arts such as decorations, props, costumes, lights, sets, etc. in instrumental elements and choreography, direction of acting and of musics, etc. in technical elements should be involved altogether to form a vital performance, which is formed by creating an unified single time and rhythm as they are organically linked, managed and maintained in general, because situations and background set up in time and space should present a three-dimensional effect. These all make-ups mean a form of facial make-ups for dancers in dance, musicians in music and actors in drama (hereinafter called as performers), who are all related to performing arts, among many varied visual elements visually viewed in a set of performance. Historical transitions of make-up and make-up as a character analytical makeup in the East and the West were compared and analyzed, and so concrete expression was possible to be made through analysis of facial forms and textures. Kinds of make-up materials and techniques were also treated. These all things were explained relating to make-ups according to facial analysis of performers in fine performance & visual arts. The make-ups, which are absolutely necessary to performers in fields of music, dance, and drama, not as basic make-ups, should be put based on the character design theory.

        천상병 비평에 대한 고찰 ―1950년대 비평의 지향점을 중심으로―

        This study introduces the newly discovered critical resources of Cheon, Sang-Byeong to discuss the critical aim and characteristics of his criticism. The study concluded that Cheon’s critical aim was the independence of Korean literature, and his criticism was a process of searching for its realization. Cheon was devoted to writing criticisms since he started working as a critic in the early 1950s to overcome the inferiority of Korean literature and establish new literature on Korea. For that reason, he fiercely criticized the contradictory spirit and mindset of the new generations and declared his firm determination to start a new era. Cheon emphasized the discovery and succession of classics for modern use to restructure the independence, and he pursued the possibility of new lyricism that combines “lyrics” and “intellectuality.” He was particularly interested in overcoming the contradiction between the oriental “essence” and the western “methodology.” The solution to this problem was the starting and end-point of Cheon’s criticism to establish the new Korean literature. However, his search and efforts in exploring the possibilities stopped when his critical activities came to an end. Although his critical exploration stopped, Cheon aimed to establish new Korean literature through criticism. This was the consistent aim of his criticism from the beginning until the end. His fierce search and serious passion to realize the possibility were his intrinsic motivation. This is why Cheon’s critical publications should be restored and discussed again. 이 글은 천상병 비평의 자료들을 새로 발굴, 소개하면서 그의 비평 전체를 관류하는 비평적 지향과 특성을 살펴보았다. 천상병이 비평가로 활동하기 시작한 1950년대 초반부터 비평적 노력을 기울인 것은 한국문학의 후진성을 극복하고 새로운 한국문학을 정립하는 일이었다. 신세대의 신세대답지 않은 정신과 자세를 신랄하게 비판한 것도, 세대교체에 대한 강렬한 의지를 표명한 것도 이러한 문제의식에서였다. 이를 위해 천상병은 주체 재건으로서 고전의 발견과 현대적 계승을 강조하였으며, ‘서정’과 ‘지성’이 결합된 새로운 리리시즘의 가능성을 열고자 하였다. 무엇보다 특히 중요한 비평적 과제로 삼았던 것은 동양적 ‘본질’과 서양적 ‘방법’의 이율배반을 극복하는 일이었다. 이 난제의 해결은 새로운 한국문학을 정립하기 위한 천상병 비평의 원점이자 도달점에 해당한다. 그러나 그의 모색과 노력은 1960년대 초반 비평 활동의 중단으로 가능성의 타진 단계에서 멈춰서고 만다. 이로 인해 후일을 기약했던 여러 문제의식들, 예컨대 비평의 보편성과 타당성, 새로운 현대적 리리시즘의 실체, 고전으로서 신라정신에 대한 이론적 내실화, ‘방법’ 있는 ‘본질’의 탐색 등도 완미(完美)한 결실로 이어지지 못했다. 이후 간헐적으로 몇 편의 비평문을 발표하지만 날카로운 문제의식과 특유의 사유, 패기만만한 주장과 팽팽한 긴장은 더 이상 보여주지 못한다. 비록 비평적 탐색은 중단되었지만 천상병이 비평을 통해 이루고자 했던 것은 새로운 한국문학의 정립에 대한 꿈이었다. 그것은 처음부터 마지막까지 그의 비평 전체를 일관한 비평적 지향이었다. 그 가능성을 실현하기 위한 치열한 모색과 진지한 열정은 그의 비평을 추동한 내적동인이었다.

        영지(靈芝) 약침(藥鍼)과 영지(靈芝) 추출액의 항알레르기 효과에 대한 연구

        Objectives We studied on anti-allergic effects of Ganoderma lucidum herbal acupuncture(GHA) and Ganoderma lucidum extract(GE). Methods In vivo, Animals were herbal-acupunctured GHA at both B13s three times for 5 days. Then, we investigated compound 48/80-induced active systemic anaphylatic shock using ICR mice and anti-DNP IgE-induced passive cutaneous anaphylaxis using Sprague Dawley rat. In vitro, we measured cell viability, b-hexosaminidase release, IL-4 and TNF-a from RBL-2H3 cells, and nitric oxide from Raw264.7 cell after treatment of GE of various concentrations. Results In vivo, GHA pretreatments at both B13s inhibited compound 48/80-induced active systemic anaphylatic shock. Passive cutaneous anaphylaxis were inhibited by GHA10 and OP. In vitro, $0.1\;{\sim}\;2%$ GE treatments were not affect on cell viability and inhibited b-hexosaminidase release, IL-4, TNF-a and nitric oxide. Conclusions These results suggest that GHA and GE may be beneficial in the inhibition of allergic inflammatory response.
