注文生産시스템의 生産스케줄링을 위한 非線型 目標計劃模型

This paper describes nonlinear goal programming (NGP) model under multiple criteria for closed job shops. In manufacturing facilities, there occurs queue time because of the complex flows in the shop and the heterogeneity of item. Considering the queue behaviour to be occurred in any workcenter, the mathematical model is developed under multiple criteria for batch sizing. We describe NGP model based on total cost, work-in-process inventory and average queue time. The results of simulation are as follows: (1) According as the setup cost increases, work-in-process inventory and average queue time make the increment or decrement. (2) According as the ratio of demand to production capacity increases, total cost, work-in-process inventory and average queue time increase by geometrical progression.

The incidence of naso-ethmoid-orbital injuries is high as compared with injuries to other are as because of the face being an exposed position without protective covering. The major injuries of naso-ethmoid-orbital fractures result from a motor vechile accident, and industrial accident or personal assault. Naso-ethmoid-orbital fractures are one of the challenging of all craniofacial fractures in treating because of the intricate anatomy of this region and the difficulty in fracture fixation. For reestabilishment of normal naso-ethmoid-orbital skeletal anatomy and restoration of soft tissue injuries, for example, traumatic telecanthus, orbital hypertelorism, enophthalmos, we performed open reduction and internal fixation with miniplate, wire or microplate as soon as possible. 3. patient of naso-ethmoid-orbital fractures underwent open reduction and internal fixation with miniplate, wire or microplate from a Apr. 1, 1987 to Mar. 31, 1993. The complication rate was low and the esults were relatively good. The advatages of our method for the naso-ethmoid-orbital fractures are 1) provide accurate three- dimentional stability to repaired bone and bone segments 20 to find ideal method of fixation for thin and narrow fragments of bone fractures 3) to restorate accurately any soft tissue injuries of globe, nasolacrimal duct and its appratus 4) relatively easy correction of enophthalmos, traumatic telecanthus, orbital hypertelorism 5) restoration of facial contour 6) no visibility or palpability of microplate, and unnecessary removal of any microplates after operation.
