해양레저스포츠시설로서 마리나 개발에 따른 지역주민의 기대감, 사회신뢰 및 공동체의식

The research was to explore local community and residents' expectation, social trust and consciousness according to marina development as the marine leisure sports facilities. For this purpose, research has been carried out targeting local residents of Jeongok port located in Jeongok-ri, Seosin-myeon, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do where the Marina development was in progress. Research was conducted as participant observation during April-September in 2012, and in-depth interviews were carried out from September 1st to 9th. Participant observation was used for community and residents' consciousness and for the in-depth interviews, area and classification analysis were taken after 1-2 times individual interviews of 11 participants selected for the study by the aid of informants who resides in Jeongok port. Area analysis and classification analysis were taken as data analysis. The result can be summarized as follows. First, the concepts of the formation in social capital, improvement of local image and revitalization of the regional economic were derived by expectation of analysing local residents' expectation, social trust and consciousness by exploring the change of community according to marina development as the marine leisure sports facilities. Second, by social trust of local resident according to marina development, conflict in interests between fisherman and marina users, demanding to civil service employees due to the dissatisfaction of local residents and distress of civil service employees by illegal acts of marina users have been identified. Third, as community spirit of local resident according to marina development, the concepts of social capital formation, sense of belonging and mutual influence changes in consciousness were drown up. 본 연구는 해양레저스포츠시설로서 마리나 개발을 통해 변화된 지역사회와 지역주민의 기대감, 사회신뢰, 공동체의식을 고찰하기 위하여 경기도 화성시 서신면 전곡항 마리나 개발 지역을 연구지역으로 설정하였다. 연구방법은 2012년 4월부터 9월까지 참여관찰을 실시하였고 9월 1일부터 9일까지 심층면담에 의해 자료를 수집하였다. 참여관찰은 마리나 개발에 따른 지역사회와 지역주민의 의식을 관찰하였고 심층면담은 전곡항에 거주하는 제보자의 도움을 받아 11명의 연구참여자를 선정하여 개인별 1-2회 면담을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 영역분석과 분류분석을 실시하였다. 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해양레저스포츠시설로서 마리나 개발에 따른 지역사회 변화의 탐색에서 도출된 지역주민의 기대감, 사회신뢰, 공동체의식을 분석한 결과 기대감에서는 사회간접자본형성, 지역이미지 개선, 지역 경제 활성화 등의 개념이 도출되었다. 둘째, 마리나 개발에 따른 지역주민의 사회신뢰에서는 어민과 마리나 이용자 간의 갈등, 지역주민의 불만족 해결을 위한 바람, 마리나 이용자의 불법행위에 대한 공무종사자의 고충 등의 개념이 도출되었다. 셋째, 마리나 개발에 따른 지역주민의 공동체의식에서는 사회자본형성, 소속감 및 상호영향의식 등의 개념이 도출되었다.

장거리 전송을 위한 맥파의 특성 파라미터 검출

한의학에서는 맥은 심장을 포함한 오장육부 전신의 상태를 파악하는 매개체로서 혈관의 탄력성과 혈액의 흐름 상태를 나타내고 있으며, 의사는 환자의 진단과 맥파의 진찰에 의해서 얻어지는 정보를 가지고 주관적으로 건강 상태를 판단한다. 따라서 오진을 막기 위해서 의사의 판단은 객관적인 기록물의 증거에 의해서 결심하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문은 건강상태 판단의 기초 자료를 검출하는 맥파 해석의 3차원 시각화하는 방식과 시뮬레이션을 통해서 맥파의 특성 파라메터를 검출하는 것을 제시한다. Being a medium to help understand the status of the whole body including the Five Vital Organs and the Six Viscera such as the heart, the mac is considered to represent the elasticity of the blood vessel and the condition of the bloodstream in the Oriental medicine. A doctor makes a subjective judgment on a patient's conditions based on the information derived from the diagnosis and the medical examination of the mac wave. Thus he or she needs objective records and make a decision based on them in order to prevent misdiagnosis. This paper set out to suggest the ways to detect the particular parameters of the mac wave with the methods to visualize the mac wave interpretation to detect basic documents(causes) of health status judgment in three-dimension and with the simulation.

비대칭 쌍방향 전자책 출판 DTV 방송 시스템 구성에 관한 연구

21세기는 디지털 기술의 발전으로 방송, 통신, 컴퓨터의 융합에 의한 통신매체가 독립적으로 영역을 지켜오던 시대는 지나 그 한계성을 극복하지 않으면 존재의 가치를 상실하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 TV 방송의 미래 환경에 대하여 고찰하고, 맞춤형 서비스와 대화형 TV 기술을 분석 ISDB(Intergrate Service Digital Broadcasting)와 같이 방송과 통신을 융합하여 영상, 음성, 각종 데이터들을 종합 취급하는 차세대 TV 방송인 비대칭 쌍방향 디지털 TV 전자출판 방송 시스템을 구성하였다. 또한 질이 우수한 전자 출판 방송에 대한 서비스를 개발하기 위해 주문형 양방향 시스템에 응용하는 제작, 송출, 전송, 수신, 저장하는 기술을 분석 그 활용을 고찰하여 새로운 방송형 TV 전자출판 방송을 구현하는 TV/PC 수신 주변장치 개발을 제안하였다. In the 21st century, broadcasting, communication, and computer have been integrated due to the development of digital technology. Accordingly, to overcome the limit of respective communication media and to maintain them, their independent area shall not be classified. This study is to examine the future environment of digital TV broadcasting, to analyze customizing type service and interactive type TV technology, and to make asymmetric interactive digital TV publication broadcasting system, which is TV broadcasting in the next generation to treat visual image, sound, and various data all together by harmonizing broadcasting and communication like ISDB(Integrate Service Digital Broadcasting). In addition, to develop service on publication broadcasting with high quality, this study is to propose to develop relative devices for TV/PC reception to realize a new communication type TV publication broadcasting, by analyzing technology for producing, sending, transmitting, receiving, and saving to apply to customizing type interactive system and by examining its application.

위성통신을 이용한 대화형 디지털 독서출판 TV방송 시스템 구성에 관한 연구

21세기는 디지털 기술의 발전으로 방송과 통신의 영역이 없어지고, 관련된 모든 통신 매체가 통합하여 폭넓은 서비스 제공을 가능하게 할 것이다. 또한 2001년 HDTV 방송이 수도권을 중심으로 시작되고, 위성방송채널도 100개이상 허가될 예정이므로 우리나라도 다채널 TV 방송 시대가 도해하게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ISDB 시대의 TV 방송의 미래 환경과 서비스 영역을 고제하고, 한반도 주변 한글 문화권 형성을 위한 위성방송 기술을 분석하여 맞춤형으로 디지털 화면책 출판을 서비스하는, 새로운 대화형 독서출판 위성 TV 전승 시스템을 제안 하였다. In the 21s1 century, it may be possible to offer comprehensive service by integrating all communication media under the development of digital technology without the classification of broadcasting and communication. In addition, it will be begun to perform HDTV broadcasting by focusing on the Metropolitan area in 2001yr and will permit over 100 channels for satellite communication, thus multi-channel TV broadcasting age has come in Korea. Therefore, this study is to identify the future environment of TV broadcasting and service area in ISDB age and to present new interactive type publication satellite TV transmission system, which provides customizing type digital screen book publication, by analyzing satellite broadcasting technology to create Korean cultural area around the Korean peninsula.

코로나19로 인한 유소년스포츠클럽 운영 경험에 관한 질적 연구

본 연구는 코로나19로 인한 유소년스포츠클럽 경영자의 운영 경험에 대하여 연구하고자 하였다. 첫째, 유소년스 포츠클럽 운영 경험을 탐색하기 위하여 개방형 설문지를 활용하였다. 개방형 설문지는 인구통계학적 특성 5문항, 코로나 19로 인한 경영의 어려움 1문항, 정상화를 위한 노력 1문항으로 구성하였다. 유소년 클럽 운영자를 모집단으로 선정 후 편의추출법을 사용하여 2020년 4월 1일 ~ 2020년 4월 30일까지 45인의 자료를 유효 표본으로 사용하였다. 둘째, 개방 형 설문을 통한 결과에 대한 보완 및 설명을 위하여 유소년스포츠클럽 운영자 4인을 선정하여 2020년 6월 6일부터 6월 30일까지 심층면담을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료의 내용을 전체적으로 포괄하여 설명해 줄 수 있는 범주 및 의미를 생성하 였고 심층면담을 통한 질적 자료의 내용은 사례별로 기록한 후 양적 연구 결과와 관련된 주제로 분석하여 보완·설명 하였다. 이와 같은 절차를 통한 결과는 다음과 같다. 개방형 설문지를 통해 나타난 현상을 개념화 시킨 결과로서 원자료 305개를 추출하였다. 첫째, 경제적 어려움, 대인관계 어려움, 시설확보 어려움, 프로그램 운영 어려움 등으로 4개의 핵심 범주가 도출되었다. 둘째, 질병관리, 회원관리, 재원마련, 신뢰경영 등으로 4개의 핵심범주가 도출되었다. This study was intended to study the operational experience of youth sports club operators due to corona19. First, open questionnaires were used to explore the experience of youth sports clubs. The open-ended questionnaire consisted of 5 items concerning demographic characteristics, 1 item concerning difficulties with management due to COVID-19, and 1 item concerning efforts at normalization. In the population of youth club managers, convenience sampling was performed to get a valid sample of data from 45 persons from April 1 to 30, 2020. Second, four youth sport club managers were chosen to complement and explain the results from the open-ended questions and have in-depth interview from June 6 to 30, 2020. Inductive categorical analysis was carried out to generate categories and meanings that could comprehensively explain the collected data in general and the qualitative data from the in-depth interviews were recorded on a case-by-case basis and complemented and explained through analysis with the themes related to the results from quantitative research. Through this procedure, the following results were obtained: 305 pieces of the first raw data were drawn as a result of conceptualization of the phenomena found in the open-ended questionnaire. First, four key categories are financial difficulties, difficulties with interpersonal relationships, difficulties in securing facilities, and difficulties in running programs. Second, four key categories are disease control, management of sports club member, financing, and reliable management.
