        탄력밴드를 활용한 저항성 운동이 비만여대생들의 심혈관위험요인과 생활스트레스에 미치는 영향

        In this study, the effects of elastic band exercise, one of resistance exercises, on cardiovascular risk factors and life stress were discussed for obese female college students in their 20s, and the following conclusions were drawn. In cardiovascular risk factors, body fat percentage decreased only in exercise group, and TC decreased in both groups, but not statistically significant in all factors. In the case of HDL-C, it increased in the exercise group and showed a significant result, and there was also an interaction effect. LDL-C showed decreased results in the exercise group and also had an interaction effect. In TG, it decreased in the exercise group and showed significant results. Lastly, Glucose showed a decreased result in the exercise group, showing a significant result in all factors, and an interaction effect. In life stress, α-amylase showed a decreased result in the exercise group, which was shown to have an interaction effect. In conclusion, the elastic band, a resistance exercise, has a positive effect on improving cardiovascular risk factors and reducing life stress for obese female students. It is expected that if progress is made by supplementing the form and intensity of exercise in the future, obesity can be improved and a pleasant college life can be spent.

        발생적 모델링을 활용한 로그 단원 교수ㆍ학습 자료 개발 및 적용 사례

        본 논문에서는 수학적 지식을 스스로 구성하여 개념적으로 이해할 수 있도록 개발된 발생적 모델링을 활용하여 로그 단원에 대한 교수․학습 자료를 개발하고 발생적 모델링 활동을 통해 학생들이 로그 개념을 이해해 나가는 과정을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 로그 단원을 3가지 소주제로 나누고 각각의 소주제별로 발생적 모델링의 교수학적 4단계인 적용, 추출, 압축, 구성 틀에 맞추어 발생적 근원 맥락을 담고 학생 스스로 개념을 구성해 나갈 수 있는 교수․학습 자료를 개발하였다. 개발된 자료를 이용하여 중하 수준 학생 2명과 중상 수준 학생 2명을 대상으로 수업을 진행하였다. 이를 통해 발생적 모델링의 교수학적 4단계를 따르는 로그 단원에 대한 개념 구성 과정을 살펴보고 van Hiele가 제시한 일반적인 수학학습수준을 바탕으로 학생들의 로그 단원에 대한 이해정도를 분석하여 몇 가지 교수학적 시사점을 제안하였다. In this paper, we develop a logarithm units’ teaching․learning materials using genetic modeling which is designed for students to construct by themselves and figure out mathematical knowledge conceptually, and we analyze the process of students’ comprehension of logarithm concepts through genetic modeling activities. For this purpose, we divide logarithm units into three subunits and develop teaching․learning materials which include genetic original contexts and are framed by the four pedagogic phases of genetic modeling, application, extraction, comprehension, and construction so that students themselves are capable of construct the concepts of logarithm units. The developed teaching․learning materials are applied into lessons for two intermediate-basic students and two intermediate-advanced students. Through this, we examine students’ conceptual construction process about logarithms units with the four pedagogical stages of genetic modeling applied, and analyze the depth of their comprehension about the logarithm units based on the general phases of mathematics-learning introduced by van Hiele, and then we suggest several pedagogical implications.

        스포츠클라이밍 선수들의 피로회복과 혈중스트레스 개선을 위한 순환식 트레이닝 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of circuit training on blood lactate and oxidative stress index in sports climbing athletes. The study was performed for 8 weeks, 3 times a week, 60 minutes a day, The results are as follows. There was no statistically significant difference in body weight after exercise compared with before exercise. Body fat percentage and BMI decreased, and significant results were obtained. Blood lactic acid and oxidative stress index also decreased after exercise and significant results were obtained. In this regard, Circuit Training showed a decrease in blood lactate and oxidative stress to sports climbing athletes. Therefore, it is a fitness program that can present the regular exercise to the athletes participating in the bouldering, lead and speed game in the sports climbing. It is a fitness program that removes lactic acid in the blood and improves the oxidative stress It is considered to be one of the methods.

      • Thera-Band Exercise를 통한 중년여성들의 체형개선과 혈중 산화스트레스에 미치는 영향

        This study was divided into exercise group and control group for middle-aged women and participated in the Thera-Band Exercise program for 8 weeks, and compared before and after exercise to examine how body shape improvement and blood oxidative stress were affected. Statistical analysis was performed using the Window ver. SPSS 22.0 program. For the pre- and post-test of the two groups, the t-test method was used and the independent sample t-test was used to test the difference between the two groups. The statistical significance level of all results was .05. The results and conclusions are as follows. First, in the body shape improvement and the blood oxidative stress difference test, there was a statistically significant difference in the weight loss, body fat percentage and oxidative stress reduction in the exercise group (p<.001, p<.01). There was no statistical difference in the control group. Second, there was no statistically significant difference between pre - and post - body weight, body fat percentage, and blood oxidative stress in body shape improvement and blood oxidative stress difference test between two groups. As shown in the above results, middle-aged women participating in Thera-Band exercise showed positive results in improvement of body shape and blood oxidative stress. As the aging society progresses, middle aged women are prevented from aging fast, I think that it will be able to send a healthy middle age by controlling unnecessary oxidative stress in the human body. Subsequent studies suggest that antioxidant enzyme function may be added to the blood oxidative stress to prevent various diseases before they reach their old age.

        Group Exercise 참여가 성인비만여성들의 운동능력과 심혈관질환 유발인자에 미치는 영향

        Obesity is the leading cause of cardiovascular disease and lifestyle diseases. Although these policies are being enforced at the time of declaring the war on obesity, the majority of obese women are still exposed to secondary risks of obesity. Therefore, in this study, the obesity adult women should perform the Zumba exercise for 13 obese women who want to participate in the GX program, which has recently been sport lighted in the fitness center. As a result of the measurement and analysis, the following conclusions were drawn. In addition, there was a statistically significant difference in the exercise ability, showing an increase in strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. The cardiovascular disease-causing factor showed a significant difference in triglycerides, but there were significant changes in total cholesterol, high density cholesterol, low density cholesterol and blood glucose, but no statistically significant difference. Based on the above results, it was concluded that the recent issue of Zumba exercise changes the body, improves motor function, and improves cardiovascular inducers of obese women. These results are thought to be one of the exercise methods that can improve the health-inhibiting factors, prevent secondary diseases, and pleasantly change healthy body in adult obese women. If we participate in such group exercise variously by day, and systematically proceed in the long term by scientific methods such as exercise intensity and time, we will have healthy adult, middle age, and old age, and it will be an exercise that can prevent aging in advance.

        탄력밴드운동과 CoQ10 섭취시 여성의 활성산소 농도 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        Through this study, an elastic exercise band complex group of 8 weeks (CoQ10 intake + band exercise) and middle-aged women in the control group, and serum lipid levels of reactive oxygen species affect how you placed with the purpose to identify. Study of 16 people, they are a composite group of women (CoQ10 intake + band movement) and the control group were each placed in 8 groups of radio, the subject of the same elastic band while participating in an exercise program every 8 weeks CoQ10 1 capsule complex group was to take. Before and after 8 weeks of the experiment two times the total from all the subjects in the active oxygen concentration in blood tests and blood lipid tests were significantly different from the data obtained in order to verify the Paired t-test and within groups, between groups Independent t -test was conducted, the .05 significance level is set to the following conclusions. Changes in the concentration of reactive oxygen species compared in the two groups after the experiment than before the experiment was significantly lower (p<.01), changes in between-group comparison, seemed there was no statistically significant difference. Changes in serum lipid complex group only after the experiment than before the experiment, Total Cholesterol, HDL-C, LDL-C, Triglycerides showed a significant difference in the (p<.05, p<.01), changes in between-group comparisons after the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol experiment seemed only statistically significant difference. This conclusion together, rather than simply exercise and exercise at the same time through antioxidant intake decreased serum concentrations of reactive oxygen species and that there are more effective in improving blood conclusions. Subjects for further study in more diverse antioxidant intake and antioxidant effects of the human body, improve circulation, and many studies are in progress will have to be.

        코어 안정화 운동이 근·골격계 통증 운동선수들의 혈중젖산과 신체적 스트레스에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to improve the chronic musculoskeletal disorders of elite athletes and improving performance and performance during exercise to see the effect of core stabilization exercise. The subjects of this study were 20 C university athletes, each of which participated in the core stabilization exercise group and the non-participating group, 10 subjects were randomly assigned, and measured twice before and 8 weeks after exercise. For a total of 8 weeks, the core exercise group performed core stabilization exercise under the same conditions as much as possible, and the control group did not manage other than the usual training and only measured. Data processing was performed using the correspondence sample t-test to see the difference between the two groups before and after each of the two groups, and the repeated measurement variance method to confirm the difference between the groups and the timing of measurement. As a result of applying the statistical setting value as α=.05, the following conclusions were drawn. Blood lactate decreased in the core exercise group, showing a significant difference. As a result of repeated measurement variance analysis, it was found that there was an interaction effect only at the time of measurement Among the stress indicators, α-amylase decreased after exercise in the core exercise group, showing a significant difference, and total antioxidant activity increased in the core exercise group, indicating that there was a significant difference. As a result of repeated measurement variance analysis, α-amylase was found to have an interaction effect at the time of measurement and the time of measurement*group . and total antioxidant activity was found to have an interaction effect at the time of measurement and the time of measurement*group. Summarizing these results, it was found that the core stabilization exercise program is effective in reducing blood lactic acid and positively improving the stress indicator α-amylase and total antioxidant power for elite athletes. Therefore, if the core stabilization exercise is set in consideration of the intensity and frequency of the exercise before the game, during the game, and during the rest period, It is believed that the season will be achieved with successful performance improvement as it relieves the pain of chronic musculoskeletal diseases of elite athletes.

        순환운동이 비만중년여성들의 활성산소와 총항산화력에 미치는 영향

        In this study, we investigated the effect of circulation exercise program on obese factors, active oxygen and antioxidant in middle-aged women. For the statistical methods, we used the corresponding two-way repeated measure ANOVA was used to verify the difference between the measurement period and the group. The statistical setting was α=.05 and the following conclusions were obtained. In the body fat percentage showed a statistically significant difference in the exercise group. Body mass index(BMI) showed statistically significant difference in exercise group. while it increased in the control group, there was a statistically significant difference. The interaction effects were observed only in the group and the measurement period. Changes in reactive oxygen species decreased in the exercise group and showed statistically significant differences. The interaction effects were observed only in the group and the measurement period. The changes in antioxidant increased in the exercise group and showed statistically significant differences. The interaction effects were observed only in the group and the measurement period. If the exercise duration is prolonged and the exercise intensity is gradually increased, it will be possible to prevent and treat various lifestyle–related disease by increasing the elimination of obesity, active oxygen removal and antioxidant power in middle age.
