        유럽 컨테이너 건축물의 사례분석을 통한 국내 적용방안

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the planning characteristics and it's application of container architecture as case study. Field survey was used to analyze the spatial planning characteristics in terms of development outline, appearance, exterior, floor plan and interior of eight famous cases in Berlin, Hamburg, Hannover, Amsterdam and Paris of Europe. The results of this study were as follows; Firstly, good examples of container architectures such as student housing, social service center, temporary medical facility and cruise terminal in Europe suggested the potential of domestic applicability in various purposes and development. Secondly, various types of freight container, building container and module frame system should be developed with their reprocessing environment. Thirdly, it is necessary for us to develop ISO type(20~40ft) container and standard plan with interior and storage design reflecting demands of residents. Finally, the use of container module will be an environmental-friendly alternative for its modularity and reusability, so it should be used as it is without severe deformation. The development of environmental friendly energy sources such as hydro and solar power is necessary for domestic container architecture as well. The container design should include the use of high quality of exterior finishing materials and the plan of aesthetical color planning to make the building a local landmark.

        단일 조성 실온 경화형 실리콘러버를 지지체로 사용한 고체상 탄산이온선택성 전극의 개발

        소형 고체상 전극에 단일 조성 실온 경화형(one-component room temperature vulcanizing type) 실리콘러버 730(730 RTV)을 지지체로 도입하여 가소제가 필요 없는 탄산이온선택성 전극막을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 최적화된 탄산이온선택성 전극막의 조성은 85.75 wt%의 730 RTV, 11.08 wt%의 trifluoroacetyl-p-decylbenzene(TFADB), 3.17 wt%의 tridodecyl-methylammonium chloride(TDMACl)로 제조 되었고, 우수한 전기화학적 특성(감응기울기 (26.3 mV/dec.), 선택성($logKT^{pot}_{CO_{2},Cl^-}$= -4.00, $logKT^{pot}_{TCO_{2},Sal^-}$=1.69), 검출한계(4.0${\times}10^{-4}M$))을 보였으며, 이와 같은 조성의 막을 도입한 평면형 고체상 센서는 60일 이상 초기특성을 유지하였다. We developed a miniaturized solid-state carbonate ion-selective electrode (carbonate ISE) based on one-component room temperature vulcanizing type silicone rubber 730 (730 RTV) without adding plasticizer to the matrix. The optimized carbonate ion selective membrane is prepared with 85.8 wt% of 730 RTV, 11.1 wt% of trifluoroacetyl-p-decylbenzene (TFADB), and 3.1 wt% of tridodecyl-methylammonium chloride (TDMACl). This carbonate ISE exhibited excellent potentiometric properties (i.e., slope: 26.3 mV/dec; selectivity: $logKT^{pot}_{CO_{2},Cl^-}$= -4.00 and $logKT^{pot}_{TCO_{2},Sal^-}$=1.69); and detection limit for $TCO_2:\;4.0{\times}10^{-4}M$). In addition, the early potentiometric properties of the solid-state sensor with optimized membrane composition were not deteriorated for more than 60 days.

        현대집합주거계획에서 비정주성이 표현된 공간구성 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the non-sedentary in contemporary multi-housing planning through the understanding and interpretation of the modern nomadic life. A document research method was used to analyze and classified the spatial characteristics and development of the non-sedentary dwelling spaces since 1980. Finally, today the applicable cases of non-sedentary space are as follows; the sharing housing, the adapting housing, and temporary housing for the multi-purpose spaces, huge spaces and the industrialization housing. First of all, in order to conform the concept of nomadism, the theory and characteristics were divided into three aspects; The concept of thought of lines, events and Rhisome, and the spatial characteristics of fluidity, multiplicity and the non-hierarchy, that is mainly based on the philosophy of Gilles Deleuze. This study attempted to analyze how the concept of non-sedentary dwelling space has been developed in what form and method they have been applied and interpreted in the historical background. It attempted to resolve the concept of movement and mobility through the experiment so that they might apply to the space of contemporary city.

        일시적 거주개념을 적용한 1인용 소형주택의 공간구축유형 및 특성

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the types and characteristics of space construction in temporary small-sized housing for single-person household through the understanding and interpretation of the modern flexible lifestyle. A document research method and case studies were used to analyze and classified the spatial characteristics of temporary dwelling spaces since 2000. Findings of the study were as follows: In order to conform the concept of temporary dwelling for small-sized housing units of single-person households, the types and characteristics of space construction were divided into three aspects: (1) 'Transporting' by wheel, rotation and vehicles, (2) 'Transforming' by adapting, assembling disassembling, and folding unfolding, (3) 'Wearing Carrying' by inflatable and tented type. In conclusion, this study found two types of space construction in temporary small-sized housing. The first was 'formal aspect' which was focused on the simplicity of shape, ease of deformation and lightweight of materials. And the second was 'functional aspect' which was focused on the complex space composition, the rapidity of installation and dismantling, ease of movement and transportation. This study shows that the combination of two types of the temporality will be more ideal in temporary small-sized housing planning rather than relying on just one type.

        집중력, 청각반응속도, 순발력이 민첩성에 미치는 영향

        Background : The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between an agility and a concentration, an auditory reaction time and a muscle power. Methods : Twenty one healthy female college students who were 20-21 years participated in the experiment; after being introduced to the methods, they voluntarily signed a consent form. And they received several test related with this study; side step test for an agility, Harris & Harris test for a concentration, brain auditory evoked potential test for an auditory reaction time and vertical jump test for a muscle power. Result : There was no relationship between the agility and the concentration and the auditory reaction time. However, the muscle power related with the agility significantly. Conclusion : In conclusion, these findings suggest that a muscle power training is a good way to promote an agility. So, we can find out that, in an player who requires an agility, a muscle power training is the most important way for promoting an agility than a concentration training or an auditory reaction time training.

        배양액의 염도에 따른 남조식물 ( SG 63 ) 의 생장 연구

        The characteristic of Cyanophyte genus SG63 is similar to that of Aphanot hece sp. The optimal growth was found with the concentration of NaCl and MgSO_4·7H_2O on the culture medium. The most optimal condition is 56‰of NaCl (S4 medium) and 20‰of MgSO_4·7H_2O (M2 medium). The synthesis of chorophyll α, phycocyanin and soluble proteins is affected by the concentration of the two mineral elements in culture. Especially, the content of chlorophyll α and phycocyanin decreases on the most highly saline medium. The identified principal carotenoids are β-carotene, echinenone, zeaxanthin and myxoxanthophyll. The rates of concentration of protein/chlorophyll α and phycocyanin/chlorophyll α are low on the S4 medium. Inversely, these rates are the highest on the M2 medium. Accordingly, the high concentration of MgSO_4·7H_2O provoke the synthesis of phycocyanin and total proteins.

        공배양의 작용기전에 관한 연구

        Objective: A number of studies to improve in vitro culture conditions have been tried over past ten years by using co-culture system with helper somatic cells. However, the mechanism of coculture is poorly understood. This study was designed to understand the mechanism for the mode of actual action of co-culture using co-culture system of ICR strain's 1-cell embryos with human oviduct epithelial cells by examining the effect of conditioned medium and contactless coculture using a cell culture insert on the embryo development and by measuring the level of superoxide anion from conditioned medium after co-culture. Methods: ICR strain's zygote embryos were cultured in medium alone (control), coculture, conditioned medium, or contactless coculture system for 6 days. Conditioned media (CM) were prepared as following 5 groups. All CM were collected after culturing oviduct cells for 2 days. CM-1 was stored at $-20^{\circ}C$ until use, and CM-2 was prepared just before use as a culture medium. CM-3 was cocultured with embryos and retrieved just before use. CM-4 and CM-5 were derives from the microfilteration of CM-2 and CM-3, respectively, using Microcon-10 (10 kDa molecular weight cut-off). The percentage of the embryos developed to hatched blastocyst stage and the level of superoxide anion in supernatant from medium alone culture (control), coculture, and contactless coculture were measured. Results: The rates of embryo development to the hatched blastocyst stage were significantly higher in coculture (43%) than in control (0%) (p<0.05). The CM-1 group had no embryo development since 2-cell embryonic stage, whereas the CM-2, CM-3, CM-4 and CM-5 groups had the improved development to 4 or 8 cell embryo stage, but the similar rate of development to hatched blastocyst compared to control. The effect of coculture on embryo development was disappeared in the contactless coculture group. The level of superoxide anion was significantly reduced in coculture group compared to control. Conclusion: It is concluded that the present coculture system overcomes the 2-cell block in vitro and improves the embryo development. This beneficial effect may be due to the direct cell-cell contact between embryo and helper cells or the removal of deleterious components from medium rather than the embryotrophic factors.

        대식세포에서 감태 에탄올 추출물의 NF-κB/MAPK 신호전달 억제를 통한 항염증 효과

        염증반응은 여러 사이토카인의 상호작용과 많은 염증 매개체의 유도에 의해 야기되는 복잡한 과정이다. LPS는 대식세포에서 TNF-α, IL-1β, COX-2, iNOS와 같은 염증 매개체의 발현을 촉진한다. 따라서 LPS에 의해 유도되는 염증 매개체들의 억제효과는 대식세포의 활성에 의해 야기되는 염증반응을 완화시키는 중요한 기전으로 알려져 있다. 이전 연구에서 microglia에서 LPS 자극에 의해 COX-2 발현과 MAPK 발현이 감태 추출물에 의해 저해됨을 확인하였고 peptidoglycan 자극에 의한 RAW264.7에서도 비슷한 결과를 확인하였다. 하지만 감태 추출물이 대식세포주인 RAW264.7 세포에서 염증 매개체 억제 활성의 기전이 명확히 규명되지는 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 염증성 사이토카인 발현에 중요한 신호전달체계인 NF-kB/MAPK 신호전달 경로에 대한 감태 추출물의 저해효과를 확인하여 ECEE의 항염 효과 기전을 밝히고자 하였다. RAW264.7 세포의 생존율에 영향을 주지 않는 ECEE의 농도에서 염증성 사이토카인의 발현에 미치는 영향을 실험한 결과, LPS 자극에 의해 증가되는 PGE2, TNF-α, IL-1β의 발현이 ECEE의 처리에 의해서 억제됨을 알 수 있었으며 염증반응의 대표적인 효소인 COX-2와 iNOS의 발현도 ECEE의 처리에 의해 억제됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 사이토카인 발현에 전사인자로 알려진 NF-κB에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 ECEE가 LPS로 유도된 NF-κB의 핵 이동을 억제하는 것을 관찰하였다. 또한 MAPK 신호전달경로에 미치는 영향을 관찰한결과, ECEE가 대식세포에서 LPS로 유도되는 ERK, JNK, p38의 인산화를 억제하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 ECEE가 MAPK 신호전달경로의 억제를 통하여 사이토카인의 발현을 저해하여 염증반응을 억제하는 것으로 사료된다. 이러한 연구결과는 감태 추출물이 의약품 소재 및 기능성 식품 등의 다양한 분야에서 기능성 소재로 활용될 수 있는 기초적인 정보를 제공할 것으로 생각된다. Ecklonia cava is a brown alga that evidences antioxidant, diarrhea and anticoagulant effect. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying its anti-inflammatory effects remain poorly understood. In the current study, the effect of Ecklonia cava ethanol extracts (ECEE) on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced cytokine expression in RAW264.7 cells was investigated. Our results indicate that ECEE inhibits LPS-induced inducible nitric oxide (iNOS) and cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 in a concentration-dependent manner. Also, pre-treatment with ECEE significantly inhibited the expression of inflammatory cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β). Moreover, phosphorylation of mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) and nuclear translocation of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) were strongly suppressed by ECEE in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. These results indicate that ECEE has an anti-inflammatory effect in RAW264.7 macrophage through inhibition of the NF-κB/MAP kinase signal pathways.

        급격히 악화된 예후를 보인 자궁경부에 발생한 악성 혼합뮐러종양

        Malignant mixed Mullerian tumor (MMMT) is a type of cancer that contains two cell types known as the adenocarcinoma and sarcoma. MMMT is a rare malignant cancer of the genital tract and particularly the prevalence of MMMT in the cervix is extremely rare. Due to the rare incidence of MMMT in cervix, its treatment has unestablished guidelines and has unclear prognosis. Based on the previous data, the prognosis of MMMT in the cervix is better than the prognosis of uterine MMMT. Here, we are reporting a case of cervix MMMT that is rapidly progressive with an extremely poor prognosis, which contradicts the previous data.

        〈괜찮아 사랑이야〉를 통해 본 조현병에 대한 인식과 회복의 내러티브 탐구

        본 연구는 드라마 〈괜찮아 사랑이야〉의 조현병 대상자인 장재열이 조현병에 이르게 되는 과정과 회복을 위해 조현병을 받아들이는 과정을 내러티브로 재구성하여 정신질환 대상자에 대한 전문적인 개입전략을 마련하기 위해 수행하였다. 연구방법은 질적방법의 하나인 내러티브 탐구방법을 적용하여 수행하였다. 내러티브 탐구에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조현병은 개인의 독특한 심리사회적 경험과 아동기 외상과 관련 있었다. 둘째, 증상들은 과거와 현재를 반영하는 내용으로 자신의 약한 내면을 회피하기 위한 수단과 같았다. 셋째, 조현병으로 인한 모순을 발견하고 직면함으로써 자신의 약점을 인정하고 자아를 재구성하는 실제적인 회복이 시작될 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 조현병이 있는 대상자의 경험을 이해하고, 이들의 회복을 위해 정신건강사회복지사들이 수행할 수 있는 실천적 논의를 제공할 수 있다. 조현병 대상자의 회복을 위해 그들의 목소리에 귀 기울이고, 정신질환 대상자의 관점에서 시작되는 사회통합을 위한 다양한 연구가 활발하게 이뤄지는 것이 필요하다. This study aims to develop a professional intervention strategy for the mentally ill by reconstructing the process of Jae-yeol Jang, a character with schizophrenia in the TV drama “It"s Okay, That"s Love,” accepting his schizophrenia to describe the processes of schizophrenia development and recovery. The research method was carried out by applying the narrative exploration method, one of the qualitative methods. The results of this study were as follows. First, schizophrenia was associated with an individual"s unique psychosocial experience and childhood trauma. Second, the symptoms reflected the past and the present as a means of avoiding an individual"s inner weakness. In this process, symptoms related to schizophrenia were an alternative to overcoming the contradictions of weakness and excessive positivity. Third, it was possible to start the actual process of recovery of reconstructing oneself only when patients recognized their weaknesses and discovered and confronted the contradictions caused by schizophrenia. These results provide the symptoms experienced by those with schizophrenia and the process of recovery to help them understand mental health. It is also meaningful in that it was able to provide practical discussions that can be carried out by mental health social welfare intervention for their recovery.
