22.9㎸ 폐쇄 배전반내의 사고모델을 통한 실험적 검증

This paper describes the accident analysis by modelling the current transformer mounting in a metal-clad switchgear at 22.9㎸. In analyzing the accident, the reconstruction at the current transformer mounting(VCB connecting guide) has to be taken into account. The accident was modelled as a 3-phase ground fault occurring between the end plate of 22.9㎸ lines and the safety shutter at the current transformer mounting of the VCB inside the metal clad switchgear. Since the outside maintenance of the metal clad switchgear is restricted by the enclosed compartments, its circumference has to be kept clean. Through the reconstruction results, it was confirmed that the fault of the enclosed switchboard could be reduced when the shutter made of Fe material was changed into an insulation.

본 연구는 영재교육대상자 선정에서 사용되는 검사에 포함된 반성적 사고력 변인이 영재교육대상자 판별에 효과적인지 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 영재교육대상자 선정에 사용되는 검사문항을 구성하고 있는 문제해결력, 공간지각능력, 패턴인식능력과 비교해서 반성적 사고력이 영재교육대상자를 얼마나 잘 판별할 수 있는지 알아보았다. 연구의 대상은 수도권에 위치한 대학부설 영재교육원 선발과정에 응시한 학생 795명이다. 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영재교육대상자를 선정함에 사용되는 문제해결력, 공간지각능력, 패턴인식능력은 판별에 모두 유의미한 변인으로 나타났으며, 세 예측변인 중에는 공간지각능력의 예측력이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문제해결력, 공간지각능력, 패턴인식능력에 반성적 사고력을 추가하여 판별 분석한 결과 판별함수의 판별력이 개선되었으며, 네 변인 중 반성적 사고력이 가장 예측력이 높은 변인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영재교육대상자로 선발된 인원과 선발되지 않은 인원이 차이가 커서 전체 인원을 상 · 하위 10%, 15%, 30%로 분리하여 판별 분석한 결과, 모든 그룹에서 반성적 사고능력의 예측력이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 영재선발 과정에 타당하고 신뢰로운 구인이 늘 요구되고 있는 상황에서 반성적 사고력이 향후 영재교육대상자를 선정하는 데 있어 매우 타당하고 유용한 변인으로 작용할 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the reflective thinking is effective in the identification of the gifted education subject. Specifically this study investigates how the reflective thinking ability of the gifted students can be discriminated compared with the problem solving ability, the spatial perception ability, and the pattern recognition ability. The subjects of the study were 795 students who had applied for the selection process at the gifted education center affiliated with a university in a metropolitan area. The main results are summarized as follows. First, problem solving, spatial perception, and pattern recognition skills, which are often used to select gifted students so far, all showed significance in their discrimination. Among the three predicted variations, spatial perception is the most predictable. Second, the determination of the discriminant function was improved by adding the reflective thinking variable to the problem solving, spatial perception, and pattern recognition capabilities. Among these variables in identifying the gifted, the most predictable one was reflective thinking. Third, as a result of discrimination analysis between upper and lower 10%, 15%, and 30%, all groups showed the highest predictive power of reflective thinking ability. This study suggests that reflective thinking ability can be a very useful variable in identifying the gifted in a situation where valid and reliable measure is always required in the gifted selection process.

Recently study on passenger' activities found that many passengers were ride in kinds of transport, e.g. car and railway while business trip. Usually choice of transport is determined by the transportation of passengers, depending on the purpose of travel. A study was therefore set up to study how efficient influence the transports about business trip. The study involved 4 subjects (4m) which divided into four groups during two day. We evaluate about the transport productivity by each day by using the car and railway. The transport productivity of car and railway was valued in HRV and Stroop Color Word Interference Test. The results showed significant differences between the car and railway. The subjects reported that use of railway is greater transport productivity than the car.

We report the complex pseudodielectric function < " > = < "1 > + i < "2 > of an oxide-freeAlSb film for energies from 0.7 to 5.0 eV and temperatures from 300 to 803 K. The 1.5-μm-thick filmwas grown on a (001) GaAs substrate by using molecular beam epitaxy. We maintained the film inan ultrahigh vacuum to prevent oxidation artifacts and used a rotating-compensator ellipsometer toobtain the optical properties. Critical-point (CP) energies were obtained by numerically calculatingsecond energy derivatives of the data. Blue shifts of the CP energies and sharper structures wereobserved with decreasing temperature. The calculated CP energies were fit to a linear equation.
