        A reversed phase HPLC method was developed and validated for the determination of primidone in human plasma. Propylthiouracil was used as an internal standard. Calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 10-120 ng/㎖. The coefficient of variation of the intra- and inter-day precision were below 15%. The coefficient of variation of the accuracy were below 15% in the concentration range investigated. A bioavailability study was performed using the validated HPLC method. Twenty four healthy human male volunteers were orally administered 20 mg of primidone. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated using WinNonlin. The mean values of AUC_(LAST) was 85.0±17.7 ㎍ hr/㎖, C_(max) was 4.22±1.04 ㎍/㎖, T_(max) was 1.85±1.13 hr, t_(1/2) was 17.7±2.4 hr. The pharmacokinetic parameters and the HPLC method can be used for the desigm of bioequivalence study of primidone.

        Sludge를 이용한 자기 연마재 개발

        The magnetic polishing is the usefiil method to finish using magnetic power of magnet. This method is one of precision polishing techniques and has an aim of the clean technology using for the pure of gas and inside of the clean pipe for transportation. The magnetic abrasive polishing method is not so common for machine that it is not spreaded widely. There are rarely researcher in this field because of non-effectiveness of magnetic abrasive. Therefore, in this paper deals with development of the magnetic abrasive using sludge. In this development, abrasive grain WA and GC used to resin bond fabricated low temperature. And magnetic material was fabricated from the sludge which were crused into 200 mesh and average diameter 01.2mm ball type. The XRD analysis result show that only WA and GC abrasive and sludge crystal peaks detected which explains resin bond was not any more chemical reaction. From SEM analysis it is found that WA and GC abrasive and sludge were strong bonding with each other by bond.

      • C-means 알고리즘을 이용한 마이크로 엔드밀의 상태 감시

        Recently, the advanced industries using micro parts are rapidly growing. Micro end milling is one of the prominent technology that has wide spectrum of application field ranging from macro to micro parts. Also, the method of micro-grooving using micro end milling is used widely owing to many merit, but has problems of precision and quality of products due to tool wear and tool fracture. This study deals with condition monitoring using acoustic emission(AE) signal in the micro-grooving. First, the feature extraction of AE signal directly related to machining process is executed. Then, the distinctive micro end mill state according to the each tool condition is classified by using the fuzzy C-means algorithm, which is one of the methods to recognize data patterns. These result is effective monitoring method of micro end mill state by the AE sensing techniques which can be expected to be applicable to micro machining processes in the future.

        피질이형성증과 동반된 난치성 간질의 외과적 치료

        The advent of neuroimaging technique has enabled the accurate diagnosis of structural abnormalities associated with intractable epilepsy. Among these, neuronal migration disorders(NMDs) or cortical dysplasias(CDs) involving cerebral cortex are increasingly recognized as a major cause of intractable epilepsy. CDs are expressed as variety of forms depending upon the time of injury to the developing nervous system. CDs are highly and intrinsically epileptogenic. It is crucial to completely resect the epileptogenic zone in focal CDs for better seizure outcome. Hemispherectomy or multilobar resection is preferred for hemimegalencephaly. Callosotomy can be chosen in the diffuse CDs who have intractable drop attacks. However, resective surgery can benefit the selected patients with diffuse CDs if localizing information persists.

        어메니티플랜의 제도화 방안에 관한 연구

        The importance of the quality of urban life is being increased now. Citizens have been looking for the pleasant places and have a tendency for getting amenity in a certain place. In some cities, an amenity plan has been made to promote urban amenities and to get rid of dis-amenities. We believe that amenity would be more important planning elements in the future. This study proceeded to get some guidances for amenity plan as followings. First, the literature study for amenity and amenity plan was carried out. Second, questionary survey was executed for figuring out the experts' opinion. Third, the suggestions for making amenity plan were developed.

        초격자 고경도 나노 다층막 소재의 복합경도 해석을 통한 계면 강화 효과 분석

        Multilayer coatings consisting of very thin layers of nitride materials deposited by magnetron sputtering (sometimes called superlattices) exhibit hardnesses over 50 GPa, much higher than that of single layers. Several explanations for this hardness increase have been proposed, including dislocation blocking by layer interfaces, Hall- Petch strengthening, strain effects at layer interfaces, and the supermodulus effect. Among these, dislocation blocking has been generally accepted as a dominant factor in large hardness enhancement. However, the interface between two materials consisting of multilayers is broadened due to interdiffusion. The magnitude of hardness enhancement by the interface has not yet been quantified for real systems. In this study, the concept of composite hardness is introduced to quantify the interface-related hardness enhancement. We suggest a composite hardness equation and quantifythe magnitude of hardness increase by using an equation based on the interface hardness and the interface thickness derived by comparing results derived from this equation and those determined in nanoindentation tests. Three multilayer systems, such as TiN/VN, TiN/NbN and CrN/NbN were used in the equation.

        GIS와 항공정사사진을 이용한 산림정보 관리시스템 구축

        우리나라 산림행정 업무의 대부분은 서류 및 대장에 의존하고 있는 실정으로 신속, 정확하고 다양한 업무 처리를 위해서는 첨단의 공잔정보기술을 이용한 과학적인 산림정보 관리시스템의 개발이 시급하다. 특히 지리정보시스템(GIS)과 항공사진 활용기술의 도입은 산림이용기본계획이나 산지개발, 산림자원 관리 및 산림보호 정책 등의 의사결정지원에 효율적으로 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 GIS와 항공사진(1998년도 촬영)을 기반으로 주요 산림정보인 수치지도, 수치임상도, 임야도 및 관련 속성데이터 둥을 가공하여 DBMS(data base management system) 내에 저장하였으며, 이를 기반으로 세부 응용시스템인 지번별 임야정보 검색, 산지이용개발 정보관리, 법정제한림 정보관리, 산림자원 정보검색 등의 인터페이스를 개발함으로써 산림 관련 실무자가 산림정보의 종합적인 공간분석 및 질의 검색이 가능한 산림정보 관리시스템을 구축하였다. 본 시스템의 구축으로 산림의 효율적 관리는 물론, 경제적인 산림자원 및 임산업 육성과 쾌적한 산림환경을 조성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 관련 부서들 간의 표준화된 공간 자료 공유와 과학적인 정보체계의 연동으로 산림자원 관리를 위한 집약된 공간 및 전자 정보화 인프라 구축의 기반을 마련할 것으로 사료된다. Recently in order to more effectively and scientifically process forest official tasks, which have been focused on documents and inventories, they should be applied with the up-to-date spatial information technologies. Especially, the forest resource information management based on GIS (geographic information system) and aerial orthophoto is expected not only to play an important role as DSS (decision support system) for domestic forest conservation policy and forestry development industry but also to service forest resource information toward people such as the owners of a mountain rapidly. In this study, the important forest information such as digital topography map, digital forest type map, digital forest cadastral map, digital aerial photographs and attribute data were first reprocessed and constructed in DBMS (data base management system). In addition, forest officials could analyze and retrieve forest information by using detail sub-application systems such as forest cadastral retrieval, forest land development information management, reserved forest information management and forest resource information retrieval. For this, the user interface is developed by using Visual Basic 6.0 and MapObjects 2. 1 of ESRI based on CBD (component based development) technology. The result of developing this system will not only perform constructing economical forest and better environment but also be the foundation of domestic spatial technology for forest resource management.

        우리나라 논 관개용 지하수 수질 특성

        This study was carried out to evaluate the status of the groundwater quality for paddy fields irrigation in Korea. Water samples were collected at 130 sites throughout the country. Samples were collected at three seasons-April, July and October-in 2000. According to our survey, the groundwater was found to be suitable for irrigation purpose. Average EC was shown 0.286 dS/m. Nitrate-nitrogen and Cl^(-) concentration was 5.6 ㎎/L, 32.95 ㎎/L which satisfied the Korean Standards for Irrigation Water. Nitrate-nitrogen concentration in each province was shown as following orders: Jeju (11.17 ㎎/L) > Chungnam (8.16 ㎎/L) > Gyeongbuk (6.64 ㎎/L) > Gyounggi (5.91 ㎎/L) > Chungnam (4.95 ㎎/L) > Gyeongnam (3.91 mgk) > Jeonbuk (3.50 ㎎/L) > Jeonnam (3.27 ㎎/L) > Gangwon (2.91 ㎎/L). The concentration by sampling seasons were October (6.62 ㎎/L) > July (5.88 mg&) > April (4.78㎎/L). As the soil of Jeju Province is usually derived from volcanic ash soils mainly used for upland drops, it may influence the nitrate-nitrogen concentration of groundwater. The amount of rainfall also influence the water quality. But the COD_(Cr), were shown April (3.17㎎/L) > July (2.91 ㎎/L) > October (2.40 ㎎/L), it is highly related in the basal dose of organic matter fertilizers. This study demonstrated that groundwater quality was suitable for irrigation, but continuous monitoring is recommended for agricultural policy and developing OECD agricultural environment indicators.

        남부 중간지 자운영재배답에서 벼재배시 논 유형에 따른 질소시비량 구명

        중간지의 보통답과 사질답에서 녹비작물인 자운영을 재배한 논에 벼를 재배할 때 답 유형에 따른 질소비료 시용량을 구명하고자 전남 구례의 보통답과 사질답에서 관행, 자운영+질소 70%, 자운영+질소 50%, 자운영+질소 30%, 자운영+무질소의 5처리로 2000년부터 2년동안 시험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 자운영의 개화성기 생육은 초장 44.1∼44.2㎝, 생초중 20.1∼22.5Mg ㏊^-1이였으며 무기성분 함량은 T-N 2.46∼2.68%, P_2O_5 0.56∼0.60%, K_2O 2.05∼2.18%였다. 사질답에 비하여 보통답에서 자운영의 생초중이 많았다. 2. 토양중 NH_4-N함량의 경시적 변화는 이앙 후 7일에 21.5∼48.3㎎ ㎏^-1으로 가장 높았으며 이앙후 70일에 7.0∼9.7㎎ ㎏^-1으로 점차 감소하였는데 처리에 따라서는 자운영+질소 70%, 자운영+질소 50%시용구에서 높았다. 3. 벼 수확기의 간장 76∼85㎝, 수장 17.9∼19.2㎝로 사질답이 보통답에 비하여 간장, 수장이 컸다. 4. 시험후 토양의 화학성은 pH 5.4∼5.8, OM 21.5∼24.4g ㎏^-1, CEC 9.2∼10.9cmol ㎏^-1, Ava. P_2O_5 141∼360㎎ ㎏^-1으로 자운영처리구에서 OM, CEC함량이 증가하였다. 5. 벼의 수량은 관행(보통답 5.03Mg ㏊^-1, 사질답 5.18Mg ㏊^-1)에 비하여 보통답의 자운영+질소 70%, 50%시용구에서 각각 5, 4%증수되었고, 사질답에서는 자운영+질소 70%, 50%시용구에서 각각 7, 4%증수되었다. 6. 남부 중간지에서 자운영을 재배하여 생초 20Mg ㏊^-1를 녹비로 투입하면 벼를 재배시 질소 시용 적정량은 보통답, 사질답 모두 관행 시비량의 50%이였다. This study was conducted to find out fertilizer recommendation rates for rice at a normal and sandy paddy field after planting milk vetch(MV) in Guryae which lies to southern medium altitude region from 100m to 250m above sea level from 2000 to 2001. The amount of N fertilizer were 110(normal paddy) and 130(sandy paddy) ㎏ ㏊^-1 at control and 0, 30, 50, 70% of the control. At flowering stage of milk vetch, the content of T-N, P_2O_5, K_2O in plant were 2.46∼2.68%, 0.56∼0.60%, 2.05∼2.18%, respectively. Plant height were 44.1∼44.2㎝. Fresh weight were 20.1∼22.5Mg ㏊^-1. Fresh weight of milk vetch cultivated in normal paddy field was more than that in sandy paddy field. The content of NH_4-N in soil was 21.5∼48.3㎎ ㎏^-1 at 7 days after planting and 7.0∼9.7㎎ ㎏^-1 at 70 days after planting. Content of NH_4-N in soil was increased at the treatments of milk vetch + N 70, 50% of control. Culm length was 76∼85㎝, panicle length was 17.9∼19.1㎝ at harvesting stage. Culm length and panicle length at sandy paddy field were longer than those of normal paddy field. Chemical properties of soil after experiment were pH 5.4∼5.8, OM 15.6∼21.5g ㎏^-1, CEC 9.2∼10.9cmol ㎏^-1, Ava. P_2O_5 141∼360㎎㎏^-1, respectively. The content of OM, CEC in soil applied milk vetch at normal paddy field was higher than those of the control, and the content of CEC in soil applied milk vetch at sandy paddy field was higher than that of the control. When milk vetch was cut at flowing stage, rice yield of milk vetch + N 70, 50% of control plot were increased 5, 4% more than that of control(5.03Mg ㏊^-1) at normal paddy field. Rice yield vetch+N 70, 50 of control were increased 7, 4% more than that of control(5.18Mg ㏊^-1) at sandy paddy field. Nitrogen application rate of normal and sandy paddy field was 50% of conventional fertilization rate when 20Mg ㏊^-1 milk vetch cultivated paddy field was inputed for rice culture in the southern medium altitude.

        紫雲英裁培沓에서 窒素와 石灰의 施用이 紫雲英의 腐熟과 벼 生育에 미치는 影響

        녹비작물로서 자운영을 재배한 논에 수포를 재배할 때 시용한 자운영의 부숙촉진방법을 구명하기 위하여 자운영의 개화 성기와 결실기에 자각 예취하여 시용하고 질소 0, 30, 60, 질소 30+석회 1000, 석회 1000㎏/㏊의 5가지 부숙촉진 처리로 2000년부터 2년동안 포장시험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 자운영의 개화성기 생육은 초장 44.5㎝, 생초수량 23.88Mg/㏊였으며 결실기에는 초장43.6㎝, 생초수량 19.53Mg ㏊^(-1)이였다. 무기성분 함량은 자운영 개화성기에 T-N 2.6%. T-C 78.6%, P₂O_(5) 0.57%, K₂O 2.73%였으며 결실기에는 T-N 2.3%, T-C 82.8%, P₂O_(5) 0.53%. K₂O 2.15%였다. 2. 개화성기에 시용한 자운영의 부숙정도는 경운후 10일에 82.5~86.8%로 급증하여 이후 완 만한 경향을 보였으며 결실기의 부숙정도는 경운후 10일에 62.2~67.1%로 개화성기보다 낮았다. 부숙처리에 따라서는 개화성기에 예취하여 시용하고 부숙처리한 시험구중 석회 1,000㎏/㏊처리에서 최고의 부숙정도를 보였으며 결실기 처리구에서는 질소 30+석회 1,000㎏/㏊ 처리구에서 높은 부숙도를 의였다. 3. 벼의 생육은 출수기의 초장은 102.0~l12.4㎝, 수확기의 간장은 76.6~84.2㎝, 수장 17.9~20.0㎝로 개화성기의 부숙 처리에서 초장. 간장, 수장이 큰 편이었다. 벼의 수량은 4.89~5.33Mg/㏊로 자운영 개화성기의 부숙촉진 무처리(5.01 Mg/㏊)에 비하여 석회 1,000㎏ ㏊처리에서 4% 증수되었고 결실기의 부숙촉진 처리에서는 무처리 (5.25Mg/㏊)에 비하여 질소 30+석회 1,000㎏ ㏊^(-1)처리에서 1%증수되었으나 기타 처리에서는 1~2%감수되었다. 4. 시험후 토양의 화학성은 pH 5.4~6.0. OM 12.5~13.5g/㎏, CEC 12.4~14.5c㏖/㎏, Ava. P₂O_(5) 38~56㎎/㎏으로 자운영 부숙촉진 처리에저 Ava. P₂O_(5), Ava. SiO₂, CEC, 치환성 K의 함량이 많은 편이었다. The experiment was conducted to find out quick decomposition method of applied milk vetch at rice paddy soil. Decomposition methods were 5 treatments of N fertilizer 0, 30, 60, N 30+Lime 1000 and Lime 1000 ㎏/㏊ at paddy field applied flowering and bearing stage of milk vetch. It was summerized as follows; At flowering stage of milk vetch, the content of T-N, T-C, P₂O_(5), K₂O in milk vetch plant was 2.6, 78.6, 0.57, 2.73% respectively. plant height was 44.5 ㎝. green yield was 23.88 Mg/㏊. At bearing stage of milk vetch, the content of T-N, T-C, P₂O_(5), K₂O in milk vetch was 2.3, 82.8, 0.53, 2.15% respectively. Plant height was 43.6 ㎝. Green yield was 19.53 Mg/㏊. Decomposition rate of milk vetch at 10 days after application at the flowering stage was 82.5~86.8% and that of bearing stage was 62.2~67.1%. When milk vetch was cut at flowering stage, decomposition rate of milk vetch treated lime 1000 ㎏/㏊ was more than any other treatment. When milk vetch was cut at bearing stage, decomposition rate of milk vetch treated N 30+lime 1000 ㎏/㏊ was highest. Plant height of rice was 102.0~112.4 ㎝ at heading stage and stem height was 76.6~84.2 ㎝, panicle length 17.9~20.0 ㎝ at harvesting stage. Plant height, stem height, panicle length of decomposition treatment plot was trend to longer when milk vetch was cut at flowering stage. When milk vetch was cut at flowering stage, rice yield of lime 1000 ㎏/ ㏊ applied plot increased 4% more than that of control (5.01 Mg/ha). When milk vetch was cut at bearing stage, N30+lime 1000 ㎏/㏊ applied plot was increased 1% than that of control (5.25 Mg/ha). But the rice yield other plot decreased 1~2% than that of control. Chemical properties of soil after experiment were pH 5.4~6.0, OM 12.5~13.5 g/㎏, CEC 12.4~14.5 c㏖/㎏. The content of Av. P₂O_(5), Av. SiO₂, CEC, Exch. K in soil applied milk vetch was more than that of control.
