        주요우울증이 근로자의 생산성에 미치는 영향 : WHO-HPQ(Health and Work Performance Questionnaire)를 이용한 예비연구

        Objectives : Major depressive disorder (MDD) causes patients' distress and makes socioeconomic burden, both directly and indirectly. We used the concept of lost productive time (LPT) to estimate the indirect costs and calculated both absenteeism and presenteeism among workers with MDD. Mcthods : Depression group was recruited from workers visiting psychiatric outpatient clinic who had MDD without major physical or mental disorders (N= 106). Age and sex matched healthy control group was also recruited through advertisement (M=100). All participants completed a interview using WHO Health and Work Performance Questionnaire (HPQ), Job Stress Measurement Scale for Korean Employees, and Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression. Statistical analysis was performed with independent t-test or χ² test as characteristics of values (p=0.05). Results : The number of absence (0.94-day/month vs. 0.10-day/month, P=0.015) andthe numberofearly leaving (2.56-day/month vs. 0.24-day/month, P<0.001) were significantly higher in the depression group. Depression group evaluated their Perfor-mance level much lower than controls with significant value (5.16 vs. 7.62, P<0.001). In addition, depression group estimated their performance level during the last 4 weeks lower compared to the level of past 1-year (5.16 vs 6.63, P<0.001). The estimated costs of absenteeism in depression group were higher than controls by 2,520,000 Korean Won per year, and those of presenteeism were also higher by 4,880,000 Korean Won per year. The total costs of LPT in depression group were higher than controls by 7,400,000 Korean Won, which corresponds to 26% ofmean annual salary. In addition, the level of occupational stress, such as high demand and interpersonal conflict, was higher in the depression group. Conclusion : Major depressive disorder costs substantial productivity loss to workers and their company. Presenteeism imposes more time cost than absenteeism. Effectiveness trials are needed to devise cost-effective programs for the early detection and treatment of depression at the workplace.

        Selenium 공급방법이 수경재배 토마토의 생장과 Se 흡수에 미치는 영향

        토마토 ‘모모타로’를 공시하여 셀레늄 10㎎ㆍL?¹의 관주 및 엽면시비 등의 단용 및 혼용처리가 수경재배 토마토의 생육 및 과실 내 셀레늄 축적 함량에 미치는 영향을 구명하였다. 토마토 종자를 50공 트레이에 파종하여 70일 동안 육묘한 후 유묘를 코코피트 슬라이브를 이용한 수경재배 시스템에 정식하였다. 양액은 일본원예시험장 배양액 표준처방으로 조성하였으며, pH 5.8~6.2와 EC 2.3 ㎎ㆍL?¹ 등으로 조절하여 공급하였다. 셀레늄은 무기태 SeO₂와 sugar fatty acid ester에 킬레이트화 한 유기태 셀레늄을 10 ㎎ㆍL?¹으로 조성하여 관주, 엽면시비, 관주와 엽면시비를 병행하여 처리하였다. 초장, 엽수, 엽면적 및 엽록소 등의 토마토 생장반응은 셀레늄의 엽면시비, 그리고 엽면시비와 관주를 병행한 처리구에서 현저히 증가하였다. 과실 내 셀레늄 축적 함량은 킬레이트화 한 유기태 셀레늄을 엽면시비와 관주를 병행하여 처리한 경우에 0.302 ㎎ㆍL?¹으로 가장 높았다. 무기태와 유기태 셀레늄의 엽면시비와 관주 등의 단용 처리 보다는 혼용 처리가 전반적인 과실 생장과 체내 셀레늄 축적에 효과적이었다. 무기태 설레늄(SeO₂) 보다는 sugar fatty acid ester에 킬레이트화한 유기태 셀레늄 처리가 셀레늄을 함유한 기능성 토마토의 수경재배에 더 효과적이었다. This study was conducted to clarify the effects of supplying methods of selenium on the growth and Se uptake of hydroponically grown tomato plants. Tomato seeds (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill. cv. Momotaro T-93, Daki Seed Co.) were sown in plug tray with fifty holes, and raised for sixty days. Tomato seedlings transplanted to coco fiber slabs were supplied with the nutrient solutions adjusted to EC 2.3 dSㆍm?¹ and pH 5.8~6.2 recommended by the Japanese Horticultural Experiment Station. Selenium forms used were inorganic SeO₂ (here in after referred to Se) and organic selenium chelated with sugar fatty acid ester (here in after referred to chelated-Se). 10 ppm selenium solutions were treated to tomato plants with foliar applications, drenching, and foliar application plus drenching. Growth characteristics in terms of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area and chlorophyll content were significantly increased in the plot of foliar application of Se, and in the plot of foliar application plus drenching of chelated-Se than other plots, respectively. Transported contents of selenium into the tomato fruits were highest as 0.302 ppm in the plot of foliar application plus drenching of chelated-Se. Also, it had tended to be higher in the plot of foliar application plus drenching than in the plots of foliar application or drenching in both of Se and chelated-Se. Foliar application and drenching of organic chelated-Se were effective to produce the functional tomato fruits.

      • 공간정보를 사용한 다중분광 화상데이터의 영역분류에서 다층퍼셉트론 신경회로망과 촤대유사법의 성능분석

        본 논문에서는 통계적 분류방법인 최대유사 분류법(MLC: maximum likelihood classifier)과 신경회로망을 이용한 분류법인 다층퍼셉트론(MLP: multilayer perceptron)분류법간의 분류성능을 비교 평가하였으며, 또한 공간필터 처리와 공간 정보를 이용한 다중분광 화상데이터의 영역분류를 행하였다. 이 방법에서 영역분류는 분광정보 데역화상데이터와 공간정보 대역화상데이터를 이용한다. 공간정보 대역화상데이터는 3×3 영역의 화소들의 표준편차를 이용해 구한다. 부산지역에 대한 실제 인공위성 화상데이터인 Landsat TM화상데이터를 사용하여 MLP분류법과 MLC분류법의 성능을 비교한 결과 MLP분류법의 성능이 더 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다. In this paper, the performances between maximum likelihood classifier based on statistical classification and multilayer perceptrons based on neural network approaches were analyzed. A new category claxxification method of multispectral image data using spatial filter processing and spatial information is proposed. In this method, category classification was performed with image data of spectral information bands and image data of spatial information bands. The image data a spatial information band was produced from the standard deviation of pixels in a 3×3 image region of the original image data. Experimental results from both neural network method and statistical method are presented, and the approaches are compared and analyzed based on these results.

        While less obvious to many, the selection of flattened base curves from steeper spherical surface designs aid in reduction of the edge thickness of a minus lens. By combining this flatter basecurve with an aspheric surface, beneficial results can beachived. Selecting spherical base curves that depart significantly from the best form sphere designresults in significant degradation of off-azis optical performance unless aspheric surfaces are emploied.

        만성경부통증 환자에 대한 근막이완술과 경피신경 전기자극 치료가 치료기간에 따라 관절가동범위와 통증에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is compare the effects of two therapeutic processes-ⅰ) conservative Myofacial Release Technique along and ⅱ) Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve stimuliation alone - on the increase in the range of motion(ROM) and on the decrease in patient's pain with chronic Neck pain. The subjects of the study were student with choronic neck pain in Daegu health university. Half of them (10) took conservative Myofacial Release Technique along and the others (10) took Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve stimuliation alone.I used 3D Motion analysis. The range of motion (ROM) in six areas-flexion, extension, left lateral flexion, right lateral flexion, left rotation, right rotation-to check the effectiveness of the two combinations of methods, measured pain with visual analogue scale (VAS) to see the effect on pain reduce. Assement was conducted to the groups before the treatment began and affer the four weeks treatment ended. This study shows that both groups demonstrated significant improvement in ROM increase and pain reduction. Flexion ROM increases were significant in MFR and TENS after treatment 2 weeks and 4 weeks. Extension ROM increases were significant in MFR and TENS after treatment 2 weeks. Right rotation ROM was no significant differences were found in MFR and TENS after treatment all weeks. Right lateral flexion ROM increases were significant in MFR and TENS after treatment 3 weeks. Left lateral flexion ROM increases were significant in MFR and TENS after treatment 1 weeks. But the others no significant differences were in MFR group and TENS group during 4 weeks.

      • Pyrantel Pamoate (Combantrin)에 依한 蛔蟲 및 鉤蟲感染의 集團治療

        The mass treatment trial of pyrantel pamoate on Ascaris lumbricoides and Ancylostoma duodenale infections was carried out to school-children and inhabitants in rural areas in the central part of Korea. Pyrantel pamoate ("Combantrin") tablet (123 mg base) was administered as a single dose of 10. 0 mg per kg. body weight to a total of 4,198 Ascaris infected cases selected out of 4,436 (41. 6%) positives, who were screened from the total 10,660 collected stool specimens. Of these, only 3,169. cases were followed up after treatment to provide an analysis in this study. Incidentally 161 cases with concomittently infected hookworm were also subjected to assess the efficacy of pyrantel pamoate against A. duodenale. The egg negative conversion rate on A. lumbricoides was 95.3%, and on A. duodenale, 97.5% four weeks following treatment. In failed cases, the egg reduction rates on both of the infections were 97.6% and 97.3% respectively. No side effects and no problem in drug administration were demonstrated. It is concluded that this study confirms the high efficacy of pyrantel pamoate in the treatment of Ascaris lumbricoides and Ancylostoma duodenale infections and also proves the acceptability and safety of this drug in the mass treatment of ascariasis in a population with relatively high worm burden.

      • 효소고정화막과 반투막성질의 PVA적층막 제조 및 산소센서에서의 특성

        The oxygen electrode of biosensor needs enzyme immobilized membrane and dialysis membrane for measurement of oxygen concentration, which in solution after enzyme reaction with its substrate. The one-layer PVA laminated CTA/PCL membrane was developed for oxygen electrode of biosensor. Enzymes have immobilized on cellulose triacetate/polycarprolactone membrane by CDI method, and laminated with polyvinyl alcohol, aldehyde and acid. This membrane immobilized with glucose oxidase, ascorbate oxidase, pyruvate oxidase and alcohol oxidase by CDI mehod, and PVA laminated CTA/PCL membrane have been tested with various concentration of substrates of enzymes by use of YSI oxygen sensor. Under 5-10mmol substrates become 0.37-0.83μA(r=0.995) currents, and about 56% of glucose oxidase activity was remained after 8 weeks, others were remained very low. SEM shows smooth surface and tightly attached PVA on enzyme immobilized CTA/PCL membrane.

      • 多層膜의 多重干涉에 의한 磁氣光學效果에 關한 硏究

        I examined on the magneto- optical effect by media of a TM/NM multiple layered film, and has been carried out Kerr angle, ellipticity, reflectivity by graphs through the computer simulation and compared them to their experimental value. As I compared each layer's materials and their thickness, find out the bigger magneto-optical effect than having another condition. I am also able to find out some materials giving better reliance of S/N ratio in determinig the refractive index and thickness. It is regretted that could not calculate more close value than the experimental value that may be able to obtain. If should be simulated accurate value of optical constant each wavelength. The results of simulation are as follows. 1. In case of single layer film of Co or Fe, there are big difference between experimental and theoritical value in the range of short wevelength. 2. In case of Co/Pd,the reliance of composition, the variable tendency of magneto-optical kerr rotaition angle for Co thickness is fully corespond to experimental and theoritical value. 3. In case of Fe/Cu and Fe/Ag, magneto-optical Kerreffect in the near Cu and Ag absorption band correspond to experimental and theoritical values than the Fe single layer that has tendency of increasing. 4. In case of TM/NM multilayer, Magneto-effect by refraction of multilayer connecet with the absorption band of NM closely.

      • 섬유 강화 복합재료의 인장 특성 평가

        The fundamental way in which fiber reinforced composites differ from conventional engineering materials such as metals is that the material properties are highly directional. This anisotropy affects the way in which the materials are used and the way in which the directions of the individual plies are selected. The stiffness properties needed for a plane-stress analysis are the modulus in the fiber direction E11, the modulus transverse to the fiber direction E22, the in-plane shear modulus G12, and one of the in-plane Poisson ratios ν12 and ν21. These properties are routinely characterized by laboratory experiments. Testing methods are examined to investigate mechanical characteristics of advanced composites, and basic properties are measured. Especially, the testing preparation, test processing, and results are examined in detail.
