      • Asphalt로 피복된 Portland Cement를 使用한 Concrete의 諸性質

        The construction works with concrete has the potential problems of water tightness. The conventional treatments for water-tight concrete are not satisfactory in terms of strength and water tightness. This study was to investigate the effects and application of the asphalt-coated portland cement on water-proof of the concrete and its influences on the physical properties of the concrete. The asphalt-coated portland cement, which is hereafter referred to as ACPC, was made by coating ordinary portland cement with asphalt in the rate of weight ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 percent. In this process, Calcium Chloride and Sodium Silicate were tried as the hardening time accelerator for producing ACPC, and carbon black, talc and other materials were tested for their effectiveness as pore filler. The specimens were prepared and tested with the various amounts of additives as a variable factor to find the optimum material. The analysis was mainly focused at water tightness, physical properties of the concrete and working conditions. The major findings of this experiment are as follows ; 1) Water-proof Test ① The specimens of ACPC and ordinary portland cement(OPC) were tested under the pressures of 3 and 9 kilograms per square centimeter per 24hours respectively and compared. The OPC specimens showed considerable amount of leakaged water while the ACPC specimens were rated lower permeabilities of 89%/28days, 40%/56days and21%/84days under the abovementioned pressure conditions. The most successful composition for water-proof was identified as ACPC added with Calcium Chloride and carbon black. ② The ACPC demonstrated its superiority in absorption test. The absorption amount of OPC for l hour was greater than that of ACPC for 24hours. 2) Compressive Strength Test Four kinds of specimens of ACPC aging 7, 28, 56 and 84days were tested and compared for their respective results of OPC. The ACPC added with carbon black was lower than OPC in compressive strength in the case of curing ages of 7 and 28days but ACPC was superior to the OPC in the specimens aging 56 and 84days. The ACPC added with others except carbon black exposed their lower compressive strength in all circumstances compared with the OPC specimens. 3) Slump Test The slump of ACPC with various additives such as carbon black, talc or clay was 21.6 centimeter which was higher than the OPC of 18.4centimeter slump. This result concluded that ACPC was much favorable in workability in comparison with that of the OPC. The conclusions are summarized as follows; 1) The optimum mixture for water tightness and compressive strength of concrete was found at 0.5% of SACPC, Calcium Chloride and carbon black respectively at the rate of the weight of cement.

        지단백과 알부민 및 이들의 변형물질이 메산지움세포 증식에 미치는 영향

        목 적 : 혈청 지단백과 알부민은 그 자체로써 또는 산화나 당화 과정에 의한 변형을 거쳐 사구체 질환을 진행시킬 수 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그 기전은 분명하지는 않으나 메산지움세포 증식과 관련이 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 비교적 간단한 흡광도측정법을 이용하여 지단백과 알부민 및 그들의 변형물질들이 각각 메산지움세포 증식에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법: 정상인의 혈청 지단백을 원심분리 하여 저밀도지단백, 고밀도지단백, 초저밀도지단백을얻고, 산화 저밀도지단백, 당화 저밀도지단백, 그리고 혈청 알부민과 당화 알부민을 각각 농도를 달리하여 배양 중인 인간 메산지움세포에 가한 후 흡광도를 측정함으로써 메산지움세포의 증식정도를 알아보았다. 양성 대조군으로 interleukin-1β를 이용하였다. 결 과: 저밀도지단백은 농도 증가시 50 μg/mL와 100 μg/mL에서 세포의 증식을 보였으며,고밀도지단백과 초저밀도지단백은 농도에 따른 유의한 변화가 없었다. 산화 저밀도지단백은5 μg/mL에서부터 세포의 증식을 초래한 후 10 μg/mL와 25 μg/mL에서도 이를 유지하였다. 당화 저밀도지단백은 농도 증가에 따라 10 μg/mL와 100 μg/mL에서 세포의 증식을 억제하였다. 알부민은 농도 500 μg/mL에서 세포 증식을 억제하다가 고농도(1,000 μg/mL)에서는 영향이 없었으며, 당화 알부민 역시 100 μg/mL의 적은 농도에서는 억제효과를 보였으나 고농도(1,000 μg/mL)에서는 오히려 증식을 일으키는 결과를 보였다. 결 론: 저농도에서 저밀도지단백과 산화 저밀도지단백은 사람 메산지움세포의 증식을 초래하였으며, 당화 저밀도지단백은 증식을 억제하였다. 알부민은 일정농도까지 사람 메산지움세포의 증식을 억제하다가 고농도에서는 영향이 없었으며, 당화 알부민도 일정농도까지 증식 억제 효과가 있다가 고농도에서는 오히려 증식을 초래하는 양상을 보였다. Background : Modified lipoproteins may be involved in nephro- and glomerulosclerosis. Diabetic nephropathy-like lesions have also been induced in a rat model by glycated and glycoxidized albumin. In cultured rat or human mesangial cells, enhanced cell proliferation and production of mesangial matrix in response to lipoproteins and their modified forms have been demonstrated by [3H]-thymidine incorporation and cell counting assays. But these methods are relatively complex and most of them have used only one or two of the lipoprotein, albumin and their modified forms. Methods : We investigated the effects of native and modifed lipoproteins, and albumin on cultured human mesangial cell proliferation using non-radioactive colorimetric method by MTS/PMS assay. Lipoproteins added were low density lipoprotein(LDL), high density lipoprotein(HDL), very low density lipoprotein(VLDL), oxidized LDL(oxidation with copper sulfate in vitro) and glycated LDL and we also used albumin, glycated albumin, and interleukin-1β as a positive control. Results : Interleukin-1β promoted the proliferation of cultured human mesangial cells up to concentration 20 ng/mL. LDL induced the proliferation of mesangial cells in a concentration-dependent manner up to concentration 100 μg/mL. HDL and VLDL had no significant proliferative effect. Oxidized LDL caused the proliferation of mesangial cells at low concentration up to concentration 25 μg/mL. Addition of glycated LDL resulted in a concentrationdependent inhibition of mesangial cells. Albumin and glycated albumin inhibited the proliferation of mesangial cells at low concentration of 100 μg/mL, but cell growth was increased at higher concentrations. Conclusion : We demonstrated the effects of the single and modified proteins on the proliferation of cultured human mesangial cell by relatively simple colorimetric method. Results were almostly identical to those of previous studies obtained by radioactive method or cell counting assay. (Korean J Nephrol 2002;21(2):266-275)

For success of this purpose, we analyze strengthening on Teacher's education of Ministry of Education & Science, and analyze Kindergarten and Middle & High School's curriculum. And we examined the present managerial conditionand the problem of Teacher's curriculum in this university. Also analyze curriculum, support system and existing facilities of other universities.According of this analysis, for acting of Teacher's curriculum through the enlargement of advance into the teaching profession, we found alternate Teacher's curriculum.         이동통신 멀티미디어 데이터서비스의 트래픽 특성 모델링 및 성능분석

        The aim of this study is to identify the data traffic capacity of 3G mobile communication networks, especially of cdma2000-1X networks. Three-layered ON/OFF traffic model is used to describe the dynamics of data traffics and the process of data transmission such as packet scheduling. We construct a simulator fully incorporating packet handling process of cdma2000-1X data network as well as three-layered ON/OFF traffic model describing the behavior of source data traffics. To get influence of traffic parameters on performance measures, the extensive simulations were performed for several data sets which are obtained from real trace data or previous studies. The experimental results show that the engineered throughput satisfying QoS criteria is approximately 20% of total capacity. Finally, some proposals to improve the system capacity are followed.

      • 오원천의 식물플랑크톤 군집에 대한 연구

        We carried out a study on phytoplankton community at Owon stream, Jeollabukdo, Korea. The author have examined 83 taxa of the phytoplankton from researched area. These were composed of 5 classes, 11 orders, 21 families, 44 genera, 79 species, and 9 varieties. The composition of occurrence species were as follows: green algae are 48.2%, diatoms are 33.7%, blue green algae are 10.8% and etc(7.3%). Dominant species were Chlamydomonas angulosa, Pandorina morum, Coelastrum microporum, Scenedesmus quadricauda, Staurastrum gracile, Melosira varians, Me. italica, Synedra ulna, Sy. acus, Cocconeis placentula, and Cymbella tumida. The standing crops varied from 1,650cells/ℓ to 47,000cells/ℓ. Phytoplankton density of Owon stream were lower about 8.6 times to a 1,531 times than those of other lakes and rivers in Korea. So, to preserve the water quality in Owon stream we have to manage continuously on the nitrogen and phosphorus.

      • 조류생산잠재력에 의한 진양호의 생물학적 수질평가

        On filtrated and autoclaved water samples from Lake Jinyang, algal growth potential(AGP) test using Selenastrum capricornutum Printz were performed from February, 1999 to October, 1999 in order to assess fertility potential of the lake and to identify possible limiting nutrients. Algal growth potentials of the filtrated and filtrated after autoclaved samples were 0.018 ㎎/ℓ ~9.965 ㎎/ℓ and 0.018 ㎎/ℓ ~28.788㎎/ℓ respectively during surveyed period. AGP of the filtrated after autoclaved were higher than those of the filtrated only except some specific stations. The points of maximum growth were measured after addition of N, P and unenriched samples (control). The limiting factor was nitrogen only at site 5 in spring and phosphate appeared to be the major limiting nutrients in spike test throughout the year, especially during spring and autumn. Accoding to trophic level by Sudo(1980), the water quality of lake Jinyang were estimated mesotrophic at site 2, 4, 5, 6 in spring, at site 3, 6 in summer and at site 6 in autumn but all other sites were oligotrophic. But it is suggested that if we have not manigement of lake Jinyang, the water quality is possible to convert eutrophic.
