        Locoregional recurrence is the most common type of recurrence in surgical operation of gastric adenocarcinoma, and peritoneal dissemination is one of the most difficult problems in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma treatment. Because the peritoneal cavity is the most common site of the first recurrence after gastric cancer resection, intraperitoneal chemotherapy seems a logical choice for cancer chemotherapy. In this study, Mitomycin C (MMC)-activated charcoal (CH)-alginate (ALG) beads were prepared by the mixtures of CH particles adsorbed with MMC as an anti-cancer drug and aqueous alginate solution. The alginate is recognized as biodegradable, nontoxic, and biocompatible. The release of MMC from the beads in 0.1 M Tris buffer was stable and continuous until about 1 week. The MMC-CH-ALG beads can be applied in the peritoneal cavity for intraperitoneal chemotherapy since they provide a good adhesiveness on the tissue and controlled release pattern of the drugs.

Because the peritoneal cavity is the most common site of the first recurrence after gastric cancer resection, intraperitoneal chemotherpy seems a logical choice for cancer chemotherapy. The Mitomycin C(MMC) adsorbed by the activated charcoal particles(CH) is relatively released when the drug concentration surrounding the carbon particles becomes low in the peritoneum of the peritoneal cavity. For the intraperitoneal chemotherapy on the advanced gastric adenocarcnoma, mitomycin C adsorbed on activated carbon particles was administered in the peritoneal cavity just before abdominal wall closure. The closed drainage tubes were inserted in the peritoneal cavity and clamped for tuo hours after completion of operation. MMC concentrations were serially measured in peritoneal fluid, plasma and urine at 2hour, 48 hour, 72 hour and 168 hour following its administration in order to study the efficacy of the MMC-CH as a drug delivery system. There were minimal toxicities in born marrow, liver, and gastrointestinal system after intraperitoneal MMC-CH administration. The data of this study suggested that MMC-CH may have a somewhat more beneficial effect than surgery alone when administered in optimal dose and schedules, but the MMC concentration of the peritoneal fluid was not sufficient to eradicate remnant cancer cells, and effective duration of maintenance was only below 24 hours in the peritoneal fluid and plasma.

        In accordance with the rapid growth of Korean economy, Korea is getting more important position in the international society. Keeping pace with such improvement and modernity of Korean economic society, our legal culture has fully arranged with required conditions for constitutionalism and in some particular parts it has remarkably developed. Besides, rationality and validity in legislation and its application are being varified. But we could not overlook the fact that the Japanese cognition about Korean Law is so unexpectedly feeble that precedents the international cases between Korea and Japan which are treated by the every Japanese courts including Japanese supreme court based on their misunderstanding about Korean Law or ignorance are not seldom. At this point, this paper, through positive study of precedents about international cases between Korea and Japan, focuses to improve international cognition about Korean legal culture and to verify proper position in private law of Korean residents in Japan. And this hind of study can not only improve Korean legal culture internationally but also induce national pride to 660 thousands of Korean residents in Japan and further more influence them greatly to ensure their private rights in Japan society. Therefore, I collected precedents of status relations in this study, for example, competence of courts cases, nationality and adoption cases, marriage cases, rights and duties of the parents and guardianship cases among Korea-Japan relations, which has been treated by the every Japanse courts including supreme court, and analyzed and criticized them. This writing is composed of following; 1. Introduction 2. The right of Jurisdiction in the international cases 3. Nationality and adoption cases between Korea and Japan 4. International marriage cases between Korea and Japan 5. International rights and duties of the parents and guardianship cases between Korea and Japan 6. Conclusion

      • 상정사고 해석을 위한 위상각 및 전압 행렬 계산에 관한 연구

        This paper proposes a simple and efficient contingency analysis algorithm to find after-states without increasing computation efforts. Conventional methods are based on the matrix inversion lemma and two times of forward and backward substitutions are required to find modified angles. The proposed method which is based on the matrix iterative solution is a simple decoupled load flow with slightly modified formulations, and thus we can find new angles and voltages. With two iterations of the proposed method the computation efforts are equivalent to the conventional, since this requires only one forward and backward substitution per iteration. The proposed method is tested for IEEE 14 and 30 bus systems, and it shows that the solution accuracy is superior to and the efficiency is comparable with, DC load flow calculation. .

        Recently, several kinds of computational airflow simulation techniques are applied to the design of cleanrooms airflow performance. Howeve, these computational airflow simulation systems require much labor to setup the data of cleanroom configurations. especially when the cleanroom consists of complicated flow field. In this research work. a new type of computational airflow simulation system applicable to the complicated flow field problems with simple in-put data was developed. This system adopts the patched-type composite grid system, and the field data is treated as the composition of simple fields. This paper describes the outline of the computational airflow simulation system and some application results on the machine-layout problem in non-unidirectional airflow cleanroom. As the result of test applications, it was found that the computational airflow simulation system has powerful performance on solving the complicated flow field problems.

      • 韓國人 學生의 腦機能 優勢(Cerebral Dominance)와 손잡이(Handedness)의 傾向

        This study was investigated the effects of specialization of brain functions, the distribution of handedness and the correlation between cerebral dominance and handedness. This was surveyed with the samples of 1,302 Korean boys and girls attending in junior high school and senior high school, residing in Taegu city. In this study, Alfred W. Munzert's questionnaire and Tames Bliss & Joseph Morella's questionnaire were used as the instrument for assessing the thend of cerebral dominance and handedness. The results obtained were as follows: Out of the total number of 1,302 examined, 73.7% of them were regarded as right hemisphere dominant type and 12.6% of them were regarded as left hemisphere dominant type. In right hemisphere dominant type, students of junior high school were higher incidence than senior high School. In bilateral and left hemisphere dominant type, students of senior high school were higher incidence than junior high school. In right handers most of them were right hemisphere dominant type. In left handers, most of them were right hemisphere dominant type and the incidence of boys were higher than girls.

        상온 유동층에서 층내 수평전열관의 마모특성

        대부분의 유동층 연소장치에서 충물질과 비산된 입자에 의한 충내 전열관과 water wall의 전열관 표면의 마모는 계속적으로 골칫거리가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 단면적이 0.15m×0.30m인 상온유동층장치에서 마모하기 쉬운 아크릴 관을 사용하여 유동층에 파묻힌 전열관에 대하여 유동조건과 전열관의 배열효과에 대한 실험적인 연구를 나타냈다. 유동층의 단면적은 0.15m×0.30m이고 높이는 1.0m이다. 층물질은 강모래 평균입도 0.73, 1.24mm의 두 가지와, 평균입도 0.9mm의 무연탄 희재를 사용하였다. 유동층 높이는 0.45m이었다. 마모실험은 조건마다 100시간동안 유동화속도 1.2-1.8m/s 까지 변화시켜 수행하였다. 실험결과 마모율은 유동화속도가 증가할수록 증가하였고, 공기분배기로부터 떨어진 거리가 증가할수록 증가하였다. 그리고 공기분배기로부터 높이 0.6m의 비산영역에 위치한 전열관에 심한 마모를 나타냈다. 전열관의 원주방향에 대한 마모경향은 다른 부분과 비교하여 시계방향으로 4시 방향에서 8시 방향까지 심한 마모가 나타났고, 특히 5시 방향과 7시 방향은 심한 마모를 보였다. Erosion of in-bed tubes and water wall heat transfer surfaces by bed materials and elutriated particles have persistently plagued most fluidized bed combustion (FBC) systems. This papere presents a systematic experimental study of the effects of tube arrangement and flow condition on embedded tube erosion by using erosion-prone acrylic cylinders in a 0.15m×0.30m bench-scale cold fluidized bed. The bed material was two different sizes of river sand and anthracite ash with the average diameter of 0.73, 1.24, 0.90㎜, respectively. The static bed height was 0.45m. Erosion test was performed with the variation of fluidization velocity of 1.2 to 1.8m/s for 100 hours per set. The result shows that the erosion rate increased with fluidizing velocity, with distance from the distributor. The erosion was severe at the tube located in the splash zone of 60㎝ above the distributor. The trend with radial direction shows severe erosion at the 4-8 o'clock clockwise compare to other area, especially 5 and 7 o'clock clockwise.

        구강조건과 유사용액에서 치과용 소와열구 전색제의 잔류 단량체 용출

        The estrogenic effect of Bisphenol A (BPA) was targeted because BPA can be present as an impurity in resins (Bis-GMA), or as a degradation product from other resins. 75% ethanol was used as a food-simulating liquids, similar liquid as oral environment, and solubility parameter of which matches that of resin. The purpose of this study was to identify and quantify BPA, TEGDMA, UDMA, Bis-GMA, and degradation product of Bis-GMA that might be released from seven resin-based pit and fissure sealants (CON ; Concise, PFS ; Pit & Fissure Sealant, ELT ; Elite, FSF ; Fissurit F, TMF ; Teethmate F1, UXF ; Ultraseal XT Plus, and HEL ; Helioseal). Specimens were embeded in 1 mm (T) x 5 mm (D) molds then cured and were immersed in 75% ethanol (EH) and artificial saliva (AS) for 1, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days. The extracts were analyzed by HPLC. All the components except BPA were leached highly at the initial stage, so the amount of component leached was not linear with the immersion time. In AS, only TEGDMA was leached. There were significant differences in the amount of eluted TEGDMA depending on the solution (p<0.05) in CON, PFS and ELI group (p<0.05). The amount of eluted BPA was various depending in the sealant (0.023∼2.790 ㎍/㎎). TEGDMA was leached highly from ELI, CON, and HEL in both EH and AS. Bis-GMA was leached from all the sealants, whereas UDMA was leached only from PFS, ELI, FSF, and UXP. The detected amount of BPA and the content of Bis-GMA was not correlated (p>0.05). Bis-GMA did not seem to be decomposed to BPA during the 28 days immersion period. EH penetrates the matrix of pit & fissure sealant, which has been shown to maximize the elution of resin components.
