Hongyun Yang,Xuhui Chen,Zongkai Yang,Xiaoliang Zhu,Yi Chen 보안공학연구지원센터 2014 International Journal of Future Generation Communi Vol.7 No.6
HTTP-based Adaptive Streaming (HAS) has emerged as the prominent technology for the delivery of audiovisual content over the Internet in recent years and has a major impact on network traffic. Although traditional stateful session-based streaming solution based on UDP was used initially for media content delivery, researchers and practitioners soon realize that HAS technology, due to get through firewalls friendly ,transfer NAT easily ,effectively utilize the existing networking infrastructure and provide uninterrupted video streaming service to users with dynamic network conditions and heterogeneous devices, has the potential to improve the Quality of Experiments compared with traditional streaming technologies. Consequently, various HAS media streaming solutions have been proposed and deployed successfully. This paper reviews the state-of-the-art of HAS technology and discoveries achieved by numerous researchers. We describe the basic taxonomy of HTTP adaptive streaming systems and summarize the major issues associated with HAS systems’ design. Then we outline the key challenges and open problems and highlight possible avenues for future directions.

Purpose: Bulbar injury is the most common type of urethral injury. This study investigated the efficacy and safety of a novel technique, local urethral flushing, in preventing stricture formation after blunt bulbar urethra injuries. Materials and Methods: This retrospective study included 205 males diagnosed with straddle injury-induced bulbar urethra injury at the Shanxi Bethune Hospital and First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University between January 2015 and January 2019. Patients were diagnosed by retrograde urethrography and classified as partial or complete urethral rupture according to the urethral integrity after injury. Complete urethral rupture patients received suprapubic cystostomy and received urethroplasty 3 months later. Patients with partial urethral rupture underwent endoscopic urethral realignment by cystoscopic guide-wire guided catheterization. Patients with both injury types were divided into 3 groups. The treatment groups received urethral flushing with 0.05% dexamethasone through a secondary ureteral catheter that locked at the urethral lesion. The blank control groups received normal saline. The negative control groups had only a single ureteral catheter placed. Patients were assessed for pain during catheterization, infection, and stenosis, and followed for at least 2 years. Results: Stenosis rates and length were significantly reduced in the normal saline groups, and even further reduced in the dexamethasone groups. The negative control groups had significantly higher infection rates than patients in the dexamethasone or saline groups. Conclusions: Local urethral flushing with dexamethasone could significantly decrease urethral stenosis rates and severity without increasing patients’ discomfort or infection risk.

It is the most important tradition of Chinese classical prose that literature and academy are interrelated each other. So ancient writers discussed academic questions and statecrafts in their prose. This paper elaborates succession and carrying forward of the tradition in Qing dynasty, and then, puts forward the research conception on Chinese Prose of Qing dynasty. Our idea is that academic prose and prose for Statecraft must place on the same footing as art prose.
Quantized H∞ Control for a Class of 2-D Systems with Missing Measurements

In this paper, the problem of quantized H¥ control is investigated for a class of 2-D systems described byRoesser model with missing measurements. The measurement missing of system state is described by a sequenceof random variables obeying the Bernoulli distribution. Meanwhile, the state measurements are quantized by logarithmicquantizer before being communicated. By introducing a new 2-D Lyapunov-like function, a sufficientcondition is derived to guarantee stochastically stable and H¥ performance of the closed-loop 2-D system, wherethe method of sector-bounded uncertainties is utilized to deal with quantization error. Based on the condition, thequantized H¥ control can be designed by using linear matrix inequality technique. A simulation example is alsogiven to illustrate the proposed method.

This paper focuses on the stabilization of a class of uncertain switched linear systems with admissible edge-dependent (AED) switching signals, where disturbances exist in not only the state equation but also output equation. The performance of switchings from the current system mode to the other is shown by the concept of admissible transition edge-dependent weights (ATEWs). A special output transformation is adopted to construct a new system with the same states as the original system but different output, where the disturbance in measurement equation is decoupled. Then, a multiple-mode unknown input observer (UIO) with AED switching is proposed to simultaneously estimate the state and disturbance. Next, an observer-based controller is developed to stabilize the uncertain switched system, then the conditions ensuring the stability of the closed-loop system are provided. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is shown by an example.

This paper deals with the issues of sensor fault estimation, actuator fault detection and isolation for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems. By taking the sensor fault vector as a part of an extended state vector, the original system with sensor faults, actuator faults and unknown inputs is transformed into an augmented singular system which is just with actuator faults and unknown inputs. For the constructed singular system, a robust sliding-mode observer is developed to simultaneously estimate the states and sensor faults of original system, and the observer gain matrices are computed in terms of linear matrix inequalities by solving an optimization problem. Then an actuator fault detector is designed to detect actuator faults when ones occur, and multiple observers used as actuator fault isolators are proposed to identify which actuator is with fault. Finally, a simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
Effects of shear keys on seismic performance of an isolation system
Biao Wei,Chaobin Li,Xiaolong Jia,Xuhui He,Menggang Yang 국제구조공학회 2019 Smart Structures and Systems, An International Jou Vol.24 No.3
The shear keys are set in a seismic isolation system to resist the long-term service loadings, and are cut off to isolate the earthquakes. This paper investigated the influence of shear keys on the seismic performance of a vertical spring-viscous damper-concave Coulomb friction isolation system by an incremental dynamic analysis (IDA) and a performance-based assessment. Results show that the cutting off process of shear keys should be simulated in a numerical analysis to accurately predict the seismic responses of isolation system. Ignoring the cutting off process of shear keys usually leads to untrue seismic responses in a numerical analysis, and many of them are unsafe for the design of isolated structure. And those errors will be increased by increasing the cutting off force of shear keys and decreasing the spring constant of shear keys, especially under a feeble earthquake. The viscous damping action postpones the cutting off time of shear keys during earthquakes, and reduces the seismic isolation efficiency. However, this point can be improved by increasing the spring constant of shear keys.
