이 연구의 목적은 제대군인에 대한 효율적인 전직지원을 위해서 현행 전직지원 프로세스에 대한 개선 안과 이에 따른 국방부, 국가보훈처 등 제대군인 전직지원관련 기관 간의 역할분담 및 연계방안에 대해서 제안하는 것이다. 연구는 크게 세 가지 과정을 거쳤다. 첫째, 국내 군 전직지원 실태를 분석하여 문제점과 시사점을 도출하였다. 둘째, 이러한 문제점과 시사점, 군 전직지원 선행연구를 종합하여 효율적인 군 전직지원 프로세스 안을 제시하였다. 셋째, 구축한 군 전직지원 프로세스 안에 따라 주요 군 전직지원 관련 기관인 국방부, 국가보훈처의 역할 분담 안을 제안하였다. This study aims to suggest an improvement plan for the support process of effective occupation change for discharged soldiers and then role assignments among related institutions for supporting discharged soldiers such as Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Ministry of Labor and the cooperation plan among the institutions. The study was made in three steps. First, after analyzing currents support facts and status for discharged soldiers, it induced its problems and implications. Second, integrating the findings of previous studies related to support plan on occupation changes for the discharged soldiers, Problems and implications mentioned above, it constructed effective occupation change process for discharged soldiers. Then, according to the established process, it suggested role assignments such as Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Ministry of Labor.
The susceptibility of antibiotics for intracanal bacteria removal using E. faecalis biofilm model

Most root canal procedures are anatomically complex, resulting in insufficient removal of the necrotic pulp by mechanical root canal shaping. This study evaluated the use of antibiotics as canal irrigants for removal of susceptible intracanal bacteria, using an Enterococcus faecalis biofilm model. Enterococcus faecalis biofilm was developed in the root canal and test tube. For the experiments, sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), augmentin and erythromycin were used as intracanal irrigants. The test tubes and canals were prepared and irrigated with phosphate buffered saline (PBS), NaOCl, augmentin and erythromycin. Bacterial samples were collected after irrigation in the test tube models on day 1, and from the tooth model on days 1, 4 and 7. The surface of each sample and attached pattern of the bacteria was also analyzed by examining under scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The antibacterial study using 10 ml test tubes (n=10) revealed that 5% NaOCl, augmentin and erythromycin inhibited bacterial growth relative to PBS. In the tooth model, NaOCl, augmentin and erythromycin inhibited bacterial growth significantly (all p<0.05) at days 4 and 7, relative to PBS. Compared to day 1, bacterial density of all groups reduced at day 7, and changes in cell morphology were observed in all experimental groups. Our studies revealed evidence of significant differences in the antimicrobial efficacy at days 4 and 7, upon irrigation with augmentin and erythromycin versus PBS, in root canals infected with E. faecalis.
Analysis of Diapause-Associated Changes in Silkworm Egg Proteins

The patterns of diapause-associated proteins of silkworm eggs were analyzed by two-dimensional (2-D) gel electrophoresis. Among the hundreds of spots on the 2-D gels, at least two proteins were considered to be associated with diapause. A protein, spot 4, with an approximate molecular weight of 38 kDa and pI 6.1 was observed in the HCI-treated, cold-treated, and diapause eggs, respectively. Spot 4 was undetectable in unfertilized eggs and non-diapause eggs at two days after oviposition, suggesting that this protein may be associated with the entrance to diapause. A protein, spot 11, with an approximate molecular weight of 21 kDa and pI of 61 was detected in the unfertilized, HCl-treated, and cold-treated eggs, respectively, after oviposition by normal moths. In diapausing eggs, a protein corresponding to spot 11 was observed in 3-, 5-, and 30-day-old eggs, while the protein was not detected one-day-old eggs. The protein corresponding to spot 11 was not detected in unfertilized and non-diapause eggs obtained from subesophabeal ganglion (SG)-extirpated moths either. Spot 11 was also considered to be a diapause specific protein, which occurred at only early embryonic stage under the control of diapause-downregulated gene.

The neuroprotective effects of a butanol fraction of white rose petal extract (WRPE-BF) were investigated in a middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model. Seven week-old male rats were orally administered WRPE-BF for 2 weeks and subjected to MCAO for 2 h, followed by reperfusion. Twenty-four h later, MCAO-induced behavioral dysfunctions were markedly improved in a dose-dependent manner by pretreatment with WRPE-BF. Moreover, higher dose of WRPE-BF not only decreased infarction area but also effectively reduced astrogliosis. The expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase, cyclooxygenase-2, and glial fi brillary acidic protein in MCAO model were markedly inhibited by WRPE-BF treatment. Notably, WRPE-BF decreased nitric oxide and malondialdehyde levels in the striatum and subventricular zone of stroke-challenged brains. These data suggested that WRPE-BF may exert its neuroprotective effects via anti-oxidative and anti-infl ammatory activities against ischemia-reperfusion brain injury and could be a good candidate as a therapeutic target for ischemic stroke.
Reduction Characteristics of Welding Deformation According to Cooling Distance in Heat Sink Welding

When assembling a welding structure, welding deformation occurs inevitably due to the locally applied heat source. This not only decreases the strength of the structure but also decreases productivity efficiency. In recent years, in-process control welding by an additional cooling source has been applied for thin-plate structures. In the present study, a numerical analysis of Heat Sink Welding (HSW) was performed to examine the effect of the heat sink source on the degree of welding deformation. Then the numerical result was compared with that of conventional welding. Moreover, the result predicted from the numerical analysis was compared with the experimental result on displacement to be validated. As a result, a cooling zone appeared on the welding metal surface. In the case of the heat-affected zone (HAZ), it was confirmed that the maximum temperature decreased from 596 to 545 K compared to the conventional welding method. In addition, the displacement in the thickness direction decreased by about 5%, from 0.83 to 0.79 mm. The overall results obtained in numerical analysis indicated that the cooling efficiency significantly increases as the cooling distance is shorter.
제품디자인의 혁신 요인이 소비자 구매태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구- 전자제품디자인 중심으로 -

본 연구는 최근 디자인이 혁신적인 의미로 확장되는 상황에서 제품 디자인의 혁신요소를 도출하고자 한다. 특히 도출된 혁신 요인이 소비자의 구매와의 상관성을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 혁신 요인을 기존의 전자제품으로 구성하여 실증적인 분석을 시도하였다. 선행연구 및 문헌을 통해 제품 디자인의 혁신 요인을 `심미`, `기능/구조`, `실용`, `사회`, `경탄`으로 5가지를 도출하였다. 도출된 혁신 요인을 바탕으로 혁신 제품과 비혁신제품에 구매의도에 연결하여 어떠한 요인이 소비자의 구매 판단에 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 또한, 소비자의 소비성향 조사를 통해 응답자의 혁신 수용 범위를 측정하였으며 그에 따른 설문조사로 진행하였다. 분석 결과 소비자의 혁신 범주는 비교적 고르게 분포하였으며 이와 같은 요인은 구매의도 도출에 적절한 자료로 제공되었다. 제품별 혁신 요인과 구매의도의 상관성에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 혁신성이 높은 제품의 경우 `심미성` 요인만이 구매의도에 영향을 미쳤으며 혁신성이 낮은 일반적인 제품의 경우 `심미성`, `실용`, `경탄`의 요인만이 구매의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 이를 통해 혁신성이 강조된 제품일수록 일반적인 제품보다 상대적으로 심미적인 요소의 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 파악되었다. 본문의 분석 결과를 통해 제품의 혁신성에 따라 소비자의 구매 요인이 달라지는 의외성을 찾아 새로운 가치로서의 영향을 확인할 수 있었다. Many recent designs have been extending with the more significance in innovative designs, and this research aims to elicit those innovative elements of different products. In particular, the purpose is to comprehend the correlation between the consumer behaviour and those observed factors. Also, this research analyzes current electronics to demonstrate how innovative factors could affect the buyers` intention. Through a preceding research and examining the documents, "Aesthetic Appreciation," "Function/Structure," "Practicality," "Contribution" and "Admiration," were drawn out as five factors of innovative product designing. By connecting those factors to the investment plan in innovative products or conventional products, this research attempts to determine which factor has significant impacts on the buyer`s decision. Survey questions were also given out to study the acceptance criteria of buyers when it comes to innovative items. The result showed that the range of consumer acceptance was dispersed relatively evenly and this survey functioned as effectual data for analyzing the consumer behavior. The correlativity of innovative factors in a product and consumers` purchase behavior is as follows. Investment in items that are regarded as highly innovative mostly derived from the appreciation for the aesthetic value, but items that are usually known as being conventional seemed to have influence on consumers that were mostly looking for practical value or functionality. It was evident that a product with higher emphasis on its innovativeness has been relatively more affected by the desire for "aesthetic appreciation." The research was able to find out that the innovativeness of a product has significant influences on consumers` deciding factors and how differences between many innovative products could benefit those people with the element of surprise.

<P>Transition metal oxide-based memristors have widely been proposed for applications toward artificial synapses. In general, memristors have two or more electrically switchable stable resistance states that device researchers see as an analogue to the ion channels found in biological synapses. The mechanism behind resistive switching in metal oxides has been divided into electrochemical metallization models and valence change models. The stability of the resistance states in the memristor vary widely depending on: oxide material, electrode material, deposition conditions, film thickness, and programming conditions. So far, it has been extremely challenging to obtain reliable memristors with more than two stable multivalued states along with endurances greater than ∼1000 cycles for each of those states. Using an oxygen plasma-assisted sputter deposition method of noble metal electrodes, we found that the metal-oxide interface could be deposited with substantially lower interface roughness observable at the nanometer scale. This markedly improved device reliability and function, allowing for a demonstration of memristors with four completely distinct levels from ∼6 × 10<SUP>-6</SUP> to ∼4 × 10<SUP>-8</SUP> S that were tested up to 10<SUP>4</SUP> cycles per level. Furthermore through a unique in situ transmission electron microscopy study, we were able to verify a redox reaction-type model to be dominant in our samples, leading to the higher degree of electrical state controllability. For solid-state synapse applications, the improvements to electrical properties will lead to simple device structures, with an overall power and area reduction of at least 1000 times when compared to SRAM.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
