        벼 생육 및 수집에 대한 대체농자재의 영향

        본 시험은 환경농업기술을 직접 농가에 파급시킬 목적으로 3년간('96~'98)수행하였던 연구결과를 토대로 1999년에 환경농업 시범마을인 남원시 대강면 방산리의 일반농가포장에서 수행한 결과이다. 계분 발효퇴비와 깻묵을 시용한 환경농업과 절충형농업 시험구의 벼 생육은 화학비료를 시용한 일반관행농업 시험구에 비하여 저조하였으며, 왕우렁이(Ampullarius insularus)를 이용한 잡초방제 효과는 제초제 2회(초·중기)살포효과보다 우수하였다. 목초액의 병해충 방제효과는 저조하였고 또한 환경농업과 절충형농업 시험구의 정조수량은 일반관행농업 시험구에 비하여 3~5% 감소 되였다. 수질은 환경농업과 절충형농업 시험구가 일반관행농업 시험구에 비하여 COD, NO₃-N, SO₄^(2-), Cl^(-)이 낮았으며, 물벼룩의 밀도는 높았다. The aim of this study was to apply the new agricultural technique developed for three years(96-98) by demonstration at an model farm of environmental agriculture located in Bangsan-ri, Dagang-myun, Namwon-city. Rice growth of environmental farming plot, which supplied with oil cake and compost fermented with chicken manure was reduced compared to that of conventional farming plot, which supplied with chemical fertilizers. Weed control by using of Ampullarius insularus in the rice paddy field was effective compared to that of control, which treated with chemical herbicide twice. The yield of rice was decreased of 3-5% in both environmental and eclectic farming good compared to that of conventional farming plot. The water quality of environmental not and eclectic farming plot were good compared to conventional farming plot. Density of water flea was high in environmental and eclectic farming plot compared to that of the conventional farming plot.

        NiAl/Ni₃Al 2상 합금의 상변태 및 미세조직에 미치는 제3원소 첨가효과

        The microstructural evolution of b-NiAl/γ' -Ni3Al two-phase (Ni_(66)Al_(34))_(100-x)X_(X)(X=Ti, Si, Nb) alloys during various heat treatment (quenching and aging) were systematically studied. It was found that the microstructural features of the two-phase NiAl/Ni₃Al alloys could be divided into three types : lamellar, mesh and Widmansttten microstructures. The reason why those three types of microstructure were formed could be explained by the change of austenite start temperature(As temperature) depending on the ternary elements. In case of As>250℃, the lamellar microstructure was formed by following phase transformation: Martensite→Ni5Al3→β+γ' . In this case, the NiAl martensite was quickly transformed into the Ni5Al3 phase at 250℃ by a re-ordering reaction. In case of 20℃ <A_(s)<250℃, two types of mesh microstructure were formed depending on the ternary element. When Ti and Nb were added as a ternary element, the β→Ni_(5)Al3 transformation occurred very quickly, but not in the case of Si addition. Hence, the final mesh microstructures showed somewhat different microstructural features. On the other hand, in case of A_(s)<20℃, the direct β→β+γ' transformation occurred because the martensitic transformation could not occur due to its very low M_(s) temperature, resulting in the Widmanstatten type microstructure.

        offensive odors affect man's olfactory sense and cause repulsiveness. In recent years, the problem of offensive odors is becoming more complicated and diversed. The emitted offensive odors from petrochemical BTX process gave rise to a serious corrosion problem of benzene tower and offensive odor problem. The main purpose in this study is to investigate process corrosion and odor generation from clay tower of petrochemical BTX process which were assumed to be the conversion of sulfur compounds over clay into hydrogen sulfide. As a result of this study, when traces of thiophenes and mercaptans are present in the clay tower, these components are broken down by the clay. The forming H□S in this step will be concentrated in the benzene tower top. In order to remove the occurred hydrogen sulfide, Fe-chelate catalyst is used. Removing efficiency is better than 99%.

        현재까지의 전통적인 항정신병약물은 음성증상에는 거의 효과가 없었고, 양성증상에만 효과가 있었으며, 그마저도 약 30-40%의 환자들에서는 치료적인 효과가 없었다. 또한 추체외로 증상이나 지발성 운동장애 등의 부작용이 많았다. Olanzapine은 이와 같은 기존의 전형적인 항정신병 약물의 제한점이 크게 개선된 약이며 clozapine과는 달리 무과립구증을 유발하지 않으므로 현재 임상적으로 기대가 크다. Olanzapine은 세로토닌 5-HT2A/C, 도파민 D1, D2, D3, D4, 무스카린M1-5, 아드레날린 alphal, 히스타민 H1수용체에 친화도가 높다. 세로토닌 5-HT2 차단작용이 도파민 D2 차단작용보다 강하여 추제외로 증상의 빈도가 적고 지발성 운동장애의 위험이 적다. 항콜린성 작용과 세로토닌 5-HT2A/C 수용체에 대한 길항작용, 상대적으로 약한 D2길항작용으로 양성 증상 뿐만 아니라 음성증상에도 유의한 효과가 있다. Olanzapine의 주된 대사 경로는 cytochrome P-450-CYPIA2, flavincontaining monooxigenase(FMO 3 system), N-glucuronidation이며, 그외에도 cytochrome P-450-CYP2D6, CYP2C19등으로도 대사가 되기 때문에 어느 한가지 효소에 의해 대사나 약력학이 영향을 받지 않으므로 약물 상호작용도 적다. Olanzapine은 정신분열증의 양성과 음성증상에 모두 효과가 있고 장기 유지치료에도 효과가 있다. 또한 치료불응성 정신분열증에도 치료효과가 있다는 보고들이 있다. 또 정신분열증 뿐만 아니라 분열정동장애, 정신분열양 장애, 양극성 장애, 물질 유도성 정신병적 장애에 모두 사용 가능하다. 용량은 5-20㎎이 추천된다. 치료후 첫 3-6개월에 양성, 음성증상의 호전이 있고 대개는 1년에 고평부(plateau)에 이른다. 그래서 최소 6개월은 사용후 그 효과를 판단해야 한다. Traditional antipsychotics have lack of efficacy in 30% to 40% of patients with schizophrenia, lack of efficacy in the treatment of negative symptoms of psychosis, and are primarily effective in ameliorating the positive symptoms of schizophrenia. Also these agent have a number of side effects, such as extrapyramidal symptoms and tardive dyskinesia. Olanzapine is new drug that has much difference from traditional antipsychotics in view of these limitations of traditional antipsychotics and is spared some of clozapine's major difficulties, such as agranulocytosis. olanzapine has affinity for serotonin 5-HT2A/C receptors, dopamine D1, D2, D3, D4 receptors, muscarinic M1-5 receptors, adrenergic alpha1 receptors, histamine H1 receptors. Olanzapine's ability for blockade of serotonin 5-HT2 receptor is greater than it's ability for blockade of dopamine D2 receptors and olanzapine has low incidence of extrapyranmidal symotoms and low risk for developing tardive diskinesia. Olanzapine also has anticholinergic effect and antagonist actions for serotonin 5-HT2A/C receptor, relatively weak antagonistic actions for dopamine D2 receptor, so olanzapine has significant efficacy for not only positive symptoms but also negative symptoms. The most important pathways for olanzapine metabolism are cytochrome P450-CYP1A2, flavin-containing monooxigenase(FMO 3 system),N-glucuronidation. Minor pathways include cytochrome P450-CYP2D6, CYP2C19. Olanzapine has minimal drug interaction due to it's multiple metabolic pathways. Olanzapine has efficacy for both positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia, long-term maintenace treatment. Olanzapine also has efficacy for treatment refractory schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, schizophreniform disorder, bipolar disorder, substance induced psychotic disorder. Recommended does are 5-20㎎/day. We should decide for effectiveness for olanzapine after using 1 year, since improvements in positive and negative symptoms seen in the first 3 to 6 months often plateaued within 1 year.

      • 마우스 골수 소핵 시험에 의한 디젤분진, HgCl_(2) 및 Pb(Ac)_2의 유전독성효과

        The clastogenic effects of the diesel emission particle extrace(DEPE), mercuric chloride and lead acetate were examined by the mouse bone marrow micronucleus test. DEPE had a potent clastogenic effect by intraperitoneal injection with dose-response between 100 and 300mg/kg b.w.. Mercuric chloride and lead acetate also gave a clastogenic effects but mercuric chloride only had a dose-response between 1 and 3mg/kg b.w.. When DEPE was administrated with mercuric shloride or lead acetate, the frequency of micronucleated cells was slight but not significant incresase in comparision to a single treatment with DEPE alone.

      • 維新벼에 나타난 生育後期의 萎週

        1. Chemical properties of soils and inorganic compositions of rice plants were analysed to explain the acute wilting occurred in the late stage of rice variety, Yusin. The results obtained were summarized as follows. 1) The amount of K and S_iO_2 of soils where severe rice wilting occurred was lower than that of soils where rice wilting didn't occurred. 2) The amount of N and FeO of wilted rice plants was higher than that of normal rice plants while the amount of K_2O and SiO_2 and the ratio of K_2O/N of former were lower than that of letter. 2. Severe wilting was occurred only in the rice variety, Yusin, when three varieties… Yusin, Milyang #15, Milyang #23……were interplanted. The amount of organic and inorganic compositions of three varieties and chemical properties of rhizosphere soils were analysed. 1) The rice variety, Yusin, was the lowest and that of the rice variety, Milyang #15, was the highest in the level of total carbohydrate and hemicellulose. 2) Comparatively higher levels of K were observed in rhizosphere soil where Yusin was planted, while the level of the K in the plant of Yusin was the lowest.

        As the micro technology and miniaturization of a structure and component in the last couple of decades have been concretely realized, the understanding of structural and dynamic characteristics and prediction of dynamic behavior are indispensable to the miniaturized structures and micro machines. This paper shows the effect of dynamic characteristics in bolt-jointed structures by comparing natural frequencies and mode shapes between macro and micro-scale beams through experimental modal analysis and finite element analysis with a1 8 test models by materials, by size, and by joining condition; that is, SS41 and A16061-T651, micro and macro, and monolithic beam and bolt-jointed beam.

      • 甘草엑스의 抗炎 및 抗潰瘍作用에 대한 機轉

        Glycyrrhizae radix, commonly called licorice, has been used as anti-ulcerous and anti-inflammatory agents. It's main component, glycyrrhizin, is known to be effective as an anti-allergenic, anti-hepatic, and anti-viral agent, and shows steroid-like action. Histamine mediates and modulates inflammation through a variety of immuno-regulatory actions and stress-induced secretion of glucocorticoids(GC) is generally mediated by release of ACTH from the pituitary gland. This study was to investigate the mechanism of Glycyrrhizae Radix Ext. on anti-inflammatory and anti-ulcerous action. 1. The serum histamine contents was the most increased at the dose of 25㎍/㎏ LPS. injected rats(i.p), and the serum corticosterone was not significant. 2. Pretreatment of Glycyrrhizae radix Ext. (150㎎/㎏) was markedly decreasing the levels of serum histamine and corticosterone. 3. The serum histamine content was significantly increased in 120 minutes after LPS. injection. 4. The serum histamine content was decreased by pretreatment of cimetidine (H^2- receptor antagonist) 5㎎/㎏. These results were suggested that the effects of Glycyrrhizae Radix Ext, on anti-inflammatory and anti-ulcerous action was induced by its glucocorticoid-like action and inhibition of the histamine realese via H_2-receptor.

      • 인슐린 비의존형 당뇨병 환자에서 혈장 Endothelin-1농도의 변화

        Endothelin(ET) is a 21-residue peptide originally isolated from the cultured porcine endothelial cells. There are at least three genes for endothelin:endothelin-1(ET-1), endothelin-2(ET-2), and endothelin-3(ET-3). Endothelins are present in various human biological fluids including plasma, urine, breast milk, and saliva and have been found elevated plasma ET concentrations in patients with diabetes mellitus, Patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis due to chronic renal failure, patients with acute myocardial infarction, and patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Endothelial cell damage is suspected to occur in diabetic patients and may be one important cause of angiopathy, a major complication in diabetes mellitus. The elevation of ET in diabetic patients may be a marker of, and further exacerbate, their vascular disease. We measured the levels of ET-1 in plasma of 50 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) and 25 normal subjects by radioimmunoassay. The plasma ET-1 concentration (mean±S.D.) in NIDDM was 6.461 A2.510 f㏖/ ㎖, and was significantly higher than in normal subjects (4.567±1.155f㏖/㎖) (P<0.05). The plasma ET-1 concentration (mean±S.D.) in diabetic retinopathy group( 7.15±2.454 f㏖/ml) was significantly elevated than those in otherwise uncomplicated groups (5.348±2.390 f㏖/㎖)(P<0.01). The correlation between any clinical parameters and plasma ET-1 levels in NIDDM was not significant, In conclusion, this study suggest that the elevated levels of ET-1 in diabetic patients may be play a important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic complications.
