        The purpose of this inquiry is to understand the changing process of Tae-Kwon Do uniform by After thorough examination, they could be summarized as below. Tae-Kwon Do training uniforms are divided into two different types. One is a spread extended type which originally came form Japan and the other is an Korean traditional martial arts uniform. As the development of Tae-Kwon Do occurred, the uniform changed into a basic clothing form from the three countries period which included a black collar and a half black and red collar for grade holders. The differences in the length of sleeves and pants come from which material it is made of and a statement regulated by the Korea Tae-Kwon Do Federation. The uniform currently using is not the Korean traditional type which has to be worn over the head. This has a major disadvantage when putting it on and taking it off, it ruins the hair especially after sweating a lot through training. As a result, the uniform we are currently wearing has a slight problem in practicality and the historical background but the uniform itself is rogarded more as a sport uniform rather than a training uniform.

        당류 첨가가 김치 성분 및 관능검사에 미치는 영향

        김치의 단맛을 내기 위하여 일반 제조에 이용되고있는 sucros 대신 xtevioside나 sorbitol과 같이 당의 종류를 달리하여 제조한 김치의 이화학적 성분, 미생물의 변화 및 관능적 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. pH와 적정산도는 stevioside와 sorbitol이 첨가된 처리구가 sucrose가 첨가된 처리구보다 산의 생성 억제 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 총균수의 경우 전반적으로 당의 종류와 저장온도와는 관계없이 미생물의 생육 억제효과가 없는 것으로 나타났으나 젖산균의 경우 10℃에서는 균의 생육 억제 효과는 없는 반면 5℃에 저장한 김치의 경우 stevioside와 sorbitol이첨가된 김치는 젖산균의 생육에 억제효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 관능검사를 실시한 결과 stevioside 첨가된 김치 sucrose 첨가구에 비하여 기호도에서는전적으로 우수한 것으로 나타났다. Effects of sugars addition in Kimchi preparation on physiochemical characteristics, sensory evaluation of Kimchi were investigated. Sugar sources added were sucrose, stevioside and sorbitol. Changes of pH and titratable acidity in Kimchi with addition of stevioside or sorbitol were similar to ones of control Kimchi with addition of sucrose during storage at 10℃, while ones of Kimchi with addition of stevioside or sorbitol were different from control during storage at 5℃, Comparison with control Kinich, addition of stevioside or sorbitol was inhibited acid production in Kimchi during storage at 5℃. Total number of viable cells were not significantly different among those of Kimchi samples during storage at 5 and l0℃ The number of lactic acid bacteria were not significantly different among those of Kimchi samples during storage at 10℃, but ones of Kimchi with addition of stevioside or sorbitol were less than those of Kimchi with addition of sucrose during storage at 5℃. Among sweetness, taste, flavor, color, texture and overall acceptability, the results of sensory evaluation except sweetness were showed that Kimchi added with stevioside or sorbitol was superior to ones added with sucrose.

        후방복사된 초음파를 이용한 12Cr강 부식 피로특성 평가

        화력발전 플랜트의 터빈 블레이드(blade) 재료인 12Cr 합금강의 고속 열화 시편에 대한 레일리(Rayleigh) 표면탄성파의 산란과 속도의 주파수 의존특성을 액체/고체 경계 면에서 표면파의 발생기구에 의해 나타나는 후방복사 초음파 세기의 입사각 의존성으로 간접 평가하고 부식피로 특성과 비교 분석하였다. 후방복사 현상이 발생하는 입사각 폭은 부식온도와 반비례하였으며 이는 효과적 부식층의 두께 증가로 설명되었다. 이 프로파일의 폭은 피로시험에서 균열성장 관계식인 파리스(Paris) 법칙의 지수 m과 선형적으로 반비례하여 열화시편의 부식 피로 특성의 비파괴적 평가에 있어 후방복사된 초음파를 이용한 기술이 매우 유용함을 보여주었다. The corrosion-fatigue characteristics of the 12Cr steel, which is widely used in fossil power plants as a turbine blade material, are evaluated nondestructively by use of the Rayleigh surface wave. In this study, the frequency dependency of the Rayleigh surface wave is investigated indirectly by measuring the angular dependency of the backward radiation of the incident ultrasonic wave in the aged specimens, and then compared to the corrosion-fatigue characteristics. The width of the backward radiation profile decreases as the increase of the aging temperature, which seems to result from the increase of the effective degrading layer thickness. This parameter also shows an inversely proportionality to the exponent, m, in the Paris law which predicts the crack size increasement due to fatigue. The result observed in this study demonstrates high potential of the backward radiated ultrasound as a tool for the nondestructive evaluation of the corrosion-fatigue characteristics of the aged materials.

      • Chlamydia Pneumoniae에 대한 헌혈자, 혈액화학검사자 및 Mycoplasma Pneumoniae 항체 검사자의 혈청 항체 보유율

        Chlamydia pneumoniae infections, known to be very prevalent in many countries, are not reported in Korea to the best of our knowelege. Prevalence of antibodies against C. pneumoniae was determined by the micro-immunofluorescence test. The proportion of sera with antibody titers of ≥16,tested by polyvalent conjugate of IgG, IgM, and IgA (poly-Ig) were blood donor 76.8%, blood chemistry-tested patients 58.0% and Mycoplasma Pneumoniae antibody-tested patients 22.0%. The positive rates by age groups were ≤years 13.5%, 10-19 years 66.7% and over all 49.6%. Only three sera showed IgM antibody titer of ≥, which became negative after absorption with RF-absorbent. Poly-Ig against C. trachomatis was less prevalent and that against Legionella pneumophila rare. None of the sera at 1:8 dilution were positive for the poly-Ig against Coxiella burnetii. It is concluded that the poly-Ig antibody against C. pneumoniae are highly prevalent in the sera of Koreans suggesting the existance of the infection, and for the diagnosis of the infection, the same interpretation criteria of the MIF titer, which is used in other countries, can also be applied in Korea.

      • 유도선수들의 개인별 특성에 따른 성취동기에 미치는 영향 : mainly university students

        This investigation used questionnaire which amended and made up for TSMI(Taikyo Sport Motivation Inventory) to verify what effect judo champions personal trait has on accomplishment motive. The subject of the study was 406 men, women judo champion's in Seoul and Kyung-Ki province. The personal trait which is an independent variation was set up as sexual distinction, grade, athlete career, economic standard, record of winning a prize and weight. According to this, the dependent variable for accomplishment motive to find out about accomplishment motive was foxed as competition, ambition, effort and self-confidence and the result of the research is followed as below. Firstly, there seemed to exist a significant difference in competition(p<.001), standard of ambition(p<.006) and self confidence(p.006) in accomplishment motive according to sexual distinction. Secondly, a significant difference in standard of ambition(p<.001) existed among the dependent variable of accomplishment motive according to grade. Result of Scheffe's pre-verification was that significant difference seemed to exist in 4th grade with the 1st and 3rd grade. Thirdly, all of the dependent variable; competition(p<.001), standard of ambition(p<.001), effort(p<.003) and self confidence(p.006) showed significant difference in accomplishment motive according to athlete's career. Scheffe's pre-verification showed that significant difference in competition existed in between 5-8 years and 8-10 years, and significant difference in standard of ambition in between 3-5 years and 8-10 years and also 3-5 years and 5-8년 and over 10 years group existed. Also significant difference in effort showed in 5-8 years and 8-10 years. Fourthly, the accomplishment motive according to the economic levels showed significant difference only in standard of ambition(p<.05) which is a dependent variable. Fifthly, The accomplishment motive according to the career of winning a prize showed a significant difference in competition(p<.01), ambition(p<.01) and effort(p<.05) among the dependent variable, and also Scheffe's pre-verification showed a significant difference in more than 7 times, less than 3times and less than 7 times in ambition. Sixthly, the accomplishment motive according to weight showed a significant difference in competition(p<.001) and effort(p<.05) among the dependent variable, and Scheffe's pre-verification showed significant difference in middle weight class with the lightweight and middle lightweight class in competition.

        탈석회화골분진과 폴리에틸렌을 이용한 대용골에 관한 실험적연구

        Advances in craniofacial surgery have stimulated the interest in physiology of osseous transplantation. Numerous works have been made to understand physiology of bone graft. In the bone graft, many researches have been focused to solve the following problems; First, the shortage of donor site. Second, variable degree of resorption. Third, limitation of shaping of bone graft. This study was undertaken to evaluate the morphogenic properties of bone substitute and its fate after 6 months of implantation to the back of experimental animal. Bone substitutes were prepared by filling of demineralized bone power to the inner space of porous polyethylene block. Size of the porous polyethylene block was 10 ×10 ×7mm and that of inner space was 7 × 7 × 4mm. Experimental group consisted of implantation of bone substitute into the musculatoure of back of adult New Zealand White rabbits. Control groups were divided into 2 groups : namely group 2 which has inner space of porous polyethylene block without demineralized bone powder and group 3 which has neither innerspace nor demineralized bone powder but only porous polyethylene block. Rib bone between each implant was considered as an another group (group 4) for a reference of isotope uptake. ????Tc-MDP uptake and histomarphometric evaluation with light microscope showed induced osteogenesis of demineralized bone powder within the inside of porous polyethylene. At 1 month after implantation, composites didn't make significant difference from control groups. From 2 months to 6 months, radioisotope uptake increased with sharp curve(1.69 at 2 months, 3.35 at 4 monts and 4.53 at 6 months) and number of osteocytes, osteoblasts, chondrocytes and chondroblast also increased with steep line(3.3 at Zmonths, 27.6 at 4months, 95.4 at 6 months), while control groups could not show any evidences of induced osteogenesis and better incorporartion. The results of this study suggested that creation of osteogenic composites of porous materials and osteoinductive bone powder can be one of the rational approach to solve the problems of bone graft.

        스마트 능동 레이어 센서 개발 (Ⅰ) : 이론 및 개념 연구 Theory and Concept Study

        본 논문은 두 편으로 구성된 스마트 능동 레이어(smart active layer, SAL) 센서 개발에 관한 첫 번째 논문으로, 구조 내에 발생하는 균열 및 손상에 의한 탄성과 검출을 위한 SAL 센서의 이론 및 개념을 연구하였다. 본 SAL 센서의 개발을 위해, 첫째, 탄성파의 기본 이론을 고찰하였고, 둘째, 이론적 토대 위에 단일 압전 disc의 유한요소해석법(finite element analysis, FEA)을 이용하여 탄성파 검출 센서로서의 가능성을 검증하였고, 셋째, 몇 종류의 압전 disc 센서와 상용 음향방출(acoustic emission, AE) 센서를 연필심 파괴시험을 통해 상호 성능을 비교하여 실험적으로 그 가능성을 확인하였다. 또한 수개의 센서를 일정한 거리로 분포시켜서 구조물 결함의 효과적 검출 및 위치 표정이 가능한 스마트능동레이어 센서의 개념연구를 수행하였다. This paper is the first part of the study on the development of a smart active layer (SAL) sensor, which consists of two parts. In this first part, the theory and concept of the SAL sensor is investigated, which is designed for the detection of elastic waves caused by internal cracks and damages in structures. For the development SAL sensor, (ⅰ) the basic theory of elastic waves was studied, (ⅱ) the feasible study of the SAL as an elastic waves detection sensor using the finite element analysis (FEA) with respect to a piczoceramic disc was performed. (ⅲ) the comparison of performances between some piczoceramic sensors and a commercial acoustic emission (AE) sensor was accomplished to ensure the applicability by the experimental means, such as a pencil lead break test. Also, the conceptional study for the SAL sensor, which can be utilized for the effective detection and locating of defects by the arrangement of regularly distributed sensors, was discussed.

        A Soft x-ray microscope operates in the 'water window' wavelength region (2.3-4.4 nm), where natural contrast between carbon (protein) and oxygen (water) allows to image a biological cell. The compact soft x-ray microscope operates at λ = 2.88 nm (430 eV) and consist of liquid-nitrogen-jet-target laser-plasma x-rays source, a tandem ellipsoidal condenser mirror for sample illumination, an objective micro zone plate, and a thinned back-illuminated charge coupled device with 1,024 × 1,024 pixels. The Liquid-nitrogen-jet-target laser-plasma source was a high brightness of 1.4×10^(12) photons/pulse·sr·line. The tandem ellipsoidal condenser mirror has 15% reflectivity. The photon flux arrived at the sample is 1.29×10^(5) photons/μ㎡ The micro zone plate was used for an objective optic, and had outermost zone width of 30 nm, zone number of 667, and diameter of 80㎛, and the focal length was 835㎛. On performance test for the compact soft x-ray microscope, the 'Siemens Star' image was obtained with a 60-nm-resolution at 380 magnification and 3 minutes exposure. I also obtained images of biological samples, such as diatom and red blood cell of a mouse with 5-10 minutes exposure.
