Research On Optimization In NC Bending Process Of Thin-walled Tube Based on Orthogonal Experiment

In the process of research and development of tube bending forming technology, the way of improving the forming quality and establishing the optimization of forming process parameters has become an important problem that should be solved quickly. This text simulated the process of bend forming with the way of finite element, combined with the effects of geometric and physical parameters on the forming quality of bending pipe, taking the important parameters which are measurements of the pipe wall thickness variation as test indexes, made the virtual orthogonal experiment and gained the laws of the bending angle, relative bending radius, relative wall thickness, thrust, pipe friction coefficient between mode have effects on the forming quality of wall thinning rate and wall thickening. Through the comprehensive analysis and additional test, obtained the optimal parameters values, improved the accuracy of simulation and the optimization results of orthogonal test, improved the quality of tube bending forming.
A Study on the Effect of Characters of Social Shopping on Repurchase and Word-of-Mouth Intention

Even though the offer of social shopping is setting up, the study about social shopping is in an insufficient condition. And the systematic scientific cleanup of social shopping site doesn’t be organized. While in order to generate earning, it also needs to find out characteristics of social shopping and to service the characteristics’evaluation and performance. According to the analysis of the survey, the characteristics which have influence on of social shopping repurchase and WOM intention is found out. This study provided marketing strategies that can make social shopping to be continued developing.
소셜쇼핑의 특성이 재구매 의도와 구전의도에 미치는 영향

소셜쇼핑에 관한 연구가 충분하지 않아서 아직 체계적인 학술적 정리가 되지 않고 있는 것이 현재의 설정이다. 따라서 현재 부각되고 있는 소설쇼핑이 무엇인지, 그리고 소셜쇼핑의 특성이 무엇인지를 학술적으로 정리하고 이들이 재 구매 의도와 구전의도에 미치는 영향을 분석할 필요가 있다. 소셜쇼핑의 특성 중 5 개의 특성(유용성, 상호작용 성, 즐거움, 희소성메시지, 가격할인)이 소셜쇼핑의 재 구매 의도와 구전의도에 영향을 미치는 특성으로 선정되었다. 실증 분석 결과 유용성을 제외한 나머지 4개의 특성이 재 구매 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 상호작용 성, 가격할인, 재 구매 의도만 구전의도에 긍정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이런 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 소셜쇼핑이 지속적으로 발전할 수 있는 마케팅 전략을 제공하고자 하였다. The studies on social shopping are in an insufficient condition. And the systematic scientific cleanup of social shopping site doesn`t be organized. So we need to evaluate and find out characteristics of social shopping on repurchase and WOM. Among characteristics of social, shopping, 5 characteristics (usefulness, interaction, enjoyment, price discount and message of rarity) which have influences on repurchase and WOM intention are found out. According to the statistical analysis, 4 ones except usefulness had positive effects on repurchase. But interaction, price discount and repurchase had positive effects on WOM. This study provided marketing strategies that can make social shopping to be continued developing.
Effect of Hydrogen-rich Water on Vase Life and Quality in Cut Lily and Rose Flowers

Hydrogen gas (H2) functions as an important signaling molecule in diverse plant developmental processes. H2 is thought to delay postharvest ripening and senescence in fruit. However, little is known about the influence ofH2 on flower senescence. This study was conducted to determine whether H2 treatment could improve vase life andquality in cut lily (Lilium spp.) and rose (Rosa hybrid L.) flowers. Treatment with 0.5% and 1% hydrogen-rich water(HRW) increased vase life and maximum flower diameter in lily. In addition, 50% HRW treatment significantlyincreased vase life and maximum flower diameter in cut rose flowers. The fresh weight and leaf relative watercontent in cut lilies and roses were enhanced by proper doses of HRW. Compared with the control, HRW treatmentdecreased leaf stomata size in cut lily and rose flowers. HRW treatment significantly reduced leaf malondialdehydecontents and electrolyte leakage in cut lilies. Antioxidant enzyme activities were also improved by HRW treatment incut lily and rose flowers. These results suggest that exogenously applied H2 might improve vase life and postharvestquality in cut flowers by maintaining proper water balance and membrane stability and by reducing stomata size andoxidative damage.
Down-regulated MYH11 Expression Correlates with Poor Prognosis in Stage II and III Colorectal Cancer

The MYH11 gene may be related to cell migration and adhesion, intracellular transport, and signal transduction. However, its relationship with prognosis is still uncertain. The aim of this study was to investigate correlations between MYH11 gene expression and prognosis in 58 patients with stage II and III colorectal cancer. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction was performed in fresh CRC tissues to examine mRNA expression, and immunohistochemistry was performed with paraffin-embedded specimens for protein expression. On univariate analysis, MYH11 expression at both mRNA and protein levels, perineural invasion and lymphovascular invasion were related to disease-free survival (p<0.05; log-rank test). Cancers with lower MYH11 expression were more likely to have a poor prognosis. Otherwise, MYH11 expression was unrelated to patient clinicopathological features. On multivariate analysis, low MYH11 expression proved to be an independent adverse prognosticator (p<0.05). These findings show that MYH11 can contribute to predicting prognosis in stage II and III colorectal cancers.

The alongside replenishment scheduling problem with time constraint determining the partition of the ships, the order of replenishment and the allocation of time to the ships at the same time is analyzed. It is equivalent to a multi-stage flow shop scheduling problem with the object of maximizing the effectiveness value of ship fleet. The problem solving process is divided into three steps, and based on the analysis of the three steps, a heuristic algorithm is proposed. The algorithm firstly considers the time allocated to each ship, and then sequences the ships by heuristic rule combining greed with insertion, finally determines the ships partitioning to the port and standard side. Emulating example with different problems’ scale and time constraints shows that the proposed heuristic algorithm is superior to some other algorithms.
공간구문론을 이용한 중국 베이징 도시 구조의 시기별 변화에 대한 연구

Based on the maps that represent the critical moments of overall city planning policy in the large scale urban development of the city of Beijing from 1979, this study aims to determine the difference and correlation in each periodic transformation through time series analysis. It seeks to evaluate the transition process of each region and the factors that influence the changes according to its period. The outcome of this research is to provide a quantitative analysis of Beijing city’s overall development trend and characteristics. The before and after evaluation of the special districts development within the city can be utilised in investigating the transformation and the underlying relationship of the urban structure.

Two kinds of free-base tailed porphyrins modified with 2-chloronicotinic acid and the corresponding Zn porphyrins have been synthesized. They have been characterized by elemental analysis and NMR, UV/Vis, fluorescence spectra, and infrared spectroscopies. Their configurations have been optimized through theoretical calculations. The fluorescence quantum yields were determined by a comparative method. The interactions between the Zn porphyrins and human serum albumin have been studied by means of fluorescence spectra. The experimental results showed that the interaction mechanism involved a combined fluorescence quenching process (static and dynamic quenching) and that the main driving force was hydrophobic in nature. Quenching constants, binding constants, thermodynamic parameters, and binding distances have been determined.
