        과실이 크고 품질이 우수한 조생종 배 ‘금촌조생’ 육성

        ‘금촌조생’ 품종은 농촌진흥청 원예연구소 나주배연구소에서 1971년 ‘금촌추’의 품질을 개선하기 위해 당도가 높고 육질이 유연한 ‘단배’를 교배하여 1982년 1차 선발되었고, 1997년부터 5년 간 지역적응시험을 거쳐 2001년 최종 선발 및 품종보호출원 되었다. 수세는 비교적 강하고, 수자는 반개장성이다. 꽃가루가 풍부하며, 주요 재배품종과 교배친화성을 보인다. 또한 흑반병에 대하여 강한 포장저항성을 나타내었다. 숙기는 재배중인 ‘원황’ 품종보다 약 5일 정도 늦은 9월 3일로 추석에 출하하기 알맞은 품종이다. 과형은 ‘금촌추’와 같은 도원추형이고, 과피색은 황갈색이다. 과중은 593g이고, 당도는 13.2Bx이다. 육질은 유연하며 과즙이 풍부하고, 석세포가 없어 식미가 매우 우수하다. 그러나 과육선숙형 품종으로 원예적 수확기에도 과피에 녹색이 남지만, 완숙과가 되면 황갈색으로 착색된다. 상온저장 기간은 20일 정도로 다른 조생종에 비해 저장력은 좋은 편이다. ‘Geumchonjosaeng’ pear cultivar (Pyrus pyrifolia var. culta Nakai) originated from the cross between ‘Imamuraaki’ and ‘Danbae’ to improve the fruit quality of ‘Imamuraaki’ cultivar in 1971 at Naju Pear Research Institute of National Horticultural Research Institute (NHRI), Rural Development Administration (RDA). It was preliminarily selected in 1982 and named in 2001. The tree habit shows vigorous growth and upright spreading. It carries abundant pollen grains and shows cross compatibility with leading cultivars. Also it shows high resistance to black leaf spot (Alternaria kikuchiana) in the field condition. Optimum harvest time is around Sep. 3, which is 5 days later than that of ‘Wonwhang’, and it could satisfy consumer’s demand for high quality pear fruit in “Chuseok”. The obovate fruit shape resembles maternal parent, ‘Imamuraaki’ and skin color is green yellowish brown at normal harvesting time and gradually turned to yellowish brown at full ripennig state. Fruit weighs about 593 g, and the soluble solid content is 13.5 ˚Bx. The flesh is very soft and juicy and, rendering good eating quality. Shelf life is about 20 days under the ambient temperature, and it is a relatively long period as compare with other early season cultivars.

        In Korea, most of union activities occur during the office hours, using the company's facilities because labor unions are mainly formed on the company union basis. As a result, there have been lots of conflicts between the right on the union activity, and the right on the enterprise employment such as work-direction authority and facilities-administration authority. The question is how we can adjust right when there exist mutually conflicting interests between employees and employers. The right on the union activity has a legal basis of the workers-right of association, collective bargaining, and collective action in order to improve working conditions as well as to enhance socioeconomic status. It is these three right that are the basic constitutional right which empower labors to negotiate working conditions with employer as equals with respecting labors' life and dignity, and which allow labors to make a substantial joint labor-management system. Furthermore, the workers-right of association, collective bargaining, and collective action are the rights that have forces that directly effect on the government and employers. These three rights are closely related to each other, and play a primary role independently rather than one of them is secondary. The employers have 'work-direction authority' which empowers them to command and supervise employees as well as empowers them to make and maintain the office regulations. The legal basis of this empowerment does not from the entities' characteristics for establishing order, but from the labor contracts between employers and employees. In addition, employers have 'facilities-administration authority' based on the property right which enables employers to determine how to use and keep their facilities, and enables them to abate from the employees who infringe management rights. This management right, however, could neither be transcendental nor absolute right because this right is generated from the formation of employees-employer relationship. This management right could not be exercised to the employees as a legal rights, even though management right is based on the comprehensive and functional concept of management. The law to form substantial joint labor-management system, and take effect on the relationship with employers, on the other hand, the right on the enterprise employment is neither transcendental nor absolute rights. Therefore, to reasonably ensure the benefit of union activity by workers and the benefits of enterprise, these benefits on two sides should be comparably measured. It seems that the rights on the union activity and the rights on the enterprise employment conflict each other. thus, this confliction could be solved through the right adjustment.

        Business transfer is performed for efficiency raising and a competitive edge reinforcement recently in a society. Until now as examined on relationship for business transfer and employment, a company can strengthen competitive edge through business transfer, but as for the rank of workers, it can be unstable. That is, business is the question that employment conditions ensured in the existing company can be preserved after the problem that succession of employment is possible and succession of employment if hands over. If it is admitted succession of employment without any restriction, it is given a burden to a company, and the capital for social a few problem called unemployment to be happened if does not admit is. However, succession of employment along business transfer and a law rule about employment conditions do not exist in existing labor-related laws. Therefore, various theories are put on a display of, and a precedent is the situation that cannot offer a basis to be clear too. Therefore, it is thinks that preparation of a law rule holds a need.

      • Cycloheximide가 Mouse肝臟의 인산염 分解酵素의 活性에 미치는 影響

        Cycloheximide는 Streptomyces griseus에서 추출한 항진균성 항생제로 진균의 성장을 저해하는 물질로 알려져 왔으며 포유동물의 세포에서 ribonucleic acid와 단백질 합성을 저해한다고 생화학적 방법에 의하여 보고되었다. 최근에 이르러 cycloheximide의 투여로 간세포내 소기관인 조면내형질세망 및 Golgi complex의 손상에 의해서 단백질합성이 저해된다고 형태학적으로 연구 보고된 바 있다. 이와같은 cycloheximide의 투여로 간세포가 손상을 입어 단백질합성이 저해될 때 간세포내 인산염분해효소로 분포되어 있는 acid phosphatase와 adenosine triphosphatase 활성을 추구하였다. 실험동물로는 실험실에서 사육한 건강한 ICR계 체중 20∼30gm의 mouse를 사용하였으며 정상대조군과 cycloheximide 투여군으로 구분하고 실험군은 다시 cycloheximide 투여 후 6시간군, 12시간군, 24시산군 및 36시간군으로 나누었고 각군에 10마리씩 배정하였다. Cycloheximide는 mouse의 체중 ㎏당 4㎎ 되게 생리적 식염수에 용해하여 0.1㎖를 복강내에 투여후 6시간, 12시간, 24시간 및 36시간 후에 희생시켜 간장을 적출하고 10% neutral formalin에 고정한 다음 cryostat로 두께 15㎛ 되게 동결절편을 만들어 Gomori법으로 acid phosphatase활성과 Wachstein 및 Meisel법으로 adenosine triphosphatase 활성을 관찰한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Cycloheximide 투여후 6시간, 12시간군 및 24시간군의 mouse 간소엽에서 중심 정맥부로 부터acid phosphatase 활성이 증가되기 시작하여 36시간군에서는 간소엽 전역에 중등도 이상의 강한 활성이 관찰되었다. 2. Cycloheximide 투여후 24시간군에서 부터 간소엽의 중심 정맥부에 ATPase 활성이 감소되기시작하여 36시간 경과군에서는 간소엽 전역에 음성반응을 나타내었다. 상기와 같은 결과는 cycloheximide 투여로 간장의 acid phosphatase는 간장이 손상을 입을 때 그 활성이 보다 강한 양성반응을 보이고 adenosine triphosphatase는 역으로 활성이 약해진다고 사료된다. It has been knwon that cycloheximide, an antifungal antibiotics extracted from streptomyces griseus, inhibits the growth of fungus. It has been reported by several investigators that this drug inhibits ribouncleic acid activity and protein synthesis of the mammalian cell. Recently, several reporters indicated that the cycloheximide causes the damage of hepatocyte. The observations by electron microscopic, histochemical and histological studies revealed that cycloheximide inhibits the RNA and protein synthesis by the injury of rough endoplasmic reticulum and the desocciation of polysome in hepatocyte. This study attempted, on the activities of acid phosphatase adenosine triphosphatase, phosphatelysis-enzymes distributed in the hepatocytes in the mouse liver. Healthy albino mice(ICR strain) of 20gm±in body weight were used as experimental animals which were divided into the control and cycloheximide treated groups. The animals of the cycloheximide treated groups were administered cycloheximide. (dissolved in physiological saline sol., by intraperitoneal injection in a dose of) 4mg per kg of body weight in a volume of 0.1ml, intraperitoneally. The experimental animals were sacrificed at intervals of 6, 12, 24 and 36 hours after administration of cycloheximide, respectively. The liver specimens were fixed with 10% neutral formalin, the sections of 15㎛ thickness were stained by Gomori, Wachstein and Meisel`s method for the detection of acid phosphatase and adenosine triphosphatase activities. The results were obtained as follows; 1. Acid phosphatase activity was increased in the central zone of liver lobule at the 6 hour and 24 hour period of the cycloheximide treated group, moderately positive activity was showed in the liver lobule at the 36 hour period group. 2. Adenosine triphosphatase activity was decressed in the centrol zone of liver lobule at the 24 hour period of the cycloheximide treated group. Negative reactions were showed in the whole liver lobules at the 36 hour period group. Consequently, it is supposed that cycloheximide caused increase of liver acid phosphatase result from liver damage, while adenosine phosphtase activity of the liver was decreased.

      • 백서의 복강내에 투여한 Mitomycin-C-Polyglycolic acid 제형이 장기에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        To evaluate the in-vivo effects of mitomycin-C-polyglycolic acid composite(MMC-PGA) the disk: shaped composite were implanted into the peritoneal cavity of the Sprague-Dawley rats. The pathologic changes were examined at various time points up to 12 weeks. Initially the soft tissue around the inserted disks showed capillary congestion at 3 days. Inflammatory infiltrates with foreign body giant cells appeared from the 2nd week and reached peak response at 6-8 weeks. These reaction diminished prominently at 12 weeks. No specific pathologic change was found in the liver, the kidneys, and the heart. The above results suggest that the MMC-PGA composite can serve as a new device for intraperitoneal chemotherapy of various types of cancers.

        장기저장 미곡의 성분 변화 특성

        미곡의 장기저장에 따른 이화학적 특성의 변화를 조사하여 효율적인 저장방법을 구명하기 위한 기초적 자료를 제공하기 위해 4년간 조곡상태의 미곡 50가마니를 상온 창고에서 저장하면서 성분 변화를 조사하였다. 고내 온도의 변화는 계절에 따라 35℃ 정도였다. 미곡의 수분함량은 저장기간 동안 15% 이상으로 증가한 적이 없어 비교적 안전하였으나 곡온이 18℃이상 유지되는 매년 6월부터 9월까지의 4개월 동안은 고내 습도의 상승과 함께 미질 저하를 일으킬 수 있는 저장 위험 기간이었다. 저장기간 중의 환원당, amylose 함량, 조단백의 변화를 조사한 결과 각각 입고시 0.24%, 19.23%, 7.02%에서 4년간 저장후 각각 0.5%, 20.31%, 7.46%로 증가하는 경향이었다. 저장미의 amylogram 특성을 조사한 결과 저장 기간이 길어짐에 따라 최고 점도, 최종 점도 및 setback은 입고시 각각 449B.U, 610B.U, 161B.U에서 4년 후 493B.U, 715B.U, 222B.U로 높아졌다. 반면에 Breakdown은 입고시 125B.U에서 4년 후 76B.U로 낮아졌다. 저장미의 호화응집성(gel consistency)은 입고시 44.7mm에서 4년후 39.9mm로 감소하였으며 지방산도는 입고시 4.5KOH㎎/100g에서 4년 저장후 각각 24.4KOH㎎/100g로 증가하였다. 배아율과 배아활성은 각각 97%, 100%에서 4년 후 각각 0%, 0.4%로 감소하였다. 한편 미곡에 착생한 미생물상의 변화를 조사한 결과 저장기간이 길어짐에 따라 세균 착생립수는 감소하고 곰팡이의 착생립수는 다소 증가하는 경향이었다. In order to investigate the changes of rice qualities during 4 years storage of paddy stored in warehouse of normal temperature condition. Temperature in warehouse was changed more than 30℃ under the influence of average temperature outside of a warehouse. Water content of paddy was not increased over 15%. But, as average temperature in wasehouse was gone up 18℃ from June to September every years, it was supposed that these periods were to be deterioration of rice quality. On investigation of change in paddy components during the long term storage, reducing sugar, amylose, crude protein were increased 0.24%, 19.23%, 7.02% at enterance time to 0.5%, 20.31%, 7.46% 4 years later, respectively. Max. viscosity, final visocity and set back value by amylograph were increased 449B.U, 610B.U, 161B.U to 493B.U, 715B.U, 222B.U but breakdown was decreased 125B.U to 76B.U with the increase of storage period. Gel consistency of rice stored was decreased 44.7mm at enterance time to 39.9mm 4 years later. Fatty acid was increased remarkably 4.5KOH㎎/100g to 24.4KOH㎎/100g. Germination ratio and germ activity of paddy during long-term storage were decreased 97%, 100% to 0%, 0.4%, respectively. With the increase of storage period, contaminated paddy by molds increased and its by bacteria decreased.

      • 위암환자의 복강내에 투여한 Mitomycin C-Carbon Particle의 Mitomycin 용출에 관한 연구

        Locoregional recurrence is the most common type of recurrence in surgical operation of gastric adenocarcinoma, and peritoneal dissemination is one of the most difficult problems in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma treatment. Because the peritoneal cavity is the most common site of the first recurrence after gastric cancer resection, intraperitoneal chemotherpy seems a logical choice for cancer chemotherapy. The Mitomycin C(MMC) adsorbed by the activated charcoal particles(CH) is relatively released when the drug concentration surrounding the carbon particles becomes low in the peritoneum of the peritoneal cavity. For the intraperitoneal chemotherapy on the advanced gastric adenocarcnoma, mitomycin C adsorbed on activated carbon particles was administered in the peritoneal cavity just before abdominal wall closure. The closed drainage tubes were inserted in the peritoneal cavity and clamped for tuo hours after completion of operation. MMC concentrations were serially measured in peritoneal fluid, plasma and urine at 2hour, 48 hour, 72 hour and 168 hour following its administration in order to study the efficacy of the MMC-CH as a drug delivery system. There were minimal toxicities in born marrow, liver, and gastrointestinal system after intraperitoneal MMC-CH administration. The data of this study suggested that MMC-CH may have a somewhat more beneficial effect than surgery alone when administered in optimal dose and schedules, but the MMC concentration of the peritoneal fluid was not sufficient to eradicate remnant cancer cells, and effective duration of maintenance was only below 24 hours in the peritoneal fluid and plasma.
