        접착제 미 사용시 치면열구전색제로서의 유동성 복합레진 평가

        본 연구의 목적은 유동성 복합레진을 치면열구전색제로 사용할 수 있는지 여부를 평가하는 것이다. 세 종류의 유동성 복합레진(Filtek Flow, Tetric Flow, Charmfil Flow)과 한 종류의 filled sealant(Ultraseal XT plus)가 사용되었다. 주사전자 현미경을 이용하여 세 종류의 유동성 복합레진 및 filled sealant의 resin tag 형성 양상을 비교하였다. 미세누출 평가를 위해 발거된 사람의 소구치 54개를 각각 18개씩 무작위로 세 군으로 배분하였다. 각 군마다 통상의 filled sealant 와 한 가지씩의 유동성 복합레진을 교합면 열구에 도포하였다. 치아들은 thermocycling(5˚ ± 2℃와 55˚ ± 2℃ 사이에서 30초씩 1200회 시행) 후 48시간 동안 1% methylene blue 용액에 보관하였다. 각각의 치아를 절단하여 미세누출 정도를 관찰하였다. 세 종류의 유동성 복합레진 및 filled sealant는 유사한 resin tag 형성양상을 보였다. 세 종류의 유동성 복합레진은 각각 filled sealant보다 현저히 더 많은 미세누출을 보였다. 세 종류의 유동성 복합레진 간의 미세누출 정도는 유사하였다. 유동성 복합레진은 통상의 filled sealant와 비교해볼 때 보다 많은 미세누출을 야기할 수 있으므로 치면열구전색제로 적절하지 않다. The aims of this study were to determine if flowable composites can be used as pit and fissure sealants without bonding agents. Three flowable composites(Filtek Flow, Tetric Flow, Charmfil Flow) and a filled sealant (Ultraseal XT plus) were used. The pattern of resin tag formation in the four sealant meterials were compared using SEM. For the microleakage assessment, 54 extracted human premolar teeth were randomly divided into 3 groups containing 18 premolars each. In each group, a conventional filled sealant and one of the three flowable composites were applied to occlusal fissures. The teeth were thermocycled(1200 cycles between 5˚± 2℃ and 55˚± 2℃ with a dwell time of 30 seconds) and immersed in a 1% methylene blue solution for 48 hours. Each tooth was sectioned and examined to determine the extent of dye penetration. Three flowable composites and a filled sealant showed a similar resin tag formation pattern. The three flowable composites showed significantly more microleakage in each group than the filled sealant. The level of microleakage was similar in the three flowable composites. Flowable composites are not recommended as pit and fissure sealants because more microleakage can occur even when occlural fissures are mechanically widened.

        악안면 유형에 따른 측모 연조직 양상에 대한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 악안면유형에 따라 측모 연조직 양상에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 17세 이상의 연령을 가진 다양한 수직적 양상을 보이는 Ⅱ급 및 Ⅲ급 남, 녀 79명을 선택하여 각 계측치를 계측하고 통계처리하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Nasolabial angle, interlabial angle, lower lip angle, mentolabial angle, symphyseal angle이 골격성 Ⅱ급군과 Ⅲ급군간에 유의한 차이를 보였고, nasofrontal angle, upper lip angle, mentolabial angle, symphyseal angle이 high angle군과 low angle군간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 2. 악골의 시상적관계를 나타내는 ANB값이 연조직의 nasolabial angle, symphyseal angle, interlabial angle과 정상관 관계를 보였고, lower lip angle과는 역상관 관계를 보였다. 3. 악골의 수직적관계를 나타내는 SN-GoMe값은 연조직의 mentolabial angle, symphyseal angle, nasofrontal angle, upper lip angle과 정상관 관계를 보였다. 4. 골격성 Ⅲ급군에 비해 Ⅱ급군에서 SN-GoMe값에 따른 측모연조직 양상의 차이가 현저하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the variations of the soft tissue profile contour in relation to the skeletal patterns and to confirm the correlation of soft tissue angles to the sagittal or vertical skeletal elements. Lateral cephalograms of 79 cases which were older than 17 years in age, were traced and statistically analyzed The obtained results were as follows: 1. Nasolabial, interlabial, lower lip, mentolabial, and symphyseal angles showed the significant differences between skeletal ClassⅡ and skeletal. Class Ⅲ group, but nasofrontal, upper lip, mentolabial, and symphyseal angles showed the significant differences between high angle and low angle group. 2. ANB value showed the significant positive correlation to nasolabial, symphyseal, and interlabial angles and the significant negative relation to lower lip angle. 3. SN-GoMe value showed the significant positive correlation to mentolabial, symphyseal, nasofrontal, and upper lip angles. 4. Soft tissue profile contour in SK. ClassⅡ group showed greater accordance to SN-GoMe value than those in SK. class Ⅲ group.

        Rhabdomyolysis may be defined as a clinical and laboratory syndrome which releases muscle cell contents into the plasma, such as creatine phosphokinase, due to skeletal muscle injuries. It can be the result of many diverse causes including muscle disease, ischemia, genetic disorder, metabolic disorder, infectious disease, drugs, comatose state, trauma or vigorous exercise that can lead to acute renal failure as a complication. Since first reported in 1941, rhabdomyolysis-induced acute renal failure has been documented many times, and the major causes of this disease are carbon monoxide poisoning, snake bites, and etc in Korea Reports of acute renal failure after exercise-related rhabdomyolysis with myoglobinemia are rare. We report a case of acute renal failure caused by exercise-related rhabdomyolysis in a 20 year old man.

      • 월악산 지역의 리기다소나무 조림지에서 간벌후의 갱신 특성

        The objective of this study was to examine the growth and regeneration patterns of hardwood saplings after thinning of Pinus rigida planted at Mt Worak After thinning of P. rigida, r-selection species such as Rubus crataegifolius B, Lespedeza maximowiczii C, Aralia elata var canescen N., Rubus oldham M and Quercus spp were mainly appeared Regarding to numbers of young trees appearance, Q. mongolica F, Q acutissima C, Q. serrata T and Q variabilis B1 were appeared respectively At the study area after thinning, Q. mongolica F was regenerated by sprouts on the other hands, Q. acutissima C, Q serrata T and Q. variabilis B1 were regenerated by seedlings. The results of this study indicated that Q mongolica F tended to dominate as a natural regenerated species after thinning of the P. rigida. At the humid area, Q serrala T tended to dominate. While, at the dry area, Q. mongolica F. tended to dominate. In the case of Q. variabilis B1, no significant influence was found due to small number of population.

      • 天然 更新을 위한 中部地方 天然混肴林의 造林的 撫育體系 方案

        The main purpose of this study conducted at mixed forests in Namcheon valley, Mt. Sobaek to suggest effective tending method for regeneration of desirable tree species which have economical, beautiful, and ecological suitability in the sites. To understand various aspects of tending practices and regenerations, relative density(RD), relative frequency(RF), and relative coverage(RC) of each species on the study area were evaluated to calculate importance value(IC). In addition, X2- test and polar species ordination were employed to examine associations among tree species and to help practical reforestation with sutable ecological niche. The results abtained from this study can be summarized as follow. 1.There were significant positive correlations between Acer species and Betula schmiditii Regel ; Quercus mongolica and Betula costata. However, there was a negative between Acer species - Be-Tula schmiditii and Quercus mongolica - Betuala costata. Carpinus laxiflora was correlated positively with both Acer species and Quercus mongolica. 2.The result of this study also suggested that Acer would be a climax species in somewhat fertile and canopy closed sites, which is inhabited by Betula schmidtii. In infertile and conopy closed sites which is inhabited by Betula costata will present Quercus species as climax species. But fertile sites which is inhabited by Quercus species had possibility with Carpinus laxiflora as climax spesies. 3.Kalopanax pictus and Cornus controversa correlating positively with quercus mongolica and Betula costata, are expected to grow actively under suitable selective cutting of Quercus and Betula species.

        진동에 의한 혈관 내 폐 보조장치의 산소전달 특성

        본 연구는 급성호흡부전환자를 치료하기 위하여 사용되고 있는 혈관 내 폐 보조장치의 기체전달을 향상시키기 위하여 중공사막에 진동기법을 사용하여 기체전달을 향상시키고자 시도하였다. 그리고 혈관 내 폐 보조장치를 정맥에 삽입하기 전, 혈관 내 폐 보조장치의 설계조건을 실험적 모델을 통하여 기체전달을 예측할 수 있는 예측식을 만들고자 하였다. 실험결과, 본 연구에서는 진동기법이 기체전달을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라, 충진율과 가징 주파수의 함수관계를 이용하여 기체전달을 예측 할 수 있었다. 실험에 의하여 얻어진 결과는 예측식에 의하여 얻어진 결과와 유사한 결과를 얻었다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 충진율과 가진 주파수의 함수를 이용하여 VIVLAD의 기체전달을 예측할 수 있었다. In this paper, we tried to improve gas exchange of the vibrating intravascular lung assist device(VIVLAD) using vibrating method in the hollow fiber membrane, for the patients suffering from acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS). And we tried to formularize prediction equations to make a prediction about gas transfer for designing intravenous artificial lung assist device, and designed modules under various conditions were studied through an experimental modeling before inserted the artificial lung assist device into as venous. As a result, we are convinced that vibration method is very useful for the has transfer increasing. Also, we can estimate the gas transfer as a function of the packing density and excited frequencies. The gas transfer obtained from the experiment was similar to that from the prediction equation, confirming the usefulness prediction equation. Therefore, we can estimate the gas transfer of the VIVLAD as a function of the packing density and excited frequencies.

      • Putrescine처리가 절화 카네이션 'Desio'의 화판 노화에 미치는 영향 : Ethylene 발생, ACC synthase, EFE 활성변화 Change of ethylene production and ACC synthase and EFE activities

        절화 카네이션 'Desio' 품종의 화판 노화시 발생되는 에칠렌의 발생량은 계절에 따라 달라 2월경 채화된 것은 약 70nl/g·FW/hr를 나타내었으나, 7월에 채화된 것은 4.3nl/g·FW/hr 불과했다. 폴리아민 중 put의 10mM 처리는 EFE의 활성과 에칠렌의 발생을 억제시키고 화판의 노화를 지연시켰으나, 대조구나 put 1Mm의 처리구에 비해 높은 ACC synthase의 활성을 나타내었다. 한편, 1mM put 처리는 ACC synthase의 활성이 억제됨에도 불구하고 에칠렌이 생성되어졌다. 이러한 사실은 기작이 명확치 않으나 put처리가 에칠렌 생합성 과정중 EFE보다 ACC synthase의 활성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것을 나타내며, 내생 폴리아민의 농도에 따라 외생 폴리아민의 카네이션 화판의 노화에 미치는 영향이 다름을 나타낸다. Ethylene evolution on the senescence of petals of cut carnation cv. Desio was varied according to the cultural seasons, where 70 ul/g·fw/hr of ethylene was produced in Feb. harvest, but only 4.3 ul/g·fw/hr in July. Despite that 10mM putrescine treatment on the petals inhibited ethylene production and EFE activity, and delayed the senescence, it rapidly stimulated ACC synthase activity over those of control and 1mM putrescine treatment. In addition, ethylene was produced in the 1mM putrescine treatment even though ACC synthase acitiviy was inhibited. This fact indicates that purtrescine has influence on rather EFE than ACC synthase on the biosynthesis of ethylene and the effect of exogenous polyamines on the senescence is varied according to the level of endogenous polamines in the petals of cut carnation.

      • 다발성 대장암 간전이 환자의 간절제를 위한 새로운 시도

        Multiple bilobar liver matastases (MBLM) are the main cause of low resectability in the colon cancer liver metastases. The authors experienced one case of initially non-resectable colon cancer liver metastases. He was curatively and safely treated with a two-stage hepatectomy using the new method of future remnant liver volume growing. A 54-year-old man was referred to our department with the sigmoid colon cancer combined with MBLM, which were checked in two small metastatic lesions in the left lobe and five large sized lesions in the right lobe in the computed tomogram (CT). A laparoscopic assisted anterior resection was primarily performed. We performed the 1^(st) stage hepatectomy 3 weeks after the colon resection. Intra-operative Ultrasonogram (US) found 9 small superficial metastatic lesions in the left lobe. All that lesions were completely removed by non-anatomical wedge resection. An occlusion ballon catheter was placed in the right portal vein through a small branch of the inferior mesenteric vein at that time. The future remnant liver volume was sufficiently increased 3 weeks after the 1^(st) hepatectomy. A right hepatectomy was safely performed 22 days after the 1^(st) hepatectomy. The patient received a regional chemotherapy (interleukin2 based immuno-chemotherapy through hepatic artery) for 4 months, then received 9 cycles of systemic chemotherapy (biweekly Oxaliplation, leucovorin, plus 5-fluorouracil) without any recurrence evidence.

      • ZnO:In 가스 감지막의 특성 및 응용

        The microsensors to detect NH3 gas were fabricated by continous deposition of In film by evaporation and ZnO film by rf magnetron sputtering onto the Si3N4 diaphragm that was prepared by MEMS technology. The sensors were heat-treated to dope In into the ZnO thin film. The electrical characteristics of sensitive films were studied as a function of heat-temperature by 4-point probing method and electrometer. The dependence of the sensitivity, selectivity and time response of sensor on heat-treatment temperature was investigated. The microsensor heat-treated at 400℃ that 3000 A ZnO:In film was chosen as gas sensitive film, showed the highest sensitivity 23% at 350ppm NH3 under 366mW heater power. The time response was 90sec. The sensitivity for CO and NOx was not observed.

      • Pd이 도핑된 SnO₂박막의 가스감지특성

        The Pd(palladium) doped SnO2(Tin Oxide) thin films sensitive to NH3 gas were prepared on alumina substrate by rf magnetron sputtering method. The gas sensing characteristics of Pd doped SnO2 thin films were studied as a function of film thickness and heat-treatment temperature. The dependence of the sensitivity, the selectivity and the time response of the thin films on heat-treatment temperature, film thickness and gas species were investigated. The thin films of Pd doped SnO2 which were the Pd content of 5 wt%, the film thickness of 5000 ? and the heat-treatment temperature of 600 ℃ showed the highest sensitivity of 68 % for 100 ppm NH3 gas concentration under an operating temperature of 400 ℃. The sensitivity towards NOx gas was not observed in the same condition.
