The purpose of this study is to examine how exercise stimulus effects on the boold concentration of antioxidant enzymes. And then, the results of analysing the boold concentration of antioxidant enzymes before and after graded maximal exercise based on high school's 7 males, are as follows: 1. The blood concentration of SOD is found to have a significant increase before and after graded maximal exercise. 2. The blood concentration of CAT is found to have a significant increase before and after graded maximal exercise. 3. The blood concentration of CAT is found to have a significant change. As the above results, the severe exercise of short time is found to increase the blood concentration of SOD as well as CAT. And then, the blood concentration of GPX is found not to have a significant exchange. To examine the mechanism of the above results manifestly, it is considered that the deep study based on exercise style, duration time and exercise intensity, should be continued.
기성시가지 도시설계 지구에서의 대지의 물리적 조건이 개발행위에 미친 영향분석

The increasing interest for the quality of urban environment brought out the introduction of Urban Design in 1980's and Detailed District Planning in 1990's. But these plans need the development activity of private sector to achieve the goal. So the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect to development activity regarding lots characteristic and result of this study is to actualize urban desing plan. For the analysis, this study chooses Shin-chon Urban design district as the site which has a various lots characteristic and logit model is performed conditioning lots, accessibility, and building as independent variable and the result of building activity, building type and development activity as the dependent variable. As the result of analysis, the primary factors effecting the private building activity are width of sided road, construction year, floor area ratio, building structure. The primary factors effecting the private building type are lors form, number of sided road, building structure. The primary factors effecting the primary development activity are lots area, construction year, floor area ratio, building use. Supposing prerequisition of Private development to actualize Urban design plan, this study has the significance to present the methodology for forecasting the development activity and to propose alternative regarding development potential.
도시계획수립에 있어서 목표인구추정에 관한 연구 : the case of Seoul City 서울시 사례를 중심으로

This study intends to build the population index in Seoul Metropolitan Goveronment(S.M.G) by analyzing problems with the existing population estimate. Looking into the past analyzed data, population estimation for 20 years(1960-1980) of S.M.G. lacks the rationality because of reaching the planned population only within 4-8years. Based on comparative analysis of population planning and index of City Master Plan and District Plan, Master Plans of District Offices is more accuracy than that of Seoul. Since pop. estimation considers the increasing of population by housing development the existing population estimate in Urban Planning assumes the prospect population higher than the actual increasing ratio. Therefore, the population estimate model may be chosen in appropriately for each district; and increasing of houses by redevelopment brings the weak effects on increasing population. Consequently, examining the population guidances of Seoul with mathmetical aspect, the prospect population of Seoul is estimated that leads to 11.59 million in 2001, 11.71 million in 2006 and 11.73 million in 2011. with consideration of policy including the development plan, it is also estimated that leads to 11.84 million in 2001, 11.96 million in 2006 and 11.98 million is 2011.

Urban scene is a general experience of comprehensive and makes a psychological image. It has an effect on general of city and it is connected with city dwellers. Since the urban scene is composed of artificial and physical environment, this mixed environment must be considered as central point in urban scene. This paper compare renewal for housing rehabilitation with redevelopment for residential area about urban scene. The findings of study are as follows: First, element determining a visual preference for scene of hill-apartment are small-scale, bright color and balanced environment. Second, it is prefer redevelopment for residential area to renewal for housing rehabilitation about urban scene.

Incentive systems provide a means by which trade-offs can be carried out between the community and developer. Unlike other flexible zoning techniques, the terms of the trade-offs are usually stated in detail in the zoning ordinance. Incentive systems allow the relaxation of certain zoning requirements in exchange for the provision of specified amenities that benefit the public. This study looks into four cases which are applied on incentive systems.

The heat transfer mechanism initiating the friction welding is examined and a transient three dimensional heat conduction model for the welding of two dissimilar cylindrical metal bars is investigated. The cylindrical metal bars are made of materials made of A2024 and SM45C. Numerical simulations of heat flow are performed using the finite volume method. Respectively, Commercial FLUENT code is used in the heat flow simulation and maximum temperature and distribution of temperature are calculated. Temperature of friction welded joining face is compared with the temperature distribution measured by experiment and numerical simulation. The maximum temperature of friction welded joining face is lower than melting point of A2024-T6 aluminum alloy using insert metal. The temperature distribution of friction welded joining face with insert metal is more uniform than that of without insert metal
대식세포에서 산화질소 생성에 대한 當歸 에탄올 추출물의 억제효과

Objective : The Angelica gigas Nakai ethanol extract (AGE) was investigated to compare nitric oxide (NO) production and NF-kB activity from RAW 264.7 cells, since NO and nuclear factor-kB(NF-kB) have been shown to be factors implicated In inflammatory disease. Method : AGE was prepared by extracting medicinal herb with 70% (v/v) ethanol solution. We investigated production nitric oxide (NO) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) gene expression by ARE in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophage cells. We also investigated inhibition of LPS-induced activation of NF-kB on western blot. Result : LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells increascd NO production and ,iNOS expression. Upon treatment with AGE, nitrite production was significantly inhibited in a concentration-dependent manner compared to the untreated control. AGE inhibited this LPS-induced ,iNOS mRNA and protein in a dose-dependent manner. AGE markedly inhibited the expression of iNOS mRNA and protein at a concentration of 100 μg/ml. LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells with AGE blocked inhibitory factor-kBα degradation. Conclusion : This study shows that AGE seems to attenuate inflammation through inhibition of NO production and iNOS expression by blockade of NF-kB activation in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells.
