본 연구의 목적은 충격을 받는 조건이 두 가지 유형과 다중 적분을 갖는 볼테라 적분 방정식의 어떤 특성을 포함하는 방정식의 색다른 부류를 조직적으로 확립하고 분석해 보고자 한다. 여기서 우리는 반복하는 방법에 의하여 주어진 조건의 적분방정식에 대한 해의 존재성과 유일성을 구조적으로 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 논문을 통한 발전적인 연구가 수행되면 여러 가지 자연현상을 모델화하여 적용함으로 인해 이론적인 부분뿐만 아니라 응용적인 면에서 아주 많이 적용될 것으로 생각되며 전자공학, 자동제어, 생물학, 의학 등의 다양한 실생활의 문제에 활용이 가능한 충분한 가치가 있으리라 생각한다. In this paper, we formulate and analyze a novel class of equations that contain some of the characteristics of Volterra intergral equations with multiple integrals and two types of impulsive terms. We will give a constructive proof of existence and uniqueness of solutions by an iteration method.

The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the third year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows : - analyzing and differentiating of epidemic febrile disease - analyzing and differentiating in accordance with the Sasang constitution medicine based on four-type recognition - differentiation of disease according to pathological changes of Chong and Ren channels - standards for diagnosis of women's disease - standards for diagnosis of children's disease - standards for diagnosis of motor and sensor disturbance (-muscle. born, joint, etc.) - standards for diagnosis of neuropsychiatric disease - standards for diagnosis of five sense organ disease - standards for diagnosis of external disease The indivisual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name, notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs, the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern, discrimination of diagnosis pattern, prognosis, a way of curing a disease, prescription, herbs in common use, disease appearing the diagnosis pattern, documents. The standards for diagnosis of each disease was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name, notion of disease, the main point of diagnosis, analyzing and differentiating of disease, analysis of disease, discrimination of disease, prognosis, a way of curing and prescription of disease, disease in western medicine appearing the disease in oriental medicine, documents.

한국 정신장애의 역학 조사 연구[I] : 각 정신장애의 유병률

Objectives : This study aims to estimate the prevalence of the DSM-IV psychiatric disorders in Korean population using the Korean version of Composite International Diagnostic Interview (K-CIDI). Methods : Subjects were selected by taking multi-stage, cluster samples of 7,867 adult household residents, 18 to 64 years of age, in ten catchment areas. Total 78 trained interviewers administered the K-CIDI to the selected respondents, from June 1 to November30,2001. Results : Total 6,275 respondents completed the interview. Some 33.5% of respondents reported at least one lifetime disorder, 20.6% reported at least one-year disorder, and 16.7% reported at least one-month disorder. The most common lifetime disorders were alcohol abuse/dependence (17.24%), nicotine dependence/withdrawal (11.19%), specific phobia (5.16%), and major de-pressive disorder (4.25%). The lifetime prevalence of substance abuse/dependence (0.25%) and schizophrenia (0.16%) was very low. Nicotine and alcohol use disorder showed very high male/female ratio. Mood disorder and anxiety disorder were more prevalent among female than male. Conclusion : The prevalence of psychiatric disorders was high. In comparison with other studies, remarkable differences in distributions of psychiatric disorders across the areas and times were observed.

대전광역시 월평공원과 전북 격포해수욕장 주변 야생화와 토양들로부터 야생효모의 분리 및 국내 미기록 효모들의 특성과 생리 활성

많은 사람들이 다녀가는 도시공원과 해변 환경의 효모 특성을 알아보기 위해 대전광역시 월평공원 갑천 누리길과 내원사 주변의 야생화와 토양 75점에서 모두 88균주의 야생 효모들을 분리, 동정하였다. 또한 전북 부안의 격포해수욕장과 격포항 주변 야생화와 토양 35점에서 30균주의 야생 효모들을 분리하였다. 이들 분리 야생 효모들 중A. porosum ASCM32-1, A. scarabaeorum WP49-1, C. athensensis WP4-90-3, C. berkhoutiae WP34-2, C. bracarensis WP35-1, Cy. amylophila GP19-1, K. gamospora WP9-1, M. carpophila BN-17-1, T. namnaoensis WP4-89-1, V. taibaiensis WP13-2 등 10종의 국내 미기록종 후보 균주들을 선별하여 균학적 특성을 확인하였다. 이들 미기록 효모들은 주로 구형~타원형으로 모두 출아방식으로 영양 증식을 하였고V. taibaiensis WP13-2와 K. gamospora WP9-1, C. athensensis WP4-90-3 외 7종의 미기록 효모들은 자낭포자를 형성하지 않은 무포자 효모들이었으며A. porosum ASCM32-1만이 의균사를 생성하였다. 대부분의 균주들은 YPD 배지와 YM 배지에서 생육하였고V. taibaiensis WP13-2와K. gamospora WP9-1, T. namnaoensis WP4-89-1 균주들은 15% NaCl을 함유한 YPD 배지에서 생육하는 호염성 효모들이었고, Cy. amylophila GP19-1 균주는 40˚C에서도 생육하였다. C. athensensis WP4-90-3 균주 등 5균주들이 10% 에탄올 내성을 보였고C. athensensis WP4-90-3 균주는 Li²⁺ 등 많은 중금속들에 대해서 내성을 보였다. 국내 미기록 효모들과 비병원성 야생 효모 균주 무세포추출물들의 β-glucuronidase 저해 활성은 C. oleophila WP5-19-1의 무세포 추출물이 49.0%로 가장 높았고 미기록 효모인K. gamospora WP9-1의 무세포 추출물도 27.7%를 보였다. 호중구 elastase 저해 활성은W. anomalus HO9-2가 38.4%로 우수하여 건강 소재로 생산에 매우 유용한 균주로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. This study aimed to isolate wild yeasts obtained from flowers and soil of the Wolpyung park, Daejeon city and Gykpo beach, Buan, Jeollabuk-do in Korea, and to further characterize previously unrecorded wild yeast strains. In total, 88 strains of 62 different species of wild yeasts were isolated from 75 samples obtained from the Wolpyung park. Among these, six strains of Trichosporon moniliiforme and four strains each of Papiliotrema flavescens and Candida melibiosica were isolated. Additionally, 39 strains of 30 different species of wild yeasts were isolated from 35 samples collected from the Gykpo beach. Among the 127 isolated wild yeast strains, 10 strains, including Apiotrichum porosum ASCM32-1, were previously unrecorded. All the 10 previously unrecorded yeasts were oval or global in shape, and three strains, including Candida athensensis WP4-90-3, formed spores. Three strains, including Vishniacozyma taibaiensis WP13-2, were halophilic yeasts which grew in 15% NaCl-containing YPD(yeast extract-peptone-dextrose) medium. Five strains, including C. athensensis WP4-90-3, showed 15% ethanol resistance. Cell-free extracts from Candida oleophila WP5-19-1 and Wickerhamomyces anomalus HO9-2 showed the highest β-glucuronidase inhibitory activity (49.0%) and neutrophil elastase inhibitory activity (38.4%), respectively.

UASB와 변형 ASBR의 양돈폐수에의 적용성 연구

The object of this study is providing basic data to build efficient reactor to treat piggery wastewater by comparing UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket) and modified ASBR (Anaerobic Sequencing Batch Reactor) which has an inclined plate. Sample was separately collected from the piggery farm; urine (liquid part) and solid part to compare their treatment characteristics. Three types of reactors were used in this research; Run 1 (UASB; HRT 6-days, 1cycle/d), Run 2 [Run 2-1 (UASB; HRT 3-days, 1cycle/d) Run 2-2 (ASBR; HRT 3-days, 1cycle/d), and Run 3 (ASBR; HRT 6-days, lcycle/d) under constant temperature (35℃). Biogas was collected and analyzed using GC (HP-6890). By comparing Run 1 and Run 3, the effect of reactor type was studied. In case of Run 1 it had higher treatment efficiency than Run 3 in urine sample, and Run 3 was higher than Run 1 in solid sample. By comparing Run 1, Run 2-2, and Run 3, hybridization effect was studied. In case of Run 2 it had high treatment efficiency in heavy loading changes because Run 2-1 (UASB) treated raw wastewater before ASBR. Collected biogas contained methane over 80%.

We have used molecular biology technique to label the side chains and backbone of HBV preS1(1-56) with stable isotope (??) during E. coli over-expression and purified the protein to near homogeneity. The expression level of ?? labelled preS1(1-56) seems to be ∼15% of the total protein. to characterize the secondary structure of the labelled protein, circular dichroism was used. In different buffer conditions including pH 3.3 and pH 7.4 the protein seems to be devoid of any stable secondary structure probably suggesting that the N-terminal portion (preS1(1-56)) of HBV preS1 might be unstructured before binding to its target cells.

원관내 비정상 유량계측에 관한 연구

A new instantaneous unsteady flowmeter for hydraulic pipelines using cy lindrical chokes is studied experimentally. The instantaneous flowmeter is predicted in real time from measurement of pressure difference on both sides of cylinderical choke through the numerical operation of the transfer function between flowmeter and pressure drop. The sampling frequency can be set at 50Hz and 30Hz to maintain high response employing exclusive parallel operating circuits for multiplications and sums. Under unsteady laminar flow condition. the estimated flow rate waveforms are in good agreement with those measured by CCFM. Particularly. the dynamic response accuracy of the extrapolation method are experimentally investigaated in detail.

A two years old intact female Minature Schnauzer was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University with an intermittent seizure by traffic accident. No specific finding was found by radiography and computer tomography (CT). Hematologic and blood chemical examination revealed that PCV (62.5%), BUN (72.6 mg/dl), CK (1769 U/l), ALT (169 U/l) and ALP (353 U/l) were increased. This dog was recovered by medical treatment.
