        The stereophotogrammetry technique using double camera concerns the acquisition of exact coordinates of objects. But it criticized that the initial installation cost is high, and calibration and reconstruction procedure is tedious. For the analysis of human postures in sitting work, however, global understanding of coordinates is sufficient. In this paper, a new method using single camera is proposed. This technique is simple, needs low installation cost, and applicable to the analysis of human postures in sitting work, if several pruning rules are available which are appropriate to the characteristics of work.

      • 기업가정신이 벤처기업의 기술혁신 성과에 미치는 영향

        This study is based on 2010 Survey of Korea Venture Firms by Korea Venture Business Association and utilizing this survey, we abstracted 1,527 cases of venture businesses in accord with the purpose of analysis according to the stratified sampling method. For analysis, we investigated the relationship between Korea Small Business Innovation Research Program, entrepreneurship, technological innovation activity and the technological innovation performance. Major findings are as follows : First, risk-taking of entrepreneurship and the importance of R&D labor force had significant difference between the benefited business and the non-benefited businesses with the fund support. However, the other variables hadn't . Second, entrepreneurship, the importance of R&D labor force, the technological superiority, and the technological competitiveness were influenced by the opportunity enlargement of venture firms to the government's industry policy. Lastly, the support of the venture firm's cooperation activity with the universities, research institutes, major companies have significant influences to the entrepreneurship such as Innovativeness, risk-taking, proactiveness and to the technological innovation performance such as technological competitiveness, the technological superiority. From this result, we suggests that the technological innovation support system will contribute to the entrepreneurship, technological innovation activity, and the technological innovation performances

      • Benson's Group Additivity Method를 이용한 염화다환방향족 화합물의 열역학적물성치 평가와 생성반응경로에 관한 연구

        도시폐기물 소각시설에서 다이옥신류는 chlorobenzene, chlorophenols, PCBs등의 염소성분이 포함된 방향족화합물과 함께 폐기물의 소각처리시 불완전 연소로 인해 주로 생성된다. 이들 다이옥신 생성에 대한 반응메카니즘의 예측에 필요한 다이옥신을 형성하는 전구물질인 분자 및 radical의 정확한 열역학적 물성치를 평가하기 위해 Benson's group additivity method에서는 고려되지 않는 Cl, F, OH, CH3등과 같은 2개 이상의 치환기가 결합된 방향족화합물에 대한 computer code인 THERM을 이용하여 엔탈피(Hf), 엔트로피(St), 열용량(Cp)을 평가하였다. 또한 이와 같은 열역학적 물성치 평가법의 신뢰성을 검토하기 위해 다양한 방향족화합물에 대한 실험적으로 측정된 문헌치와 평가치와의 절대오차는 para-cresol의 0.02kcal/mole에서 hexamethylbenzene의 3.46kcal/mole로 좁은 범위를 나타내었다. 또한 다이옥신을 생성하는 전구물질들의 열역학적 물성치를 THERM을 이용해 간접적으로 평가함으로써 다이옥신을 형성하는 주요 생성반응 경로에 대해 살펴본 결과는 다이옥신을 형성하는 기초반응(elementary reaction)중 욤소수가 많은 반응물질일수록 반응이 더 잘 일어남을 알수 있었다. Chlorinated dioxins are often observed in effluent from oxidation or incineration such as chlorobenzenes, chlorophenols and PCBs. It would be of significant value to have an accurate and fundamental understanding of the mechanism for dioxin formation, in addition to the knowledge of dioxin thermodynamic properties, in order to assist in the design of stategies to effectively control or reduce emissions of these compounds. Very little has been published on the thermodynamic properties and elementary reactions which lead to formation of dioxins. Benson group additivity method, when used for the estimation of thermodynamic properties of molecules, does not account for all interactions between functional groups or atoms on aromatics, such as chlorines, hydroxyl or ether linkages. Therefore thermodynamic properties of dioxins are estimated by THERM based on Benson's group additivity method corrected by interactions group. Absolute errors between our predictions and literature values range from a low of 0.02 kcal/mole for paracresol to a high 3.46kcal/mole for hexamethylbenzene. We use these thermodynamic calculations to show the feasibility of several elementary reaction pathways leading to dioxin formation, where the presence of chlorine acts to enhance or lower the Gibbs free energy of reactions.

      • Polyvinylcinnamate의 광조사에 의한 액정배향 연구

        광감응성 polyvinylcinnamate의 유도체 필름 위 액정 분자들의 배향에 관한 연구를 선 편광이된 빛을 사용하여 LCD 제조 공정 조건들을 변화시키며 조사하였다. 제조 조건에 따른 액정 분자들과 고분자 사슬들의 배향 변화를 편광현미경, FTIR, UV/Vis spectroscopy, 그리고 광학적인 측정 방법을 이용하여 조사하여 비교하였다. The alignment of liquid crystal molecules using a linearly polarized light on a film of photo-sensitive polyvinylcinnamate derivatives are investigated as a function of LCD processing conditions. The orientations of liquid crystal and polymer molecules are monitored using the polarized microscope, FTIR, UV/Vis spectroscopy, and optical measurement techniques.

      • 족삼리 침자극의 복통 억제기전 연구

        Objective : Acupuncture has been used for treatment of numerous disorders, especially for pain control in Oriental Medicine. However, the mechanism of pain control by acupuncture was not clear until now. This study was performed to prove analgesic mechanism of acupuncture treatment at acupoint ST_(36) by observing the changes of abdominal pain and c-Fos expression in the thalamus. Methods : Abdominal pain was induced by acetic acid, and the changes of writhing reflex after acupuncture treatment an ST_(36) and non-acupoints were measured. c-Fos immunohistochemistry was also performed to study the changes of the neuronal activity in the thalamus. Results : The writhing reflex decrease significantly after acupuncturing at ST_(36) compared with control group(p<0.05). The changes of the writhing reflex by non-acupoint acupuncture treatment also showed significant decrease compared with control group(p<0.05). c-Fos expression in the thalamus, especially periventricular part was significantly decreased after acupuncturing at ST_(36) compared with control groups(p<0.05). Conclusion : This study shows that the acupuncture has the analgesic effect in the abdominal pain induced by acetic acid and the thalamus might be a important area for this mechanism.

      • 소아에서 Fogarty 카테터를 이용한 일측폐 환기 마취 경험

        Thoracic surgery may be greatly facilitated by causing selective atelectasis of the lung being operated on (one-lung ventilation anesthesia). But the tube used for one-lung ventilation is greater outer diameter than conventional endotracheal tube when compare to each other with same inner diameter, so in some young children it is impossible to one-lung ventilation using double lumen tube or bronchial blocker tube because of narrow vocal cord. We performed one lung ventilation anesthesia using conventional endotracheal tube and Fogarty catheter as a bronchial blocker in 11-year old women who received lung biopsy surgery and left lower lobectomy.

        여성의 직무스트레스, 대처자원과 정신건강 : 종합병원 일반사무직을 대상으로

        연구목적 : 본 연구는 직무스트레스-대처 모형(job stress-coping model)에 기초하여 직장여성의 직무스트레스, 대처자원과 정신건강과의 관계를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 방 법 : 종합병원에 근무하는 일반사무직 여성 43명을 대상으로 직무스트레스 검사와 다면적 인성검사를 실시하였다. 직무스트레스 요인과 정신건강과의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였고, 대처자원의 완충효과를 검증하기 위해서는 이원변량분석을 실시하였다. 결 과 : 직장여성의 정신건강과 관련하여 직무스트레스 요인은 심인성 신체증상 호소와 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 가지고 있는 반면에 대처자원은 부적 상관관계를 가지고 있었다. 직장여성의 직무스트레스 요인들중에서 특히 직무역할이 자신의 능력이나 경험에 비해서 불충분하고, 모호하다고 지각하는 것이 정신 건강에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 직장여성들의 우울, 불안증상과 같은 정서적 고통이 호소는 직무 자체의 특성보다는 주변사람들의 사회적 지지와 유의미한 관계가 있었다. 한편, 동일한 수준의 직무스트레스를 경험해도, 그 개인이 적절하게 대처하면 정신건강에 미치는 부정적인 효과는 감소되었다. 결 론 : 과도한 직무스트레스는 직장여성의 정신건강에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있었는데, 특히 심인성 신체증상과 유의미한 관련성을 가지고 있었지만, 이런한 영향은 개인의 적적한 대처행동으로 인해 완충될 수 있다. 여성이 직무 중 스트레스 경험하게 될 때, 이를 회피하기보다는 능동적, 합리적으로 대처하고, 주변의 적절한 도움을 얻을 수 있다면 보다 만족스럽고 건강한 생활이 가능할 것으로 생각된다. Objectives : The Purpose of this study is to identify the relationships among women's job stress, coping resources, and mental health based on stress-coping model. Methods : Forty-three female clerks working in general hospital participated in this study and filled out the Korean version of job stress inventory(K-OSI) and Minnesota Multiphasic Perso-nality Inventory(K-OSI) and Minnesota Multiphasic Perso-nality Inventory(MMPI). To explore the relationships between job stress and mental health, a series of correlational analysis and multiple regression analysis was conducted. Also, ANOVAs were conducted to identify buffering effects of coping resources in job stress experience. Results : The perceived job stress level was positively correlated with psychosomatic complaints. In addition, the psychosomatic complaints of the women were negatively correlated with their own coping resources. Among the various stress factors of the job life, specifically role insufficiency and role ambiguity has the negative effects on women's metal health. However working women's experience of depressive and anxiety symptoms was not significantly related to the job stress but to the social-supports. Also, stress-coping model and buffering effects of coping resources were identified in this study. Conclusions : Despite the job stress of women has negative effects on their mental health, these effects could be buffered by appropriate coping resources such as social support and self-care.       • STS 316의 크리프 파단 거동에 미치는 장시간 시효의 영향

        Although type 316 stainless steel is widely used in reactors of petrochemical plants and pipes of steam power plants, the effect of precipitates which form during the long term exposure at service temperature, on creep properties is not known sufficiently. In this study, to investigate the influence of prior aging on the microstructure and creep properties, the 316 stainless steel was first solutionized at 1130℃ for 20 minutes and then the aged specimens for different time of 0hr, 100hrs, 1000hrs and 2200hrs were prepared at 750℃. After heat treatments, the tensile tests both at room temperature and 650℃, the constant load creep rupture tests were carried out. From the experimental results, following conclusions were obtained. (1) The rupture life of 100 hour aged specimens was found to be the shortest. It is resulted from the highest minimum creep rate. And the 0hr aged specimens showed the longest rupture life, followed by 1000hr aged and 2200hr aged specimens. (2) The value of the creep stress exponent, n, decreased as the aging time increased. The n values for the 0hr, 100hr, 1000hr, 2200hr aged specimens were to be measured 13.5, 5.7, 4.4 and 2.9. (3) The creep activation energy varied with the aging time. The activation energies for 0hr, 100hr, 1000hr and 2200hr aged specimens were calculated to be 679.1, 421.6, 527.5 and 517.2 kJ/mol.
