        부동산개발이익의 배분에 관한 탐색적 연구

        이 연구는 부동산개발사업의 성공에 중점 둔 금융 수요자(GP)와 사업참여에 신중하고 보수성향을 가진 금융 제공자(LP)간의 이익 배분의 합리성을 탐색하는 것이다. 다시 말해서, 부동산 개발사업의 지분 투자자간, 위험의 분배와 그에 비례한 합리적이고 바람직한 개발이익의 배분 구조를 규명하는 것이다. 이 연구는 2가지 관점에서 개발이익의 배분 구조를 분석한다. 첫째, 투자비율에 비례한 이익 배분 구조를 분석하고. 둘째, 허들을 추가한 상태하에서 발생하는 이익배분 구조를 탐색한다. 투자자 간의 투자비율에 비례한 이익 배분은 위험 기피적인 유한책임 투자자의 입장에서는 받아들이기 어려운 구조다. 또한 허들이 많아질수록 무한책임 투자자의 업무성과 향상은 추가수익의 발생으로 유인기능을 한다. 따라서, 부동산개발사업은 상당한 리스크를 수반하므로 워터폴 구조에 의한 무한책임 투자자와 유한책임 투자자의 개발이익 배분의 합리적 결정 모델을 제시한다. This study focuses on the possibility of structuring the business between the GP, which expects the success of the development project, and the LP, who is careful to participate in the project and has a conservative tendency. In other words, it iinvestigates a profit sharing structure between equity investors in a real estate development project and the distribution of risks and the corresponding reasonable and desirable development gains. This research will analyze Choi Hyuk-jae and Jang Hee-soon s existing research in 2020 from two perspectives. First, explore the profit-sharing structure proportional to the investment ratio. Second, we add four hurdles to identify a various profit-sharing structure. Distribution proportional to the investment ratio between each investor is difficult to accept for risk-averse limited liability employees. In addition, the more hurdles are introduced, the more additional promote is generated considering the performance of the general partner, which functions as an incentive design function. Therefore, in a real estate development project where significant risks are inherent, the distribution of development profit between the general partner and the limited partner under the Waterfall structure is inevitable.

      • 경사각에 따른 자리 진동 히트파이프의 열전달특성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, heat transfer characteristics of a self-oscillating heat pipe were experimentally investigated for the effect of inclination angle and heat loads. This type of heat pipe consists of a heating section, a cooling section and an adiabatic section. The heat pipe used has a 0.002m internal diameter, a 0.34m length in one turn and consists of 19 turns. Each of the heating and cooling section has a length of 70mm. Experiments were performed to measure the temperature distributions and the pressure variation of the heat pipe according to inclination angle. Based on the experimental results, the heat transfer ability of the self-oscillating heat pipe seems to improved with the increase of the inclination angle.

        The efficient is of great importance in a distributed database management system. For simple query, it is possible to design optimization algorithm that derive optimal distribution strategies. In this paper, a query with tree structure is extension of simple query. To reduce data transmission cost and to fully eliminate relations that is not necessary in result site, efficient algorithm for TSQ-query that considers semijoin operation sequence is presented.

      • 양방향 최장일치법에 의한 한국어 키워드 추출 시스템

        A number of information retrieval systems(IRS) have been developed for the efficient use and management of the vast amount of information. Keyword extraction system(KES) which extracts keywords representing the contents of texts is the first phase in IRS, where most of the dictionary accesses take place. So the reduction of dictionary access frequency in KES is essential for the virtual improvement of performance of IRS. In this paper, the researcher suggests a method to reduce the frequency of dictionary accesses in indexed word extraction for Korean sentences. To this end, the researcher proposes an applied method for keyword extraction of "bidirectional longest match strategy" which enables the least frequency of dictionary access in morphological analysis methods for Korean. Additionally, the researcher presents solution methods pertaining to the considering facts in extracting Korean keywords such as non-listed o useless words.

      • 冷間押出 헬리컬기어의 精密度 向上에 관한 硏究

        A new extrusion process of helical gear was proposed and developed. For the manufacturing of extrusion die, and electrical discharge machining was applied, where an electrode for E.D.M has been designed by a developed CAD program. The precision of cold extruded gear is associated with the over-burn in E.D.M, lapping and elastic expansion of die etc., so it can be improved by proper compensation about them in die manufacturing. In the experiment, tolerances of shaved gears after extruded fell within 4~5 class KS standard. Therefore, the cold extrusion process can be used as an advanced technique to replace the conventional hobbing process.

      • 冷間押出用 헬리컬기어 金型의 强度解析

        In forging die design, pre-stressing is useful in preventing excessive tensile circumferential stresses which may cause die failure during forming. The finite element analysis (F.E.A.) package ANSYS reversion 4.4 A was used to this study. F.E.A., that is, static analysis was accomplished for insert-dies of helical gear. Die model was constructed with 8 node isoparametric solid finite elements. Static load analysis was performed for internal and outer pressure. Also, stress distribution and deformed shapes are shown. To assure durability and reliability, failure analysis was calculated by maximum normal stress theory and distortion energy theory. Results of the F.E. analysis and failure analysis for Samanta and new process dies were compared. The results of F.E. Analysis were in good agreement with that of experimental results. It is expected that the results of this study can be applied to designing various kinds of extrusion gear die.

      • 자질구조와 단일화 규칙을 이용한 한국어 구문 및 의미분석기

        This paper describes an analyzer for Korean which is partially free word order language. The analyzer uses unordered set as a subcategorization feature in order to solve the free order problems. The analyzer consists of morphological analysis, semantic analysis, semantic structure construction, lexicon and chart modules. The knowledge representation for syntactic and semantic features and unification rule was described.

      • 한국어 띄어쓰기 자동 교정 시스템의 구현

        Word processors which developed recently were added spelling check function detected error words and arranged several error replacement candidates. This function not only causes user to correct all error words, but also wastes a lot of time for error correction. In this paper, for reduction of processing time and error correction job, defects of recent spelling checker, we implemented the automatic spacing words correction system that is the first step of automatic error correction system which guarantees the high correction ratio. For this, we proposed the processing sequence which reduces the frequency of dictionary access and the application method of bidirectional logest match strategy for Korean morphological analysis.

      • 논리 프로그래밍과 DBMS 결합에 따른 순환문제해결에 관한 연구

        Recently, the design and implemenation of a logic programming system capable of handing very large knowledge bases will be present. The loose coupling is an act without resursion. This paper introduces the purpose of loose coupling system with recursion. This system is implemented by adding a sub-process SELECTOR and particular two system calls. This can be used to avoid high cost in consructing a new large full integration system and coupling system of recursion problem.
