      • NGIS구축을 위한 국가기본도 DIGITAL MAPPING에 관한 연구

        Recently, the National Geographic Information System Project is promoted to construct of Database related to topographic and spatial data. This study is purposed to establish the reasonable process of National Basemap Digital Mapping which has been done with the first phase of the NGIS project. As the results of this study, the reasonable process of 1:5,000 scale National Basemap Digital Mapping is established. And, after finding out the problems of Digital Mapping criteria, the optimal method of National Basemap Digital Mapping was suggested.

      • 수치지도 및 위성영상을 이용한 지형분석에 관한 연구

        I While a lot of information are created and changing by the development of today's society yet we need a lot of time and effort to obtain the terrain analyzation. But by using GIS system in analyzing the terrain, the utility factor of time and economy was increased which made it possible to acquire lot more terrain information, yet it shows lots of defect in. In this research we have analyzing the Wonju city's terrain based on data that is needed to analyze terrain using the digital mapping and Landsat image, using MTA and IA Tool that is provided from Intergraph's GIS software MGE for our object. Analyze of terrain by using the digital mapping we abstracted the contour lines and using these lines we created the three dimensions model, and basing on it we executed elevation, aspect, slope, viewshed analyzation, and analyze using the Satellite image took to analyze the use land, soil temperature vegetation, land moisture capacity to contain which based on Landsat TM image.

        F.M(Facility Management) system include the province of an assembly an administration system. An assembly an report administration combine the plane surface element of distributing wide area with the solid body element that could draw the form and size of institution. FM system's the object is maintaining FM. FM system present the position, size, connection and content of every variety facility. On the map and an outline sketch elements. They are present by a diagram element and an undiagram element. Making use of it, it is the generally organization of analyzing and maintenance controlling. To keep step with approaching the 21th century, economical development and together with complication of society and advance of industrial structure are getting. Therefore, the information land, environment and traffic are asked of quickness and accuracy. But on suddenly transformation and a complexing of drawing and faithlessly management of many materials, the actual condition waterwork and drainage system, electriccty, communication, LNG, and so on, about facility aren't oriped correctly for the purpose of solving of problem and the effective preservation and management, FM system are necessary. In this investigation, our the drawing and material through that sangji university existing business of FM are getting a computer through a GIS. Therefore the materials are used effective, and it is easly modified, maintained and controlled. Our investigation 's object is the public ownership and practical use of information to mark use of constructing Web GIS on the internet.

      • 하수처리장 유지관리시스템 개발에 관한 연구

        Recently, in most of the cities there are too many newly constructed dn extended sewage treatment according to the increasing of population and the stronger restriction of sewage treatment standard. For the preparation of the extension of sewage, treatment the management system of graphic data and attribute data is developed to maintain conventional facilities effectively. In order to construct the management system of sewage treatment plant, Chongju environmental station was chosen as a test field for this study. The situation of the maintenance work of sewage treatment plant is analy 3ed and the database design is canied out. Thus, on the basis of this result, the maintenance system of sewage treatment plant and the basic function to maniplate the graphic data and attribute data is constructed. Also the application function concerned about sewage treatment works is done. By this study, we can find that the newly developed could system contribute to the effective maintenance in sewage treatment plant.

      • 수치사진측량에서 수치영상의 최적해상도에 관한 연구

        Recently, the digital map of national basemap has been made as a national task in Korea. The digital map would have to be corrected and/or updated to cope with the changes in topography in future. For that, an efficient correction and/or updating method correspond with digital map should be presented. Digital photogrammetry has been considered as an efficient method for digital mapping. This study aims present an optimum resolution of digital image in digital photogrammetry for digital mapping. Digital images of a pair of aerial stereo photographies are acquired in various resolution. Then, the images are applied in each orientation process in digital photogrammetic system. As a result of the experiment, optimum resolution can be presented.

      • DIGITAL MAPPING을 위한 최적 공정 개발

        In recent years, the 1:5,000 scale Digital National Basemap(DNB) has been generated under National Geographic Information System(NGIS) Project. The digital national basemap database generated will be the backdrop data for thematic maps, underground facilities maps and so on. The DNB database will be distributed to the government and private sectors in near future so that it should meet the requirements as the basic data. In order to assure the quality of DNB database, the establishment of optimal process and quality assurance process to database was in great need. In this study, we were mainly concerned with developing some program to improve absurb working ability and improving the quality of digital national basemap database in geomatric aspect as well as the processing time due to the amount of digital data generated. As a result of this study, we have produced 9 digital maps on the Boen area by using those program and then compared with workers per mapping of this study, company and NGI(National Geographic Institute.). The workers per mapping in this study are reduced 41.7% and 17% compared with workers of NGI and general methods respectively. Thus it shows that the program developed in this study is very effective in the productive improvement. And, The quality assurance process of DNB database is established and automatic quality assurance program is developed. Also, the program developed in this study is contributed to quality assurance of DNB database as well as economic aspects.

        Since the Apple's iPhone was released in Korea, many users use any smartphone. Since smartphones launch in Korea, many users change the previous feature phone to smartphone, and its users continue to increase. One of the advantages of smart phones is that user can install a wanted application like the computer, so the demand of applications has been increasing gradually. We are intended to study the development of smartphone application with location information by GPS. Instead of making the result of current location information by informing current position to users or approved third parties by them, we process their information which needs to be used internally them. And we study the application which changes the status of smartphone automatically by position information.

Also, in emboss with environmental destruction problem cause the atmosphere and the water pollution to growth of the commercial society, the research in favor of cleansing environmental a pollutant actively proceed. Cause of having a strong oxygenization in the physical world, the ozone has sterillization effect predominantly against virus, bacteria, etc and has application in decolorization, deodorization, food storage and air cleansing and has a merit that does not cause the secondary pollution by being restored to oxygen lastly. Therefore, This project describe study on the ozone generation power supply using the high frequency electric field method and the lamp type ozone generator using photochemistry, one of method of generate ozone.

        건물의 에너지 효율을 위한 건축적 계획 방법 연구 : 자연실온과 환경 디자인 요소의 상관도 분석을 중심으로 Focused on Correlation Analysis of NART and Environmental Design Factors

        This study intends to deriving the equation of non-airconditioned room temperature(hereafter referred to as NART) prediction from the correlation analysis of the influence of environmental design factors on the building. The relation between the NART and environmental design factors was analysed by using correlation coefficients. The equation of NART prediction was derived from the regression analysis by experimentation and simulation. In this study, the main results are summarized as follows: The average NART of experiment and simulation were evaluated to 22.0℃ and 22.6℃, respectively. An error of simulation was the 2.7%. The results from correlation analysis was con-elated with the daily average outdoor temperature, soil temperature, solar intensity, relative humidity, and air velocity in order. Con-elation coefficients of the daily average outdoor temperature, NART, and peak air conditioning load were over the 0.75. According to the sensitivity analysis of environmental design factors and air conditioning load in reference model, the influence of air infiltration and window surface ratio were more than outside insultion.
