        스키장의 서비스스케이프가 고객만족과 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to develop scale items to measure servicescape of ski resort, to measure servicescape of ski resort to use them, and to find out relationships among servicescape, customer satisfaction and Behavioral intentions. Hypotheses were developed from reviewing the existing literature and tested empirically. The survey, based on questionnaire, was conducted in ski resort. The data were analyzed using SPSS 10.0 and structural equation model by LISREL 8.51. As a result of factor analysis on servicescape of ski resort, 6 factors were extracted and titled "lift", "ski slope", "facilities layout", "safety facilities", "other facilities", and "ski equipments". The results of the study show that servicescape of ski resort has a positive relationship with customer satisfaction, but has not relationship with behavioral intention. The customer satisfaction has a positive influence on behavioral intentions.

        칸디다균에 의해 발생된 피부 궤양

        Cutaneous ulcers due to candida infection are very rare condition, occurring almost in immunocompromised host or occuring as cutaneous manifestation of systemic candidal infection. A 52-year-old woman presented with cutaneous ulcer on dorsum of left hand which had lasted for about 15 days. Bacterial culture showed nonpathogenic organism, Enterobacter cloacae. Mycologic studies including KOH mount and fungus culture were positive for pseudohyphae and colonies of Candida species. A biopsy specimen from the center of ulcer revealed numerous spores and fungal hyphae in the upper dermis and necrotic epidermis. Bacterial culture and fungus culture of patient's serum and urine were negative. Initial treatment with antibiotics had no effectiveness for 2 weeks. After then we treated with antifungal drug, itraconazole 100mg/day. After 6 weeks of antifungal therapy, the skin lesion was much improved. We report this case, because it showed cutaneous ulcer due to candida infection but had neither systemic candidal infection nor clinical sign of immunosuppression.

        Variation in Formaldehyde Removal Efficiency among Indoor Plant Species

        <P>The efficiency of volatile formaldehyde removal was assessed in 86 species of plants representing five general classes (ferns, woody foliage plants, herbaceous foliage plants, Korean native plants, and herbs). Phytoremediation potential was assessed by exposing the plants to gaseous formaldehyde (2.0 μL·L<SUP>−1</SUP>) in airtight chambers (1.0 m<SUP>3</SUP>) constructed of inert materials and measuring the rate of removal. <I>Osmunda japonica</I>, <I>Selaginella tamariscina</I>, <I>Davallia mariesii</I>, <I>Polypodium formosanum</I>, <I>Psidium guajava</I>, <I>Lavandula</I> spp., <I>Pteris dispar</I>, <I>Pteris multifida</I>, and <I>Pelargonium</I> spp. were the most effective species tested, removing more than 1.87 μg·m<SUP>−3</SUP>·cm<SUP>−2</SUP> over 5 h. Ferns had the highest formaldehyde removal efficiency of the classes of plants tested with <I>O. japonica</I> the most effective of the 86 species (i.e., 6.64 μg·m<SUP>−3</SUP>·cm<SUP>−2</SUP> leaf area over 5 h). The most effective species in individual classes were: ferns-<I>Osmunda japonica</I>, <I>Selaginella tamariscina</I>, and <I>Davallia mariesii</I>; woody foliage plants-<I>Psidium guajava</I>, <I>Rhapis excels</I>, and <I>Zamia pumila</I>; herbaceous foliage plants-<I>Chlorophytum bichetii</I>, <I>Dieffenbachia</I> ‘Marianne’, <I>Tillandsia cyanea</I>, and <I>Anthurium andraeanum</I>; Korean native plants-<I>Nandina domestica</I>; and herbs-<I>Lavandula</I> spp., <I>Pelargonium</I> spp., and <I>Rosmarinus officinalis</I>. The species were separated into three general groups based on their formaldehyde removal efficiency: excellent (greater than 1.2 μg·m<SUP>−3</SUP> formaldehyde per cm<SUP>2</SUP> of leaf area over 5 h), intermediate (1.2 or less to 0.6), and poor (less than 0.6). Species classified as excellent are considered viable phytoremediation candidates for homes and offices where volatile formaldehyde is a concern.</P>

        클럽 샤프트(Club Shaft) 특성에 따른 골프 스윙(Golf Swing)동작 분석

        본 연구는 클럽 샤프트의 대표적인 재질인 그라파이트(graphite)의 유연한(flexible) 클럽 샤프트(club shaft)의 특성에 따라 피험자가 운동학적(kinematics) 요인이 되는 관절의 각변위, 각속도, 각가속도, 클럽헤드의 속도와 가속도와 같은 변인들이 어떻게 적응하는지 비교 분석하여 보다 효율적인 드라이버 선택에 도움을 주며 샤프트 특성에 따른 신체관절의 움직임에 대한 자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 고속 카메라 2대의 속도는 500fps로 하였고 각 regylar,stiff, x-stiff, 자신의 클럽을 포함 각 4개의 클럽을 사용하여 각 클럽당 3번씩 촬영하였으며 목표방향에서 20m이상 벗어나는 경우의 촬영은 다시 촬영하였다. 본 연구에서는 디지타이징(digitizing)을 신체 9개 마커는 강체로 가정된 클럽과 신체분절 모델로 정의하였으며 2 대의 카메라(500fps)로부터 얻은 avi화일을 컴퓨터에 저장하고 자료로부터 Butterworth 6th order recursive digital filter를 사용하여 1차 자료를 smoothing 하고 DLT를 이용하여 3차원 좌표를 구성하도록 한다. 좌표값을 얻기 위하여 kwon3d v3.0을 이용하였다. 본 실험은 피험자 스스로 클럽의 특성에 따라 스윙의 속도를 달리 하기 때문에 스윙의 시간이 달라지며 어느 정도 클럽이 강성에 따라 스윙시간이 빨라지는 결과로 나타났다. 이것은 피험자가 샤프트가 강성(stiffness)에 따라 스윙 속도를 빨리 하게 되는 원인이 되는 것으로 생각된다. 어깨의 각변위는 클럽이 regular의 경우 임팩트에서 각속도를 계속 유지하고 있으며 stiff, x-stiff의 경우에는 어깨의 움직임이 임팩트에서 급격하게 감소되는 것을 알 수 있다. 이것은 팔의 동작과 클럽의 힘을 크게 하기 위한 동작으로 생각된다. 어깨 각속도는 클럽이 stiff할수록 각속도가 큰 감속하는 것으로 나타났다. 손목속도는 regular 클럽의 경우 손목의 감속이 늦게 되고 임팩트에서 손목의 감속이 적게 하는 것으로 나타났으며 stiff와 x-stiff의 클럽에서 임팩트 시에 순간적인 감가속으로 인해 클럽의 속도를 증가시키고 있다. 임팩트 시에 손목의 감가속은 클럽헤드의 임팩트 시 속도를 증가시키는 결과를 보였다. 클럽헤드는 regular 클럽이 임팩트전에는 속도 증가가 커지는 결과와 일치된 결과를 보이고 있다. The purpose of this study was to find the rational method to analyze golf swing with specific property of club shaft. Three subjects were filmed by two high speed digital cameras with 500fps. The phase analyzed was downswing of each subject. The three-dimensional coordinates of the anatomical landmarks were obtained with motion analysis system Kwon3d 3.0 version and smoothed by lowpass digital filter with cutoff frequency 6Hz. From these data, kinematic and kinetic variables were calculated using Matlab(ver 5.0) The variables for this study were angular velocity and accelerations, which were calculated and following conclusions have been made : 1) Golf swing time of stiff club is faster than that of regular club. 2) In shoulder joint motion of swing with the stiff club, x-stiff showed mort rapid negative acceleration than that of regular club. 3) In regular club, the velocity of club head would be more effective velocity, which was increasing, than those of other clubs before impact. 4) In wrist joint motion of swing with stiff club, x-stiff club showed faster than regular club in the downswing and impact more rapid negative acceleration.

      • Safety evaluation and consideration of 4 Pin Multi-needle for meso-therapy

        <P>This study was conducted according to the method presented in the Republic of Korea Pharmacopoeia 11th Revision, aseptic test method to evaluate the suitability of sterilization for a sterile needle (4 Pin Multi-needle). In this study, four tests were conducted: sterility test, cytotoxicity test, acute toxicity test, skin sensitization test. First, in the aseptic test, the microorganism was not proliferated in the aseptic test of the medium. As a result of the performance test of the medium, it was confirmed that the microorganism developed within 3 days and the fungus was evident within 5 days. Based on this, it was confirmed that the medium was suitable, and as a result of the aseptic test, the development of microorganisms was not observed during the total culture period. Based on these results, tests were conducted which were confirmed to be suitable for aseptic testing because the development of bacteria on the provided samples was not recognized. For cytotoxicity tests ISO10993-5; 2009 (Biological Evaluation of Medical Devices, Part 5: Test for <I>in vitro</I> Cytotoxicity). As a result, the MEM eluate of the test substance caused very slight cytotoxicity to the fibroblasts of the mouse and was judged to be Grade 1 (Slightly cytotoxic) according to the judgment standard of ISO 10993-5. On the other hand, solvent control, negative control and positive control showed the expected results on the test. Acute Toxicity Test Results: It was judged that there was no systemic toxicity change when ICR mice were treated with 50 mL/kg B.W. of the eluate of sterile injectable needle for 72 hours. Skin sensitization test result: The Hartley guinea pig was evaluated as a substance which is evaluated as a substance which does not induce any skin reaction when skin sensitization is applied to the dissected material of the sterile injectable needle and is weak in skin sensitivity. Based on the above tests, we will study the stability and efficacy of more reliable medical devices based on the verification and performance of medical devices.</P>

      • Optical Properties of GaFeO<sub>3</sub>

        <P>The complex dielectric function epsilon and critical-point (CP) structures of orthorhombic GaFeO3 are reported at temperatures from 39 to 350 K and photon energies from 0.74 to 6.42 eV. Data were obtained by rotating-compensator spectroscopic ellipsometry on the (010) direction of single-crystalline GaFeO3. A multilayer version of the B-splines method was used to extract the optical properties of GaFeO3, and CP energies were accurately determined by analyzing numerically calculated second-energy-derivatives of the data. At low temperature the CP structures are clearly enhanced and their energies are blue-shifted. Temperature dependencies were obtained by fitting the data to a phenomenological expression that contains a Bose-Einstein statistical factor and a temperature coefficient.</P>

      • Web Service based Collaborative Product Commerce Framework : 웹 서비스 기반 협업적 제품거래 프레임워크

        최근 전자거래가 B2C에서 B2B로 변화하는 추세에 따라 협업적인 가상환경에서 협업적 제품 거래(CPC, Collaborative Product Commerce)는 기업간 전자거래의 한 부분으로 자리 잡아 가고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 진정한 기업간 전자거래 실현을 위하여 제품의 라이프사이클에 관련된 글로벌 기업 및 고객이 제품정보 및 협업 프로세스를 공유하고, 응용시스템을 통합함으로써 기업간의 협동 작업을 지원하는 협업적 제품거래 통합 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안한 프레임워크의 느슨한 구조의 통합을 위해서는 XML SOAP, WSDL 및 UDDI 기술과 같은 Web Service 기술을 기반으로 하고, 이러한 웹 서비스 기반하에 각기 다른 언어로 작성된 여러 플랫폼 상에서 실행되는 각 기업의 이 기종 어플리케이션들이 인터넷상에서 실시간 프로그램 방식으로 상호작용할 수 있도록 CPC 통합 프레임워크를 구현 하였다.
