Objective: We aimed to evaluate the diagnostic value and prognostic relevance of FDG positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET-CT) in extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma patients. Materials and Methods: This study included 234 extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma patients who underwent FDG PET-CT between June 2008 and February 2016. The diagnostic performance of FDG PEG-CT was compared to that of contrast-enhanced multidetector row CT (MDCT) and MRI. Independent prognosticators for poor survival were also assessed. Results: The sensitivity of FDG PET-CT for detecting primary tumor and regional lymph node metastases was lower than that of MDCT or MRI (p < 0.001), whereas the specificity and positive predictive value for detecting regional lymph nodes metastases was significantly better in FDG PET-CT compared to MDCT and MRI (all p < 0.001). There was no significant difference in the diagnostic yield of distant metastases detection among three diagnostic imaging techniques. In a multivariate analysis, maximum standardized uptake values (SUVmax) of the primary tumor (adjusted hazard ratio [HR], 1.75; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.13–2.69) and of the metastatic lesions ≥ 5 (adjusted HR, 8.10; 95% CI, 1.96–33.5) were independent contributors to poor overall survival in extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma patients. In a subgroup analysis of 187 patients with periductal infiltrating type of cholangiocarcinoma, an SUVmax of the primary tumor ≥ 5 was associated with an increased risk of regional lymph node (adjusted odds ratio [OR], 1.60; 95% CI, 0.55–4.63) and distant metastases (adjusted OR, 100.57; 95% CI, 3.94– 2567.43) at diagnosis as well as with poor overall survival (adjusted HR, 1.81; 95% CI, 1.04–3.15). Conclusion: FDG PET-CT showed lower sensitivity for detecting primary tumor and regional lymph node involvement than MDCT and MRI. However, the SUVmax of primary tumors and metastatic lesions derived from FDG PET-CT could have significant implications for predicting prognoses in extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma patients.

이 연구의 목적은 프로스포츠의 명성과 위기대응커뮤니케이션 전략이 승부조작 사건 발생 후 명성과 위기 책임성 인식 및 대응전략 평가에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 공중의 인식과 반응 차이를 밝히고 효과적인 대응커뮤니케이션 전략을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상자는 잠실야구장과 잠실 학생체육관을 방문한 방문객을 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 총 300부의 설문지 중 응답이 불성실하다고 판단된 8부의 설문지를 제외한 총 292부를 실제분석에 이용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS Windows ver. 20.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 독립표본 t-test, 대응표본 t-test, 상관관계분석, two-way ANOVA 및 MANOVA를 실시하였다. 이러한 결과 다음과 같은 결론이 나타났다. 첫째, 승부조작 후에도 야구의 명성이 농구의 명성보다 높게 나타났지만 두 프로스포츠 조직간의 명성 변화량은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 프로스포츠의 사전 명성과 대응커뮤니케이션 전략의 상호작용 효과에 따른 명성 변화는 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났으며, 또한 대응커뮤니케이션 전략이 승부조작 후 명성에 미치는 주효과도 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 하지만 프로스포츠의 사전 명성 수준이 승부조작 후 명성에 미치는 주효과는 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 프로스포츠의 사전 명성이 위기 책임성 인식에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 프로스포츠의 명성과 대응커뮤니케이션 전략의 상호작용은 대응전략평가에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 반면 대응커뮤니케이션 전략이 대응전략평가에 미치는 주효과는 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
스포츠경영학의 연구동향 분석: 저자 연결망과 핵심어 연결망을 중심으로

본 연구는 사회연결망 분석을 활용하여 지금까지 축적된 시대별 저자 간 지식구조와 핵심어 간 지식구조를 확인하여 스포츠경영학의 연구동향을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 우선 자료분석을 위해 1996년부터 2014년까지 한국스포츠·산업경영학회지에 게재된 총 786편의 논문을 연구대상으로 선정하였고, 자료처리는 SPSS 20.0, Pajek 1.28, stata 12.0을 활용하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 총 논문 수, 총 핵심어의 수, 그리고 총 저자의 수의 증가를 통해 스포츠경영학의 양적 성장을 확인 할 수 있었다. 둘째, 다른 연구 분야와 마찬가지로 공동연구가 강조되고 있는 흐름에 맞춰 스포츠경영학도 공동연구에 대한 학문적 접근이 활발하게 일어나고 있었다. 셋째, 스포츠경영학의 주요 연구영역은 스포츠마케팅론과 스포츠경영 연구로 나타났으며, 주요 세부영역은 스포츠소비자행동 연구로 나타났다. 넷째, 주요 연구방법은 회귀분석이나 구조방정식 모형을 활용한 양적 연구로 나타났다. 다섯째, 스포츠경영학 저자 연결망의 평균 연결 수는 2.8개로 나타났다. 여섯째, 스포츠경영학의 핵심어 연결망의 평균 연결 수는 3.3개로 나타났다. 일곱째, 연결망에서 추출된 연결망 변수인 연결 중심성, 근접 중심성, 매개 중심성의 값이 대체로 높은 핵심어는 서비스품질로 나타났다. 마지막으로 스포츠경영학 연구자들의 소수의 핵심어에 대한 관심은 갈수록 줄어든 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate intellectual structure of co-author and keyword using social network analysis to verify the research trends in sport management. Findings from 786 journals published in Korean Journal of Sport Management from 1996 to 2014 were used to test via SPSS 20.0, Pajek 1.28, and stata 12.0. The results were as follows. First, sport management showed quantitative growth through total number of journals, keywords, and co-authors. Second, the tendency to emphasize collaborative research in various studies and sport management researcher also worked with co-authors actively. Third, the papers related to sport marketing and sport management were the most published, researchers had a lot of interests in sport consumer behavior for the last 20 years. Fourth, most paper was classified as quantitative data based articles, regression analysis and structural equation modeling were used. Fifth, the average degree of co-authors network in sport management was 2.8. Sixth, the average degree of keyword network in sport management was 3.3. Seventh, service quality was the keyword which was the highest degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality which were variables from network. Eighth, researchers` interest in a few keyword was decreased gradually.
Influence of MoS₂ Nanosheet Size on Performance of Drilling Mud

Water-based drilling mud (WBM) is a non-Newtonian fluid that has a variety of applications such as in transporting cutting during drilling, protecting the borehole, and cooling the drill bit. With the development of nano-technology, various nanoparticles have been synthesized and have been added to WBM to improve its performance. Shear thinning is the most important factor in drilling mud and this attribute can be improved when two-dimensional particles are added. MoS₂ nanoparticles, which represent a typical two-dimensional material, are easy to synthesize in large quantities and have a high thermal conductivity and low coefficient of friction. Since the two-dimensional structure, thermal conductivity, and low coefficient of friction of MoS₂ would improve the performance of WBM, we experimented with MoS₂ nanosheets as an additive, under optimal conditions, using various samples each with uniform sizes and thickness of nanosheets. A large amount of MoS₂ nanosheets was synthesized, sorted by thickness and diameter, and added to drilling mud. The diameter of MoS₂ was divided into a small diameter group (about 100-400 nm) and a big diameter group (about 300-650nm), and the thickness was divided into 1-2 nm and 5-10 nm groups. Experimental results showed that when MoS₂ is added to WBM, shear thinning occurs more strongly. In addition, the addition of MoS₂ with a thickness of 1-2 nm and a diameter of 300-650 nm resulted in the highest increase in viscosity and thermal conductivity of WBM. As a result, we experimentally confirmed that MoS₂ can be used as an additive to increase the thermal conductivity and viscosity of WBM and to make shear thinning phenomenon more.

With designing alignment of railway for urban rail transit, a greater attention is paid to the riding safety and the comfort of the passengers. Especially, cant, transition curve, minimum curve radius are considered as very important alignment factors for the curve. For the above alignment factors, in this study, comparative studies on the design criteria of foreign rail transit are conducted. And reasonable design criteria of the alignment for urban rail transit are proposed.
Algorithm for Reducing the Effect of Network Delay of Sensor Data in Network-Based AC Motor Drives

Network-based controls for ac motor drive systems are becoming increasingly important. In this paper, an ac motor control system is implemented by a motor control module and three sensor modules such as a voltage sensor module, a current sensor module, and an encoder module. There will inevitably be network time delays from the sensor modules to the motor control system, which often degrades and even destabilizes the motor drive system. As a result, it becomes very difficult to estimate the network delayed ac sensor data. An algorithm to reduce the effects of network time delays on sensor data is proposed, using both a synchronization signal and a simple method for estimating the sensor data. The algorithm is applied to a vector controlled induction motor drive system, and the performance of the proposed algorithm is verified with experiments.
