      • 토픽 모델링을 활용한 재즈댄스 트렌드 연구 : 언론보도를 중심으로

        In this paper, the analysis of keywords by domestic jazz dance period was analyzed using text mining techniques with the aim of understanding the trend of domestic jazz dance trends. To achieve the purpose of this study, 5,981 press releases were collected from January 1, 1990 to June 30, 2023 through Big Kinds of the Korea Press Promotion Foundation. Keyword analysis and LDA topic modeling were used to analyze the collected research data through the pre-processing process in Python. The analysis results are as follows. First, when looking at the trends by the times of jazz dance in Korea, the first period of jazz dance in Korea is a period when awareness of jazz dance appears socially, the second period is socially activated and jazz dance enters the institutional sphere of education as an educational program, the third period is when the influence and interest in jazz dance decreases relatively, and the fourth period is a period when keywords in related fields appear more frequently than jazz dance. Second, although domestic jazz dance is based on ballet and modern dance, it is divided into various genres of dance, interacted and influenced, and developed under the influence of various music, including popular music. As such, jazz dance, which is sensitive to trends and is prone to timing and trends, has expanded to many other forms in Korea, and the exact meaning and boundaries of jazz dance have become ambiguous, but it remains an expression of a different creative dance with flexibility. In light of these results, a conclusion was finally drawn. 본 논문에서는 국내 재즈댄스 트렌드의 흐름을 파악하는 목적을 가지고 국내 재즈댄스 시기별 키워드 분석을 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 한국언론진흥재단 빅카인즈(Big Kinds)를 통하여 1990년 01월 01일부터 2023년 06월 30일까지 언론 보도자료 5,981건을 수집하였다. 수집된 연구자료는 파이썬(Python)에서 전처리 과정을 거쳐 키워드 분석과 LDA 토픽 모델링을 활용하였다. 그 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 재즈댄스의 시대별 동향을 살펴보았을 때, 국내 재즈댄스 1기는 사회적으로 재즈댄스에 대한 인지도가 나타나는 시기, 2기는 사회적으로 활성화되어 재즈댄스가 교육 프로그램으로서 교육의 제도권으로 진입하는 시기, 3기는 재즈댄스에 대한 영향력과 관심이 상대적으로 감소하는 시기, 4기는 재즈댄스보다 관련 유관 분야 키워드가 빈번하게 등장하는 시기로 해석하였다. 둘째, 국내 재즈댄스는 발레와 현대무용을 기초로 하지만 다양한 장르의 춤과 교류하고 영향을 받으며 다양한 스타일로 세분되었고, 대중음악을 포함한 다양한 음악에 영향을 받으며 발전했다. 이처럼 트렌드에 민감하고 시기와 조류를 잘 타는 재즈댄스는 현재 국내에서 다른 여러 형태로 확장되어 재즈댄스의 정확한 의미와 경계가 모호해졌지만, 융통성을 가지고 창조적인 색다른 춤의 표현으로 남아있다. 이러한 결과를 비추어 최종적으로 결론을 도출하였다.

        Background: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) has been traditionally considered as a slowly progressive disease. However, COPD is a complex and heterogeneous disease with significant individual variability in its clinical, functionalpresentation. On the other hand, the variability of serial forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) in one patient is also known to be diverse. We sought to fi nd the meaning of FEV1 variability in stable COPD patients. Methods: The Korean Obstructive Lung Disease (KOLD) Cohort Study is a long-term prospective longitudinal cohort of patients with COPD. FEV1 variability was defi ned as standard deviation of serial measurement of FEV1 in each subject (measured at 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 month from baseline visit). One hundred and twenty one patients were divided into two subgroups by FEV1 variability (stationary group N=61, variable group N=60). Then we analysed the difference in functional, clinical outcome parameters between the two groups. Results: Initial modifi ed medical research council(mMRC) score and saint George`s respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ) score were signifi cantly better in variable group (P<0.05). And parameters of pulmonary function (FEV1, forced vital capacity(FVC), FEV1/FVC) were higher in variable group. Decline of FEV1 over 3 years was slower in stationary group during 3 years. (19 ± 179mL in stationary group, -76 ± 270mL in variable group).Conclusions: FEV1 variability was associated with better initial symptom, quality of life, and pulmonary function. But it turned out to be associated with faster decline of FEV1.

        Cryptococcosis is a systemic opportunistic infection mostly occurred in immunosuppressed patients. Pulmonary cryptococcosis in immunocompetent host is usually localized and self-limiting disease. Pulmonary nodule or mass is the most common radiologic finding, however involvement of mediastinal lymph nodes is rare. Here we report a case of pulmonary cryptococcosis with massive mediastinal lymph nodes involvement in immunocompetent host.

        Effect of by BIOVITA 3 (a Blend of Three Probiotics) on Dextran Sulfate Sodium-Induced Colitis in Mice

        Probiotics play an important role in maintaining gut health by modulating the composition of the gut microbiota. BIOVITA 3 is a blend of freeze-dried powders of three probiotics including Clostridium butyricum IDCC 1301, Weizmannia coagulans IDCC 1201, and Bacillus subtilis IDCC 1101. Previous research has shown that this probiotic blend can relieve constipation in mice by rebalancing gut microbes, suggesting its potential benefits for conditions like inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). To explore this possibility, we conducted an experiment examining BIOVITA 3's effect on colitis induced by dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) in mice. For this purpose, mice were orally administered BIOVITA 3 (1 × 106 CFU) or starch (38 mg/mL)once daily for three weeks, followed by replacing a drinking water with 3% DSS in water with unrestricted access for seven days. The onset of colitis was evident through significant increases in the scores of disease activity index (DAI), levels of pro-inflammatory proteins in colon tissues, and damage scores of colon tissues observed through histology. Among these markers of inflammation, the DAI scores and levels of pro-inflammatory proteins (interleukin [IL]-6, interferon-γ, IL-17, leukotriene B4, and myeloperoxidase) were significantly reduced in the group treated with BIOVITA 3 compared to the starch-treated group. These findings support that BIOVITA 3 mitigates symptoms associated with DSS-induced colitis in mice, suggesting its potential therapeutic benefits for IBD.

        Cryptococcosis is a common opportunistic infection in immunosuppressed patients, also occurring in those with no apparent immunocompromise. Isolated pulmonary cryptococcosis has been diagnosed histologically by percutaneous needle biopsy of pulmonary nodule. However, mediastinal lymphadenopathy by cryptococcosis has not been diagnosed well because of invasive tissue sampling. A 39-year-old woman with a month of productive cough and weight loss was found to have a density in the right lower lobe on chest x-ray. A chest computed tomography scan confirmed the presence of 3 centimeters patchy consolidation in the right lower lobe and multiple lymph node enlargement in both supraclaviular, mediastinal lymph node. Ultrasonography guided supraclavicular lymph node gun biopsy and direct real-time endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) was performed to rule out lymphoproliferative disease and lung cancer. Aspiration cell block obtained by EBUS-TBNA revealed suspected cryptococcosis on Grocott`s methenamine silver (GMS) stain. Chronic granulomatous infiammation with multinucleated giant cells, many C. neoformans was founded in specimen obtained by supraclavicular lymph node biopsy. The patient completed a 6-week course of therapy with no significant side effects. We report a case of pulmonary crypcococcosis affecting mediastinal lymph nodes diagnosed by histological assessment of tissue obtained by EBUS-TBNA.

        Escitalopram, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, inhibits voltage-dependent K<sup>+</sup> channels in coronary arterial smooth muscle cells

        We investigated the inhibitory effect of escitalopram, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), on voltage-dependent K<sup>+</sup> (Kv) channels in freshly separated from rabbit coronary arterial smooth muscle cells. The application of escitalopram rapidly inhibited vascular Kv channels. Kv currents were progressively inhibited by an increase in the concentrations of escitalopram, suggesting that escitalopram inhibited vascular Kv currents in a concentration-dependent manner. The IC<sub>50</sub> value and Hill coefficient for escitalopram-induced inhibition of Kv channels were 9.54±1.33 µM and 0.75±0.10, respectively. Addition of escitalopram did not alter the steady-state activation and inactivation curves, suggesting that the voltage sensors of the channels were not affected. Pretreatment with inhibitors of Kv1.5 and/or Kv2.1 did not affect the inhibitory action of escitalopram on vascular Kv channels. From these results, we concluded that escitalopram decreased the vascular Kv current in a concentration-dependent manner, independent of serotonin reuptake inhibition.

        In Vitro Evidence for Anti-inflammatory Property of ID-JPL934, a Mixture of Three Probiotic Strains

        Recently, certain probiotic complexes have shown a synergy in the anti-inflammatory activity. In the present study, the anti-inflammatory property of ID-JPL934 which is made up with Lactobacillus johnsonii IDCC 9203, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum IDCC 3501, and Bifidobacterium lactis IDCC 4301 was evaluated in lipopolysaccharides-stimulated 264.7 cells (a murine macrophage cell line) by examining on its effects on nitric oxide (NO) production and expressions of interleukin (IL)-6, IL-1β, and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) as well as secretions of these cytokines. We found that ID-JPL934 inhibits all the parameters tested significantly and its effects are even greater than those of dexamethasone. Importantly, each member strain of ID-JPL934 did not exhibit significant effects on NO production. All the effects of ID-JPL934 were observed with the concentration that does not affect the cell viability of 264.7 cells. These findings demonstrate that ID-JPL934 holds significant potential as an anti-inflammatory agent and suggest a new approach for enhancing the effectiveness of currently available probiotics.

        The correction of asymmetrical bilateral cleft lip is challenging because of its high variability in the lip and nasal tissues. It is the first principle to establish symmetry in bilateral cleft lip of which is indisputable. However, staging and timing in treatment of asymmetrical bilateral cleft including lesser form cleft is controvertible issue. This article aims to report a case about synchronous bilateral nasolabial repair for the patient with asymmetrical bilateral cleft lip with incomplete left and minor form right. and to compare the staging and timing of the repair of asymmetrical bilateral cleft lip including lesser form cleft between the techniques of Mulliken and Fisher.
