      • SOFC의 세라믹 음극물질로서 Y<sub>0.08</sub>Sr<sub>0.92</sub>Fe<sub>0.3</sub>Ti<sub>0.7</sub>O<sub>3</sub>의 합성 및 물성 평가

        In general, SOFCs mainly use Ni-YSZ cermet, a mixture of Ni and YSZ, as an anode material, which is stable in a high-temperature reducing atmosphere. However, when SOFCs have operated at a high temperature for a long time, the structural change of Ni occurs and it results in the problem of reducing durability and efficiency. Accordingly, a development of a new anode material that can replace existing nickel and exhibits similar performance is in progress. In this study, SrTiO<sub>3</sub>, which is a perovskite-based mixed conductor and one of the candidate materials, was used. In order to increase the electrical conduction properties, Y<sub>0.08</sub>Sr<sub>0.92</sub>Fe<sub>0.3</sub>Ti<sub>0.7</sub>O<sub>3</sub>, doped with 0.08 mol of Y<sup>3+</sup> in Sr-site and 0.03 mol of transition metal Fe<sup>3+</sup> in Ti-site, was synthesized and its chemical diffusion coefficient and reaction constant were measured. Its electrical conductivity changes were also observed while changing the oxygen partial pressure at a constant temperature. The performance as a candidate electrode material was verified by predicting the defect area through the electrical conductivity pattern according to the oxygen partial pressure.

        Dependence of H<sub>2</sub>O/CO<sub>2</sub> Co-Electrolysis Performance of SOEC on Microstructural and Thermodynamic Parameters

        <P>High temperature co-electrolysis of steam and CO2 based on solid oxide electrolysis cell (SOEC) to produce syngas as a feedstock for the well-known Fischer-Tropsch process is the main aim of the present research. Here Ni-8YSZ/8YSZ/LSCF6428-GDC button cells have been fabricated and the effect of the different microstructural parameters like air electrode thicknesses, fuel electrode porosities, adhesion layer and thermodynamic parameters like gas composition, temperature, on the performance of SOEC has been investigated systematically. The SOEC with 10 mu m air electrode thickness, functional layer, fuel electrode having 20 vol% PMMA content, addition of YSZ-GDC adhesion layer gives the better performance in overall results and the voltage obtained for this SOEC at current density of 0.8 A.cm(-2) is similar to 1.25 V at 800 degrees C in 49% N-2, 5% H-2, 23% CO2 and 23% H2O gas mixture at fuel electrode side.         Bevacizumab (Avastin(R)) is a monoclonal antibody against the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) receptor that increases the overall survival rate when added to standard chemotherapy regimens in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. The known toxicities of bevacizumab are hypertension, proteinuria, wound healing complications, arterial thrombosis, bleeding, and gastrointestinal complications. Especially ischemic colitis can rapidly develop into bowel perforation, so an emergency operation often is needed. Recently, a 65-year-old male patient developed ischemic pancolitis after FOLFOX (85 mg/m2 Oxaliplatin, d1; 200 mg/m2 Leucovorin, d1; 400 mg/m2 5-FU iv bolus, d1-2; and 600 mg/m2 5-FU, d1-2, every two wk) and Bevacizumab combination chemotherapy was administered. However, he recovered after early conservative care without surgery. We report this case with a review of literature. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2011;58:42-46)

        Background: According to guidelines of lymphoma, gastric diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients are supposed to perform CT and/or PET CT regularly for response assessment after treatment such as chemotherapy and radiation therapy. However, endoscopic examinations and biopsies are not indicated for follow up guidelines. The aim of this study was to investigate the necessity and effi cacy of endoscopic examinations when following up during and after treatment of tumor. Methods: This was a retrospective study of 44 consecutive patients who were diagnosed with gastric diffuse large B cell lymphoma, treated and underwent serial follow up endoscopies and biopsies from July 2009 to April 2014 in Seoul St. Mary`s hospital. Endoscopic examinations and biopsies were performed at the time of diagnosis and after treatment. Disappearance of mucosal lesion except atrophy, discoloration, and neovascularization was defi ned as endoscopic remission. We followed the terms of NCCN guidelines (complete remission, partial response, stable disease, progressive disease) to determine clinical response with CT and/or PET CT. Results: A total of 161 endoscopic examinations were performed (median 3.7; range 2-7). Within a median follow up period of 27 months (range 4-57), 39 (89%) patients achieved complete remission in clinical response, while endoscopic remission was found in 34 (77%) patients. Only 32 (73%) patients achieved both forms of remission. 2 of 5 patients who achieved complete remission in clinical response but had remnant lesion at endoscopic examinations have recurred after several months. Conclusions: In gastric DLBCL patients, endoscopic response not always correlates with clinical response, and it also predicts the recurrence of disease as well. Therefore, we suggest that follow up endoscopic examinations and biopsies should be performed in addition to radiologic examinations such as CT and PET CT.

        As the micro technology and miniaturization of a structure and component in the last couple of decades have been concretely realized, the understanding of structural and dynamic characteristics and prediction of dynamic behavior are indispensable to the miniaturized structures and micro machines. This paper shows the effect of dynamic characteristics in bolt-jointed structures by comparing natural frequencies and mode shapes between macro and micro-scale beams through experimental modal analysis and finite element analysis with al 8 test models by materials, by size, and by joining condition; that is, SS41 and Al6061-T651, micro and macro, and monolithic beam and bolt-jointed beam.

        This paper presents virtual machining system in order to realize turning process in virtual space. A reliable virtual turning process simulation was developed based on the surface shaping system which is capable of considering geometric model, thermal error model, and vibration model. Accuracy of surface shape resulting from proposed machining simulator was verified experimentally. This paper also developed the watchdog agent that continuously assessed, diagnosed, and predicted performance of products and machines in machining. The Watchdog agent extracted feature signal using time-frequency analysis among various signals from multi-sensor and evaluated machining condition using performance confidence value.

        외상 후 성장 연구의 국내 동향과 과제: 국내 KCI 등재 학술지를 중심으로

        본 연구는 2014년부터 2019년까지 국내 KCI 등재 학술지를 중심으로 외상 후 성장 연구들의 동향을 분석하였다, 총 203편의 외상 후 성장의 연구를 대상으로 발행연도, 연구대상, 연구 외상 사건 유형, 연구 방법, 연구변인을 분석 한 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 발행연도별 동향은 2016년에 가장 많았고 연구대상별 동향은 성인을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 연구대상자들이 경험한 외상 사건 경험의 특성으로는 대인외상을 보고한 사람들을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았다. 연구 방법으로는 양적연구 중 변인관계를 밝히는 방법이 가장 많았으며 연구변인별 동향은 외상 후 성장이 종속변인으로 된 연구로 외상 후 성장에 관련 한 변인 중에는 인지적 요소에 관한 변인이 가장 많이 연구되었다. 끝으로 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구에 대한 제언 및 본 연구의 한계점을 제시하였다. This study analyzed the trends of posttraumatic growth studies published in domestic KCI-registered journals from 2014 to 2019. A total of 203 posttraumatic growth studies were analyed focusing on, the year of publication, the subject of study, the type of trauma the research method, and the research variables. The main result were as follows. The highest number of publication was in 2016, the subjects most studied were adults, and the trauma most reported on in personal trauma. Among quantitative studies, the most common research method was to reveal the relationships between the variable, with posttraumatic growth being the dependent variable. Among the variables related to posttraumatic growth, cognitive factors were the most studied. Finally, based on these results, suggestions for further research and the limitations of this study were presented.

        Defect Chemistry of Highly Defective La<sub>0.1</sub>Sr<sub>0.9</sub>Co<sub>0.8</sub>Fe<sub>0.2</sub>O<sub>3-δ</sub> by Considering Oxygen Interstitials

        <P>In case of highly defective perovskite oxides such as La0.1Sr0.9Co0.8Fe0.2O3-delta (LSCF1982), the ionic defect has been in question by suggesting direct oxygen ion diffusion by considering lattice oxygen site as an interstitial rather than an oxygen vacancy. In the present study, the thermomigration of ionic defect species was measured by ionic thermopower measurement to provide strong evidence of interstitial diffusion and the defect structure was further analyzed in terms of effectively negatively charged oxygen interstitial as a charge-compensating defect against hole. Two kinds of holes-delocalized and localized at B-site cations; were investigated by defect chemical analysis. From the conductivity analysis based on the non-stoichiometry results, the contributions of delocalized holes, localized hole at Co site, localized hole at Fe site, and localized hole moving from Co site to Fe site were successfully separated, and it was observed that the hopping reaction involving hole localized at Co is dominant in conductivity mechanism.         Purpose: Globally, Paradigm and corresponding awareness of mental health and mental illness is changing. At this point, social policy and cultural consciousness must also be changed. Medical fa-cilities to contain the recognition of the people of that period and the social, cultural background. Social situation changes, science has developed and facility changes. So, awareness of people for the facility also changes. Thus, this study consider the meaning and features of the facility with change of psychiatry and the concept of disease in each period. Finally the purpose of this study is to analyze the development of Mental Healthcare Facilities before 19th Century. Methods: In this study, focusing on the literature study, it investigated the developmental process of mental health-care facilities. Results: As the result of this study can be summarized as followings. In ancient times, facility for the harmony of body and mental appeared by means of supernaturalism and rationalism. In the middle ages, facility for restraint and control appeared by means of religious absolutism and mysticism. In the early modern period, facility for therapy appeared by means of humanism and enlightenment. Implications: Unlike other healthcare facilities, Mental healthcare facilities have a unique history. Based on the point of view of each period, it appears from and characteristics of mental healthcare facilities are different.

        공동주택단지 생활가로의 이용자 만족도에 관한 연구

        The aim of this study is to analyze the pedestrian environment of ‘The Neighborhood Street’ in multi-family housing. The neighborhood street is an important plan element for activation to the street. Through an analysis of the neighborhood street of the pedestrian environment, the impact on the entire complex by identifying residents is to provide a better environment. In this study, through literature review and case study of the neighborhood street concept and planning factors are drawn. Afterwards in Seoul, the multi-family housing across the target site of the pedestrian environment for conducting field survey and resident’s survey. The number of surveys of 221 valid questionnaires was used. Analysis of survey results is as follows. 1) Neighborhood Street showed higher satisfaction than the general streets in the items including the width of pedestrian passages, height of buildings around them, their lighting at night. 2) The plan element which the shape of the pedestrian passages, safety from crimes in them, the roads around them, crosswalk around them, and traffic lights have the effect on satisfaction of the pedestrian environment with the physical environment. 3) Neighborhood Street showed higher satisfaction than the general streets in the activation of the streets. 4) Satisfaction of the pedestrian environment with the physical environment and satisfaction of the connectivity to the cities are correlated with the satisfaction of street and whole apartment.
