      • 사염화탄소로 유발된 간손상에서의 효소 활성도의 변화로 본 홍화자 분획물의 간손상 보호 작용

        본 연구소에서는 사염화탄소로 유발된 간손상에 대한 홍화자 메탄올 추출물과 이를 계통 분획한 분획물의 보호 효과를 이미 보고하였다. 본 실험에서는 혈장과 조직 생화학적 분석으로 홍화자 분획물의 간보호 효과를 확인하며, 간보호 작용에 대한 기전을 살펴보기 위하여 약물 대사 효소에 미치는 영향을 측정하였다. 홍화자 butanol subfractions 중 BS-5 분획물은 CCl_4로 간손상을 유발시킨 흰쥐에서의 혈장 ALT와 AST 활성과 간조직 중 cholesterol and triglyceride를 감소시켰으며, 이러한 BS-5 분획물의 CCl_4로 유발된 간손상에 대해 보호 작용은 cytochrome P450 감소와 glutathione S-transferase의 활성 증가에 기인된 것으로 생각된다. Previous studies have shown that methanol extract and its butanol fraction of Carthamus tinctorius L. Semen have the hepatoprotective effect on the CCl_4-induced hepatotoxicity. The hepatoprotective effect of subfractions has been evaluated by analyzing blood and hepatocyte biochemical analyses and biotransformation enzyme analyses. Treatment of BS-5 subfraction has significantly decreased the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase. In addition, the levels of cholesterol and triglyceride in liver have been decreased as compared with that of CCl_4 treated rats. The hepatoprotective effect of BS-5 subfraction on the CCl_4-induced hepatotoxicity would be mediated of the attenuation of the level of cytochrome P450 and the enhancement of the activity of glutathion S-transferase.

        This thesis studied construction errors and complement methods of steel pile pressure injection method. We studied Daesan, Changwon, Gyoungnam. We analyzed the construction results in terms of FEM analysis. The conclusions of the study are as follows. 1) We found that the settlement of steel piles was caused by a great disturbance of the underground, which had in turn been caused by the pressure injection of steel piles. The settlement of steel piles exceeded the allowable settlement. The following summarizes the results of Terzaghi's consolidation theory and FEM regarding ground reinforcement. 2) The Semi-Shield method and Micro Tunnelling method turned out to be the most appropriate method.

      • 연약지반의 점·탄소성 이론 적용성에 관한 연구

        This study performed the consolidation analysis on soft ground that had been embanked step by step. The analysis adopted the Cam-Clay model(elasto-plastic model) and the Sekiguchi-Ohta model(elasto-viscoplastic model). The result was compared with the result of one dimensional consolidation calculation and the measured value. The conclusions are presented in the following. (1) Both the elasto-plastic model and the elasto-viscoplastic model showed less amount of settlement than the measured value in the early stages of the analysis, whereas the amount of settlement approximated to the measured value in the later stages. It was also found that the elasto-viscoplastic model approximated to the measured value more closely. (2) The result of one dimensional consolidation calculation tended to be generally less than the measured value, and showed greater differences from the results of the elasto-plastic model and elasto-viscoplastic model as stages became later. (3) The exclusion of viscosity seems to be the reason why the amount of settlement in the Cam-Clay model was less than that in the Sekiguchi-Ohta model. (4) It is assumed that application of the Sekiguchi-Ohta model to the step-by-step embankment field would contribute to predictions for long-term settlement.

      • 경사하중이 작용하는 연약지반의 압밀침하 산정에 관한 연구

        This study determined consolidation settlement in soft ground with the tilted load by means of Terzaghi's one-dimensional consolidation theory and FEM. It was also compared with field measured value. The conclusions are summarized in the following. ⅰ) The consolidation settlement from Terzaghi's one-dimensional consolidation theory differ considerably from the measured value, but showed almost similar to that from FEM. ⅱ) Terzaghi's one-dimensional consolidation theory showed variable consolidation settlement according to methods to obtain △P. ⅲ) Consolidation settlement determined by FEM turned out to better evaluate the field settlement than Terzaghi's one-dimensional consolidation theory.

        This study suggests the most reasonable analytical and reinforcement methods for possible collapse of underground caused by levee construction on the soft ground. We inspected stability of levee in the field where heaving caused by sliding had occurred. We applied three reinforcement methods: Surcharge method, Sand Compaction Pile method, and Deep mixing method, all of which met the allowable safe factor. However, Surcharge method requires great amount of costs for land compensation and Sand Compaction Pile method had disadvantages of higher construction cost and instability of levee caused by vibration. Therefore, Deep mixing method is considered the most proper method.

        This study performed stability analysis of soil slope according to conditions of berm. The conclusions of the study are as follows. (1) As the result of stability analysis with the number of berm and inclination of slope as variables, the increase ratio of safety factor was higher as the slope inclination increased, and became the highest when the first berm was added. (2) The safety factor increased as the width of berm increased, but a significant correlation between them was not found. (3) Stability analysis performed with different soil conditions resulted in the increase ratio of safety factor showing 'sandy soil < weathered soil < clayey soil' as the width of berm increased. (4) Stability analysis performed with different berm locations resulted in safety factor showing 'top lever < bottom lever < middle lever', but the differences between the values were not considerable.

      • S.C.P 打設地盤의 水平變位에 대한 解析的 硏究

        This study analyzed lateral movement of soft ground improved by S.C.P, with fill loading on it. We observed the horizontal displacement of the ground with replacement rate, range and depth as variables, after modeling the S.C.P-improved ground by means of composite ground and sand piles. The results are shown in the following. i) The horizontal displacement decreased as the replacement rate, range and depth increased. ii) When the replacement depth is constant, a raise in replacement rate rather than in replacement range resulted in notable improvement. iii) Less horizontal displacement occurred in the case of modeling the S.C.P-improved ground by means of composite ground han that of sand piles.

        This study analyzed the reductive effect of lateral flow by the section and height of reinforcement of EPS. The conclusions of the study are as follws. (1) The lateral flow increased as the section of reinforcement decreased. The reinforcement section that satisfied the allowable range of the lateral flow turned out to be approximately 80% of the standard reinforcement section. (2) As reinforcement height was decreasing, the lateral flow increased. The reinforcement height that satisfied the allowable range of the lateral flow turned out to be approximately 50% of the total lateral height of abutment.

      • NATM 터널간의 굴착거리에 따른 터널 거동에 관한 연구

        This thesis studied the behavior of tunnels according to the change in the excavation distance during the additional construction of NATM tunnels. The Finite Difference Method was employed to analyze the crown settlement, the horizontal convergence, and the axial force of rock bolts, extending the distance between the tunnels up to five times as long as the diameter of tunnel. It turned out that the crown settlement, the horizontal convergence, and the axial force of rock bolts became decrease as the distance between the tunnels became farther, and that they converged when the distance between the tunnels was over 3D.
