        리더의 코칭리더십이 조직구성원의 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향: 그릿에 의해 조절된 전환학습의 매개효과 중심으로

        [연구목적] 본 연구는 최근 급변하는 경영환경 속에서 지속가능경영을 발현하기 위해 창의적인 아이디어를 실행시킬 수 있는 리더의 코칭리더십을 이해하고, 코칭리더십과 창의적 행동 관계에서 그릿의 조절 효과와 전환학습의 조절된 매개효과를 실증하고, 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. [연구방법] 국내기업 종사자를 대상으로 설문 조사하였으며, 설문지는 온라인을 통한 질의응답 방식으로 688부를 배부하여 335부가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 신뢰도와 타당성을 검증하였고, 가설검증은 부트스트랩 방식의 SPSS Process Macro 3.0을 사용하였다. [연구결과] 리더의 코칭리더십은 조직구성원의 전환학습과 창의적 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직구성원의 전환학습은 창의적 행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 코칭리더십과 창의적 행동 간의 관계를 매개했다. 조직구성원의 그릿과 전환학습은 리더의 코칭리더십과 그들의 창의적 행동 간의 관계에서 조절된 매개효과를 나타냈다. [연구의 시사점] 기업은 조직구성원의 창의적 행동을 증대시키기 위해서 리더의 코칭리더십 향상을 위한 다양한 투자와 노력이 필요하고, 조직구성원의 전환학습과 그릿을 높이기 위한 관심과 지원을 강화해야 하는 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 있다. [Purpose] This study was intended to identify the leader’s coaching leadership who can execute creative ideas to express sustainability management in the recent fast-changing business environment, demonstrate the moderating effect of GRIT and the moderated mediating effect of transformative learning in the relationship between coaching leadership and creative behavior. [Methodology] The survey was conducted on employees of domestic companies, and the questionnaire distributed 688 copies online and 335 copies were used for the final analysis. The data collected have been validated for reliability and validity, and the hypothesis testing uses SPSS Process Macro 3.0 by bootstrap. [Findings] The leader’s coaching leadership was shown to have a positive effect on the transformative learning and creative behavior of the organization members. The organization member’s transformative learning has had a positive impact on creative behavior, and has mediated the relationship between coaching leadership and creative behavior. The GRIT and transformative learning of organizational members have shown a moderated mediating effect in the relationship between the coaching leadership and their creative behavior. [Implications] This research presents practical implications that various investments and efforts are needed to improve the coaching leadership in order to increase the creative behavior of the members of the organization and to strengthen interest and support to enhance the transformative learning and GRIT.

        친환경 계면활성제 Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate (PCG)가 알칼리 전처리된 백합나무의 효소 당화에 미치는 영향

        Potassium cocoyl glycinate (PCG) as a green surfactant was used to evaluate the possibility to substitute petrochemical surfactants for productivity improvement of enzymatic hydrolysis. Yellow poplar (Liriodendron tulipifera L. ) was subjected to NaOH (0.1%, 1.0% and 10.0%) pretreatment at 121°C for 60 min. Pretreated substrate (5.0% w/v) was hydrolyzed by enzyme under the variety PCG concentrations up to 0.3%. The optimum dose of PCG was around 0.03% at which it resulted in the highest total sugar production for all pretreatment conditions. The total sugar production of pretreated yellow poplar with 0.1%, 1.0% and 10.0% of NaOH increased from 2.3, 20.1, 20.8 g/L to 7.7, 25.7, 31.8 g/L under 0.03% of PCG concentration at 72 h hydrolysis. The effect of PCG to improve enzymatic hydrolysis was significantly promising as compared to other researches applying surfactants for hydrolysis. In conclusion, application of PCG was a promising alternative to replace petrochemical surfactants in enzymatic hydrolysis processes due to the high sugar production and positive influence on the ecosystem.

        Much of the industrial and commercial development of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries has been made possible by the corporate mechanism. By its use, investors may combine their capital and participate in the profits of large or small scale business enterprises under a centralized management, with a risk limited to the capital contributed and without peril to their other resources and business. The corporation limits shareholder's liability to the amount of their investments. Especially the limited shareholder liability of corporation's specificities invited separation between ownership and management, and thereby shareholder has elected directors in the meeting of shareholders. Therefore the risk which directors could abuse the right of management and thereby damage to firm and shareholders always exists consequently in the case that damage occurs, a system to protect shareholder's wealth is needed. One of the systems is a shareholder derivative suit. In form, a derivative suit is an action brought on behalf of the corporation by a shareholder. A problem arises, however, when the corporation elects not to pursue the derivative litigation or seeks to dismiss it. The system on which could be set is 'special litigation committee' at this time. Special litigation committee are groups of disinterested' directors assigned the task of deciding whether a shareholder derivative suit is in a corporation's best interest. When a committee seeks to terminate derivative litigation determined not to be in the corporation's best interests, courts are often called upon to reviews the decision. In this article I will examine the business judgment rule both in its traditional role as a defense on the merits to lawsuits challenging board action, and in its current manifestation as a procedural tool to cut off at an early stage those derevative litigations which are not in the best interests of the corporation. And this article maintains that director's decisions to terminate derivative suits must be scrutinized like any other decisions to terminate derivative suits must be scrutinized like any other 'business judgment' by applying Zapata's two step approach or other methods. And in this article I stress that we should separate the breach of duty of care and duty of loyalty, that we must not to ignore the 'Structual Bias'. Finally this article reviews 'special litigation committee' and 'business judgment rule' in our situations.

        점막유표피암종의 치험례

        Mucoepidermoid carcinomas, first reported by Volkman(1895), form 6% to 9% of all salivary tumors. Two thirds affecting the parotid gland and the remaining third, the minor glands. As we could know from its name, mucoepidermoid carcinomas originate from ductal epithelium including squamous, mucous-secreting, and undifferentiated intermediate cells. Histologically, it is classified as well-differentiated (low grade), moderately-differentiated(intermediate grade), and poorly-differentiated (high grade) types and the treatment method and prognosis are influenced from its histological grade. We have experienced two cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma treated surgically with good results and now would like to report these with review of literatures.

        남성화 암쥐의 모리스 수중 미로 수행력 : 성에 따른 공간기억력과 테스토르테론 효과의 차이

        Objectives : It is widely accepted that gonadal steroids are involved in organization and activation of sexual dimorphism in the brain areas related with spatial leaming. This study aimed to test the following hypothesis : 1) spatial memory is affected by sex, 2) this difference is related with brain differentiation by exposure to testosterone in the neonatal period, and/or 3) the sexual difference of spatial memory is the result of the interaction between organization of sexual dimorphism in the brain and the circulating testosterone after growing up. Methods : Testosterone enanthate 100 ㎍, ('androgenized') orvehicle ('control') was randomly administered to 28 female and 25 male rat pups within 24 hour of birth. The escape latencies (EL) in Morris water maze were measured in 15 and 16 week of age with vehicle ('baseline') and with 10 μmol/kg of testosterone ('with testosterone'), respectively. Each session Consis-ted of 10 trials, and means of the last 5 trials were analyzed. Results : The baseline EL of the males were significantly shorter than females regardless ofneonatal exposure to testosterone. With testosterone, EL of the androgenized females were significantly shorter than control females and comparable to those of males. Conclusion : Neonatal exposure to testosterone in female rats may develop a tesosterone-dependent male-like spatial leaming system.

        In recent, the CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics) composite has been widely used because it has light-weight and high mechanical strength. Therefore, CFRP composite is applied to variable industrial areas such as aerospace, automobiles, sporting goods, ships and so on. Generally, CFRP composite has been used in the industrial field by mechanical cutting processes. In this research, the CFRP composite specimen are laminated by 64plies with orientation angles such as 0°, 45°, 90° and [0°/±45°/90°]4S. The results are analyzed with cutting force and cutting surface.

        다중이용시설내 공기중 바이오에오로졸 농도분포 특성에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to evaluate the characterization of airborne bioaerosol in public facilities in Seoul. A total of 17 public facilities were investigated from December, 2002 to February, 2003. As results of the survey, the mean concentrations of bacteria and fungi in indoor air of public facilities were 378.08±296.33 CFU/m³ by RCS and 106.38±171.63 CFU/m³ and 347.46 ± 335.32 CFU/m³ and 95.23±62.61 CFU/m³, by Six-stage cascade air sampler respectively. The mean concentrations of bacteria in indoor air (by ventilation method) were 517.14± 343.93 CFU/m³ of natural ventilation and 215,83±100.71 CFU/m³ of mechanical ventilation. The mean concentrations of fungi in indoor air (by ventilation method) were 83.14±79.16 CFU/m³ of natural ventilation and 133.50±248.07 CFU/m³ of mechanical ventilation. The mean concentrations of bacteria in indoor air were 449.44 CFU/m³ for the ground and 217.50±103.68 CFU/m³ for the underground. The mean concentrations of fungi in indoor air were 63.89±77.66 CFU/m³ for the ground and 202.00±290.08 CFU/m³ for the underground.
