      • KOH를 함침시킨 활성탄 흡착제의 H₂S 흡착특성

        H2S adsorption characteristics of the impregnated activated carbon adsorbent were investigated. KOH reagent was used for impregnating the activated carbon. For analyses of the impregnated activated carbon adsorbent, various methods such as TGA test and acid-base titration, as well as measurements of BET surface and pH were adopted. As operating variables, adsorption temperature (25~45℃) and H₂S concentration(4.96~18.23mg/ℓ) were applied. The experimental results showed that the H₂S adsorption equilibrium capacity of KOH impregnated activated carbon adsorbent increased with increasing temperature and H₂S concentration.

      • 근사 엔트로피의 통계적 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 복잡계(複雜系)의 비선형지표 중에 하나인 근사 엔트로피(approximate entropy; ApEn)의 통계적 특성을 알아보고, 산과학(産科學)분야에 이를 적용하여보았다. 태아의 비정상적인 행동양상을 발육지연태아(uncomplicated Intrauterine Growth Restriction, uIUGR)를 대상으로 실증분석을 하였던 바(normal fetus=0.90±0.02 vs uIUGR fetus=0.67±0.02, p=0.001), 기존의 선형적 분석으로 구별할 수 없었던 미묘한 변화를 카오틱 정량화 방법(ApEn)으로서 성공적으로 구별할 수 있었다. 중심단어 : 복잡계, 근사 엔트로피, 발육지연태아 In this study, we investigate statistical properties of approximate entropy that is one of nonlinear indices in the complex systems and apply to obstetrics. Analyzing abnormal fetus behavior with the target of uncomplicated intrauterine growth restriction(normal fetus=0.90±0.02 vs uIUGR fetus=0.67±0.02, p=0.001), we can successfully discriminate a subtle change with chaotic quantitative method that can't discriminate with the existing linear analysis.       • 자기조절 학습전략이 초등학생의 창의성 및 학업성취에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 자기조절 학습전략이 초등학생들의 창의성 및 학업성취에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있었다. 연구의 대상은 영천시에 소재한 Y초등학교 6학년 68명(실험집단 34명, 통제집단 34명)을 표집하였다. 연구의 결과와 논의를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 자기조절 학습전략을 적용한 학습활동은 초등학생들의 창의성을 향상시키는데 효과가 있다. 둘째, 자기조절 학습전략을 적용한 학습활동은 초등학생들의 학업성취를 향상시키는데 효과가 있다. 셋째, 자기조절 학습전략을 적용한 학습활동에 자기조절 학습기록장을 활용하는 것은 초등학생들의 창의성 및 학업성취 향상에 효과적이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the self-regulated learning strategies on the elementary school students creativity and academic achievement. The subjects of this study is organized into the test and the control with 68 elementary school students of 6th-grade which were consist of 2 classes. We conducted self-regulated learning strategies to the test group on 4 times per week in a 40-minutes for 5 weeks. Self-regulated learning strategy used the experiment was based on Zimmerman & De Groot(1990) and Kim Young Soo(1998)'s study. In this research, the used instruments were self-regulated learning strategy program, academic achievement test in national language studies, the self-regulated learning ability test, the creativity test. In order to inspect the effects after the experiment was done, pre-test and post-test were practiced between the two groups. The collected data were analyzed by the t-test using SPSS win 14.0 program. The results of this study were as follows; First, the self-regulated learning strategies were effective on the Elementary school students's creativity. Second, the self-regulated learning strategies had effect on academic achievement. Finally, the self-regulated learning workbook would improve children's self-regulated learning ability and it had effect on the children's creativity and academic achievement.

      • 활성화된 석탄회분 칼럼을 이용한 염료의 흡착특성

        유연탄의 연소시에 발생되는 산업폐기물인 coal ash를 산처리하여 activated coal ash로 개량하여 흡착제로 사용하고 반응성 염료인 Sumifix Red와 산성염료인 Red EB-L을 시료수로 사용하여 흡착실험을 한 결과 pH에 따른 흡착제거율은 시료수 모두 pH 3~9범위에서는 거의 변동이 없었으나, pH 11에서는 급격하게 감소하였고, 반응시간에 따른 흡착제거율은 activated coal ash를 10g 주입했을 경우 0.5시간 경과후에 Sumifix Red는 54.8%, Red EB-L은 88.7%로 나타났으며, 5시간 경과 후엔 변화가 거의 없었고, 온도에 따른 흡착제거율은 Red EB-L에 있어서는 거의 변동이 없었고, Sumifix Red에서는 15℃에서 가장 높았고 온도가 증가함에 따라 제거율은 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 또한, Freundlich 흡착등온식을 이용하여 흡착이 평형에 도달했을 때의 평형농도와 흡착량과의 관계에서 1/n과 k값은 반응성 염료인 Sumifix Red가 각각 0.604, 0.016이었고, 산성 연료인 Red EB-L은 0.921, 0.058로 나타났다. 칼럼을 이용한 activated coal ash의 흡착제거율을 살펴본 결과는 회분식에서와 마찬가지로 Red EB-L이 Sumifix Red보다 높았고, Bohart와 Adams의 식을 이용하여 흡착칼럼을 설계 해 본 결과 흡착용량은 Red EB-L이 74.96kg/m³,17.22kg/m³ 이었으며, activated coal ash이 이론적 충진깊이는 Red EB-L과 Sumifix Red 모두 0.1m 정도로 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the characteristics of absorption in continuous waste water treatment system containing activated coal ash. Activated coal ash was produced from bituminous coal and treated by direct acid leaching(DAL) in order to get better activity as porosity absorbent. On this experiment performed by batch and continuous methods, acid and reactive type dyes were selected to find out the feasibility of activated coal ash as absorbent. The absorption removal rate of activated coal ash were nearly constant at the pH range of 3 to 9 on Red EB-L and Sumifix Red. But reduced rapidly at pH 11. The adsorption removal rate of absorbent was not changed at the temperature range of 15℃ ~ 45℃ on acid dye Red EB-L. But in case of reactive dye Sumifix Red, absorption removal rate was reduced at 15℃. When the absorption equilibrium was calculated based on the Freundlich isotherm equation, constant k was 0.016, 0.058 and 1/n was 0.604, 0.921 for Sumifix Red, Red EB-L, respectivey. Removal rate of acid dye Red EB-L was higher than that of reactive dye Sumifix Red by activated coal ash at the continuous column system. Batch system illustrated same tendency. The absorption capacities of absorption column, designed by Bohart and Adams equation, were 74.96 kg.m³17.22 kg/m³ for Red EB-L, Sumifix Red, respectively, and theoretical packing depth of activated coal ash was 0.1 m for all.

        국내산 무화과를 이용한 와인 제조 및 품질 개선 효과

        Fig(Ficus carica L.) which belongs to Moraceae family has been used as digestion promoter, cure for ulcerative inflammation and eruption in Korea. Figs have very short preservation period and can be kept only 1 week even in the refrigeration system. The possibility of wine-making from Korean figs was tested by analyzing the fermentation characteristics, proximate analysis and free sugar contents of wine made of slices with 20% sugar addition. Ethanol fermentation of the figs by Saccharomyces cerevisiae was done rapidly. The ethanol contents, pH, total acidity and sugar content were 12.1%, 3.91, 0.42% and 9.9 °Brix, respectively. The results from the sensory evaluation were as follows. The wine made from the sliced figs were better than that from fig juices in their sensory scores. The wine made with frozen figs was not different from that made with fresh ones. To improve the quality of wine, the addition of dried leaf powder in the concentration of 100 ppm were tried and found it was superior to the one made without leaf.
