        ≪漢韓成語學習詞典≫編纂的基礎硏究

        본고는 <중한성어학습사전>을 편찬하기 위한 기초 연구로서 사전 편찬의 방향과 기술 방식을 거시 구조와 미시 구조로 나누어 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 2장에서는 중국어 성어의 개념과 사전학 특성을 서술하였다. <중한성어학습사전>은 제2외국어로서 중국어 성어를 학습하는 한국인을 위한 이중 언어 사전이다. 이는 사전 사용자가 중국어 성어의 의미를 이해하는 데에 도움을 주어야 할 뿐만 아니라 사용자가 중국어 성어를 정확하게 사용할 수 있도록 도와주는 역할도 해야 한다. 위와 같은 성격의 사전을 편찬하기 위해 3장에서는 사전의 거시 구조 중에 가장 중요한 문제인 중국어 성어 표제어 선정에 대해 살폈다. 중국어 성어 표제어 선정에서는 기존 사전이나 신문, 교재에 두루 등재된 성어를 데이터베이스화한 뒤, 학습용 성어, 고빈도 성어를 사전의 규모와 목적에 따라 그 수를 조정하는 안을 제시하였다. 그리고 규범적인 성어를 선택하여 주표제어로 등재하고 주표제어와 부표제어를 선택하는 데에 엄격하고 통일된 기준을 설정해야 한다고 주장하였다. 4장에서는 미시 항목 기술에 관해 다루었다. 중국어 성어의 병음 정보에서는 성조의 변화, 구어와 문어의 발음 정보를 제시한다고 제안하였다. 뜻풀이에서는 성어의 파생의미나 비유의미는 물론, 기본의미도 제시해야 하고, 성어의 구성요소인 형태소의 대역어, 성어의 어원도 제시해야 한다고 주장하였다. 그리고 중국어 성어와 한국어 대역 표현 간의 여러 유형을 나누고 그에 따른 뜻풀이 방식을 제시하였다. 문법 정보에서는 성어의 품사 성격, 구조, 문형 정보와 제약 정보 제시 방법을 예를 통해 밝혔다. 그밖에 용례 처리 원칙과 세부 지침, 관련어 정보 기술 방안도 구체적인 예를 통해 제시하였다.

        论学习型中韩词典中的成语处理模式

        This paper, taking “Jinming Chinese-Korean Dictionary” for example, specializes in the characteristics of the Korean learning Chinese, combined with the features of export-oriented Chinese-Korean Learning Dictionary, using critical perspective to analyze the processing mode of idiom with the level ranged from macro-structure and micro-structure. The second chapter, investigating “Jinming” from macro-structure aspect. From the basis, range, arrangement and other aspects of the idiom-entry selection in “Jinming”, the following problems exist. First, not indicating a selected basis in accordance with the idiom entries. Second, no strict and uniform standards in the selection of the main and vice articals. Third, the lack of normative entry selection. Fourth, some of the higher frequent idioms cannot be found in the dictionary well some low-frequency idioms being found. The third chapter, expanding some discussion from the aspect of the phonetic, interpretation, gramma, illustration, and related word-knowledge of idiom in “Jinming”. In the phonetic aspect, there are unregulated and inconsistent-principle of phonetic, as well as unlabeled idiom morpheme’s modified pronunciation and multi-tone of sounds and other issues existing. As for interpretation, there are some problems of no-accurate-enough translation, lack of uniformity interpretation mode, and not indicating the alignment principles of stated meanings. In grammar, the presence of unlabeled genre information, pragmatic information, syntactic information, collocated information and restricted information exist. As for example, the existence of entry not equipped with enough idioms illustration, illustration errors, illustration image without prompting context and syntax information, as well as examples of Chinese without periods’ problems exist. When it comes to related word-knowledge aspect, there are a lot of projects without related words, incorrect word-association-information and not involving historical allusions of related idioms and other problems existing.

        论中国朝鲜语口译(MTI)的培养现状与模式

        This paper regards Korean Interpretation major of the Master’s Degree in Korean Translation and Interpretation(MTI) in China’s colleges and universities as the main subject of academic research and exploratory study. This paper proceeds by examining the current state of talent cultivation and talent training mode in MTI in terms of the development of special disciplines, curriculum design, teaching methods, textbook writing, and the evaluation of standards for translation reports, among others. In the second chapter, this paper points out problems such as vague orientations, non-specificity, and lack of academic and local features in the training objectives of MTI by analyzing 〈Masters of Translation and Interpretation (MTI) Instructional Training Program〉 and some universities` training objectives. The third chapter of this paper elaborated on problems pertaining to classroom teaching, that is, placing too much emphasis on practice, overlooking students’ participation in the classroom, imbalance in the cultivation of foreign language abilities and translation skills, ignorance of the need to develop students` consciousness of general situations, and the lack of promoting cooperative spirit, service spirit among students. This part also articulated several problems in terms of internship and practice, for example, inadequate strength to implement internship and encourage practice, lack of teachers who have simultaneous interpretation experience, and the existence of inadequate teaching infrastructure. The fourth chapter pointed out problems concerning curriculum design in universities. This part argues that curriculum designs did not fully reflect the training objectives, is out of touch with the professional market, lacked subjects about interpretation theories, skills, and translation knowledge, and did not fully carry out the professional practice courses. This paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures to these problems. The fifth chapter concentrated on the existing Korean interpretation textbooks and found that the same do not match the herein said major course or program. In addition, there was also lack of professionalism and modernization, and that the degree of difficulty of the textbooks is not in graduated process. The sixth chapter addressed China`s current MTI degree paper and certification system, suggested ways to explore appropriate evaluations standards for MTI, and advances the need for the establishment of a reasonable authentication mechanism. Finally, this paper aims to provide a reference for relevant colleges and universities in cultivating high-level professional Korean interpreters and efficient talents, and in meeting the demands of the country and market for Korean interpreters.

        CRISPR/Cas9-Based Genome Editing for Disease Modeling and Therapy: Challenges and Opportunities for Nonviral Delivery

        <P>Genome editing offers promising solutions to genetic disorders by editing DNA sequences or modulating gene expression. The clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/associated protein 9 (CRISPR/Cas9) technology can be used to edit single or multiple genes in a wide variety of cell types and organisms in vitro and in vivo. Herein, we review the rapidly developing CRISPR/Cas9-based technologies for disease modeling and gene correction and recent progress toward Cas9/guide RNA (gRNA) delivery based on viral and nonviral vectors. We discuss the relative merits of delivering the genome editing elements in the form of DNA, mRNA, or protein, and the opportunities of combining viral delivery of a transgene encoding Cas9 with nonviral delivery of gRNA. We highlight the lessons learned from nonviral gene delivery in the past three decades and consider their applicability for CRISPR/Cas9 delivery. We also include a discussion of bioinformatics tools for gRNA design and chemical modifications of gRNA. Finally, we consider the extracellular and intracellular barriers to nonviral CRISPR/Cas9 delivery and propose strategies that may overcome these barriers to realize the clinical potential of CRISPR/Cas9-based genome editing.</P>

        Antifungal activity of 3-acetylbenzamide produced by actinomycete WA23-4-4 from the intestinal tract of Periplaneta americana

        Actinomycetes are well-known for producing numerous bioactive secondary metabolites. In this study, primary screening by antifungal activity assay found one actinomycete strain WA23-4-4 isolated from the intestinal tract of Periplaneta americana that exhibited broad spectrum antifungal activity. 16S rDNA gene analysis of strain WA23-4-4 revealed close similarity to Streptomyces nogalater (AB045886) with 86.6% sequence similarity. Strain WA23-4-4 was considered as a novel Streptomyces and the 16s rDNA sequence has been submitted to GenBank (accession no. KX291006). The maximum antifungal activity of WA23-4-4 was achieved when culture conditions were optimized to pH 8.0, with 12% inoculum concentration and 210 ml ISP2 medium, which remained stable between the 5th and the 9th day. 3-Acetyl benzoyl amide was isolated by ethyl acetate extraction of WA23- 4-4 fermentation broth, and its molecular formula was determined as C9H9NO2 based on MS, IR, 1H, and 13C NMR analyses. The compound showed significant antifungal activity against Candida albicans ATCC 10231 (MIC: 31.25 μg/ml) and Aspergillus niger ATCC 16404 (MIC: 31.25 μg/ml). However, the compound had higher MIC values against Trichophyton rubrum ATCC 60836 (MIC: 500 μg/ml) and Aspergillus fumigatus ATCC 96918 (MIC: 1,000 μg/ml). SEM analysis showed damage to the cell membrane of Candida albicans ATCC 10231 and to the mycelium of Aspergillus niger ATCC 16404 after being treatment with 3-acetyl benzoyl amide. In conclusion, this is the first time that 3-acetyl benzoyl amide has been identified from an actinomycete and this compound exhibited antifungal activity against Candida albicans ATCC 10231 and Aspergillus niger ATCC 16404.

        Oil film deposition characteristics and judgment of lubrication effect of splash lubricated gears

        To study the oil film deposition characteristics of splash lubricated gears and determine whether their meshing area is completely lubricated, this study proposes the concept of judging the splash lubrication-deposition characteristics-inlet oil film thickness-lubrication effect. The critical oil film thickness that characterizes the full lubrication of the gear meshing area was obtained as 14.5428 μm by using elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) theory. Based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, based on the renormalization group (RNG) k-ɛ two-equation turbulence model, dynamic mesh model and volume of fluid (VOF) model, the numerical calculation of the intermediate gearbox in splash lubrication is carried out. The oil film deposition thickness of the gear tooth that was about to enter the meshing area was calculated to be 95.6207 μm. It was found that the meshing area is fully lubricated under the rated operating conditions.

        Parameter design method for the heat transfer performance of a fan-driven gearbox under planetary gear opening and oil-return conditions

        On the basis of the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, this study calculates the surface convective heat transfer coefficients of the sun gear, planetary gear, ring gear, and bearing before and after the opening of the planetary gear of a fan-driven gearbox. A numerical fitting method is used to establish the calculation model of the convective heat transfer coefficients of the sun gear, planetary gear, ring gear, and bearing under the open-hole oilreturn condition. The convective heat transfer coefficients of each element are compared before and after the hole is bored, and the design method for the gearbox parameters with the objective of heat transfer performance is proposed. Result shows that the convective heat transfer coefficients of each element are increased after oil is returned from the hole of the planetary gear, and the change rate of the convective heat transfer coefficient of the raceway in the planetary gear bearing is the highest. When the aperture of the planetary gear is 7 mm and the number of holes is four, the heat transfer performance of the gearbox is the best. The maximum error between the convection heat transfer coefficient fitting formula value and the CFD simulation calculation result is 1.0558 %.

        Review on the research of contact parameters calibration of particle system

        With the widespread application of the discrete element method, research on accurate simulation of particle systems has attracted significant attention. However, there is no accurate process for the parameter calibration of particle systems. Most calibrations use a direct measurement method or test-simulation combined calibration method. Both methods have their advantages and disadvantages. This study reviews the calibration of contact parameters of particle systems, introduces the main calibration methods of different contact parameters, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of two main measurement methods. For the parameter measurement of particle systems, the accurate representation of particle shape and the reasonable optimization of simulation time are still not perfect. Furthermore, the correction of parameters after calibration applied to subsequent simulation needs further discussion.
