신에너지 자동차 안전관리에 관한 연구: 중국사회를 중심으로

최근 몇 년간 환경보호의식이 지속적으로 강화되면서 신에너지 자동차가 대중들에게 점점 더 많이 이해되고 인식되고 있으며, 이와 관련된 안전문제도 대중들의 시야에 들어왔다. 신에너지 자동차가 가져오는 거대한 위험요인과 안전을 위협하는 사고 발생 가능성은 위기관리 연구 과제에서 무시할 수 없는 과제 중 하나가 될 것이다. 안전관리는 위기관리 시스템의 중요한 부분으로, 개인의 안전, 사회적 안정, 기업의 안정적 발전 등 실생활에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 에너지신차량의 잠재적 위험요인과 사고를 완전히 제거할 수는 없지만 위험요인 분석과 도입, 안전관리 개념을 통해 사고 회피가능성을 높이고 비상시 대응 시간을 최적화할 수 있다. 미래지향적인 사회를 위해 미리 준비할 수 있는 역할한다. In recent years, with the continuous enhancement of environmental protection awareness, new energy vehicles have become more and more understood and recognized by the public, and related safety issues have also entered the public's field of vision. The huge risk factors brought by new energy vehicles and the possibility of accidents threatening safety will become one of the tasks that cannot be ignored in crisis management research projects. Safety management is an important part of the crisis management system and plays an important role in real life, such as personal safety, social stability, and stable development of enterprises. Although this study cannot completely eliminate the potential risk factors and accidents of new energy vehicles, through the analysis and introduction of risk factors and the concept of safety management, the possibility of avoiding accidents can be improved and the response time of emergencies can be optimized. Prepare in advance for a future-oriented society.
Effect of Sub-Structure and Precipitation Behavior on Mechanical Properties of Al–xCu–Li Alloys

The tensile properties and microstructure of extruded and cold rolled 2A55 Al–Li alloys with different Cu content werestudied. After solution treatment, the strength of extruded sheets is slightly higher than that of cold rolled sheets due to strongdeformation texture and high density of substructure. However, the strength change order is different with the increase of Cucontent with T6-24 h. The extruded sample with higher Cu content have higher strength due to many dense T1precipitates. The δ′/θ′/δ′ composite precipitates and θ′ precipitates suppress the formation of T1precipitates, which cause cold rolled samplewith higher Cu content shows lower strength. Additionally, many fine T1precipitates nucleate at the sub-grain boundariesformed in the extrusion process, which have a significant effect on the mechanical property.
A QoE Evaluation Method for RT-HDMV Based on Multipath Relay Service

In the paper, a multipath relay service based on QoE (Quality of Experience) evaluation method is proposed for RT-HDMV (Real-Time High Definition Medical Video). The method eliminates several of the limitations in the existing methods for the conventional single-path transmission. It can fully utilize the finite network resources and transmission bandwidth to meet the users’ demands of RT-HDMV to get the better score of QoE. We use a three-stage framework to evaluate the QoE: construct the multipath relay transmission for RT-HDMV, design the load distribution strategy by the mapping between QoS (Quality of Service) and QoE and coupling the multipath scene, and redefine the rule of QoE evaluation. The experiments show that our framework can provide better QoE guarantees for RT-HDMV than existing methods in traditional single-channel transmission scenarios.
Disaster Preparedness Resources Management in the Era of Post-COVID 19 in China

This study aims to present the problems and improvement measures in the efficient operation of emergency resources in the event of a disaster in China. We suggested the following improvements. First, increase attention to disaster preparedness resources through local governments and improve the construction of facilities for regional disaster preparedness resource stockpiles. Second, long-term analysis and research on various types of risk factors at home and abroad should be carried out to expand the existing disaster preparedness resource management list and raise awareness of zonal crises. Third, local government emergency management departments should divide and set up small-scale disaster preparedness material stockpiles to improve the ability of cooperation and mutual assistance between residents and residents in emergency situations, and strengthen the community's resistance to disasters and hazards. Fourth, in the management of disaster preparedness materials, we should emphasize the optimization of the resource reserve inspection mechanism. Fifth, improve the professional skills of disaster preparedness resource stockpiling and management personnel to avoid mistakes and work errors in the work process. Sixth, a stockpile accountability system should be established to prevent problems such as poor management of local disaster preparedness resources.

Acute respiratory distress syndrome is a life-threatening critical syndrome resulting largely from the accumulation of and the inability to clear pulmonary edema. Protectin DX, an endogenously produced lipid mediator, is believed to exert anti-inflammatory and pro-resolution effects. Protectin DX (5 μg/kg) was injected i.v. 8 h after LPS (14 mg/kg) administration, and alveolar fluid clearance was measured in live rats (n = 8). In primary rat ATII epithelial cells, protectin DX (3.605 × 10−3 mg/l) was added to the culture medium with LPS for 6 h. Protectin DX improved alveolar fluid clearance (9.65 ± 1.60 vs. 15.85 ± 1.49, p < 0.0001) and decreased pulmonary edema and lung injury in LPSinduced lung injury in rats. Protectin DX markedly regulated alveolar fluid clearance by upregulating sodium channel and Na, K-ATPase protein expression levels in vivo and in vitro. Protectin DX also increased the activity of Na, K-ATPase and upregulated P-Akt via inhibiting Nedd4–2 in vivo. In addition, protectin DX enhanced the subcellular distribution of sodium channels and Na, K-ATPase, which were specifically localized to the apical and basal membranes of primary rat ATII cells. Furthermore, BOC-2, Rp-cAMP, and LY294002 blocked the increased alveolar fluid clearance in response to protectin DX. Protectin DX stimulates alveolar fluid clearance through a mechanism partly dependent on alveolar epithelial sodium channel and Na, K-ATPase activation via the ALX/PI3K/Nedd4–2 signaling pathway.

Lightweight and flexible electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding materials are in great demand for wearable EMI device. In the present work, lightweight and flexible carbon nanotube (CNT)/ferroferric oxide ( Fe3O4) composite film was made through a feasible chemical vapor deposition process for CNT film synthesis, followed by a hydrothermal reduction process for Fe3O4 coating. In the as-prepared composite, CNT film and Fe3O4 particles work as conductive skeleton and strong magnetic particle, respectively. The as-prepared composite film shows a novel EMI shielding effectiveness (SE) of 91 dB in the X-band, a small thickness of 0.09 mm and a low density of 0.86 g/cm3, which is superior to most of the carbonbased EMI materials.
A Rapidly New-typed Detection of Norovirus Based on F0F1-ATPase Molecular Motor Biosensor

In order to adapt port rapid detection of food borne norovirus, presently we developed a new typed detection method based on F0F1-ATPase molecular motor biosensor. A specific probe was encompassed the conservative region of norovirus and F0F1-ATPase within chromatophore was constructed as a molecular motor biosensor through the “ε-subunit antibody-streptomycinbiotin- probe” system. Norovirus was captured based on probe-RNA specific binding. Our results demonstrated that the Limit of Quantification (LOQ) is 0.005 ng/mL for NV RNA and also demonstrated that this method possesses specificity and none cross-reaction for food borne virus. What’s more, the experiment used this method could be accomplished in 1 h. We detected 10 samples by using this method and the results were consistent with RT-PCR results. Overall, based on F0F1-ATPase molecular motors biosensor system we firstly established a new typed detection method for norovirus detection and demonstrated that this method is sensitive and specific and can be used in the rapid detection for food borne virus.

The preparation of activated carbon sorbent for Hg removal was simplified by combining activation and functionalization processes into one step. Jujube-based carbon material was first mixed with CuCl2 solution and then activated for the preparation of Cu-impregnated activated carbon. Physical and chemical properties of prepared activated carbon were investigated by means of N2 adsorption, SEM-EDS, XRD. A fixed-bed reactor with CEMS (Continuous emission monitoring system) was used to test the Hg adsorption ability of prepared activated carbon. DFT (Density functional theory) method of computational chemistry calculation was applied to identify the Hg adsorption mechanisms on sorbent surface.
