Preparation of Waterproof and Breathable Polyurethane Fiber Membrane Modified by Fluorosilane-modified Silica

Polyurethane is a thermoplastic elastomer with excellent physical and chemical properties, the hydrophilicity ofPU limits the wide application in the waterproof and breathable materials market. In this study, SiO2 nanoparticles werehydrophobically modified by fluorosilane to prepare the fluorosilane-modified silica (F-SiO2), then it was added into thesynthesized polyurethane to prepare waterproof and breathable film (F-SiO2/PU) by electrospinning. Compared withpolyurethane membranes, F-SiO2/PU composite membranes could form rough morphological surface through the blendingof F-SiO2. The experimental results showed that the water contact angle of the composite nanofiber membranes increase withthe addition of the amount of modified silica, and the water contact angle reached 135 o when the dosage of F-SiO2 was5 wt%. The composite nanofiber membranes could be endowed with excellent waterproof performance, hydrophobicity(50 kPa) and moisture permeability (10.4 kg/m2·h). Besides, the prepared membrane can remain the hydrophobic propertystability under the dynamic tensile of large-scale deformation.

Bioaugmentation with GFP-Tagged Pseudomonas migulae AN-1 in Aniline-Contaminated Aquifer Microcosms: Cellular Responses, Survival and Effect on Indigenous Bacterial Community

The recently isolated aniline-degrading bacterium Pseudomonas migulae AN-1 was tagged with green fluorescent protein (GFP) to investigate its bioaugmentation potential against anilinecontaminated groundwater through microcosm experiments. The survival and cellular response of GFP-tagged AN-1 introduced in a lab-scale aquifer corresponded directly with aniline consumption. During the process, the GFP-tagged AN-1 biomass increased from 7.52 × 105 cells/ml to 128 × 105 cells/ml and the degradation rate of aniline was 6.04 mg/l/h. GFP-tagged AN-1 was moderately hydrophobic (41.74%-47.69%) when treated with 20- 100 mg/l aniline and exhibited relatively strong hydrophobicity (55.25%-65.78%) when the concentration of aniline was ≥100 mg/l. The membrane permeability of AN-1 increased followed by a rise in aniline below 100 mg/l and was invariable with aniline above 100 mg/l. Pyrosequencing analysis showed that the relative abundance of Proteobacteria (accounted for 99.22% in the non-bioaugmentation samples) changed to 89.23% after bioaugmentation with GFP-tagged AN-1. Actinobacteria increased from 0.29% to 2.01%, whereas the abundance of Firmicutes barely changed. These combined findings demonstrate the feasibility of removing aniline in aquifers by introducing the strain AN-1 and provide valuable information on the changes in the diversity of dominant populations during bioaugmentation.

Tag Yung-Kim, Ill Son met with a calamity at the Moo Oh Sa Wha(戊午士禍) during the reign of the King, Yun San. He studied under the tutorship of Kim, Jong Jick and lived up to the fidelity to his principle through the effect of metaphysics. Therefore the mojority of his works contains the subject of the constancy. The results obtained in this study are summarized as follows : 1. He had many chances that he could discuss all kinds of political problems, for he was engaged in advisory body for most of his official post. As a consequence, he has many outstanding works which point out the social ills of the times, such as the restoration of Sorung(昭陵復位), the reinstatement of Nosangun(魯山君 立後). 2. Most of his works were lost during the Moo Oh Sa Wha, so there are few works in existence. The works of Tag Yung are not known well in history partly because they are disregarded under the pretext of political works. 3. Tag Yung denied the lineal descent of royalty of King, Sae Jo who expelled King, Dan Jong. The conducts of meritorious retainers were granted with the meaning of the historical judgement of a crime. These meaning stems from accepting the justification and fidelity of metaphysics, and these excluded the forces of the subjects and accomplished the reformation of reality. 4. The direct reason of Moo Oh Sa Wha as we know is known as recording in history the Jouijaemun(弔義帝文) of Kim Jong Jick, but it is only one part of the calamity. The principal reason was the integrity which was stated by Kim, Tag Yung infront of King, Yun San. 5. He tried to forget the anxiety and trouble of reality with nature for companions and the conflict and frustration between his ideal and reality forced him to recite the nature. 6. His excellent writing power and his plaine writing method became the model of later officials, and also contributed greatly to the making of the chronicles. 7. The poetry world of Tag Yung is summarized as two parts : Poems reciting fidelity to his priciple and poems reciting nature. He represented the integrity while he was keeping company with living six subjects and he manifested nature realistically.

중등학교에서 Donald W. Oliver와 James P. Shaver의 법리적 교수전략을 활용한 공공 정책에 관한 정치적 논쟁 가르치기

이 연구는 Donald W. Oliver와 James P. Shaver(1966)가 하버드 사회과 프로젝트에서 개발한 공공 정책을 둘러싼 정치적 논쟁을 분석하는 ‘법리적 교수전략’을 고찰한다. 우리가 법리적 교수전략을 제대로 이해하기 위해서는 법리적 교육과정의 사상적 기반을 알아야 한다. 그래서 이 연구는 먼저, 법리적 교육과정의 사상적 기반이 되는 고전적 자유주의 사상을 살펴본다. 그런 다음, 법리적 교수전략의 법리적 토대가 되는 궁극의 가치로서 개인의 존엄과 일반적 가치들, 정치적 논쟁 분석의 윤리적 원리로서 민주적 입헌주의, 그리고 정치적·윤리적 문제들의 해결 방법으로서 법적 결의론(legal casuistry)을 각각 논의한다. 이를 바탕으로, 이 논문은 공산주의 서적의 검열을 예로 들어 법리적 교수전략의 적용 사례를 상세하게 설명한다. 또한, 법리적 교수전략이 지니는 의의와 한계를 논의한다. 그리고 결론에서 원론적인 수준에서 법리적 교수전략을 우리나라의 중등학교 사회과 수업에 확산하기 위한 몇 가지 과제들을 언급한다. This study examines the jurisprudential teaching strategy that analyzes the political controversy over public policies proposed by Donald W. Oliver and James P. Shaver (1966) in the Harvard Social Studies Project. In order to properlyunderstand the jurisprudential teaching strategy, it is required to understand the ideological basis of the jurisprudential curriculum. So, this study first examines the classical liberal ideas that are the basis of the jurisprudential curriculum. Then, the discussion is made on individual dignity as the ultimate value and general values, democratic constitutionalism, and legal casuistry that serve as the jurisprudential basis for the jurisprudential teaching strategy. Based on this, this paper explains in detail the application of the jurisprudential teaching strategy, taking censorship on communist books as an example. In addition, the significance and limitations of the jurisprudential teaching strategy are discussed. In conclusion, it suggests several tasks to spread the jurisprudential teaching strategy in social studies classes in secondary schools.

A Study on Agricultural Traits and Consumer Traits of EC in China

Recently, the e-commerce market for China’s agricultural products began to start, at the same time, its scale has continued to expand. The most effective channel for the sales of agricultural products is direct trading, which can reduce the process of intermediate circulation, so the consumers can purchase products at relatively low prices, and producer can sell their products at higher prices. we can notice that the impact of the characteristics of e-commerce in agricultural products and the consumer characteristics on the repurchase intentions research. In order to verify the assumption proposed in this research, taking the consumers who had experience in the use of Chinese agricultural product e-commerce as the objects, an online survey was conducted from March 10, 2018 to April 2, 2018. Finally, there were 378 questionnaires are collected. In the characteristics of agricultural product e-commerce, all of the rapidity, economy, reliability, and freshness have a positive impact on the satisfaction degree. self-efficacy, personal innovation, and interaction in consumers’ characteristics have a positive effect on the consumers’ satisfaction degree. satisfaction degree has a positive effect on the intention of repurchase.

The cultivation of research labor in Pacific Asia with special reference to Singapore

This paper adopts a political economy perspective in understanding how the country context frames the development of higher education doctoral science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) programs. We argue that a country’s commitment to research and development spending as a strategy to maintain its economic competitiveness creates the market for research labor. This embeddedness of STEM doctoral training programs in the country’s science and technology system enlarges differences between STEM and non-STEM doctoral programs. This argument is validated from a survey of doctoral students in leading Pacific Asian universities which shows that STEM doctoral programs have stronger research networks, are better financed, use better facilities, and incorporate a variety of research placements. The embeddedness of STEM programs is further illustrated from the case of Singapore. Singapore-based STEM doctoral students mention enjoying better financial support and receiving better career advice from their supervisors. They depend on collaborative peer learning and cite more varied employment options when asked about their career plans.

A Study on The Historic Infinitive Appeared in Sallustius's Literary Style

Sallust`s predilection for the historic infinitive is well known. He usually employs several in sucession. On the other hand examples are not lacking of historic infinitives used singly and there seems to be a common to some of them: one action described by a single infinitive is in strong contrast with the other described by a finite verb immediately preceding or succeeding. For example. (nostri maiores) neque victis quicquam praeter iniuriae licentiam eripiebant at hi contra, ignavissumi homines, per summum scelus omnia ea sociis adimere, quaae fortissumi viri victores reliquerant(Cat. 12. 4-5). (Catilina) ad hoc maledictis increpabat omnis bonos, suorum unum quemque nominans laudare(Cat. 21. 4). veterani pristinae virtitis memores cominus acriter instare, illi haud timidi resistunt(Cat. 60. 3). Further the historic infinitive is used sometimes by the author in a passage where some contrast apparently exists; e.g.neque tamen Catilinae furor minuebatur, sed in dies plura agitare(Cat. 24. 2). (At Rome Catiline`s preparations for insurrection resulted in failure) interea Manlius in Etruria plebem sollicitare (Cat. 28. 4). In these instances an antithesis in thought is to be regarded as strengthened by that in form between the historic infinitive and the finite verb. This view pushed farther induces one to hold that because of the formal contrast Sallust generally uses the historic infinitive whenever he prefers to throw one action, dramatic or not, into relief againstthe others.
