      • 原料乳의 貯藏中 滴定酸度 및 總生菌數의 變化에 關한 硏究 : Ⅰ. 貯藏時間 및 溫度差에 의한 變化 Ⅰ. Studies on the Time of Storage and Difference Temperature

        機械搾乳한 原料乳를 5℃,15℃ 및 30℃에서 保存하여 5時間 간격을 두고 經視的으로 酸度測定, 總生菌數檢査 및 大腸菌群檢査를 한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 搾乳卽時의 滴定酸度는 0.1455%였다. 2. 搾乳卽時의 總生菌數는 4.5×10exp(4)/㎖이었다. 3. 滴定酸度는 5℃에서는 25時間이상 20℃에서는 5∼10時間 사이에 30℃에서는 5時間에서 기준치 이하였다. 4. 총생균수는 5℃에서는 20시간 이상 20℃에서는 10시간 30℃에서는 5시간 保存까지 基準(2×10exp(6)/㎖)이하로 나타났다. 5. 搾乳卽時 大腸菌群은 4.0×10exp(2)/㎖이었으나 15時間까지는 增加하였고 그 率은 점차 감소되었다. This study was conducted to fine out the titratable acidity and microbiological change during storage raw maik. It were taken from the mixed milk by Holstein cows in Jinju Agriculture & Forestry Junier Technical College under temperature of 30℃, 20℃ and 5℃ each for 25 hours in the laboratory. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The titratable acidity was 0.1455% in right after the milking. 2. The total bacterial counts of right after the milking was 4.5×10exp(4)/㎖. 3. The titratable acidity did not increase up to the inedible level of goverment standard until more than 25, between 5 and 10. and before 5 hours at 5, 20 and 30℃ conditions, respectively. 4. The total bacterial counts of raw milk did not increase up to inedible level of goverment standard until more than 20, 10 and 5 hours at 5, 20, and 30℃ conditions, respectively. 5. The colforms count of raw milk of right after the milking was 4.0×10exp(2)㎖ and there after it were incressed a space of 15 hours. But as the time passed it were decreased every temperature conditions.

        This experiment was conducted to determine the germicidal action of milk change during storage raw milk. The sample were taken frome the mixed milk by Holstein Cows in Jinju Agriculture & Forestry Junier Technical College. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The titratable acidity did not increase up to the inedible level of goverment standard untile more than 12 hours at 5℃, and 20℃ condition and 8 hours at 30℃ condition. 2. The germicidal action of raw milk at 5℃ condition, 10 hours at 20℃ conditions were disapeared after 1.5 and before and after 2 hours, there after it were disapeared 10 hours ago and 8 hour ago, where as it were disapeared 1.5 hours ago at 30℃ condition. 3. The colforms count of milk at were 4.0×10exp(2)/㎖ and 15 hours after storage were 7.9×10exp(2)/㎖, 8×10exp(2)/㎖ and 6.2×10exp(2)/㎖ at 30℃ 20℃ and 5℃ conditions.

        In Vitro 고삼투압이 정자 원형질막의 Protein Tyrosine Phosphorylation에 미치는 영향

        정자의 원형질막은 삼투압에 의해서 영향을 받는다고 보고되고 있다. 이중 세포막내 분자구조의 변화 특히 막지질 구조의 변화와 동반되는 이온채널의 변화 그리고 Ca2+과 HCO-3의 유동성과도 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 지금까지의 연구보고에 의하면, 정자의 첨체반응 (acrosome reaction)이 일어날 경우 protein tyrosine phosphorylation이 증가되는데 이것은 cAMP, protein kinase A 등을 통하여 작용되는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 막의 지질변화를 유도하는 물질로 일종의 sterol acceptor인 BSA가 알려져 있는 바, 실제로 BSA가 막지질 성분에 미치는 영향을 관찰한 결과 cholesterol이 유출되고 이온 등의 유동성 변화가 일어나, 이 유동성 변화가 정자의 adenylyl cyclase를 활성화시켜 cAMP를 증가시키고, PKA가 활성화되어 결과적으로 Protein tyosine phosphorycation이 유도된다고 보는 것이다. 침체반응과 protein tyrosine phosphorylation과는 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 사료되고 있다. 본 연구는 정자 원형질막에서 cholesterol이 유출되어 protein tyrosine phosphorylation이 유도될 때, BSA와 같은 sterol acceptor가 작용할 것이라는 전제하에, 고삼투압 하에서 탈수로 인해 원형질막이 위축되더라도 sterol acceptor가 존재한다면 막지질 성분의 구조적 변화가 억제 될 수 있을 것이라는 가설을 설정하였다. 실험결과, 저온 및 고삼투압 하에서 정자운동은 감소되지만 원형질막의 구조적 변화는 없고, 삼투압에 대한 반응정도는 원형질막을 통한 수분이동과 세포용적 변화에 따라 비례적으로 일어난다고 하는 사실을 발견하였다. 이 결과는 정자보존에 있어서 저온변화에 영향을 미치는 여러 인자들 특히 protein fgrosine phosphorylation의 증가와 밀접한 관계가 있음을 시시해 준다. 또한 sterol acceptor로 알려진 BSA는 삼투압이 변화되더라도 역시 중요한 인자로 작용할 수 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 특히 고삼투압으로의 변화는 cAMP와 protein kiname A를 거치는 신호전달과정에 있어서 중요한 요인이라는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. It has been reported that plasma membrane activity of the spermatozoa may be susceptible to be influenced by extracellular osmolality and such membranous changes involve intracellular molecular changes, special regard to the structure of membranous lipids, and the accompanying ion-channel of which are closely related with their fluidity of Ca2+ and HCO-3. It is of common recognition that a certain kind of sterol acceptor player an important to induce lipid fluctuation of the sperm plasma membrane which have been influenced by BSA administration and came in effect to outflow of cholesterol from the spermatozoa and resulted in changes of ionic fluidity to facilitate adenylyl cyclase, and to induce protein tyrosine phosphorylation by increase of cAMP and activation of PKA. Thus it seems likely that an augmentation of the acrosomal reaction is closely related with protein tyrosine phosphorylation. The following experimental results were obtained in the present study; Under the high osmolality conditions, the spermatozoa motility declined significantly and the structural change of the plasma membrane diminished to confirm that the response degrees to the osmolality depended upon the water transfer volume through the plasma membrane and the changes of cellular volume. Those experimental results suggest that a physiological parameter such as low temperature condition played an important role for presentation of spermatozoa and that inducement of spermatozoa activation for reinforcement of protein tyrosine phosphorylation. On the other hand, it seemed likely that the BSA administration as one of sterol acceptors might represent a key role also under the high osmolality condition and their result also suggests that osmolality change, special regard to high osmolality condition may play an important role also in the processes of signal transmission

      • 現代國語는 接尾辭에 대한 構造的 硏究(Ⅰ) : With Emphasis on the Identification of the Morpheme 確立基準을 中心으로

        1. There are many derivational suffixes in Modern Korean. The aim of this paper is to study the identifying standards of derivational suffixes. I have attempted to investigate the relationships among derivational suffixes, bound nouns, and particles. 2. The characteristics of derivational suffixes are Dependences and Irregularities. But we find that some independent and regular items are registered as derivational suffixes in most dictionaries. Some grammarians treat the above items as bound nouns and particles. Therefore, we can say that there are no objective standards in identifying suffixes as morphemes. The standard I have established are as follows: (1) Requirement of Dependence. Some verbs can frequently function as bound forms after nominal roots. The verbs following nominal roots can be treated as derivational suffixes. (e.g. 사랑하˙다˙, 공부되˙다˙.) Even if the meanings of items refer to the full forms, they should be considered derivational suffixes, if they cannot be used as free forms, (e.g. 가을걷˙이˙, 강진낳˙이˙, 닷되빠˙듯˙, 여섯치넉˙넉˙). Even if the items cannot be used as free forms, they should also be considered as suffixes if their structural patterns are similar to the free forms, (e.g. -뜨리다, -지다). Two categories of the latter can be called Semi-Suffixes. (2) Requirement of Irregularities. Even if the items have more extensive distribution, they can be entered as suffixal categories if their structural patterns are different from other bound forms, namely bound nouns and particles.(e.g. 끼리, 들, 쯤, 깨, 게, 곶, 꼴, 씩, 어치). It is said that bound nouns are used after the modifier forms and emphatic particles can be arranged after case particles. But the above items are not used after the modifier forms, nor are they used after the case particles. (3) Requirement of Semantic Value. Even if the items are similiar to the endings or particles, they should be considered as the affixal categories if they make an idiomatic form in combining with any restricted root. (e.g. 없는˙, 요컨˙대˙; 여태까˙지˙, 진실로˙, 백주에˙). (4) Requirement of Free Combination with Particles and Endings. Derivational suffixes are always arranged before particles and endings because of their restricted distribution. Accordingly, they are opening morphemes we can say that derivational suffixes can be combined with any inflectional suffixes without restriction.

      • 한국의 동북아 물류중심지화를 위한 해운중개업의 현황과 발전방향

        최근 한국이 동북아 지역의 물류거점화 지역으로 도약하기 위하여 많은 정책과 지원의 논의가 다방면으로 거론 되어 왔다. 하지만 해운 물류 산업의 주요부분을 차지하고 있는 해운중개회사들은 선박회사와는 달리 어떠한 정부의 정책적인 지원도 없이 생존경쟁을 하고 있다. 한국해운중개업이 당면한 가장 주요한 문제는 업체의 영세성, 정보부족, 연구·조사기능의 부족이며 정부의 정책적인지원도 업체간의 자율적인 인수·합병 후 대형화, 연구·조사능력을 강화하는 방향으로 지원하여야 될 것이다. 업체간의 자율적인 인수·합병하여 회사규모를 대형화하는 해운중계회사에 대해서는 연구·조사기능의 강화를 위하여 일정기간동안 법인세를 면제해주는 방법 등도 고려할 수 있다. 그러나 해운중개업에 대한 정부의 정책적인 지원이 현실적으로 쉽지 않은 것만은 사실이나 해운법 제44조의 해운산업장기발전계획에 의거하여 가능한 한 모든 지원을 해야 될 것이다. Even though Shipbroking is one of the important areas Shipping Industry, It is difficult to find any kind of study on shipbroking in Korea. Since most of the contract have been conducted through shipbrokers therefore Shipbrokers' international competitiveness will be important in Shipping Industry. In this paper, we have studied general situation of Shipbroking business and it's development method in Korea. in Korea, there are more than 270 shipbroking company registered at Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries which is more than 4 times higher compared to about 60 registered ship owners. Due to serious competition and small-scale of each shipbroking company, Korean Shipbroking Company is difficulty situation to compete with other foreign mega shipbroking company. In order to survive from heavy competition, We have to merge small shipbroking company in korea and to enhance shipbrokers ability for development of new business in shipbrpking.

        전신적인 피부병변으로 발현한 모세포성 NK세포 림프종 1예

        저자들은 다른 장기의 침범 없이 전신적인 피부 병변만으로 발현한 모세포성 NK세포 림프종 1예를 국내에서 처음으로 경험하였기에 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Reports of blastic natural killer (NK)-cell lymphoma are rare. In previous reports, primary cutaneous blastic NK-cell lymphomas were even rarer. In asian patients, most CD56+ lymphomas are classified as nasal type extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma and mostly associated with the presence of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and have an aggressive clinical course. Few cases of blastic NK-cell lymphoma were reported previously in Korea but there was report about blastic NK-cell lymphoma initially presented as disseminated skin lesions without any other organ involvement. We report such a young patient who was treated by systemic chemotherapy.
