This paper proposes a new webpage analysis tool based on bioinformatics. The tool puts web pages into single chromosome and expresses each character and image in the pages by gene, DNA. It analyzes similarity of gene by PCR during the process. Similarity of web page is calculated using fitness Function of gene algorithm.

범불안장애 혹은 공황장애 환자에서 Mindfulness에 기반한 인지치료의 장기치료 효과 : 1년 추적관찰

Objectives Mindfulness-base cognitive therapy (MBCT) has been used to treat patients with depression to prevent relapse. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of Mindfulness-Base Cognitive Therapy for patients who suffer with generalized anxiety disorder or panic disorder for 1 year. Methods 19 patients with generalized anxiety disorder or panic disorder were assigned to receive MBCT for a period of 8 weeks. The Hamiltion Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A), the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAM-D), the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and the Beck Depression inventory (BDI) were used at 0 weeks, 8 weeks and 1 year to assess the results. Results MBCT demonstrated significantly decreases on all the anxiety scale scores (HAM-A, p=0.00 ; BAI, p=0.00) and depressive scale scores (HAM-D, p=0.99 ; BDI, p=0.00). The patients who received 8-week of MBCT showed a higher remission rate (15/19, 78%) during the 1-year follow-up period. Conclusion MBCT may be effective at relieving the anxiety and depressive symptoms of patients who suffer with generalzed anxiety disorder or panic disorder for 1 year. However, further well-designed controlled trials are needed to assess the value of MBCT.

탐색 공간 변형을 적용한 그래프 분할 문제 해결 방안

In this paper, we consider a graph partition problem, in which we partition the vertices of the graph into 2 parts and minimize the sum of costs of edges that connect two parts. We use Kernighan's heuristic method based on a local search method for solving the problem, In order to increase the possibility of finding the global optimum, we apply smoothing techniques to the heuristic method and propose two smoothing algorithms. Also, we propose an algorithm for obtaining an initial solution and using the initial solution, we can get a minimum solution that is not worse than solutions that can be obtained using many random initial solutions. Through the computational experiments, we demonstrate the proposed methods are better than the existing method for the graph partition problem.

The purpose of this study is to suggest institutional reformation of public office facilities by analysis the status of services on welfare for the aged and disabled. For this study, we have researched and analyzed on two different aspects. The aspects are space composition of public office facilities, welfare systems and service support within region. And we can get the following important points as conclusion; ① We need to consider on not only access for public office facilities site hut also the connection on business such as block plan on zone and connection between quarters. Architectural plan has to be considered. ② Most of the public office facilities use human service resources as a supporting system for shortage of convenient facilities. Variety of welfare services are required. ③ We need to secure various programs and space for local peculiarities and social demand.

한국노동빈민의 빈곤과 사회적 배제의 관련성에 관한 실증적 연구

본 연구에서 한국노동빈민의 빈곤과 사회적 배제의 현황과 그 관련성을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 한국노동패널데이터(1~6차년도)의 개인자료와 가구자료를 연결해서 분석에 이용하였다. 상대적 빈곤개념을 중심으로 빈곤선을 설정하여 빈곤 규모를 추산하였고, 사회적 배제는 이론적 검토를 통하여 자료의 현실적 한계를 고려한 다섯 가지 차원으로 나누어 측정을 시도하였다. 빈곤선과 근로소득유무를 중심으로 비노동-빈민, 노동빈민, 비노동-비빈민, 노동-비빈민 등 네 집단으로 연구집단을 구분하였고, 사회적 배제의 하위차원을 소유차원, 소비차원, 교육차원, 사회적 관계와 참여차원, 생산차원 등으로 구분하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 각 집단 간의 빈곤과 노동여부 및 정도에 따라 사회적 배제의 정도가 차이가 있었고, 특히 소비차원과 소유차원의 차이가 다른 차원보다 컸다는 것이다. 그리고 사회적 배제의 연도별 중첩정도는 집단 간 유의한 차이를 보이고 있었고, 생산차원과 소비차원, 교육차원과 소유차원의 중첩정도는 노동빈민의 빈곤기간에 유의한 영향을 주고 있었다는 것을 알 수 있었다. This empirical paper analyze the present states and relavency of poverty and social exclusion that the Korean working poor have. For these purpose, we used the KLIPS(Korean Labor and Income Panel Study, 1--6). This paper tried to set up a threshold for relative poverty and 5 dimensions of social exclusion. These dimensions of social exclusion consititute material well-being, consumption, education, social relation and participation, and product. The degrees of social exclusion dimensions significantly different within the poor group, the working-poor group, the jobless non-poor, and the working non-poor. In specially, the big differences appeared in the dimensions of consumption and product. And, the exclusion of multiple dimensions in each year appeared significantly differences within the groups. Finally, the period of poverty of the working poor was proportioned to the exclusion of product dimension, consumption dimension, education dimension, and material well-being dimension.

KCDSA 및 EC-KCDSA를 기반으로한 부분 은닉 서명

In this paper, we suggest partial blind signature schemes based on KCBSA and EC-KCDSA. Partial blind signature reveals some part of message to be signed and this property provides anonimity and additional functions applicable to the on line electronic payment system. The suggested schems can be applicable to the refunds resuable online electronic check system.

오옥신의 종류 및 농도가 가이즈까 향나무의 삽목 발근에 미치는 영향

Effects of auxin and Rootone on the rooting of Juniperus chinensis var. Kaizuka cutting were investigated to improve propagation efficiency. When Rootone treated, rooting was 100% compared with the control, 33%. IBA 200ppm 1h and NAA 100ppm 12h improved evidently rooting, 93% and 90%, respectively. Root fresh weight increased up to 131mg by Rootone. NAA 200ppm 12h, NAA 500ppm 1h, and IBA 200ppm 1h were also very effective to root fresh weight more than 110mg. Shoot growth(height, fresh weight and dry weight) did not increase largely, but increased a little. Dipping into high concentration auxin solution for 1min increased rooting rate and root fresh weight, but was less effective than low concentration treatment. Shoot growth did not increase largely, but increased a little. These results indicate that Rootone and IBA 200ppm 1h are most effective for improvement of rooting in Juniperus chinensis var. Kaizuka cutting.

실험적 진폐증에서 투여약제에 따른 면역학적 병리학적 조직변화

To access the effects of some drugs such as piperazine phosphare, azathioprine and allopurinol in the experimental pneumoconiosis, 263 rats weighted 240-320 gm was divided into the control and eight experimental groups. To each group, the turbid solution mixed free silica, talc and natural coal dust of 50 mg in 0.8 ml saline were instilled intratracheally. At the begining and 5th week of experiment, piperazine phosphate(8mg/week orally), aspirin(1.5mg/day intramuscularly), azathioprine(25mg/day orally) and allopurinol(1.5mg/day orally) were administered simultaneously, while the dust turbid solution was only given to the control group. For each group the change of body weight. dry right lung weight, cellularity including total cell, macrophage, lymphocyte and neurtrophil in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, superoxide ion, hydroxyproline, leukotriene B₄, tumor necrotsis factor, prostaglandin E₂were examined, and observed the pathological chages in lung tissue. The results were as follow : 1. The larger amount of their instilled dust and the longer observation period, the severer pathological findings were found in the lung tissue of each experimental group. 2. The body and dry right lung wight was not significantly changed in the experimental groups compared with the control group. 3. The number of total cell in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was markedly less in the experimental group than the control one, while no significant difference was found in the percent alveolar macrophages and lymphocytes in both groups. However, the percent of neutrophiles was usually lower than in the control group. 4. The amount of superoxide ion was frequently less in the experimental group compared with the control one. 5. The amount of hydroxyproline was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control one. 6. The amount of leukotriene B₄was usually less in the drug administered group than in the control one. 7. The amount of tumor necrotic factor was also frequently lower in each experimental group than in the control one. 8. The amount of prostaglandin E₂was usually higher in each experimental group than in the control one.
