        논문 : Top-Down 공법이 적용된 흙막이벽의 역해석을 이용한 거동분석

        본 연구에서는 흙막이벽 설계시 널리 사용되고 있는 SUNEX 프로그램을 이용하여 Top-Down 공법이 적용된 지중연 속벽, 주열식 흙막이벽 (CIP벽, SCW벽)의 변형거동을 분석하였다. 해석프로그램에 Rankine의 토압(l857), Terzaghi and Peck의 토압(1967), Tschebotarioff의 토압(1973), 홍원표·윤중만의 토압(1995a)을 적용하여 흙막이벽의 수평변위를 예측하였다. 프로그램 해석결과, 흙막이벽의 수평변위량은 토압의 종류에 따라 큰 차이를 나타내고 있다. 홍원표·윤중만의 토압(I995a)을 적용하여 얻은 흙막이벽의 예측수평변위량이 실측수평변위량과 가장 유사하게 나타났다. 따라서 프로 그램 해석시 홍원표·윤중만의 경험토압(l995a)을 적용하면, Top-Down 공법이 적용된 흙막이벽의 변형거동을 비교적 정확히 예측할 수 있다. Abstract: The behaviors of a diaphragm wall and a contiguous pile wall such as CIP (Case-in-place pile) and SCW (Soil-cement wall), applied to the top-down construction method, were analyzed using the SUNEX program, which is widely used to design earth retaining walls. Four types of earth pressures, as described by Rankine (1857), Terzaghi and Peck (1967), Tchbotarioff (1973), and Hong and Yun (1995a), were applied to the analysis program to predict the lateral displacement of walls, The results show that the displacements of an earth retaining walls vary with the applied earth pressure. The predicted lateral displacement based on Hong & Yun`s (1995a) earth pressure is similar to the measured displacement. Therefore, the actual lateral displacement of an earth retaining wall, as applied to top-down construction method, can be accurately predicted by using an analysis program considering Hong and Yun`s (1995a) earth pressure.

        Top-Down 공법이 적용된 지중연속벽의 설계시 측방토압의 적합성 평가

        본 연구에서는 지중연속벽 설계시 사용되는 범용 해석프로그램에 Rankin(1857)의 이론토압과 홍원표와 윤중만(1995a)의 경험 토압을 각각 적용하여 Top-Down 공법에 적용된 지중연속벽의 수평변위를 분석하였다. 그리고 이들 해석 프로그램에서 산정된 예측변위량과 지중경사계로 측정된 실측변위량을 비교 검토하였다. 현재 지중연속벽 설계에 적용되는 해석프로그램에는 Rankine의 토압이 주로 적용되고 있다. 검토결과, 지중연속벽의 예측수평변위는 적용되는 토압에 따라 상당히 큰 차이를 나타내고 있다. Rankine의 토압을 적용하여 산정된 예측수평변위 형상은 실측결과와 큰 차이를 보이고 있으며 벽체의 하부에서 예측치가 실측치보다 과다하게 산정되었다. 반면, 홍원표·윤중만의 토압을 적용하여 얻은 예측수평변위 형상과 최대수평변위 량은 실측결과와 유사하게 나타났다. 따라서 Top-Down 공법이 적용된 지중연속벽의 설계시 Rankine의 토압보다는 홍원표·윤중만의 경험토압을 적용하는 것이 적합함을 알 수 있다. The Rankine(1857)'s earth pressure and the Hong and Yun(1995a)'s earth pressure was applied to analyze the lateral displacement of diaphragm wall applied to the Top-Down construction method using the computer program, which is a common design program for diaphragm wall. The lateral displacement estimated by the computer program was compared with the lateral displacement measured by inclinometer. The Rankine's earth pressure has been widely used to design the diaphragm wall in the analysis of computer program. As the result of comparison, the lateral displacement of diaphragm wall was predicted differently according to the applied earth pressures. The behavior of lateral displacement predicted by the Rankine's earth pressure was different with displacement measured by inclinometer and the lateral displacement at the bottom part was overestimated. However, the lateral displacement predicted by the Hong and Yun's earth pressure is similar to the behavior and maximum value of real displacement. Therefore, the Hong and Yun's earth pressure is more suitable than the Rankine' earth pressure to design the diaphragm walls applied to the Top-Down Construction Method.

      • 光度滴定法에 依한 P.A.S.의 定量法에 對한 硏究

        Since the periodide ion has the maximum absorption at 290 m, carried out a titration method of Para-Aminosalycilic Acid (P.A.S.) by photometric titration by appling the brometry under the presence of bromine ion. Adding excess of bromine into the P.A.S. solution, under the acidity of hydrochloric acid, P.A.S. is converted into tribromaminophenol. And in the water solution, periodide ion will be isolate from KI by exchanging reaction between the excess bromine and iodide ion. Absorption spectra of above solution, were therefore measured over the whole range of ultraviolet region before, during, equivalent point and excess of titration with Na_2S_2O_3 standard solution. Consequantly, determination of periodide ion by photometric titration makes it possible to calculate the amount of P.A.S. from the amount of spended Na_2S_2O_3 solution even to minute amount of sample, at 286mμ and 355 mμ.

      • MgO, Al₂O₃doping에 의한 CaO-SiO₂계의 상변화 기구

        For to detect the mechanism of the reaction product phases and their formations according to the reactions temperature and reaction time variation on the system (CaO-10% Al₂O₃ - doped with χ% MgO) - SiO₂ (here χ varies with 3,5 and 10 by weight %), the x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and polarizing microscope were analyzed. The main product phase were C₂S, CS and glass phase, and a little amount of C₃S and C₃S₂ phase were finded out when the doping contents of MgO were 3 and 5% respectively. These tendancy were increased with the reaction temperature at the same doping content. Especially, the CS phase was formed needle shape crystal, and precipitated MgO was formed inside the glass phase. However, when MgO was doped with 10%, MgO-Al₂O₃ spinel and anorthite crystal were formed inside the CAM and the product layer. In that condition, the product thichness of CS was reduced compared to 3 and 5% doped with MgO. But C₂s phase was increased with its elevated temperature.

        A patient with uncontrollable postoperative renal hemorrhage was successfully treated by selective injection of gelfoam into the anterior inferior segmental branch of right renal artery. Follow up arteriography was done 16 days later. It revealed persistent occlusion of the bleeding vessels. This method is a simple effective procedure in cases of renal hemorrhage to diverse etiology without responsive management.

      • 환자에서 분리한 Klebsiella pneumoniae의 장독소 생성능 및 활성에 대하여

        임상에서 가져온 99주에 대한 재 실험 결과 40주의 분리균은 생물, 화학적 성상이 Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 13883과 동일한 성상을 나타내었으며, K99 균주의 장독소 생성능을 CYE 배지와 CAYE 배지에서 비교하였을 때, CYE 배지에서의 독소 생성능이 높았다. 또한 균주의 배양시간별 장독소 생성능 측정을 위해 배양 후 12시간부터 24시간까지 3시간 간격으로 측정해 본 결과, 21시간 배양했을 때 장독소 생성능이 가장 높았고 마우스 접종시간별 장 독성능을 알아보기 위해 접종 후 시간별로 장 독성능을 측정해 본 결과, 접종 후 4시간후에 장 독성능을 측정했을 때의 효과가 가장 높았다. 따라서 이상의 결과를 종합하면, 환자로부터 분리한 Klebsiella pneumoniae K99 균주는 기존에 보고된 것과는 다소 차이가 있는 생물 및 생화학적 특징을 나타내는 장독소를 생산하는 것을 알 수 있었다. In this study, the enterotoxin of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from clinical patients in Korea was characterized. Enterotoxin of Kelbsiella pneumoniae has been known to be secreted in the water and electrolytes in the small intestines of human resulted in diarrhea. For this reason, Klebsiella pneumoniae strains were isolated from patients at hospitals in Seoul, Korea and were investigated for their ability for enterotoxin production by the method of suckling mouse assay. The results were as follows; 1. For their ability of enterotoxin production by the culture media, the casamino acid yeast extract medium was more effective than the casamino acid yeast extract salt medium. 2. For their ability of enterotoxin production by the culture time, enterotoxin their peaked at 21 hrs of incubation. 3. Maximal cytotoxicity was achieved at 4 hrs after the administration of the enterotoxin into the mouse.

      • 一部 大學生들의 性에 對한 認識,態度 및 性經驗에 關한 調査硏究

        For one month from September 24, 1992, the knowledge, attitude and experience toward sex of K University student were investigated, and the results were as follows. 1. The time that majority of subjects began to be interested in sex was at the 5th to 6th grade of primary school (22.8%). The case that had troubles about sex was 77.9% of all subjects and this reveals that sex is an important issue of adolescent period. The method to resolve their sexual desire were reading books (12.2%), masturbation (10.2%) and suppression (10%). They got information of sex from magazines (37.4%), friends (21.6%) and they counselled the issue of sex with their friends (65.6%). 2. Almost all of the subjects (98.3%) talked about marriage and love at school and were interested in making friends of opposite sex. 88.4% of subjects had an experience of having friends of opposite sex and 45.3% of subjects thought them as friends. 78.1% of parents were affirmative to their children´s making friends with opposite sex. 3. Only 35.6% of subjects thought that pre-marriage virginity should be kept, and there was difference of concept between males (28.3%) and females (50.6%) (p<0.001). 4. The experience of msturbation was 63.5% and there was large difference between both sexes (male: 88.4%, female: 12.8%). The subjects that had not experienced kiss were 50.4% of total. The subjects that had not experienced sexual intercourse were 68.3% of total, and there were statistically significant difference between both sexes(male: 56.3%, female: 93%).

      • Moment Method을 이용한 스트립 回折格子에 의한 TM 散亂

        무한한 길이를 가지며, 미소두께를 가지는 완전도체 strip 回析格子의 電流分布를 임의의 방향으로 부터 비스듬히 TM波가 入射하는 경우에 대해서 고찰하였다. TE波에 대해 경계조건이 만족되는 式을 얻고, 모멘트 法을 적용하여 電流分布와 반사계수를 구하였고, strip 상에 유도되는 전류분포에 대해서는 h=0.2[λ]경우에서 strip간격 s=2w일때 특성이 양호하였고, 반사계수는 strip 회절격자에 수직으로 입사한 경우 s=1[λ]이하일 때 좋은 결과를 얻었다. In this paper, current distribution for strip grating of perfect conductivity, infinite length and infinitesimal thickness are discussed for E-polarization plane wave are oblique incidence case from arbitrary direction. First all equation which satisfies the boundary condition is set up for the case of E-polarization. Then it is solved by the moment method to get the induced current density. In the result of computer simulation the reflection coefficient and current distribution induced the open surface of a strip grating. It is shown that the current density obtained good results provided the space=2w and h=0.2 [λ] and the reflection coefficient for a strip grating with normal incidence obtained good results for the spacing is less than one wavelength.
