The purpose of this study is to identify with visual data whether interest in eSports affects the poster's information search. Scan path and hit map were collected using eye tracker and eye tracking program. As a result, 1) In the case of interest, the event was the first to notice, and in the case of non-interested was the first to see the title. 2) The amount of information collected by interested persons was greater. 3) In the case of interest, the most attention stayed on the event, and in the case of non-interested, the most attention stayed on the title. If additional research on eSports is conducted, various approaches can be used as marketing materials that can be applied to poster design production.

This study was carried out to evaluate the application possibility of UF Membrane System to papermaking industry in order to optimize the recycling of white water. In this study, for the efficiency test of UF modules, the MWCO(molecular weight cut-off) of the membrane was estimated by the COD measurement from UF filtrate water. From the rejection rate of membrane, three kinds of UF module were selected and evaluated in the factors of COD, SS, turbidity and flow rate.

This study is purposed to analyse the effects of long-term & one-time 10km running exercise from bone metabolic marker change on bone metabolism. 7 male members(18.6±1.08) from a marathon club were subjected to the study. They were allowed to do long-term 10 km running training once a week for 6 months. And bone metabolism mark was determined according to the respective times : before/after 6 months training, before/after 10 km race, one day after the race, 3 days after the race. The examination items of bone metabolism mark were serum calcium, phosphorus, paratyroid hormone, osteocalcin, calcitonin, alkaline phosphatase in blood and calcium, phosphorus, deoxypyridinolin in urine. The results of study were as follows; 1) There was no change in deoxypyridinolin and alkaline phosphatase but there was significant change in calcitonin, paratyroid hormone and osteocalcin(p<.01). 2) There was no change of Calcium in serum and urine but there was significant change of phosphorus in blood(p<.01). To make a conclusion, it is determined that long-term 10 km running at low intensity and low frequency tends to restrict bone metabolism circulation, but exercise at a little high level activates bone metabolism into building up bones and absorbing bones and finally shows up high bone metabolism circulation, which is inferred to have an effective influence on bone health. It is considered there is a possibility that different exercise intensity, even same kind of exercise, influences on bone metabolism sdifferently.

In this paper, a simple voltage balance method for a SST using cascaded H-bridge converters is proposed to reduce the voltage difference of H-bridge converters. The tolerance of DAB converter’s passive components in each secondary stage causes the unbalance problem of output voltage in primary side H-bridge converter. In order to reduce the voltage difference of H-bridge converters, the additional voltage balance controller is merged in DAB converter’s voltage controller. By using the proposed voltage balance controller, the modified phase shift angle is applied for each DAB converters. Due to the proposed control methods, the dc-link voltage through each H-bridge converters can be balanced. Compared to the conventional methods, the proposed balance method does not require the additional current sensors for voltage balance control. The design and performance of the proposed SST are verified by experimental results using a 5kW prototype.
Phenolic Compounds from Pueraria lobata Protect PC12 Cells against Aβ-induced Toxicity

Bioassay-guided fractionation of the EtOAc-soluble extract of Pueraria lobata based on the inhibition of Aβ-induced toxicity in PC12 cells resulted in the isolation of four known active compounds, genistein (8), biochanin A (9), sissotrin (10), and puerol B (11). Of these, genistein (8) and biochanin A (9) exhibited potent neuroprotective effects with ED50 values of 33.7 and 27.8 μM, respectively. In addition, a new coumestan, 2-(α,α-dimethylallyl)coumestrol (1) was isolated and characterized, but proved to be inactive, as were additional seven known compounds. The structure of new compound 1 was determined using spectroscopic techniques.
Metaplastic Meningioma Overspreading the Cerebral Convexity

Meningioma is relatively common, benign, and extra-axial tumor accounting for about 20% of primary brain and spinal cord tumors. The World Health Organization (WHO) classified these tumors into Grade I (benign), Grade II (atypical), and Grade III (anaplastic) meningioma. Grade I meningioma which is slowly growing tumor and have some rare subtypes. Among them, metaplastic subtype is defined as a tumor containing focal or widespread mesenchymal components including osseous, cartilaginous, lipomatous, myxoid or xanthomatous tissue, singly or in combinations. We report a rare metaplastic meningioma overspreading nearly whole cerebral convexity from main extra-axial tumor bulk in the parietal lobe.

The inhibition of Interleukin-1beta (IL-1β) is of substantial interest for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Using an in vitro assay with RAW 264.7 cells, oxo-acetic acid 2-ethoxy-4-(3-hydroxy-2-oxopropyl) phenyl ester (1) was isolated from the roots of Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews as an inhibitor of IL-1β with an IC50 value of 56 μM. Compound 1 is a novel phenylesteric compound from P. suffruticosa Andrews. Compound 1 was shown to inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines in RAW 264.7 cells. Thus, a possible new action of novel compound is provided explaining the anti-rheumatoid arthritic properties of P. suffruticosa Andrews.
Anaplastic Thyroid Cancer Successfully Treated With Paclitaxel and Radiation: A Case Report

Anaplastic thyroid cancer (ATC) is rare and aggressive, with an extremely low cure rate and poor prognosis. Here, we report a case of treating patients with ATC through multimodal treatment and review the related literature. We report the case of a 56-year-old woman who was referred to our hospital for getting treated for ATC, which extended to the external right tracheal wall and muscular layer of the esophagus, with lateral lymph node metastasis. The patient underwent concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Three cycles of weekly paclitaxel administration were conducted, along with intensity-modulated radiotherapy. In response evaluation after three cycles of paclitaxel treatment, the main mass showed a partial response, and 2 additional cycles of paclitaxel administration were included in the treatment regimen. After the 5 cycles, the patient showed a partial response and was considered operable. The patient underwent bilateral total thyroidectomy with central compartment neck dissection and bilateral modified radical neck dissection. More than 43 months following diagnosis, the patient is still alive without evidence of local recurrence or distant metastases. Paclitaxel-based concurrent chemoradiation therapy has demonstrated potential as an alternative and effective treatment option in patients with unresectable ATC, with a durable response of 43 months and mild toxicity.
