        누가 백신을 맞는가: 기술수용모형(TAM)으로 살펴본 중국인들의 COVID-19 백신접종 결정요인들

        본 연구는 기술수용모형을 이론적 틀로 삼아 접종의도의 개념과 그것에 영향력이 있을 것으로 예상되는 다양한 개념들을 측정하는 복수의 문항들로 구성된 설문을 통해 중국인들의 COVID-19 백신 접종의도를 결정하는 요인들이 무엇이었고 그 영향구조는 어떠한가를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 중국 현지에서 수행된 조사 결과를 다각도로 분석한 연구자들은 다음과 같은 결론을 도출할 수 있었다: 첫째, 용이성은 무의미하며, 유용성 지각이 접종의도 형성에 중심역할을 한다. 백신은 분명 신기술이고 따라서 기술수용모형의 적용이 가능해야 하지만, 접종이라는 행동은 그 난이도가 현저히 낮아, 용이성이 큰 의미를 갖지 못한 것으로 해석된다. 둘째, 모든 영향의 원천은 건강관련 지식(헬스리터러시)과 위험지각(지각된 위험)으로 압축된다. 위험지각이 인간이 수집해 축적하는 관련 지식들에 의해 결정된다는 점을 상기할 때, 이는 대중을 대상으로 하는 국가 차원의 교육이 무엇보다 중요함을 시사한다. 셋째, 주관적 규범은 그 자체가 유용성과 접종의도에 미치는 영향에 더해, 헬스리터러시와 접종의도 그리고 지각된 위험과 접종의도 사이에서 의미 있는 중개역할을 한다. 또 하나의 주목할 만한 발견은 주관적 규범이 유용성에 미치는 긍정적 영향이 지각된 위험이 유용성에 미치는 부정적 영향보다 훨씬 크다는 사실이다. 본 연구는 기술수용모형이 백신접종 상황에도 적용이 가능하다는 점을 밝힌 이론적 의의에 더해, 정부가 ‘2021년 11월 국가 집단면역 완성’을 이루기 위해 무엇을 시도할 수 있는지를 제안해준 실무적 의의를 갖는다. The present study was performed to identify what factors determine the intention of Chinese people to get a COVID-19 vaccine and its effect structure with the data collected from an on-line survey conducted in China by employing the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). The present researchers carried out a series of analyses with the data to draw the conclusions as follows: First, perceived ease of use seems meaningless in the situation in which the target behavior was to get a vaccine, while perceived usefulness played a central role in the formation of such intention. Second, all the impacts seemed derived from people’s health literacy and perceived risk. Third, in addition to its own influence on usefulness and intention, subjective norm plays a significant mediating role between health literacy and intention and between perceived risk and intention. Finally, noteworthy is that the positive impact of subjective norm on usefulness is far greater than the negative impact of perceived risk, meaning that meeting the expectations of those they value and care is considered much more useful than avoiding the risk they are to face. In addition to the theoretical significance of revealing that the TAM can be applied to an inoculation situation, this study has practical significance suggesting what the government can do in order to achieve its goal of completing national immunity by November 2021.

      • Discrimination Index of Expansive Rock and Its Suitability

        Through the analysis of the existing expansive rock discriminant index, it can be classified into three types: rock material index, rock powder material index and comprehensive index. By analyzing the essential difference, this is diagenesis, between expansive rock and expansive soil, it is considered that the classification criteria for expansive rock in actual engineering should consider its expansion potential, diagenetic cementation and engineering characteristics, and it should be simple, effective, economical and reasonable. Finally, based on the above principles and comprehensive consideration of each discriminant index, a discriminating index and classification is proposed with the free expansion rate and the drying saturated moisture absorption rate of the rock mass as the initial judging and natural expansive pressure and rate as detailed and final judging criteria. Through the discriminating of 10 samples of a high-speed rail project, it is considered that this discriminating index and classification criteria are feasible.

        Electric load components have different characteristics according to the variation of voltage and frequency. This paper presents the load modeling of an electric locomotive by the parameter identification method. The proposed method for load modeling is very simple and easy for application. The proposed load model of the electric locomotive is represented by the combination of the loads that have static and dynamic characteristics. This load modeling is applied to the KTX in Korea to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The results of proposed load modeling by the parameter identification follow the field measurements very exactly.

        Modeling and Control Method for High-power Electromagnetic Transmitter Power Supplies

        High-power electromagnetic transmitter power supplies are an important part of deep geophysical exploration equipment. This is especially true in complex environments, where the ability to produce a highly accurate and stable output and safety through redundancy have become the key issues in the design of high-power electromagnetic transmitter power supplies. To solve these issues, a high-frequency switching power cascade based emission power supply is designed. By combining the circuit averaged model and the equivalent controlled source method, a modular mathematical model is established with the on-state loss and transformer induction loss being taken into account. A triple-loop control including an inner current loop, an outer voltage loop and a load current forward feedback, and a digitalized voltage/current sharing control method are proposed for the realization of the rapid, stable and highly accurate output of the system. By using a new algorithm referred to as GAPSO, which integrates a genetic algorithm and a particle swarm algorithm, the parameters of the controller are tuned. A multi-module cascade helps to achieve system redundancy. A simulation analysis of the open-loop system proves the accuracy of the established system and provides a better reflection of the characteristics of the power supply. A parameter tuning simulation proves the effectiveness of the GAPSO algorithm. A closed-loop simulation of the system and field geological exploration experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the control method. This ensures both the system's excellent stability and the output's accuracy. It also ensures the accuracy of the established mathematical model as well as its ability to meet the requirements of practical field deep exploration.

        地坑窑之于江南民居地下室的生态宜居启示

        伴随着经济水平的不断提高,科技能力的不断进步,国民生态意识的不断增强,本在不断加速的城市化进程中逐渐被湮没的窑洞民居形式以其独具的生态优势重获盛名,越来越多的专家学者对窑洞进行了深入研究。现今,窑洞不仅在其发祥地黄土高原区掀起了燎原之势,甚至跨区域以其变体形式在全国各地如雨后春笋涌现。本文欲将地坑窑与其在江南的变体形式之一——民居地下室进行对比分析,以期从中获取生态养分,同时结合现代生态技术,为将江南民居地下室转变为舒适健康的居住空间的探索提供思路。

        The Enlightenment of “the Harmony between Heaven and Human” Ecological View to the Ecological Development of Modern Mountainous Scenic Areas

        This paper, which takes the gardening view of "the harmony between heaven and human" in Chinese classical garden as the guiding concept, starts from the existing problems in the development of mountainous scenic areas. And then it takes the design scheme of Qianshan Ecological Scenic Spot in Anshan as an example to elaborate. Finally it provides a paradigm for the ecological development of the contemporary "Urban Forest" scenic spots - "Ecological Feedback Model", which lays a solid foundation for China's modern "Landscape City".

        Putative multiple reaction monitoring strategy for the comparative pharmacokinetics of postoral administration Renshen-Yuanzhi compatibility through liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

        Background: Exploring the pharmacokinetic (PK) changes of various active components of single herbs and their combinations is necessary to elucidate the compatibility mechanism. However, the lack of chemical standards and low concentrations of multiple active ingredients in the biological matrix restrict PK studies. Methods: A putative multiple reaction monitoring strategy based on liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LC-MS) was developed to extend the PK scopes of quantification without resorting to the use of chemical standards. First, the compounds studied, including components with available reference standard (ARS) and components lacking reference standard (LRS), were preclassified to several groups according to their chemical structures. Herb decoctions were then subjected to ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry analysis with appropriate collision energy (CE) in MS² mode. Finally, multiple reaction monitoring transitions transformed from MS² of ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry were used for ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry to obtain the mass responses of LRS components. LRS components quantification was further performed by developing an assistive group-dependent semiquantitative method. Results: The developed method was exemplified by the comparative PK process of single herbs Radix Ginseng (RG), Radix Polygala (RP), and their combinations (RG-RP). Significant changes in PK parameters were observed before and after combination. Conclusion: Results indicated that Traditional Chinese Medicine combinations can produce synergistic effects and diminish possible toxic effects, thereby reflecting the advantages of compatibility. The proposed strategy can solve the quantitative problem of LRS and extend the scopes of PK studies.

        A Novel Kernel SVM Algorithm with Game Theory for Network Intrusion Detection

        Network Intrusion Detection (NID), an important topic in the field of information security, can be viewed as a pattern recognition problem. The existing pattern recognition methods can achieve a good performance when the number of training samples is large enough. However, modern network attacks are diverse and constantly updated, and the training samples have much smaller size. Furthermore, to improve the learning ability of SVM, the research of kernel functions mainly focus on the selection, construction and improvement of kernel functions. Nonetheless, in practice, there are no theories to solve the problem of the construction of kernel functions perfectly. In this paper, we effectively integrate the advantages of the radial basis function kernel and the polynomial kernel on the notion of the game theory and propose a novel kernel SVMalgorithm with game theory for NID, called GTNID-SVM. The basic idea is to exploit the game theory in NID to get a SVM classifier with better learning ability and generalization performance. To the best of our knowledge, GTNID-SVM is the first algorithm that studies ensemble kernel function with game theory in NID. We conduct empirical studies on the DARPA dataset, and the results demonstrate that the proposed approach is feasible and more effective.

      • Range Aggregation With Set Selection

        <P>In the classic range aggregation problem, we have a set S of objects such that, given an interval I, a query counts how many objects of S are covered by I. Besides COUNT, the problem can also be defined with other aggregate functions, e.g., SUM, MIN, MAX and AVERAGE. This paper studies a novel variant of range aggregation, where an object can belong to multiple sets. A query (at runtime) picks any two sets, and aggregates on their intersection. More formally, let S<SUB>1</SUB>,...,S<SUB>m</SUB> be m sets of objects. Given distinct set ids i, j and an interval I, a query reports how many objects in S<SUB>i</SUB> ∩ S<SUB>j</SUB> are covered by I. We call this problem range aggregation with set selection (RASS). Its hardness lies in that the pair (i, j) can have (<SUB>2</SUB><SUP>m</SUP>) choices, rendering effective indexing a non-trivial task. 2 The RASS problem can also be defined with other aggregate functions, and generalized so that a query chooses more than 2 sets. We develop a system called RASS to power this type of queries. Our system has excellent efficiency in both theory and practice. Theoretically, it consumes linear space, and achieves nearly-optimal query time. Practically, it outperforms existing solutions on real datasets by a factor up to an order of magnitude. The paper also features a rigorous theoretical analysis on the hardness of the RASS problem, which reveals invaluable insight into its characteristics.</P>

      • Risk Assessment of Property Loss on Unstable Slopes under Different Rainfall Conditions -a Case Study of Xinglong Town of Zhenba County

        The accelerated development of urbanization in mountainous areas leads to the common occurrence of slope cutting, which caused an increase in the number and scale of unstable slopes around cities and towns. The critical rainfall intensity about the unstable slope transform into landslide will be reduced, thus the risk of property loss in cities and towns have a greatly increase. It has become an urgent problem to accurately evaluate the risk of urban property loss under different rainfall intensities. This article takes Xinglong town of Zhenba county as an example, collecting Multi-year rainfall data set of study area, K.person III distribution model was used to obtain the rainfall intensity under different recurrence periods in the study area. On this basis, combine with field investigation data, rock and soil experiment data, then use Monte-Carlo method to calculate the failure probability of the unstable slope around the town under different rainfall conditions, after that, this article evaluate the vulnerability and property value of the elements at risk, finally, we assesses the property losses of each unstable slope using the property risk calculation formula under different condition.
