        구리이온을 함유하는 천연 제올라이트상에서 암모니아에 의한 일산화질소의 제거

        국내 영일군에서 채취되는 천연 제올라이트에 구리이온을 첨가시켜 (CuNZA) 일산화질소를 암모니아로 선택적으로 제거하는 공정의 개발이 고정층의 흐름반응기에서 합성 배기가스를 사용하여 연구되어 졌다. 천연 제올라이트에 구리이온을 첨가시키므로써 반응속도가 100배 이상 증가되어 졌고 이 반응속도는 촉매의 구리 함량에 관계없이 합성 제올라이트(CuHM)와 유사하게 일산화질소의 농도에 대해 저온 영역에서 (200-370℃) 1차 속도식으로 잘 표현되어 졌다. 촉매상의 최적 구리 함량은 무게비로 3% 정도이다. 또한 CuNZA 촉매는 표면적, 기공분포와 Si/Al비와 같은 천연 제올라이트가 갖는 특이한 물리화학적 성질로 인해 이 공정의 가장 취약점 중의 하나인 유황성분에 대한 촉매활성저하 현상에 강할 것으로 기대되어 진다. Selective removal of NO by NH₃ on natural zeolite from Young-il, Korea with various copper loadings (CuNZA) has been studied in a packed bed flow reactor system with simulated flue gas. Two orders of magnitude increase in the reaction rate were achieved by the addition of copper ions to the catalyst. The first order, irreversible kinetic model with respect to NO concentration adequately fits experimental data for this reaction system as did for synthetic mordenite zeolite system (CuHM) over the low reaction temperature (200-300℃) covered, independent of the copper level. The optimum copper content is aboue 3wt%. It is expected that CuNZA catalyst will have stronger sulfur tolerance than CuHM because of its typical physical properties such as surface area, pore size distribution and Si/Al ratio.

      • 제주화력발전소 주변의 수온 및 해류의 특성

        To find out the horizontal and the vertical temperature structures and the current characteristics of coastal ocean around Jeju Power Plant located at north part of Jeju Island, we observed the seawater temperature in March, May, September and December, in 2003 and also 15 days long times waves using a current meter respectively. The observed results show that the seasonal variations of the horizontal and vertical temperature pattern happened. However, the horizontal temperature distribution pattern was not much changed. It means that the horizontal temperature change was not so strong due to tidal mixing effects in coastal area. So that the density current was so weak by the weak stratification effects. The surface current pattern shows that the M₂ tidal current component was relatively strong compared with K₂, K₁, 0₁ and constant flow. From the observation results, we found that the density current around Jeju Power Plant was very weak but the surface current was strong since the tidal current effects.

        With the rapidly changing external environment and the increasing internal process complexity, more and more organizations are adopting the Electronic Approval System(EAS) for their competitiveness This paper defines EAS as a core organizational communication medium, investigates factors which influence EAS's use from a media richness theory, and shows suitable EAS functions for equivocality resolution and uncertainty reduction Results from the five EAS implementation sites show that most organizations use EAS only for tasks with low equivocality and low uncertainty Additional functionalities such as video conferencing and database access were suggested for future EAS system to enhance their utilization for more critical and unstructed tasks

      • 만성 간질환에 대한 DDB(Biphenyl Dimethyl Dicaboxylate)의 임상적 효과

        To investigate the effects of short-term administration of DDB(Biphenyl Dimethyl Dicarboxylate) for decreasing elevated serum aminotransferase levels in chronic liver diseases, authors applied 3 capsules of DDB per day at each meal time for 35 patients and compared with 35 patients treated with other conservative management. The following results were obtained. 1. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels significantly decreased from 247.1± 180.0 IU/L of pretreatment level to 96.6±126.0 IU/L, 61.1±62.7 IU/L and 38.0±26.8 IU/L after 1, 3 and 6 months of treatment(p<0.05) and effective rates were observed in 60.0%, 71.4% and 88.6% of patients after 1, 3 and 6 months of treatment. 2. Serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels decreased also significantly from 167.8±96.9 IU/L of pretreatment levels to 124.4±155.0 IU/L, 77.9±49.6 IU/L, 60.6± 46.9 IU/L after 1, 3 and 6 months of treatment(p<0.05), but decreasing pattern of serum AST was less significant than that of serum ALT. 3. No significant difference were observed in the serum ALT and AST changes according to the cause and duration of hepatitis. 4. No significant adverse effects were observed in whole patients treated with DDB. It is suggested that small dose administration of DDB is effective for decreasing serum aminotrans ferase levels in chronic liver disease in which other conservative management was not effective.

      • MgO에 담지된 촉매에서의 메탄의 짝지움 반응에 관한 연구

        연속 흐름식 상압 반응기에서 메탄과 산소를 반응물로 하고 MgO,CaO,γ-Al₂O₃담체에 활성물질인 Li₂CO₃를 담지하여 제조한 촉매를 사용하여 반응 조건을 변화시키면서 메탄의 oxidative coupling 반응을 행하였다. Li₂CO₃담지시 활성이 크게 향상되었으며 MgO, CaO에는 9㏖%,γ-Al₂O₃에는 17㏖%를 담지 하였을 때 수율이 가장 좋았으며, 활성은 MgO>CaO>γ-Al₂O₃순으로 나타났다. Li₂CO₃(9㏖%)/MgO, CaO 촉매에서 최적 반응 조건은 온도 1030K P(CH₄)/P(O₂)=1, 접촉시간(W/F)은 0.0067g-cat.min/㎖였다. In the plug-flow at atmospheric reactor, the oxidative coupling of methane was performed with methane and oxygen using the catalysts prepared by impregnation of MgO, CaO,γ-Al₂O₃with Li₂CO₃in the various reaction conditions. The activity was enhanced at impregnation Li₂CO₃. The yield was utmost at 9㏖% in MgO, CaO and 17㏖% in γ-Al₂O₃. The activity was in order of MgO, CaO,γ-Al₂O₃. The optimum reaction condition was 1030K, P(CH₄)/P(O₂)=1, and 0.0067g-cat.min/㎖ in Li₂CO₃(9㏖%)/MgO,CaO catalyst.

      • 소프트웨어 형상관리를 통한 소프트웨어 프로세스 메트릭 측정 방법

        Existing software configuration management process underestimates the potential ability in monitoring and measuring the performance of various software process activities, and delegate the implementation of such capabilities to other CASE tools. This paper discusses how software configuration management can be extended and implemented to provide the metric information on other process. With the extended capability, the process activity as well as process output document are managed under configuration control. The direct measurement can be performed on the target process activity directly and the associated output documents can be traced to the relevant activity. By doing this, the configuration items, which must be identified and managed to measure the process metric, can be easily identified. 기존의 소프트웨어 프로세스의 측정은 주로 해당 프로세스로부터 관련 프로세스 데이터를 직접 제공받거나 별도의 측정 도구를 이용하여 이루어져 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 측정 과정의 번거로움을 줄이기 위해 프로세스 측정이 형상관리 활동을 통해 이루어지도록 기존의 형상관리 프로세스를 확장한 측정 기반의 형상 관리 프로세스를 제안한다. 측정 기반의 형상관리 프로세스는 프로세스 메트릭의 수집을 위해 측정 대상 프로세스의 산출물뿐만 아니라 대상 활동에 대해 직접적으로 형상 관리하도록 한다. 측정 기반의 형상관리 프로세스를 통해 측정 대상의 프로세스 활동과 산출물을 연계하여 관리할 수 있게 되므로 산출물 간 그리고 활동과 산출물 간의 관련성 추적이 용이해지며 따라서 특정 메트릭 측정을 위해 관리되어야 할 형상항목 파악도 용이해진다.

      • NaBH₄를 遠元劑로 한 無電解 Ni-B鍍金에 關한 硏究

        The effects on plating rate of the plating temperature and the various amounts of HiCl₂·6H₂O, NaBH₄, Na₂WO₄ were investigated And also, the effects of heat treatment for electroless Ni-B, Ni-B-W films on the surface hardness and on X-ray diffraction patterns were investigated. The experimental results were obtained as follows : 1. The more temperature was increased, the more plating rate was increased. And the suitable temperature for electroless Ni-B plating was 90℃. 2. The more amount of metal salts(NiCl₂) increased, the more plating rate increased. And maximum rate was 3.2mg/㎠·hr, when metal salts was 45g/100ml. But the plating rate was decreased as the amount of metal salts was increased above 45g/100ml. 3. The more the amount of reducing agent(NaBH₄), the more plating rate. increased. That time maximum rate was 3.4mg/㎠·hr, when the amount of reducing agents is 0.5/100ml. But the plating rate was decreased as the amount of reducing agent was increased above 0.5g/1000ml. 4. The electroless Ni-B films were found to be amorphous structre, but the electroless Ni-B-W films were crystallized structure to have Ni(111) deffraction in accordance with the Co-deposition of tungsten. 5. Hardness after heat treatment of electroless Ni-B and Ni-B-W plating exhibited its maximum at about 400℃ with the formation of tiny precipitates of intermetallics(Ni₃B).

      • 트랙터 부착형 인발식 마늘수확기 개발

        A garlic harvester attached on tractor with pulling mechanism was developed in the study, based upon a kinematical analysis and related preliminary field tests on the conventional garlic harvesting method. The harvesting efficiency of the developed harvester was more than 80% in the garlic field irrigated before harvesting. The harvesting performance of the harvester was estimated to be about 400 Pyungs/hr in the irrigated field before garlic harvesting. for proper garlic drying and collection, the harvester discharged the harvested garlic on the ground uniformly at the angles of 135˚-150˚ to its forward direction with the garlic blb's placing toward the harvester. In the field test, the forward speed of the harvester ranged approximately from 0.2 m/s through 0.8 m/s. However, it was strongly recommended that the spacing of planting garlic seeds should be standardized in the near future for increasing its harvesting efficiency.

        조직갈등 관리 : 인지맵 기반 접근 Cognitive Map Approach

        As organizations have come to be more complex and diverse, management has come to spend as increasing proportion of its time and efforts in handing organizational conflict. Moreover, organizational conflict problems are often not recognized until the balance of interests is destroyed or a radical organizational change such as BPR takes place. Once an organizational conflict arises, however, it reduces corporate synergy seriously, leading to organizational ineffectiveness. Therefore, it is important to identify the cause of organizational conflict in advance and resolve it based on the proper diagnosis as early as possible lest it should undermine the organizational effectiveness. We propose a method that facilitates diagnosing potential organizational conflict and determining appropriate strategy to the conflict, based on the analysis of cognitive maps. To support the application of the method in the real world context, a computerized tool is introduced. The working procedures of the method and the features of the tool are illustrated with their application to the real case of the cable TV home shopping company.
